250 km/h급 전철설비의 비전기반 검측 기술 구현 (An Implement of Vision based Measurement Technology for Traction Power System up to 250 km/h)

  • The traction power system is configured to transmit electricity to the vehicles through mechanical contact between the OCL (Overhead Contact Line) and the pantograph. The system measures the current collection performance of the OCL, or the OCL installation condition is examined through maintenance for commercial operation. Maintenance continues to check the conditions through visual inspection by walking and inspection vehicles. The current collection performance is divided into the percentage of arcing(%), the contact force, and the uplift. The percentage of arcing is composed of a vision based system and used to verify the performance of a new OCL. However, it is not always possible to measure the current collection performance during commercial operation, and maintenance based on human resources can not be replaced. This paper presents the minimum performance condition of video devices in the current collection system of commercial vehicles. In addition, a continuous arcing was measured, and current collection performance was examined on the traction power system at the 250 km/h. It was analyzed with a minimum duration of arc of 1 ms. The frame rate is then shown by comparing the number of frames in the image at the time intervals of the number of the arcing. It is expected that the result of this study can be used for examining the minimum performance of video devices depending on their purpose.

LCC 분석을 이용한 효과적인 신호 설비 분류에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effective Classification of Signal Facilities using LCC Analysis)

  • This paper presents the classification scheme of the signal facilities on the railroad considering the construction costs and maintenance costs in a low population area. The construction costs of the new signal facility system can be compare with the costs of the present signal facilities as the classification scheme. The signal facilities on the railroad were classified as the railroad security regulations and then the scheme is considered through the LCC analysis. In order to test this research, the costs of signal facilities obtained from ones on TAEBACK railroad line. The costs categorized the construction costs, the labor cost and the maintenance costs can be effectively applied to the LCC analysis. The scheme is very useful to make a decision whether the new signal facilities on railroad in low population area is build or not in terms of the costs.

  • 본 연구에서는 UDPSC(Up-Down Precast Concrete) 교량을 유지관리하는데 발생되는 비용인 유지관리 비용의 산출 방법에 대하여 제안하였다. 신공법을 이용한 교량인 UDPSC 교량의 시공실적은 2000년도 이후 공사가 완료된 교량만 109건에 이르며, 2006년 현재 37건의 공사가 진행중에 있고 설계납품도 194건에 이른다. 이러한 시공실적에도 불구하고 신공법의 교량이라는 이유로 사용기간이 길지 않아 유지관리비에 대한 실적 데이터의 축적이 이루어지지 않았다. 때문에 건설교통부의 유지관리비 산출지침과 선행연구 분석을 통해 교량의 주요자재별 내구연한을 판단하여 유지관리비를 산출하는 방법을 제안하였으며, 실제로 시공된 교량을 토대로 유지관리비용을 산출하였다.

  • Recently, the development of the paved track is required as a low-maintenance of conventional line. The main reason is that the line capacity and bearing of track are increased progressively. The important factors of paved track are stability and applicability. To be based on this subject, cement mortar pouring type paved track is developed. The paved track is a kind of concrete track using the prepacked concrete technique. The most important thing to design the paved track is to optimize the track structure and materials considering various conditions. Until now, the paved track is verified a various material and structure test. In this paper, it is introduce to the test construction at the urban subway main line. The test construction is completed at Dec. 2007. A major object and substance is a guarantee of construction progress on main line, track performance, construction technique for curved section, transition zone and winter season, recycling the used ballast and application of specific sleeper for sharp curved section.

  • Ambient Adjusted line Rating(AAR) method for overhead transmission lines considering Risk Tolerance(RT) was proposed in this paper. AAR is suitable for system operators to plan their operation strategy and maintenance schedule because this can be designed as a seasonal line rating. Several candidate transmission lines are chosen to apply the proposed method in the paper. As a result, it is shown that system reliability was significantly enhanced through maximizing transfer capability, solving the system constraints.

  • 본 연구는 포장재의 높은 온도로 인해 발생하는 교량의 구조거동을 해석대상모델로 선택하여 열효과로 인한 변형이론를 정리하고 시공단계별 포장에 따른 교좌장치의 열 효과를 고려한 근사법의 제시를 연구목적으로 한다. 일반적으로 열영향은 대상 구조물의 형상, 크기 및 경계조건과 시간에 종속되는 대표적인 초기응력문제이다. 본 연구는 열영향을 시간에 독립된 초기응력문제로 가정하고 이를 등가의 초기하중으로 변환하여 이동하중처럼 재하함으로서 교좌장치에 발생하는 반력 및 변위에 대한 영향선 해석을 수행하였다. 임의로 선정한 연속된 포장구간에 대해 계산된 영향선을 이용하여 교좌장치들에 발생하는 열영향을 최소화하는 최적의 시공단계를 결정하였다.

A study on Automatic field Test Equipment with improved maintenance and environmental reliability

  • In this paper, I purpose one of the development methods for portable Automatic field Test Equipment(ATE) with VME form factor. Almost portable ATE have not used to standards form factor and they are connected by mechanical non-rigid general connectors and wire harnesses among the components. Furthermore, it is hard to reuse developed board. So, it decreases to reusability of developed board and it is hard to maintenance of ATE. Even those things have weakness for vibration and drop test especially in portable ATE. The XK9A1 ATE using VME form factor has environmental reliability through vibration, drop, temperature test. It consists of 5 developed board called the control board, the wire & wireless communication board, the power supply board, the load board and the mother board. It is connected by two wire harnesses between mother board and extern circular connectors. The control board send the data and address to other board though each 16-bit data and 20-bit address line. You can develop the function board what you want to using those data & address line when it comes to needing other function board.

AHP와 QFD를 이용한 철도기술 개선에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study of Railroad Technology Improvement Using AHP and QFD)

  • Purpose: This study aims to determine the needs of customers who use railroads as a mode of transportation and propose customer-oriented improvements in railroad technology by making connections between customer needs and railroad technology. Methods: We primarily used two methods for this study, AHP and QFD. First, AHP was used to evaluate the relative importance among the different components of railroad technology. Second, the QFD was applied to make a link between customer needs and railroad technology. Results: Railroad technology is largely divided into development, maintenance, and support. Empirical results showed the following improvement priorities in development, vehicle, system, line, signal/communication, power, and structure, in maintenance, vehicle, signal/communication, line, process, power, and structure, and in support, safety/precaution, management, environmental energy, operations/logistics, and station. Conclusion: Recognizing limitations in measuring the level of railroad technology when using the existing 'Technology Growth Model,' we used AHP and QFD to explore improvement directions for customer-oriented railroad technology. By offering customer-oriented services based on this study, railroad service providers will be able to acquire competitive advantage in the market.

  • Recently the optical fiber lines have been widely deployed in the trunk lines and digital data service network. The unexpected failures of optical fiber lines by natural disasters and road construction work have increased rear by rear and the number of damaged telecommunication lines per failures is on increasing. In the meantime, it takes long time to recover the optical fiber lines failures. So, it is important to maintain and monitor the status of optical fiber lines for prevention of optical fiber lines failures. Therefore, KT(Korea Telecom) needs efficient and automatic maintenance system to operate and monitor the optical fiber lines. FLOMS(Fiber Line Operation and Monitor System) had been developed in '96 and pilot system was installed at telephone offices in '97. This paper describes the FLOMS which carries out the functions of efficient maintenance and supports for monitoring optical fiber lines and managing facilities in optical fiber lines.

  • Turnout is a mechanical installation enabling railway trains to be guided from one track to another at a railway junction. there are classified variously according to rail type, sleeper type, fastening system, track type. Construction of concrete track are on the increase recently to secure the safety of track structure as well as to reduce the maintenance cost. SFC fastening system used the plain track a lot and for those reasons, The fast clip turnout demand growing to improving efficiency of the maintenance cost by unification of fastening clip on whole line. in this study is about development of the fastening system for new turnout using fast clip. this fastening system assembled elasticity pad underneath a base plate. its can change stiffness how to adjust contact surface area of elasticity pad Developed fastening system have passed test according to rule of KRS-TR0014-09R (rail fastening system) and Performance Certification by KR.
