담배식물과 담배재배 토양으로부터 최소배지에 유일 탄소원으로 니코틴을 첨가한 배지(MB/N)를 이용하여 니코틴을 분해하는 새로운 균주의 분리를 시도하였다. 16S rRNA 유전자의 염기서열 분석과 표현형 시험 및 형태학적 시험으로 분리균주들은 Micrococcaceae 과의 Arthrobacter 속에 포함되는 균주로 판명되었다. NU15는 Arthrobacter nicotinovorans와 99.8%의 상동성을 보였고, NU11는 Arthrobacter equi와 98.2%의 상동성을 보여 신주일 가능성이 있었다. 두 균주 모두 양성의 간구균이며, catalase 양성, oxidase 음성이었다. 신주일 가능성이 있는 NU11균주의 니코틴 분해를 확인하기 위하여 MB/N 액체배지에서 배양하면서 니코틴 특이적으로 나타내는 260 nm에서의 흡광도가 감소를 측정한 결과, 니코틴이 균주에 의해 특이적으로 분해되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 분해균들은 니코틴 오염을 복원하는데 사용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

For $c_1,c_2>-1$ and $f{\in}L^1(D^2,\;{\nu}_{c_1}{\times}{\nu}_{c_2})$, we define the weighted Berezin transform $B_{c_1,c_2}f$ on $D^2$ by $$(B_{c_1,c_2})f(z,w)={\displaystyle{\smashmargin2{\int\nolimits_D}{\int\nolimits_D}}}f({\varphi}_z(x),\;{\varphi}_w(y))\;d{\nu}_{c_1}(x)d{\upsilon}_{c_2}(y)$$. This paper is about the space $M^p_{c_1,c_2}$ of function $f{\in}L^p(D^2,\;{\nu}_{c_1}{\times}{\nu}_{c_2})$ ) satisfying $B_{c_1,c_2}f=f$ for $1{\leq}p<{\infty}$. We find the identity operator on $M^p_{c_1,c_2}$ by using invariant Laplacians and we characterize some special type of functions in $M^p_{c_1,c_2}$.

정형명세기법은 안전최우선시스템 소프트웨어의 안전성을 일정 수준 이상 보장할 수 있는 기법으로서, 원자력 발전소의 디지털 제어시스템의 개발에 사용되고 있다. 정형명세기법 NUSCR로부터 Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) 시스템을 구현하기 위한 소프트웨어인 Function Block Diagram(FBD) 프로그램을 자동으로 생성하는 기법[1]이 개발되었으나, 이를 지원하는 자동화 도구가 없어 이 기법이 널리 사용되지 못하였다. 본 논문에서는 이어 자동생성 기법을 지원하기 위하여 개발된 자동화 도구 NuSCRtoFBD를 소개한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 NuSCRtoFBD 도구를 사용하여 NuSCR로부터 FBD를 자동생성 함으로써, 기존의 수동 프로그래밍 작업에서 발생했던 다수의 오류들을 줄일 수 있다.

In this paper three more right Jacobson-type radicals, $J^r_{g{\nu}}$, are introduced for near-rings which generalize the Jacobson radical of rings, ${\nu}{\in}\{0,1,2\}$. It is proved that $J^r_{g{\nu}}$ is a special radical in the class of all near-rings. Unlike the known right Jacobson semisimple near-rings, a $J^r_{g{\nu}}$-semisimple near-ring R with DCC on right ideals is a direct sum of minimal right ideals which are right R-groups of type-$g_{\nu}$, ${\nu}{\in}\{0,1,2\}$. Moreover, a finite right $g_2$-primitive near-ring R with eRe a non-ring is a near-ring of matrices over a near-field (which is isomorphic to eRe), where e is a right $g_2$-primitive idempotent in R.

We present a nearly optimal ($O(\nu\;min(\nu,\;n)n\;log\;n)$ time and O(n) srace) algorithm that constructs a shortest path map with n isothetic roads of speed $\nu$ under the $L_1$ metric. The algorithm uses the continuous Dijkstra method and its efficiency is based on a new geometric insight; the minimum in-degree of any nearest neighbor graph for points with roads of speed $\nu$ is $\Theta(\nu\;min(\nu,\;n))$, which is first shown in this paper. Also, this algorithm naturally extends to the multi-source case so that the Voronoi diagram for m sites can be computed in $O(\nu\;min(\nu,\;n)(n+m)log(n+m))$ time and O(n+m) space, which is also nearly optimal.

Objectives : The purpose of this morphological studies was to investigate the relations between Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas of rats using peudorabies virus(PRV). Methods : We observed labeled neurons following the injection of PRV, Bartha strain, into the Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas of rats. After survival times of 4 days following the injection of PRV, the rats were perfused, and their spinal ganglia, spinal cord and brain stem were frozen sectioned($35{\mu}m$). These sections were strained by PRV immunohistchemical staining methods and observed with light microscope. Results : The results were as follows. 1. In the spinal ganglia, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neurons projecting to Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas were observed in T10-13 dorsal root ganglia. 2. In the spinal cord, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neurons projecting to Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas were lamina I, IV, V, VII, IX, X, intermediolateral nucleus(IML), intermediomedial nucleus(IMM) in thoracic segments. In lumbar segments, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neuron were lamina I, IV, V, VI, IX, X and IMM. In sacral segments, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neuron were lamina I, IV, V, VI, VII, IX, X. 3. In the brain, the overlap areas of PRV labeled neurons projecting to Sanyinjiao(Sp6), Yinlingquan(Sp9) and pancreas were area postrema, nucleus tractus solitarius, caudoventrolateral reticular nu., medullary reticular nu., lateral paragigantocellular nu., C3 adrenalin cells, gigantocellular nu., raphe pallidus nu., raphe obscurus nu., ambiguus nu., raphe magnus nu., pontine reticular formation, A5 cell group, subcoeruleus nu., locus coeruleus, Barringnton's nu., $K{\ddot{o}}lliker$-Fuse nu., dorsal raphe nu., Edinger-Westphal nu., central gray matter, perifornical nu., dorsomedial hypothalamic nu., arcuate nu., lateral hypothalamic nu., paraventricular hypothalamic nu., hindlimb area. Conclusions : In conclusion, these results suggest that the interrelationship of meridian(spleen meridian), acupoints(Sp6 and Sp9) and viscera(pancreas) may be related the central autonomic centers.

The first and second Zagreb indices of a graph G are defined as $M_1(G)={\sum}_{{\nu}{\in}V}d_G({\nu})^2$ and $M_2(G)={\sum}_{u{\nu}{\in}E(G)}d_G(u)d_G({\nu})$. where $d_G({\nu})$ is the degree of the vertex ${\nu}$. G is called a k-apex tree if k is the smallest integer for which there exists a subset X of V (G) such that ${\mid}X{\mid}$ = k and G-X is a tree. In this paper, we determine the maximum Zagreb indices in the class of all k-apex trees of order n and characterize the corresponding extremal graphs.

In this paper, we will show some relations between decomposition series {${\nu}^{\alpha}\;:\;{\alpha}$ is an ordinal } and supratopological series {${\sigma}_{\alpha}{\nu}\;:\;{\alpha}$ is an ordinal} for a neighborhood structure $\nu$ and the formular ${\sigma}_{\alpha}{\nu}\;=\;{\nu}^{({\omega}^{\alpha})}$, where $\omega$ is the first limit ordinal.

밑면이 가열되고 다양한 격판을 가진 실내공간에서의 혼합대류 열전달을 유한체적법을 사용하여 연구하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 변수는 50$\overline{Nu}=\overline{Nu_n}{\cdot}(1+c(Re/Gr^{1/2})^d)$로 나타낼 수 있다. 여기서 $\overline{Nu_n}$는 순수 자연대류를 나타낸다.

We show how some interesting results involving series summation and the digamma function are established by means of Riemann-Liouville operator of fractional calculus. We derive the relation $$ \frac{\Gamma(\lambda)}{\Gamma(\nu)} \sum^{\infty}_{n=1}{\frac{\Gamma(\nu+n)}{n\Gamma(\lambda+n)}_{p+2}F_{p+1}(a_1, \cdots, a_{p+1},\lambda + n; x/a)} = \sum^{\infty}_{k=0}{\frac{(a_1)_k \cdots (a_{(p+1)}{(b_1)_k \cdots (b_p)_k K!} (\frac{x}{a})^k [\psi(\lambda + k) - \psi(\lambda - \nu + k)]}, Re(\lambda) > Re(\nu) \geq 0 $$ and explain some special cases.
