The core technology development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is linked to the development of other core technologies, which will change the industrial structure in the future and create a new smart business model. In this paper, tried to analyze the technology maturity level and analyze the technology maturity. To do this, used technology trend information to investigate and integrate the market, policy, etc. Of core technology of the 4th Industrial Revolution to achieve a comprehensive maturity level. Because technology maturity measures are scored by technology developers, prejudices may be acted upon according to a person's tendency, which may be a subjective evaluation. It is also a measure of the maturity of individual technologies, and thus is not suitable for evaluating the overall system integration perspective. However, it is possible to evaluate the maturity before integrating the core element technologies constituting the whole system and to use it as a means to compare the effect of the whole system and its feasibility and play an important role in the planning of technology development.

Klaus Schwab's discussion on the Fourth Industrial Revolution provides a framework for predicting the direction of legal technology development. Technological convergence, which has emerged as the core concept of the Fourth Industrial Revolution has a significant effect on legal technology. In particular, various new technologies, such as legal chatbots and platforms, are being introduced to enhance efficiency and accessibility in the legal field. However, legal technology is still in its early stage, with institutional improvement needed to vitalize the industry. In this paper, we first specify the concept and classification of legal technology in Chapter 2, followed by trends and limitations in Chapter 3 and ways of vitalizing legal technology in the future in Chapter 4. To invigorate legal technology development, it is necessary to put in place legal regulatory measures that stipulate the active disclosure of legal data, such as precedents, and make free use of such measures. In the law, many issues, such as the safety of artificial intelligence, personal information protection, and ethical standards, will be discussed in the future. Therefore, via this paper, we hope to promote the formation of social consensus and prepare countermeasures, such as legislative measures.

The Study overviews the development process throughout the foundation procedure of the records centres of the urban Construction. The other purpose of the study is to look over the managing process of urban construction records in the Shanghai Municipal Urnan Construction Archives. As the late of 1950s in China, the principle was set up as the special work in every stage of the urban construction, differently general public records. so records centres is established at the agency where is in charge of the records of urban-construction that has managed the records of the urban-construction intensively and unitarily. During the Great Culture Revolution, while Records Management has ceased. after Revolution, Records management for urban construction developed unprecedentedly. As the 1980s in China, urban construction archives instead of records centres existing started to manage records of urban construction. urban construction archives was established at the 332 of 467 urban the whole country in the 1990s. Shanghai Municipal Urban Construction Archives founded in 1987 where has preserved urban construction records of 230,000 files by abiding by the Provisional Regulation of Management of Urban Construction Archives in Shanghai and other regulations. recently urban construction records management looks forward to new aspect. at first, Managing system setting up for affordable new environment (market economy, modernization of information disclosure)is core stage. second, developing the contents as well as managing records is important. finally making a profit is priority for records management.

The term 'fourth industrial revolution' was mentioned at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2016 and has become a term representing a new industrial era based on information and communication technology (ICT). In the environment of the 4th industrial revolution, ESG management activities are becoming a very important factor in business activities. With the emergence of a new paradigm of organizational operation in the post Covid19 era, the demands for ESG (Environment, Social, Governance) investment related to the environment, social responsibility are increasing. This study examines the role that can support ESG management by utilizing the expertise of appraisers. Real estate is one of the fields of high public interest, and since most ESGs have been conducted centered on the role of private companies, the role of the expert group or the role of public corporations and public institutions is relatively insufficient. If a company or general company engaged in the real estate investment business establishes the role of the Korea Appraisers Association to revitalize ESG management using appraisers, such as ESG appraisers, when investing in real estate, it is believed that it will be possible to promote efficient and sound development of the real estate industry. It was judged that a study on a group of experts was also necessary. In addition, even if the impact of Covid-19 is excluded, it is necessary to gradually introduce an appraisal using non-face-to-face or various advanced technologies (the 4th industry). This study differs from previous studies in that it focused on the role of ESG by the Korea Association of Property Appraisers while research on the role of ESG in public institutions or expert groups is being actively conducted in recent years.

Medicine is undergoing a revolution in the understanding of the mechanisms through which disease processes develop. The advent of genetics and molecular biology to oncology not only is providing surrogate predictors of therapy response and survival which are forming the basis for selection among established treatment options, but is providing targets for new directions in therapy as well. Molecular modification of somatic cells for the purposes of protecting the normal cells from the toxicity of cancer chemotherapy, for the sensitization of the tumor cells to therapy and use of conditionally replicating viral vector have been new directions of cancer treatment which have reached the clinical arena. Advances in molecular pharmacology and vector design summarized in this paper may provide solutions to some of the existing problems in the technology of gene transfer therapy. Continued basic research into the biological basis of human disease, systemic studies of the application of these discoveries to therapy and the improvement of vector for gene delivery all combined may result in advances in this important field of therapy over the next few years.

The Immersion Grating Infrared Spectrograph (IGRINS) is the first of a new generation of infrared instruments with high sensitivity, high spectral resolution, and broad spectral grasp. IGRINS, a joint project of the University of Texas and the Korea Astronomy and Space Science Institute, designed and constructed by a team at UT, KASI, and Kyung Hee University, has been available to the Korean and Texas communities on the McDonald Observatory 2.7m telescope since 2014 September. On this modest-sized telescope, the instrument has 30 times the spectral grasp of CRIRES at the 8m VLT and is only slightly less sensitive. Already, Korean and UT astronomers have produced a raft of new results in star formation studies, investigations of the interstellar medium, and the nature of cool stars. Several programs are under way to detect and study the atmospheres of exoplanets. We will present highlights from the first 6 months of IGRINS operations and look at the future of IR spectroscopy both with IGRINS and with GMTNIRS, a UT/KASI/KHU instrument for the Giant Magellan Telescope.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the meaning and formative features of the black color reflected on the fetish fashion. This study was proceeded mainly by analyzing with references and plates of magazine. The results of the study were as follows ; First, the sexual liberation and revolution have certainly led to a reassessment of sexual deviations, which changed the meaning of fetishism that has been only regarded as sexual perversion, so that it symbolied a new sexual perception and identification. As the result, black in fetish fashion was symbolized a new fetishism\`s definition which refused to distinguish male from female, and also reflected the meaning to express the second sex that wanted to express themselves. Second, the formative features of black color in fetish fashion have appeared tightness and bareness in form, and in material, glancing materials changed by the effect of light, and elasticity materials-leather, rubber, PVC, and laycra. By these features, black fetish fashion has drawn a higher attention on human body than the dress itself as a symbol about the psychology of erotic sensations and sexual images of the self appearing in black color.

One of the latest wonders brought to us by ICT(Information and Communication Technology) is telematics turning automobiles, not long ago a mere means of transportation, into a whole-new digital living space. Telematics is indeed fast becoming a household word, and countries around the globe are giving spur to research and development of core technologies to acquire competitiveness in related IT sectors. This paper discusses the telematics pilot project launched in Jeju to promote the development of telematics technology and stimulate related industries. The objective of the pilot project is to give impetus to research in related technologies and a head-start to Korea in the global race in this technology field. The pilot deployment, covering 6 services, promising to be most demanded in Korea's telematics environment, is sure to make a sizeable contribution toward familiarizing the public with the new technology.
