2013년 이후 활성화되기 시작한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 체계가 전문대학 및 직업훈련기관을 중심으로 적극 도입되고 있는 가운데 게임분야는 이에 대한 연구가 미진한 실정이므로 게임교육과 NCS를 연계하는 첫 연구로 김포대학교 게임콘텐츠과의 교육과정 개발에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. NCS 기반의 게임교육과정을 개발하기 위하여 게임산업 환경을 분석하고 게임업계 관계자를 대상으로 수요조사를 실시하여 실무에서 필요한 지식과 직업기초능력 과목을 도출하였으며, 게임직무별 현장전문가(SME)를 활용하여 인력양성 유형을 분석하였다. 이렇게 선정된 인력양성 유형에 적용할 NCS의 세분류 및 능력단위를 조사하고 각 능력단위의 유용성을 분석함으로써 NCS 교과목을 도출하였으며, NCS교과목과 비NCS교과목을 학습순위에 따라 학기별로 배치함으로써 김포대학교 게임콘텐츠과의 2년제 교육과정을 설계하였다. 본 연구는 NCS와 게임콘텐츠제작 분야를 연결하는 마중물로서 의미가 있으며, NCS기반으로 게임교육과정을 계획하는 여타 교육기관의 참고가 됨은 물론 향후 게임교육과정에 대한 향상방안 및 게임교육 품질관리(CQI) 등을 연구하는데 있어서 기반자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The Korean government has constructed the national competency standards (NCS) rapidly since the year 2013. Also, it has pushed 2-year colleges to adopt NCS-based educational programs and public institutions to hire new employees by using NCS. It expects that NCS will deplete the mismatch between the requirements of employers and the abilities of employees. The purpose of this paper is to find correct accelerating policies for universities to adopt NCS-based educational programs. In order to achieve the purpose, primarily the government policies for NCS were analyzed by using causal map. And then, three accelerating policy recommendations for universities to adopt NCS were drawn by using the results of causal map analysis. The three recommendations are as follows. First, the quality of NCS should be kept highly. Secondly, the NCS-based hiring system of public institutions should also be standardized. Finally, the authorities of universities should be guaranted whenever they make educational programs.

National Competency Standards are the major administrative project to build a competence-based society. The manpower for the global society should be recognized by performance rather than educational records. Therefore, all colleges should first nurture NCS-type manpower based on field needs. This study comparatively analyzed the differences between the lecture style of four-year colleges and the outcomes of problem-solving and project-based learning method to prove why it is necessary to introduce the NCS program. Especially, It will review the constraints and measures of NCS introduction to overcome in a four-year university. Through this, it can be used as a means to help improve the field conformity of a four-year college curriculum by presenting the development and utilization of curriculum-based NCS in a four-year university. As a result, it was found that the overall satisfaction with the problem-solving and project-based learning method was above average. Many students were dissatisfied with the traditional teaching methods and the new project-based learning method was relatively effective in college education. Students' participation also improved. Based on the evaluation of learning performance, the new method was found more satisfactory than the old teaching method in terms of comprehension of professional knowledge in various fields, nurturing of logical thinking skills, acquisition of analytical skills, comprehensive thinking skills, creative problem recognition, and open-minded thinking skills.

본 연구에서는 NCS 역량기반의 사서직 계속교육 콘텐츠 개발 방안을 제안해 보고자 하였다. 구체적으로 본 연구에서는 국내외 사서직 역량기준을 조사하는 한편, NCS 및 사서직 역량요소에 대한 국내 연구를 분석함으로써 사서직 계속교육을 위한 핵심역량요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 또한 도출한 핵심역량에 대비하여 현재 국립중앙도서관의 사서직 계속교육 프로그램을 분석하고 그 개선방향을 제안하고자 하였다. 연구방법으로 내용분석, 설문조사, 초점집단면접 등을 활용하였다. 본 연구결과로 도출된 "NCS 역량기반의 사서직 계속교육체계(NCS-CPD)"는 각종 도서관에 근무하는 현장사서에게 필요한 전문 및 기초 핵심역량을 체계화하고 있다. 이 체계는 향후 사서직 계속교육 연구 및 현장에서의 균형있는 교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 교육과정 개발에서 유용한 가이드라인으로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

The government developed National Competency Standards and expands field friendly education for innovation of industrial field based education training. NCS is the national level of standards that the government systemized knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in industrial fields by each industry and each level. This study was intended to research NCS education contents of an introduction of dental hygienics, which is a basic major subject among subjects of dental hygiene course, to present learning goals accordingly, and to be used as a basic resource of NCS field oriented classes of dental hygienists through the comparison before and after. In case of the dental hygiene course, dental hygienists are performing important core tasks as clinicians at dental offices. Therefore, such comprehensive and professional performance abilities as scaling, oral prophylaxis and oral health education are required at the fields. The education process and education contents for this should be researched continuously.

Vocational education needs to be transformed to cultivate talents with diverse fusion competencies, which is in line with the recent changes that have become a part of the complex technological developments in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Therefore, it is very important for college graduates to obtain employment skills as they are required to prepare for careers within the complex environments of future societies. With the transition to the Internet of Things (IoT)-based control in the manufacturing industry, the development of technological education and related training programs is required to cultivate practical talents for students who have acquired not only the information on existing programmable logic controller (PLC)-based technology, but also that on embedded programming technology. Therefore, to develop an NCS-based education program for analog signal processing to ensure that programming can easily be learned for cultivating practical talent, this study summarizes the opinions of field experts, selects the appropriate NCS competency unit, and designs an adequate technology education training program.

본 연구는 NCS를 기반으로 한 수업에 대한 네일미용의 교수자와 학습자 간의 NCS 교육 필요성과 교육인식, 수업만족도에 대하여 알아보자 하였다. 2017년 4월 21일부터 2017년 5월 31일까지 서울, 경기에 위치하고 있으며, NCS를 기반으로 하는 네일미용의 교수자 70명, 학습자 290명의 설문지를 SPSS WIN 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 최종 분석하였다. 연구 결과, NCS 기반 네일미용 교육에서 교수자와 학습자의 NCS 교육인식 및 수업만족도에 대한 차이가 확인되었으며, 교수자는 자기효능감(r=.466, p<.01)과 적절성(r=.474, p<.01)에서, 학습자는 적절성(r=.609, p<.01), 자기효능감(r=.586, p<.01), 교육필요성(r=.338, p<.01), 인지도(r=.193, p<.01)에서 정적(+)인 상관관계가 확인됨에 따라 교육필요성, 자기효능감, 적절성이 높을수록 학습자의 NCS 수업만족도가 높아지는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 교수자와 학습자의 NCS 교육필요성, 교육인식 및 수업만족도를 높일 수 있는 기초 자료로써 도움이 될 것으로 사료되어 진다.

산업현장 적합형 전문직업인력 양성이라는 사회적 요구에 부응하기 위해 전문대학교육이 국가직무능력표준(National Competency Standards, 이하 NCS) 체제 중심으로 변화되고 있다. NCS기반의 교육과정은 단순히 직무관련 지식과 스킬을 이해하는 것이 아니라 적용 수준으로 역량을 향상시킨다는 점에서 기존 교육과정과 차별화된다. 본 연구에서는 광고제작과 교육과정에 대한 전문대학 사례연구로, 산업현장 및 수요자 요구, NCS 분류체계를 토대로 교육과정을 개편하였다. NCS기반 교육과정 개발절차에 따라 일부 교과목들이 신규 도출되거나 폐지되었으며, 학과 자체적으로 도출한 능력단위들이 교육과정에 추가 반영되었다. 개편된 NCS기반 교육과정을 토대로 전문직업인력을 양성함으로써 전문대학교육이 산업현장과 한층 밀착연계될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 교육현장에서 적용되고 있는 헤어미용분야 NCS기반 교육 효과성의 확인과 향후 개선방안의 모색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 시니어 헤어디자이너들이 평가하는 헤어미용분야 NCS 능력단위별 중요도와 그들이 평가하는 신입디자이너들의 성취도를 IPA기법을 통해 분석하여 중요도-성취도 간의 차이와 이를 통한 개선방안을 모색하고 있다. 연구결과 헤어미용분야의 NCS교육은 기존 41개 능력단위 중 중점 개선 항목 6개, 유지 강화 항목 21개, 장기개선 항목 14개, 개선 고려 항목 1개 등으로 나타났다. 특히 시급히 개선되어야 할 부분은 창의성의 부족, 최신 정보수집 및 분석 능력부족 등이 나타나 NCS 교육현장에서 헤어디자이너로서의 창의적 능력개발에 대한 노력의 필요성이 확인되고 있다.

This thesis progressed research on the improvements of NCS multimedia utilization for preliminary teachers. A national module has not been developed yet in terms of child education, so this thesis suggests a curriculum according to the courses taught for freshmen and sophomores of K University Child Education majors. To lessen the burden of tremendous work and classes, provide motivation and interest in learning and maximize the effect, this thesis provides NCS based curriculum. It expects to improve task performance of teachers and help them with better skills to make class materials using up-to-date multimedia, regardless of the computer literacy of preliminary teachers. This thesis does prior research on the abilities to make use of computers and understand the level of computer literacy. Then it suggests NCS based curriculum goals and its performance standards to utilize task-suitable software. It aims to enable efficient multimedia usage, and optimize the learning efficiency of education linked to Nuri precesses.
