The transmission delays in the networked control systems affect the performance and stability. For covering the delays, this paper proposes NCS including the predictive strategy. The proposed method shows that the two cases such as stable and unstable system are well behaved.

This study was conducted to identify the NCS-related research trends, Keywords, the Keywords Networks and the extension of the Keywords using the sementic network analysis and to seek for the development plans about NCS. For this, the study searched 345 the papers, with the National Competency Standards or NCS as a key word, among master's theses, dissertations and scholarly journals that RISS provides, and selected a total of 345 papers. Annual frequency analysis of the selected papers was carried out, and Semantic Network Analysis was carried out for 68 key words which can be seen as key terms of the terms shown by the subject. The method of analysis were KrKwic software, UCINET6.0 and NetDraw. The study results were as follows: First, NCS-related research increased gradually after starting in 2002, and has been accomplishing a significant growth since 2014. Second, as a result of analysis of keyword network, 'NCS, development, curriculum, analysis, application, job, university, education,' etc. appeared as priority key words. Third, as a result of sub-cluster analysis of NCS-related research, it was classified into four clusters, which could be seen as a research related to a specific strategy for realization of NCS's purpose, an exploratory research on improvement in core competency and exploration of college students' possibility related to employment using NCS, an operational research for junior college-centered curriculum and reorganization of the specialized subject, and an analysis of demand and perception of a high school-level vocational education curriculum. Fourth, the connection forming process among key words of domestic study results about NCS was expanding in the form of 'job${\rightarrow}$job ability${\rightarrow}$NCS${\rightarrow}$education${\rightarrow}$process, curriculum${\rightarrow}$development, university${\rightarrow}$analysis, utilization${\rightarrow}$qualification, application, improvement${\rightarrow}$plan, operation, industry${\rightarrow}$design${\rightarrow}$evaluation.'

Two shapes of crystals have been isolated by the interdiffusion of $Co(NCS)_2$ dissolved in methanol with 1,2-bis(2,2'-bipyridyl-6-yl)ethane (bbpe) dissolved in chloroform. The two crystals have been elucidated as $trans-Co^{II}(NCS)_2(bbpe)$ and $trans-Co^{II}(NCS)_2(bbpe){\cdot}2CHCl_3$, by X-ray crystallography, elemental analysis, IR, and thermal analysis. The two molecular structures are very similar except for the absence or presence of chloroform solvate molecules. The bbpe ligand coordinates to the cobalt(II) ion in an open-ended tetradentate mode, resulting in discrete mononuclear cobalt(II) complex. The cobalt atom adopts a typical octahedral arrangement with six nitrogen donating atoms with two NCS groups in trans positions. A significant solid-to-solid phase transition occurs presumably due to the change of conformationally flexible bbpe ligand. The formation of both crystals oeeurs in a successive two-step process, the formation of $trans-Co^{II}(NCS)_2(bbpe)$ and its transformation into $trans-Co^{II}(NCS)_2(bbpe){\cdot}2CHCl_3$. The thermal stability and favorable formation of the solvate crystals may be ascribed to the interaction between S atom of NCS group and Cl of chloroform.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the ways in which childcare teachers understand and implicate the standards of national competency by searching for and analyzing the awareness of it. Methods: For this, the survey was conducted on 264 child care teachers working in daycare centers. The screening tool was constructed based on the content provided in the child care field of the NCS, and the questionnaire items were developed by referring to previous research. Results: Recognition of the child care teacher's awareness of the NCS was very low. The activity of child care teachers for the category of capability proposed by the NCS showed significant differences depending on work experience. The degree of awareness of child care teachers for the category of capability proposed by the NCS showed significant differences depending on work experience. The difference between the activity of child care teachers and the degree of awareness of child care teachers for the category of capability proposed by the NCS showed significant differences. Conclusion: In the future, it is necessary for the NCS to be constantly supplemented and ensure that the capability to perform practical functions is fulfilled in daycare centers.

The Fe(II)-isothiocyanato complex $trans-[FeH(NCS)(dppe)_2]$ (1) eactedwith iodomethane(Mel) to give methyl isothiocyanide-Fe(n) complex, $trans-FeH(NCS(Me)-S)(dppe)_2]I(2)$. Compound 2 was oxidized to $trans-[Fe(NCS)_2(Ph_2P(O)CH_2CH_2P(O)Ph_2)_2][I_3]$ (3), which was structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction. The molecular structure of 3 showed a bent Fe-NCS group, Crystallographic data for 3: triclinic space group P1,a=11.071(2) A,b=12.054(2)A,c=12.121(1)A, $\alpha=101.02(1){\circ}C{\beta}=95.887(9){\circ}Cr=110.34(1){\circ}C$, $Z=1R(wR_2)=0.0567(0.1294)$.

The monooxo-bridged binuclear molybdenum(V) complexes, $Mo_2O_3(NCS)_4(Bipy)_2\;(Bipy = bipyridine),\;Mo_2O_3(NCS)-4(Phen)-2$ (Phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), and $Mo_2O_3(NCS)_4(Ox)_2(OxH)_2$ (Ox = oxinato and OxH = oxine) have been prepared. Their electronic and IR spectra, electric conductivity, and magnetic susceptibility were measured. From the results all of th complexes turned out to be electroneutral dimers with about 0.5 BM, and in the oxine complex, $Mo_2O_3(NCS)_2(Ox)_2(OxH)_2$, the oxine seems to bind partly as monodentate and partly as bidentate molecule.

The purpose of this paper is to compare SWECOM and Information & Communication Engineering NCS to explore how to improve current NCS. First, it would be helpful to use NCS competency unit and competency unit element as categorization criteria and then to provide levels and roles into performance criteria and KSA. Second, developing common lower level competency unit would decrease the redundancy of KSA and make it clear for users. Third, providing other kinds of skills along with technical skills such as management skill would be useful for users.

The purpose of this study was to identify the teachers' competency for the NCS-based microprocessor course in the 'electronic,' and analyzed the relative importance among vocational teachers' competencies. Findings were (1) the teaching competencies for the microprocessor course consists of 8 major factors and 22 sub-factors, and (2) the AHP gained the result of the relative importance of the teaching competencies. In conclusion, the programming was identified as the most critical competency, suggested a guidelines for Microprocessor course to use in vocational schools.

The purpose of this study is to examine the necessity of introduction of NCS curriculum for culture and arts management at four - year college and whether NCS education is helpful for employment and acquiring certification. For this purpose, we set up the research model "Culture Arts Management NCS Education, Necessity of NCS curriculum introducing at 4-year universities, Help in employment and business performance" and surveyed. As a result, Chronbach's Alpha coefficients were calculated as 0.821, 0.807, and 0.830 and the internal consistency was secured. The validity analysis of the measured variables was also calculated above the reference value(0.5). And it was found that both intensive validity and discriminant validity were secured. As a result of the hypothesis test, the standardization coefficients were 0.608 and 0.977, and both hypotheses showed positive (+) relationship. Therefore, each research hypothesis was highly correlated.

The purpose of this study is to develop a curriculum based on the National Competency Standards(NCS) to raise the higher professional staffs that can adapt to environmental changes due to globalization and local industry demands and to improve the quality of learning and to accept policy of the Ministry of Education. We conducted with the measurement of Educational performance by pre/post, 3 dignosis test. As a result, There were improvements in Educational Performance. Based upon Educational performance and analysis, several new directions for NCS education in the filed of LIS curriculum are suggested. We hope from this study that an application of NCS would be activated fully in Library, educational institutes and qualifying examination institutes and that diverse feedbacks from related parties would make a lead to a better updated version of NCS development in library.
