본 연구는 전문대학의 NCS 지원 웹서비스를 분석하였다. 분석 범위는 국내 2, 해외 1 포털사이트를 NCS지원센터 등으로 검색하였다. 검색 후 도출된 12개의 전문대학의 NCS지원센터 웹서비스 지원을 분석하였다. NCS 지원 웹서비스는 세 가지로 분류하였다. 첫째, NCS 지원서비스 현황분석, 둘째, NCS 지원 사업 현황분석, 셋째, 대학별 차별화된 NCS 지원 웹서비스 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 NCS 지원서비스는 NCS 지원사업 현황 서비스보다 양적 웹 페이지는 많이 있었다. 하지만 NCS 지원사업 현황 서비스는 NCS 지원서비스 보다 상세하고 실제 활용할 수 있는 자료로 제시되었다. 차별화된 웹서비스는 각 대학마다 NCS 웹서비스 지원을 극대화하기 위한 노력이 포함된 내용을 분석할 수 있었다. 본 연구를 결과를 토대로 전문대학 교육을 위한 NCS 지원 웹서비스의 질적인 향상을 기대해 본다.

대학에서 NCS 교육을 실시하는 이유는 실무 중심의 교육을 통해 학생들의 능력이 향상되고 취업과 실무에서 직무능력의 경쟁력이 강화되면서 긍정적인 효과를 보일 것으로 기대하기 때문이다. 본 연구의 목적은 NCS의 역할과 필요성을 살펴보고 교육전이 및 산업현장에서 실무성과가 나타나는지를 분석하는데 있다. 이를 위해 연구 모형을 "NCS 교육 ${\Rightarrow}$ 교육전이 ${\Rightarrow}$ 실무성과"로 구성하여 수도권에 있는 대학생 400여명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 만일 NCS 교육이 취업과 실무에 필요하다면 대학을 비롯한 교육기관에서는 NCS 교육이 효율적으로 운영되기 위한 방안을 마련해야 한다. 분석 결과 내적 일관성이 확보되었으며 타당성 검증에서 집중타당성과 판별타당성이 모두 확보된 것으로 조사되었다. 구조방정식 모델을 이용한 결과 본 연구모형이 적합한 것으로 나타났으며 가설검증결과 연구가설의 표준화계수가 적정 수준 이상으로 나타나 상호 연관성이 높게 형성되어 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

This paper introduces the association method for the program outcomes of engineering education accreditation and the competency units of National Competency Standards(NCS). This association method can be used to efficiently develop an engineering curriculum that is based on both of the NCS and the engineering education accreditation. The association method consists of an analysis phase, an association phase and a checking phase. We also deals with the curriculum development procedure that uses the proposed association of program outcomes and competency units. Also, we provide the application of this method to the computer engineering program for NCS-based engineering education accreditation. Thus we can systematically and efficiently develop curriculums for the NCS-based engineering education accreditation by using the proposed method.

This study investigated the National Competency Standards (NCS) of fashion planning to compare the fashion planning curriculum of domestic universities and colleges with NCS as well as suggest ways to activate the application of NCS to fashion planning education. Qualitative research was employed based on references from the old and new homepages of NCS as well as fashion planning related subjects of domestic universities and colleges. The results are as follow. First, fashion planning NCS was composed of 10 competency units. Competency units were composed of competency unit elements and performance criteria. The levels of the competency units and the competency unit elements were suggested based on 8 stages. There were significant differences in the content of competency units and the level of competency units between the old version and the revised version of fashion planning NCS. Second, considerable fashion planning related subjects seemed at a higher level than the function level of recent college graduates. There were also omitted subjects which were required for recent college graduates. Third, the requirements for the reorganization of curriculums and education systems as well as the cooperation among industry, colleges, universities, and development part of NCS were suggested for the activation of NCS based education and the validation of NCS.

'NCS 기반 교육과정'의 목적은, 국가와 산업계가 주도하여 개발 인증 고시한 NCS를 학교 교육과정에 반영함으로써 교육생들이 산업현장에서 요구하는 직무수행능력을 갖추도록 하는 것이다. 이러한 교육과정의 목적달성을 위해 교육기관은, 급변하는 산업현장에 적응할 수 있고 산업체의 요구에 부합된 직무능력을 갖춘 인재양성을 위해 모든 역량을 집결하여야 한다. 고등교육법 제47조는 전문대학의 존립목적을 설명하고 있고, 이는 산업발전이 국가사회발전과 관련되어 있음을 고려할 때, 'NCS 기반 교육과정'의 목적과 동일하다. 이러한 전문대학의 교육목표와 'NCS 기반 교육과정'의 목적을 달성하는 것은 산업체와 대학의 효율적이고도 긴밀한 협력구조를 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 우리나라 전문대학들의 산학협력모델을 분석하고, 'NCS 기반 교육과정'의 목적에 부합하는 모델을 찾음과 동시에, 해외 우수대학의 뛰어난 산학협력모델을 분석하여, 우리나라 대학과 'NCS 기반 교육과정'에 적합한 'NCS 기반 산학협력모델'을 제안하고 이를 위한 프로세스와 가이드라인을 제안한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 'NCS 기반 산학협력모델'은, ''NCS 기반 교육과정'이 효율적으로 산업현장에 부합되도록 함과 동시에, 대학과 산업체가 효과적인 협력구조를 가지고 각자의 목표를 추구하도록 돕는다. 'NCS 기반 산학협력모델'은, 대학의 취업률 향상과 산업체의 우수인력확보를 가능하도록 하며, 효율적 대학교육과 우수인력양성을 통한 국내 산업발전에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

국내 평생직업능력개발 체계는 국가직무능력표준(NCS: National Competency Standards)을 중심으로 변화를 추진 중이다. NCS 중심의 직업훈련 체계가 성공적으로 정착하고 제 기능을 발휘하기 위해서는 고등교육의 중심인 4년제 대학에도 잘 적용되어야 한다. 그러나 4년제 대학의 경우 교과과정의 현장성 부재 문제가 지속적으로 제기되어 있고, 새롭게 출범한 대학연계형 일학습병행제 계약학과는 NCS기반의 자격을 교육과정의 중심에 두고 운영하도록 되어 있으나, 한국 기업의 현실을 고려한 표준모델의 부재로 인해 대학들이 신규 가입을 주저하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 운영 중인 코리아텍 일학습병행대학을 연구대상으로 하여 NCS기반 자격과 연계된 한국형 일학습병행대학의 표준모델을 개발하고, 이를 코리아텍 일학습병행대학 내 "기계설계공학과"에 실제 적용한 사례를 보인다. 또한 NCS기반 일학습병행대학 표준모델의 성공적 확산에 요구되는 다양한 시행방안을 관련 법 제도의 틀 안에서 도출하여 제시한다. 이러한 결과는 한국형 일학습병행대학의 확산을 촉진하고, 대학 및 기업의 참여동기를 제고하며, 궁극적으로는 NCS기반 일학습병행대학들이 평생직업능력개발의 한 축을 담당하는 데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 교육현장에서 적용되고 있는 헤어미용분야 NCS기반 교육 효과성의 확인과 향후 개선방안의 모색을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 시니어 헤어디자이너들이 평가하는 헤어미용분야 NCS 능력단위별 중요도와 그들이 평가하는 신입디자이너들의 성취도를 IPA기법을 통해 분석하여 중요도-성취도 간의 차이와 이를 통한 개선방안을 모색하고 있다. 연구결과 헤어미용분야의 NCS교육은 기존 41개 능력단위 중 중점 개선 항목 6개, 유지 강화 항목 21개, 장기개선 항목 14개, 개선 고려 항목 1개 등으로 나타났다. 특히 시급히 개선되어야 할 부분은 창의성의 부족, 최신 정보수집 및 분석 능력부족 등이 나타나 NCS 교육현장에서 헤어디자이너로서의 창의적 능력개발에 대한 노력의 필요성이 확인되고 있다.

본 연구는 NCS기반 교육 및 학습동기와 학업성과간 영향관계를 규명하고자 시도하였다. 또한 정부의 NCS(국가직무능력표준)와 학습모듈 개발 장려에 따른 NCS 기반 교육의 실효성을 진단하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구을 위해 우선, 실무중심 교육이 주를 이루는 항공서비스 분야를 중심으로 관련내용 척도를 개발하였다. 관련학과 학생들을 표본대상으로 검증을 실시하였고 그 결과 교수역량, 교육내용, 교육방법 등으로 측정된 NCS(국가직무능력표준) 기반교육은 학업성과에 유의한 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 내재적 동기와 외재적 동기를 영향요인으로 한 학습동기는 학업성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

The government developed National Competency Standards and expands field friendly education for innovation of industrial field based education training. NCS is the national level of standards that the government systemized knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in industrial fields by each industry and each level. This study was intended to research NCS education contents of an introduction of dental hygienics, which is a basic major subject among subjects of dental hygiene course, to present learning goals accordingly, and to be used as a basic resource of NCS field oriented classes of dental hygienists through the comparison before and after. In case of the dental hygiene course, dental hygienists are performing important core tasks as clinicians at dental offices. Therefore, such comprehensive and professional performance abilities as scaling, oral prophylaxis and oral health education are required at the fields. The education process and education contents for this should be researched continuously.

Since ABEEK ("Accreditation Board for Engineering Education of Korea") began its accreditation in 2001, the 595 programs in 100 institutions have been accredited, and now the number of accredited programs is continuously increasing. On the other hand, NCS ("National Competency Standards") which is directed by government, has been also introduced in recent years, and it becomes the center of attentions of many universities in Korea. Each of these 2 systems has its own strengths and weaknesses, even though their main purposes are very similar. This paper deals with the comparison between the curriculum based on NCS with ABEEK. And also, the examples of making the curriculum based on the NCS would be introduced. At the conclusion, some suggestions for the new NCS system would be proposed.
