A Study on the Realistic Media Creator Curriculum Based on Drone Video

  • In this paper, presents an efficient education method for training specialized edutainment SW education instructors and drone realistic media creators, not just training to acquire certificates through drone manipulation training. To this end, the NCS-based curriculum was derived. The developed curriculum includes the edutainment drone curriculum and the realistic media creator curriculum. Among them, core responsibilities were defined for the drone control curriculum and core tasks, knowledge, and attitudes were described for each. After that, a detailed curriculum for drone control was derived. In the realistic media creator curriculum, pilot education was conducted to actually produce advertisement videos to foster experts who can work directly in the industrial field. Finally, through holding an online conference in a metaverse environment, a virtual conference was operated to share and discuss media videos produced by trainees. After the end of education, the efficiency of this curriculum was proved through education satisfaction analysis for 46 education graduates. This paper presented a method to achieve internalization of SW education in non-face-to-face online education that our society must solve after post-COVID-19. In addition, an efficient educational method in a realistic media environment was suggested by showing a realistic media creator training curriculum, pilot programs, and metaverse conference management cases.

A Study of Career-interrupted Women's Vocational Training and Career Management System for NCS Diffusion (NCS 확산을 위한 경력단절여성 직업교육과 커리어관리 시스템에 관한 연구)

  • The career management concept is changing rapidly in the career management field in recent years. It becomes very difficult to have a lifetime employment within the same firm. As there is career interruption that is pervasive phenomenon in the women's career management area, many academics and practitioners have been interested in it. The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of women's career-interruptions as the effective career strategy on career development actors and career success. To test the effects of the proactive career management of career-interrupted women, data were divided into two groups including proactive career management group and general career management group based on whether career-interruptions are voluntary or not. The results showed that the proactive development actors was significantly different depending on women's proactive career management and general career management group. First, proactive-career women were more self-directed to learn and have a significant impact on developing skills through training. Second, the career successes were not significantly different depending on and general career management group.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of the The Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations and present the development directions of the The Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, in this study compared and analyzed 158 articles which have been published from the 36 edition to 44 edition of The Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations, the central part in Industrial Educations, to understand the research trend of the Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations. When it comes to the result from the conclusion, firstly The Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations has steadily published a sort of the article twice a year. Secondly, in The Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations, the articles of vocational industrial education are published more than the other kind of the article such as technology education and the rest of education Third, key words of the Korean Journal of Institute of Industrial Educations the word Specialized Technical High School came out the most, followed the word NCS(National Competency Standards). Fourth, the research methods which are used for the study of Industrial Educations are Survey Study, Literature investigation, Contents Analysis, development research but Case Study has been used rarely. Fifth, most of the researches have been conducted by co-research which especially belongs to the university more than one researcher.

  • 최근 문제해결능력향상을 위해 대학에서는 PBL 교수법(Problem-Based Learning)을 도입하고 있으며 국가 차원에서도 이를 장려하고 있다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 직무능력단위 중 하나인 문제해결능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 수업방법을 모색함과 동시에 교육현장에서 직면할 수 있는 문제를 합리적으로 해결하는 학습자 능력 신장을 위해 PBL수업을 활용하였다. 이에 본 연구는 문제중심학습법을 대학 영어전공 교과목에 적용함으로써 대학생의 창의적 문제해결력과 수업참여도에 대한 효과를 살펴보는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 사전검사, PBL수업 운영, 사후검사의 3단계로 진행된다.

  • Big data analysis is analyzed and used in a variety of management and industrial sites, and plays an important role in management decision making. The job competency of big data analysis personnel engaged in management analysis work does not necessarily require the acquisition of microscopic IT skills, but requires a variety of experiences and humanities knowledge and analytical skills as a Data Scientist. However, big data education by state-run and state-run educational institutions and job education institutions based on the National Competency Standards (NCS) is proceeding in terms of software engineering, and this teaching methodology can have difficult and inefficient consequences for non-technical majors. Therefore, we analyzed the current Big Data platform and its related technologies and defined which of them are the requisite job competency requirements for field personnel. Based on this, the education courses for big data analysis and visualization techniques were organized for non-technical-based majors. This specialized curriculum was conducted by working-level officials of financial institutions engaged in management analysis at the management site and was able to achieve better educational effects The education methods presented in this study will effectively carry out big data tasks across industries and encourage visualization of big data analysis for non-technical professionals.

  • Smart factory of Manufacturing sector is rapidly spreading, globally. In case of domestic, it is on going based on KOSF. It is neither lack of invest nor security of information due to it has been spread from manufacturing sector. Hence, that's very difficult to efficiency prevent from new type of intimidation and security accident happened sometimes from this situation. According to research information security condition with recognized new menace, there is a most efficient way is provide education of information security without any extra budget to safely spread smart factory. Thus, this study of research has developed security awareness training curriculum from international standard, requirement of the industry, and curriculum of educational institution based on NCS (National Competency Standard). It is be very helpful to spread smart factory safely due to expert group has been test of validity.

Recognition Research on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry (광양만권 산업체 맞춤 현장실습 활성화 방안 마련을 위한 인식 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to improve Field Placement in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are three major sorts of subjectivities on the Field Placement Activation Plan on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: emphasizes indusrty-college cooperation(Type1), emphasizes industry demand analysis(Type2), emphasizes field-centered education(Type3). And a new study showed that results can improve Field Placement on Demand of Gwangyang Bay Area Industry: positive industry-college partnership building, manpower training total support system building by manpower demand analysis and the situation of local industry, building the infrastructure for the training on demand of local industry on-the-job, trasition into field-centered education system by national competency standards(NCS).

A Study on the Application of Micro-Credentials for Vocational Competency Development Training Teachers and Instructors (직업능력개발훈련 교·강사의 자격연계형 마이크로 크리덴셜 적용 방안)

  • This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

Developing Educational System based on S-OJT in Contract Based Department using DACUM: Case of Software Development and Materialization Occupational Group (DACUM을 활용한 S-OJT 기반의 계약학과 교육체계 개발 : 소프트웨어 개발 및 구현 직군을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop field-centered educational system in contract based department using DACUM for occupational group in software development and materialization area. Job model for contract based department was developed and both educational need and appropriate educational method was investigated and analyzed. Then, knowledge, skill and attitude were elicited and categorized. Subjects for S-OJT were organized and hierarchy of subjects was constructed according to career path set by job experts. Then, educational system in contract based department for software development and materialization was developed by connecting developed subjects with former curriculum. Based on this result the directions for the future studies was discussed.

  • The main subjects of this study is to study the qualification and in-service education policies of the child care center staff and to suggest a desirable direction of policy. The main subjects of this study are child care staff policies and related laws. The results of this study shows that the philosophy, developmental psychology and some social backgrounds are the stantards required when designating the child care curriculum and essential subjects for attaining class 2 childcare teacher certificates. This study arises the needs of adjustment of the fields of the childcare curriculum contents, change between mandatory and elective subjects, and renewal of the subject title. The standards for competency in provision of childcare services of National Competency Standard(NCS) has to be considered in the adjustment process. The integrated teacher's certificate for teachers training system is needed in the reserve integration process. The systematization of the data and operating system is needed to manage the target of education efficiently, in order to develop childcare center staff's strengthening ability and professionalism. For in-service education, the diversification of the main body of operation, a periodical monitoring of the content, administrative and financial support are needed. Voluntary participation of in-service education, and the childcare center staffs professional development policy making supported by the government and parents is needed.
