The domestic Gifted education is evaluated to attain many achievements and to reach stable circle in short term. What about the present situation of artistic talent education which is one of the talent education areas, especially music talent education? The result of domestic Gifted education can be comprehensively understood by actually searching the present situation of diverse Gifted education areas. In this sense, this research aims to search the overall situation of domestic music talent education and to draw the tasks to be improved later mainly on the basis of important matters for efficient operation of music talent education. Thus far, many researches have been made mainly through quantitative statistical data or survey materials in the form of questionnaire. Meanwhile, this research tries to deeply understand the problems that have been superficially managed so far by collecting the voice of diverse practical staffs related to music talent education for comprehensive analysis and investigation. This research is meaningful in that it establishes the direction of more effective music talent education in the future by lessening the gap between policy and reality, intent and result, etc through diverse comprehension of actual situation and position related to music talent education and provides the basic materials based on reality to cultivate teacher and administrator and to develop curriculum.

The talent trading platform is a platform that brokers transactions such as program coding, media content production (video, music, presentation materials, etc.), design, learning, and repair. Existing talent trading platforms provide a server-client model-based service, which incurs server operating costs and arbitration labor costs for transactions, which has a disadvantage that users bear high service fees. This paper proposes a method to reduce server and database operation costs by uploading transaction information to blocks through the system as a distributed app (dApp) based on the Ethereum platform. In addition, it proposes a method to lower transaction fees by reducing the labor cost of transaction arbitrators through smart contracts. Compare and analyze the cost processing procedure and transaction fee size of the blockchain-based talent trading platform and the existing talent trading platform.

This study aims to explore the characteristics of environmental catalysts which have affected the development of music giftedness of the disadvantaged students. For this purpose, this study deals with nineteen disadvantaged gifted in music and examines their self-evaluation test, personal statement, and interview. Based on Gagn$\acute{e}$'s environmental catalysts of differentiated model of giftedness and talent(DMGT), the analysis of the interviews conveys the milieu of the disadvantaged gifted hardly exerts positive influences on their musical activities and studies. While concerning music and supporting their children financially and emotionally, parents unintentionally tend to exert negative influences on their children for their misapprehension of giftedness and incompetent advice. On the whole, the disadvantaged gifted hardly admit their teachers as experts in music. In relation to provisions, most students participate in extra school and local program and none of them participates in music gifted program. They are not satisfied with the quality in education. Despite the importance of the events such as crystallizing experience, award-winning, and performance, most students don't have enough events for inspiring their giftedness. As a conclusion, this study gives a proposition for a strategy to improve the environmental catalysts for the disadvantaged gifted in many different ways: the improvement of social recognition, the enhancement of parent consulting and teachers training programs, and the development and diffusions of more qualified gifted programs and so on.

This thesis urges the change of the education system of popular music for globalization of K-POP in a longer point of view Korean popular music has developed not only musically but also sound quality itself. Moreover it became popular in a global scale in the name of K-POP. However, it is still limited to idol music, and numerous issues related to the lack of musical talent are emerging Even though the routine of birth and death of several idol groups and singers are still repeated. Recently, the skills of artists enhanced due to audition TV shows but still it's not enough. Under this situation, it is not appropriate to rely on audition TV shows and Entertainment Management companies for picking up talented artists. Therefore, like Classic or Traditional music, schools concentrated for popular music must be founded. If this become enabled, young students going to entertainment companies or to unqualified but expensive private institutes will disappear. Moreover, it can prevent students from lacking behind in their academic activity. In addition, a reformation should be done education colleges for raising popular music educators

Since the beginning of the 90's, Fashion shows appear to be a type of performance form of art combining with other areas to visually entertain the viewers. This can be explained by the modern tendency to escape from society which requires formality and complicated lifestyles. Fashion shows take place in a scene Influenced by the idea of post-modernism which redefines the definition of space. A church, old factory, unoccupied ground, subway stations, or even place like a waste disposal are used as a setting. The stage set is no longer the T shape run way and the procinium arch has disappeared. The gap between audience and stage has diminished and theatrical element is added to the fashion performance by using viewers living and working environments as setting of the show. The human relation with machine based on the cutting edge technology such as the stage automation, robots and mist making sprinkler system introduces new elements with spontaneity and detailed planning in the stage performance. Music also plays an Important role in attracting viewers. The sound track covers house music to techno music. Instead of music being abstract, folks orchestral music, choirs, piano. even live concert performed by pop artist provide the liveliness of the fashion show. And the catwalk itself is a performance. Model needs to be well trained as the capable talent who can handle sensitive gestures, facial expressions, dancing and choreography. The improvisatorial interaction between audience and model lead to audience participation. Models now range from pop star, ordinary people, handicapped people, to elderly and so on. John Galliano introduced the theatrical factors for the fashion show and Alexander Mcqueen approached the fashion show as the visual art of communication. Hussein Chalayan utilized high technology skewing futurism as if in a magic show. Today the Fashion show tends to be a total performance which includes audience participation, impromptu, and that break the limitation that fashion shows previously had. This will lead the fashion industry in opening new horizon of its own.

The purpose of this study is to validate scale of deteminants for watching Korean traditional music performances to activate the market by procuring and increasing Korean traditional music performance consumers that exhibit generally low preference in the performance market. Accordingly, FGI was conducted on seven employees and professionals in the arts and cultural sector and then open survey results were categorized into eight factors and a total of sixty-five items using the KJ method to find the viewing decision factors per consumer type of Korean traditional music performances. Afterwards, a six-factor and thirty-five items were extracted after conducting an exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to verify the structural appropriateness, and then the feasibility of the composition of Korean traditional music performance viewing decision factor scale was verified. Results of the analysis showed that first, for general Korean adults making decisions to view Korean traditional music performances, there was positive impact in the order of interest-creating factors, fame and talent factors, emotional and information factors, creativity factors, reasonable price factors, and social relation factors. Second, the general tendency of decision factors to view Korean traditional music performances showed relatively high levels in reasonable price factors and interest-creating factors among the Korean traditional music performance viewing decision factors, while emotional and information factors were found to be relatively low.

The culture industry very have interested in modern society so that it is a field to be provided opportunity to can benefits of life with health, medical industry. Especially, music industry to have based on popular support has acknowledged as artistic value to can easily approach that expresses a feeling to exist together with popularity, originality. In this paper, we will want to design indicators to evaluate a singer's musical talent to can speak a key part in these music industry. From this, we applied analysis elements of spectrogram to perform in change of vocal tract shape in singer's voice and public voice about identical music, and performed comparison, analysis of two groups to experiment pattern analysis of result waveform. Therefore, we analyzed pattern in change of vocal tract shape choice a popular music using of experiment to collect singer and public voice about identical part with time so that we designed indicator to can evaluate musicality.

The music education improves the creative talent, social skills and academic achievement of the students. For the efficient music education, it is requested to develop the collaborative educational learning tools, especially electronic collaborators suitable to the leaner's study patterns and speed. In this paper, we propose a new method to develop a PC-based self learning software for the flute performance using templates and descriptors to make the contents form and substance. Our proposed method can allow user to modify the descriptors to match the contents to his level. We implemented a PC-based self learning software for the flute performance compactly and a feasibility test showed the efficiency of our proposed method to construct a self learning tool to play the flute and the tool can be utilized for the beginner to learn playing flute.

Jongmyo Jeryeak [Royal ancestral shrine music] is a precious cultural heritage, which has been played till now since two great kings Sejong and Sejo who made it. But going through Japanese occupation, Jongmyo Jeryeak has been changed into a music totally different from the music the two kings intended. And the changed Jongmyo Jeryeak is being played these days. The original Jongmyo Jeryeak, which was made by the two kings, remains in old music scores. Therefore there is a need to investigate the differences between the original and current Jongmyo Jeryeak by interpreting the old music scores and recovering the original. This paper recovers the origianl Jongmyo Jeryeak from the music score Daeakhubo and compares it with the current Jongmyo Jeryeak. The results are as follows. The origianl Jongmyo Jeryeak is a set of common songs made with Hyangak and Gochiak to sing the verses which extol royal ancestors' virtues. All of the musical elements are matched with the verses so that the meaning of the verses is transmitted naturally. Jangdan musical time musical structure are matched with the structure of verses, and the musical motif of the songs is matched with the meaning of the verses. The music, which is easy and expresses the meaning of the verses well, demonstrates King Sejong's talent as a musician. The current Jongmyo Jeryeak is a set of special songs in which Sigimsae is emphasized rather than the meaning of the verses. The melodies are broken into pieces inconsistently, the meaningless word 'ae' is added thoughtlessly, and Jangdan musical time musical structure are unrelated to the verses. Therefore the meaning of the verses is not transmitted at all. These changes, which were made during the period of Japanese occupation, seem to desecrate the verses of the original songs. The melodies, which are broken into pieces inconsistently, revive into the current mysterious ritual music through Sigimsae. But in order to be a proper ritual music, some corrections have to be made to convey the meaning of the verses.

'Geumokchongbu' that is Gajib(a book of songs) is composed only the works of An Minyoung. Ahn Minyoung was not only an editor of Gajib and also Musician that is a kind of singer, Because of his works, he is the one who should be studied for the history of literature of Sijo in the latter period of Chosun, especially in 19th century. Through the studies on 'Geumokchongbu' that is the Gajib edited by Ahn Minyoung. his excellent musical talent could be confirmed. 'Geumokchongbu' which is another Gajib in compared to 'Gagokwonryu' was produced under his careful musical consideration. The tunes shown on Gajib reflected the situation of Gagok just as it was sung and played in that period. Generally, the system of Gajib which was edited in that period Including 'Geumokchongbu' was continued on nowaday's tradition of singing and playing the Gagok. Nevertheless lots of studied results about Ahn Minyoung, the editor of Gajib. was reported. his personal aspect still was not explained for many detailed part. The introduction o( the background of works and various explanation was recorded for each work in 'Geumokchongbu'. The written year of works was found in the introductions. and some of Ahn Minyoung's life could be traced through the chronicle. It could be confirmed for his broad knowledge about music and detailed reality of active correspondences with many loyal family including Daewongun, Lee Haeung and artists in that period. The existence of a type of singing and playing which takes any part of specific tunes shown on Gajib was confirmed. For example, Hachuksi, a blessing poem, dedicated for Daewongun or loyal family was created for supposing singing and playing thoroughly. Accordingly, Hachuksi dedicated to specific persons might be sung and played at the same place, and in the same bundle. Through the study, the way of singing and playing the Gagok was much various, and the variety was confirmed concretely.
