본 연구는 다문화의 급격한 변화 속에서 간호대학생의 다문화 인식, 다문화 수용성 및 상호문화감수성의 관계를 탐색하고 향후 보건의료인력으로서 다문화 인식 제고를 위한 방향을 모색하는데 있다. 본 연구는 일 개지역의 2개 대학 간호학과 학생 135명을 대상으로 설문을 조사하였으며 임의응답 및 중도탈락을 제외한 108명을 최종분석대상으로 하였다. 자료의 분석은 SPSS와 Process macro를 활용하여 빈도분석, 상관분석, 신뢰도 분석과 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다문화 인식과 다문화 수용성의 관계는 통계적으로 유의한 관계가 확인되었다(r=.572, p<.001). 상호문화감수성과 다문화수용성(r=.650, p<.001), 다문화 인식(r=.456, p<.001)과의 관계도 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 다문화 인식과 다문화 수용성 간의 관계에서도 상호문화감수성의 매개 효과가 있었다. 즉, 다문화 인식과 다문화 수용성 간의 관계에서 상호문화감수성은 0.188-0.554의 범위로 95% 신뢰구간에서 0이 포함되지 않아 간접효과가 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 고려했을 때 다문화 수용성을 높이기 위해서는 다문화 인식에 대한 제고와 더불어 상호문화 감수성을 높이는 것이 중요함을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this research is to find the impact of multicultural awareness of pre-service secondary teachers on multicultural efficacy. Specific content of the study for achieving this purpose is as follows: First, the correlation between multicultural awareness of pre-service secondary teachers and multicultural efficacy was analyzed. Second, the effect relation between multicultural awareness of pre-service secondary teachers and multicultural efficacy was examined. As part of quantitative research, the method of study was a survey targeting 234 pre-service Secondary teachers who were sophomores, juniors and seniors at D University, P University and S University located in Busan. The study results earned from this process are as below: First, statistically significantly high positive correlation existed between multicultural awareness of pre-service secondary teachers and multicultural efficacy. The areas of acceptance, openness and respect, which are the sub-scale of multicultural awareness of pre-service secondary teachers, showed high positive correlations with all sub-scale of multicultural efficacy including general efficacy, efficacy in instructional function, efficacy in caring perspectives and efficacy in helping multicultural families. Second, the sub-scale of multicultural awareness that significantly affected general efficacy in the sub-scale of multicultural efficacy of pre-service secondary teachers was acceptance and respect. The sub-scale of multicultural awareness that significantly affected efficacy in instructional function was acceptance. The sub-scale of multicultural awareness that significantly affected efficacy in caring perspectives was acceptance and respect. The sub-scale of multicultural awareness that significantly affected efficacy in helping multicultural families was respect. It showed that openness in the sub-scale of multicultural awareness did not affect multicultural efficacy much.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용이 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 설명하는 데 있다. 분석을 위해 다문화패널(MAPS) 8차년도(2018) 자료를 사용하였으며 1,105명을 대상자로 선정하여 회귀분석과 sobel test 등의 분석방법을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용은 학업중단의도를 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다문화청소년의 한국문화수용과 학업중단의도와의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 다문화청소년의 외국문화수용과 학업중단의도와의 관계에서 자아존중감은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 학업중단의도를 낮추고 자아존중감을 향상시키기 위한 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

At a time when children of multicultural families have begun to enter adolescence in Korea, this study examined the effects of parental support and bicultural acceptance on the career attitude maturity of multicultural adolescents. This study tried to derive the implications related to the career path of multicultural adolescents by verifying the effects of self-esteem on the relationship between parental support, bicultural acceptance, and career attitude maturity. Using the 8th Multicultural Adolescent Panel Survey data (MAPS), the relative influence of antecedent variables on career attitude maturity was confirmed by hierarchical regression analysis of the data from 1,197 respondents. Model 1 included gender and parental support, Model 2 added bicultural acceptance to Model 1, and Model 3 added self-esteem to Model 2. As a result of the study, in Model 1, women had higher career attitude maturity than men, and the more supportive their parents were, the more positive the level of career attitude maturity. The adjusted R2 of Model 1 was .058, which did not have much influence. In Model 2, gender, parental support, and bicultural acceptance had statistically significant effects on career attitude maturity, and the amount of change in F was also significant. The adjusted R2 of Model 2 was .132. In Model 3, parental support was not statistically significant, and gender, bicultural acceptance, and self-esteem had statistically significant effects on career attitude maturity. The amount of change in F was statistically significant and the adjusted R2 was .185. That is, it was confirmed that the more the women, the more the bicultural acceptance, and the higher the self-esteem, the more prepared and determined the career path. Based on the research results, the implications related to career preparation of multicultural adolescents were presented.

This study is descriptive research study to understand the impact of digital ethics-literacy, multicultural acceptance, and global citizenship of medical students' on cultural competency. The subjects for this study were the medical students of J city of Province of G, collecting data from first of October to 15th of October 2023. The tools used for this study consist of 178 questions which were 9 questions of general properties, 70 questions of digital ethics-literacy, 35 questions of multicultural acceptance, 3qustions of global citizenship and 33 questions of cultural competency. As a result of this study, the score of digital ethics-literacy was 2.67±0.85(out of 5), the score of multicultural acceptance was 3.62±1.08(out of 6), the score of global citizenship was 3.72±0.75(out of 5), and the score of cultural competency was 3.49±0.71(out of 5). There is a positive correlation between multicultural acceptance and global citizenship. The global citizenship was the factor affecting significantly on cultural competency. The power of explication was 20.8%. The education for accepting and understanding cultural diversity and offering opportunity of domestic and overseas volunteering programs so that global citizenship could be improved. There is also a need of development of integrative education programs in terms of multicultural education including direct and indirect digital media education which can perform medical service for various multicultural recipient on the medical site not an one-shot instiiled displine.

청소년들의 다문화 수용성을 증가시키기 위해서는 일반 청소년들의 다문화 인식 개선 교육이 필요하며, 이를 위해서는 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 파악이 필요하다. 본 연구는 우리나라 청소년의 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 동향을 체계적으로 분석하여 청소년들의 다문화 수용성 증진을 위한 향후 연구에 기초자료를 제공하였다. 2008년부터 2017년까지 '다문화', '수용성', '청소년', '중학생', '고등학생' 키워드를 조합하여 검색된 6,435건의 논문 중 영향요인을 분석한 종적연구 6편을 분석하였다. 논문의 질적 평가는 미국 질병관리센터의 Community Guide와 STROBE의 질적 평가 기준을 참고하였다. 연구 결과 개인요인에서 성별, 해외방문경험, 삶의 만족도, 가정요인에서 부모의 양육방식 중 방임과 학대, 부모의 학력, 학교 및 지역사회요인에서 교우관계, 교사관계, 지역사회 관계, 공동체의식이 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 조사되었다. 청소년의 다문화 수용성은 일부 요인에만 영향을 받지 않으며 개인, 가정, 학교, 지역사회와 같은 여러 요인에 영향을 받으며 이러한 영향 요인은 학년이 바뀌면서 함께 변화하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 본 연구 결과를 기초로 학년별 영향요인을 파악하여 다문화 수용성을 증진시킬 수 있는 환경조성과 교육의 지원이 요구된다.

본 연구는 한국인의 사회자본의 수준과 다문화 수용성의 수준을 파악하고, 사회자본의 하위요소(신뢰, 호혜성, 참여)와 다문화 수용성 요인과의 관계를 규명하고자 시도되었다. 이와 더불어 사회자본의 하위요소들이 다문화 수용성에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 알아보고, 어떤 사회자본을 더 강화해 나가야 하는지 등을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 활용한 '사회적 자본'과 '다문화 수용성' 자료는 2010년 제8차 "한국종합사회조사"(Korean General Social Survey; 이하 KGSS) 데이터를 활용하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연령대(F=28.18, p<.001)가 낮아질수록, 학력(F=15.49, p<.001)이 높아질수록, 가구 총소득(F=8.85, p<.001)이 높아질수록 사회자본도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남성(t=9.98, p<01)일수록, 연령대(F=27.29, p<.001)가 낮아질수록, 학력(F=28.99, p<.001)이 높아질수록, 가구 총소득(F=11.92, p<.001)이 높아질수록 다문화 수용성도 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 다문화 수용성에 영향을 미치는 3가지 사회적 자본 요인 중 '신뢰'가 유의미한 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 한국인의 다문화 수용성을 높이기 위한 다양한 방안을 제안하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도가 우울에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 사회적 위축의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화패널(MAPS) 8차년도(2018) 자료를 사용하였으며 1,158명을 대상자로 선정하여 Process Macro Model과 Bootstrapping 등의 분석방법을 통해 검증하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 다문화청소년의 긍정적인 이중문화수용태도는 사회적 위축과 우울감을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 위축은 우울감을 증가시키는데 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이중문화수용태도와 우울과의 관계에서 사회적 위축은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이상의 연구결과를 토대로 다문화청소년의 우울을 낮추고 사회적 위축을 감소시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램의 개발과 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 부모양육태도가 다문화 청소년의 학업중단의도에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 이중문화수용태도의 매개효과를 확인하는데 있다. 이를 위해 다문화청소년패널(MCAPS) 6차년도 자료 중 다문화청소년 1,323명을 분석대상자로 선정하였다. 분석방법은 주요변수의 기술통계, 상관분석, 구조방정식 등을 활용해 경로분석 모형을 검증하였다. 연구 결과를 살펴보면, 첫째, 부모의 긍정적 양육태도와 이중문화수용태도가 학업중단의도를 감소시키는데 반해, 부정적 양육태도는 학업중단의도를 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 이중문화수용태도는 긍정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서 부분매개 효과를 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 부정적 양육태도와 학업중단의도 간의 관계에서도 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화청소년의 이중문화수용태도를 높이고 학업중단의도를 예방할 수 있는 실천적 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 독서가 자기효능감과 다문화수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하는 것이다. 영향관계를 분석하기 위해서 한국교육고용패널 II 데이터를 활용하였다. 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 관심변인인 독서와 자기효능감, 다문화수용성의 성장궤적을 분석하고 독서에 영향을 미치는 요인과 세 변인간의 영향관계를 다변량 잠재성장모형을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 고등학교 2학년 학생들의 독서량과 자기효능감, 다문화수용성은 시간이 지남에 따라 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 독서량의 초기값은 자기효능감과 다문화수용성 초기값과 정(+)적 영향 관계를 보였다. 마지막으로 독서량 초기값은 자기효능감을 매개로 다문화수용성 초기값과 변화율에 영향을 미쳤고 이는 통계적으로 유의했다.
