This study was conducted to establish finance performance evaluation model for physicians in each clinical department, by using factors which determines financial outcome(performance) in each clinical department The ultimate aim of study is to develop effective performance-based pay system for physicians. The system, by motivating physicians, should increase their productivity. To do so, it is critical to establish finance performance evaluation model to achieve final goal of this study. 232 private hospitals were chosen from 693 hospitals which were subject to hospital survey by the Korea Institute of Health Services Management and their revenue and expense-related data during 1997 were collected. By adopting multiple regression method, the study shows that the evaluation model for each clinical department was statistically significant. The study suggest the effective performance-based pay system based on financial performance of each clinical department. The pay system includes the level of compensation, the way of how to allocate profits to each department, and criteria whether the compensation should provide or not. In conclusion, the study has following implications. First, the study suggest finance performance evaluation model for each clinical department Second, the study suggest guidelines and plans to establish qualitative measure of financial performance in each clinical department. Third, the study suggest that adopting performance-based pay for physicians could be impetus to achieve organizational goal by motivating them with fair compensation.

This study aims to develop the methodology based on the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) of evaluation for commercial paper. commercial paper is the ma product of merchant banks. commercial paper evaluation is annually performed by the credit-evaluation agency. Credit evaluation is performed by the informal judgemental system, which has potential to induce serious inconsistencies in decision-making. We present an objective scoring model which does not suffer from the weakness of the subjective judgement system. The model used is illustrated by analyzing the commercial paper evaluation for the 3 motor-companies(H, K and S motors).

Purpose - Open source software has high utilization in most of the server market. The utilization of open source software is a global trend. Particularly, Internet infrastructure and platform software open source software development has increased rapidly. Since 2003, the Korean government has published open source software promotion policies and a supply promotion policy. The dynamism of the open source software market, the lack of relevant expertise, and the market transformation due to reasons such as changes in the relevant technology occur slowly in relation to adoption. Therefore, this study proposes an assessment model of services provided in an open source software service company. In this study, the service level of open source software companies is classified into an enterprise-level assessment area, the service level assessment area, and service area. The assessment model is developed from an on-site driven evaluation index and proposed evaluation framework; the evaluation procedures and evaluation methods are used to achieve the research objective, involving an impartial evaluation model implemented after pilot testing and validation. Research Design, data, and methodology - This study adopted an iteration development model to accommodate various requirements, and presented and validated the assessment model to address the situation of the open source software service company. Phase 1 - Theoretical background and literature review Phase 2 - Research on an evaluation index based on the open source software service company Phase 3 - Index improvement through expert validation Phase 4 - Finalizing an evaluation model reflecting additional requirements Based on the open source software adoption case study and latest technology trends, we developed an open source software service concept definition and classification of public service activities for open source software service companies. We also presented open source software service company service level measures by developing a service level factor analysis assessment. The Behavior-Structure-Evolution Evaluation Model (BSEM) proposed in this study consisted of a rating methodology for calculating the level that can be granted through the assessment and evaluation of an enterprise-level data model. An open source software service company's service comprises the service area and service domain, while the technology acceptance model comprises the service area, technical domain, technical sub-domain, and open source software name. Finally, the evaluation index comprises the evaluation group, category, and items. Results - Utilization of an open source software service level evaluation model For the development of an open source software service level evaluation model, common service providers need to standardize the quality of the service, so that surveys and expert workshops performed in open source software service companies can establish the evaluation criteria according to their qualitative differences. Conclusion - Based on this evaluation model's systematic evaluation process and monitoring, an open source software service adoption company can acquire reliable information for open source software adoption. Inducing the growth of open source software service companies will facilitate the development of the open source software industry.

Due to the characteristics of an ad hoc network without a control center, self-organization, and flexible topology, the trust evaluation of the nodes in the network is extremely difficult. Based on the analysis of ad hoc networks and the blockchain technology, a blockchain-based node-level trust evaluation model is proposed. The concepts of the node trust degree of the HASH list on the blockchain and the perfect reward and punishment mechanism are adopted to construct the node trust evaluation model of the ad hoc network. According to the needs of different applications the network security level can be dynamically adjusted through changes in the trust threshold. The simulation experiments demonstrate that ad-hoc on-demand distance vector(AODV) Routing protocol based on this model of multicast-AODV(MAODV) routing protocol shows a significant improvement in security compared with the traditional AODV and on-demand multipath distance vector(AOMDV) routing protocols.

본 연구의 목적은 계층적 분석 기법을 이용한 비즈니스 프로세스 관리 시스템(BPMS)의 평가 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단으로부터 BPMS 솔루션 선택을 위한 기준을 도출하였으며, 이 기준들의 쌍대비교를 통해 AHP 기반의 분석 모형을 개발하였다. 분석모형을 통해 기업이 원하는 BPMS 솔루션을 선택할 수 있으며, 이는 기업의 프로세스 관리 능력 제고에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

As traditional ways of evaluation prove to be ineffective in evaluating the effect of interactive multimedia physical education (PE) teaching, this study develops a new evaluation model based on the simulated annealing algorithm. After the evaluation subjects and the principle of the evaluation system are determined, different subjects are well chosen to constitute the evaluation system and given the weight. The backpropagation neural network has been improved through the simulated annealing algorithm, whose improvement indicates the completion of the evaluation model. Simulation results show that the evaluation model is highly efficient. Compared with traditional evaluation models, the proposed one enhances students' performance in PE classes by 50%.

It is very important for performance of information system that we make an effort to raise user's satisfaction by continuously grasping user's requirement by evaluation of PMIS based on ASP service quality and reflecting this to information system. However, It is lack that developments of suitable evaluation index of PMIS based on ASP service quality. Hereupon, In this study, we propose the evaluation indicators. First, The evaluation area is classified by form the foundation of D & M IS Success Model (2003); system quality, information quality, service quality. Second, The detail evaluation item which include considerations which are gotten through investigation of the construction industry and PMIS based on ASP is grouping by form the foundation SERVQUAL which is a service quality evaluation tool proposed PZB(1988). It is suitable to evaluate PMIS based on ASP service quality in construction industry and able to evaluate various aspects.

Some laws and regulations may require internet service providers to provide services based on the age of users. Age verification in the online environment should be used as a tool to provide service that is appropriate to child based on age. Using the minimum attribute information, processes on age verification provides the proper guidance to the internet services. However, there is a lack of a globally accepted trust framework for age verification process including evaluation factors for age verification information. In this paper the federation model of user attributes were described and evaluation factors for the age verification information were suggested. Also using the suggested evaluation factors, performance evaluation of federation model of user evaluation was performed. To meet the requirements of evaluation factors, framework of federation model should consider the unlinkability pseudonym support, eavesdropping protection and cloning protection.

This study presented the development of a user centered school facility fire safety evaluation model that would support fire safety evaluation, which is globally recognized as being important in terms of school safety, to be more efficiently implemented in the school field mainly by students. The study consisted of five steps. First, actual condition survey tools were developed based on the major fire safety evaluation items derived through literature review. Second, the characteristics of domestic school facilities in terms of fire safety were developed using the survey tools. Third, an evaluation model at a level utilizable by students was developed based on the foregoing characteristics. Fourth, the applicability of the model was verified through a trial application of the model to elementary school students. Finally, legal and institutional improvement plans and fire safety education materials were presented through a policy proposal.

보안정책모델은 평가대상제품(Target of Evaluation, TOE)의 보안정책을 비정형적, 준정형적, 또는 정형적 방법을 사용하여 구조적으로 표현하는 한 것이다. 보안정책모델은 보안기능요구사항과 기능명세간의 일관성 및 완전성을 제공함으로써 평가대상제품이 요구사항과 기능명세간 불명확성으로 인한 보안결점을 최소화할 수 있도록 보증성을 보장한다. 이러한 이유로 ISO/IEC 15408(공통평가기준. CC) 등 IT 제품 및 시스템의 보안성 평가기준의 고등급 평가에서 보안정책모델을 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 보안정책모델의 개념과 관련 연구 및 공통평가기준의 보안정책모델 보증요구사항을 분석하여 보안정책모델 평가방법을 제시한다.
