The aim of this study was to screen for polypeptides binding specifically to LoVo human colorectal cancer cells using a phage-displayed peptide library as a targeting vector for colorectal cancer therapy. Human normal colorectal mucous epithelial cells were applied as absorber cells for subtraction biopanning with a c7c phage display peptide library. Positive phage clones were identified by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and immunofluorescence detection; amino acid sequences were deduced by DNA sequencing. After 3 rounds of screening, 5 of 20 phage clones screened positive, showing specific binding to LoVo cells and a conserved RPM motif. Specific peptides against colorectal cancer cells could be obtained from a phage display peptide library and may be used as potential vectors for targeting therapy for colorectal cancer.

정보통신의 발달과 인터넷의 대중화로 인해 웹페이지 구축이 생활화됨에 따라 의학도서관에서도 웹페이지를 통한 효과적인 정보제공이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 서울시 의학도서관 웹페이지를 대상으로 웹페이지 설계기준에 따라 구조와 내용을 분석하여 문제점을 살펴보고 활성화 방안을 마련하여, 웹페이지를 통한 효과적인 의학도서관의 정보서비스 제공에 기여하고자 한다.

디지털도서관 분야는 컨텐츠, 운영, 기반 기술 관련하여 다양한 분야를 포함하고 있는 학제적 학문분야 중 하나로 여겨진다. 이 연구의 목적은 기존의 문헌정보학 범주 내에서 파악되었던 디지털도서관의 하위분야 규명을 넘어서 다양한 학문 분야에서 다루고 있는 디지털도서관을 학제적 공동연구의 관점에서 분석하고자 하였다. 1997년부터 2010년까지 게재된 디지털도서관 주제의 논문 1,394편을 대상으로 다양한 분야의 공동저자 분석을 수행하였다. 그 분석결과 문헌정보학, 컴퓨터학, 공학 분야가 공동연구의 중심 역할을 수행하였음을 밝혔다. 또한 디지털도서관의 세부영역은 핵심디지털도서관영역, 자연과학영역, 의학관련 영역, 생물학 및 의학영역으로 파악되었다. 이러한 결과는 디지털도서관은 다양한 학문 분야에서 다루고 있으며, 이론중심의 연구뿐만 아니라 구축과 운영과 관련된 실무 영역이 함께 발전된 특징을 지니고 있기 때문인 것으로 파악되었다.

A gene coding a novel isoform of carbamyl phosphate synthetase I (CPS1) was cloned from a human testicular library. As shown by cDNA microarray hybridization, this gene was expressed at a higher level in human adult testes than in fetal testes. The full length of its cDNA was 3831 bp, with a 3149 bp open reading frame, encoding a 1050-amino-acid protein. The cDNA sequence was deposited in the GenBank (AY317138). Sequence analysis showed that it was homologous to the human CPS1 gene. The putative protein contained functional domains composing the intact large subunit of carbamoyl phosphate synthetase, thus indicated it has the capability of arginine biosynthesis. A multiple tissue expression profile showed high expression of this gene in human testis, suggesting the novel alternative splicing form of CPS1 may be correlated with human spermatogenesis.

본 연구의 목적은 전 세계적으로 대유행을 하고 있는 코로나19 상황과 관련 하여 국내 의학도서관의 정보서비스 현황을 조사하고, 의학도서관 사서를 대상으로 코로나19 상황에 대한 인식이 관련 정보서비스를 제공하는데 있어 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 국내 의학도서관 홈페이지를 통한 코로나19 정보서비스 여부에 관현 현황을 조사하였다. 그리고 코로나19의 상황인식 정도를 파악하기 위하여 Grunig의 상황이론을 적용하여, 문제인식, 제약인식, 관여도에 대한 인식의 정도에 따라 네 단계의 사서 유형을 분류하고, 3가지 인식이 코로나19 관련 정보서비스에 어떠한 영향을 주는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국내 의학도서관 144개 기관 중 25개 기관만 코로나19 관련 정보서비스를 제공하고 있었고. 도서관의 정보제공의 주체인 사서의 경우 코로나19 상황에 대하여 문제인식과 관여도가 높고, 제약인식은 낮았으며, 정보제공 수준은 매우 적극인 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 제약인식만이 코로나19 관련 정보서비스를 제공함에 있어 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 정보원이 확보된 시기의 추가적인 연구와 사서의 인식이 도서관 운영에 어떤 영향을 주는지에 대한 후속 연구도 제안하였다.

The Pulpose of this systematic review is aimed to establish the procedure of the injection with saftey and efficiency in the pre-hospital cardiac arrest patient performing the cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), compared with traditional medication administration using Ampoule and medication administration with Prefilled Syringe. Databases were searched for CPR, heart arrest, resuscitation, Pre-filled Syringe, and Ampoule by the electronic data research including Pubmed, EMBASE and Cochran Library of Konyang University Library: 4 articles were selected by three co-authors using EndNote X20 and Covidence (Covidence.org) and were systematically reviewed. The Result of this study, the medication administration using Pre-fillled Syringe improves the safety of patients and Emergency medical workers by reducing the error in administration dose and administering the drug in safe than the medication adminisrtaion using Ampoule, also, contributes to the increment of survival rate of cardiac arrest and severe patients by decreasing the administration time that prevents the delay of medication administration.

이 연구는 의학도서관 이용자의 전자저널에 대한 서비스품질 지각과 만족도에 관해 분석하기 위해 K대학교 의과대학의 교수와 대학원생을 대상으로 수행되었다. 두 집단은 서비스품질에 대한 지각에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보여주었다. 하위차원에 대한 분석에서는 사용편리성, 접근성, 콘텐트자원은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없으나, 지원성에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 전자저널에 대한 만족도와 가치에 대한 지각은 두 항목 모두 교수집단이 통계적으로 유의하게 높은 것을 나타났다. 서비스품질의 구성차원이 만족도에 미치는 영향과 관련해서는, 지원성과 사용편리성, 콘텐트 자원의 순으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 접근성은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질과 그 구성차원이 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 가치의 조절효과는 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 보여주지 못하였다.

유비쿼터스는 언제 어디서든 컴퓨터를 이용하여 네트워크에 접속할 수 있다는 의미로 유통이나 건축, 의료 등의 분야 뿐 아니라 도서관에서도 적용되기 시작하였다. 이 연구는 국내외의 유비쿼터스 프로젝트 등을 통하여 유비쿼터스의 동향을 알아보고 이미 유비쿼터스 기술을 도입하여 사용하고 있는 국내외 도서관들의 사례를 기반으로 국내 대학도서관에 적합한 유비쿼터스 모형을 설계하여 제시한다.
