진성리더십이 조직구성원의 긍정심리자본과 팀워크역량에 미치는 영향 -종합병원 간호사를 중심으로- (The Effects of Authentic Leadership on the Positive Psychological Capital and the Teamwork Competence -Focusing on Nurses of General Hospitals-)

  • 본 연구는 진성리더십의 이론적 및 실무적 발전을 촉진하기 위하여 진성리더십, 긍정심리자본, 팀워크역량 간의 관계를 살펴보고 그 관계상의 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 실증분석을 위해 종합병원 간호사 172명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 데이터에 가설적 관계를 검증하기 위해 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 요인분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 매개회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진성리더십은 긍정심리자본뿐만 아니라 팀워크역량에 정(+)의 관계를 가지고 있으며, 둘째, 진성리더십과 팀워크역량 사이에 긍정심리자본은 부분적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 진성리더십의 작업팀에 대한 긍정적인 영향을 증명해주고 있으며 간호사 조직의 효과성 제고에 실무적인 시사점을 제공한다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계점을 지적하고 진성리더십과 진성리더십의 작업팀 영향에 대한 미래 연구를 위한 일부 연구방향들이 제안되었다.

U-교통서비스 품질요인과 사용자만족의 관계 (The Relationship of U-Traffic Service Quality and User Satisfaction)

  • 본 논문은 U-교통서비스 품질요인과 사용자만족의 관계에 대하여 독립변수로 U-교통서비스 품질요인인 서비스품질과 시스템품질을, 매개변수로 공공성, 유용성, 경제성을, 종속변수로 사용자만족으로 각각 구성하였다. SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석을 실시하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째로 U-교통서비스 품질요인이 직접적으로 사용자만족에 정적 영향을 미치며 둘째로 U-교통서비스 품질요인이 공공성, 유용성, 경제성을 매개하여 간접적으로 사용자만족에 정적 영향을 미치며 셋째로 U-교통서비스 품질요인 중 서비스품질이 시스템품질보다 사용자만족을 높게 나타냈으며 넷째로 공공성, 유용성, 경제성의 매개변수중에서 유용성이 사용자만족을 높게 나타냈다.

지방 사립대학교 재학생의 학습몰입과 학업중단과의 관계: 대학생활적응의 매개효과 (A Relationship of Learning flow and Dropout in Local University Students: The Mediating Effect of College Adaption)

  • 본 연구는 지방대학교에서 학습몰입과 학업중단과의 관계에서 대학생활적응의 매개효과를 탐색하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 충북소재 대학생 281명을 대상으로 확증적 요인분석, Baron and Kenny 의 3단계 위계적 회귀분석 및 Sobel 검정을 적용하여 학습몰입과 학업중단에 있어 대학생활적응의 매개적 효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과 학습몰입이 높을수록 학업중단이 낮게 나타나며, 대학생활적응의 하위요인들 중 학업적응, 사회적 적응은 학습몰입과 학업중단에 미치는 영향을 부분매개하며, 대학환경적응은 완전매개 하였으며, 개인-정서적응은 매개효과가 존재하지 않았다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생의 학습몰입을 높이고 매개변인인 대학생활적응을 증가시켜 학업중단을 낮추기 위한 학교의 지원과 환경이 필요함을 시사한다.

여성장애인 근로자의 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 연구: 의사소통 및 대인관계 매개효과 중심으로 (The Effect the Job Stress of Female Workers with Disabilities on Organizational Commitment: Focused on the Mediating Effects of Communication and Interpersonal Relationships)

  • 본 연구는 여성장애인 근로자의 직무스트레스가 조직몰입에 미치는 영향에 있어 의사소통 및 대인관계 매개 효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 조사 대상은 장애인고용패널조사 1차 웨이브 7~8차년도(2014년~2015년) 해당 패널에 참여한 여성장애인 근로자 508명이다. 분석 방법은 다중회귀분석을 활용하였으며, Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 연구절차에 따라 매개효과를 검증하였고 부트스트래핑(Bootstrapping)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 여성장애인 근로자가 겪는 조직공정성 스트레스 및 근무환경 스트레스가 조직몰입에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며, 의사소통 및 대인관계가 부분적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 여성과 장애인이라는 복합적 사회적 한계를 지닌 여성장애인 근로자의 직무스트레스를 경감시키고 조직몰입도를 높이기 위한 방안 등을 제언하였다.

간호단위의 내부마케팅요인이 간호사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - 직무만족을 매개변수로 - (The Influence of Internal Marketing Factors on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Nurses - Mediation Effect of Job Satisfaction -)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the influence of internal marketing factors on organizational citizenship behavior of nurses based on the mediate variable of job satisfaction. Method: Structured questionnaires were used with a convenience sample of 267 subjects working at 2 hospitals which have more than 500beds. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Result: Empowerment($\beta$= .395) and compensation($\beta$= -.232) among the internal marketing factors had significant influences on organizational citizenship behaviors. However, job satisfaction($\beta$= .266) showed a mediate variable between compensation and organizational citizenship behaviors. Conclusion: This result indicates that empowerment and job satisfaction are important factors in predicting organizational citizenship behavior of nurses in hospitals. Thus it would be necessary to include this two factors in inhencing production of a nursing unit.

부모-자녀간 의사소통 유형, 청소년 자아탄력성, 그리고 스트레스 대처방식 간의 관계: 청소년 자아탄력성의 매개효과 검증 (Relationship between Parent Communication Style and Stress Coping Styles in Adolescence: The Mediating Effects of Ego-Resiliency)

  • The major purpose of this research was to explore the mediating effects of ego-resiliency between parent communication style and stress coping styles in adolescence. The subjects who participated in this study included 247 high school students from Gyeong-gi province. They completed questionnaires on parent-adolescent communication, ego-resilience, and stress coping styles using the cognitive appraisal model by Lazarus & Folkman(1984). Data were analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. It was found that parent-adolescence communication as well as ego-resilience had significant effects on stress coping styles. In particular, female teenagers showed evidence that ego-resilience had complete mediation over relationships between a parent's communication styles and their stress coping styles.

변혁적 리더십이 간호역량의 매개효과를 통해 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (Mediation Effect of Nursing Competency between Transformational Leadership and Organizational Commitment of Nurses in Hospitals)

  • Purpose. The purpose of the study was to identify the mediating effects of nursing competency between transformational leadership and organizational commitment of nurses in hospitals. Method. Data were collected from 204 nurses in 3 hospitals and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson' correlation coefficient, and hierarchial multiple regression with the PASW 21.0. Results. There were positive relationships among all three variables, transformational leadership, nursing competency and organizational commitment. There was a mediating effect of nursing competency between transformational leadership and organizational commitment. Conclusion. The results of the study indicate that strategies which could enhance the nursing competency of nurses should be developed by mangers in hospitals. Further study is needed on other factors which may influence nurses' nursing competency and organizational commitment especially in hospitals.

소방공무원의 신경증 성격특성과 직무 스트레스와의 관계: 지각된 평가적 지지의 매개 효과 (The Mediating Effect of Perceived Appraisal Support on the Relationship between Neuroticism and Occupational Stress in Firefighters)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of perceived appraisal support between neuroticism and occupational stress in firefighters. Methods: The subjects of this study were 156 firefighters who worked at three fire stations in G province in Korea. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis using Baron and Kenny's method for mediation. Results: There were significant relationships between neuroticism and perceived appraisal support (r=.30, p<.001), neuroticism and occupational stress (r=.42, p<.001), and perceived appraisal support and occupational stress (r=.36, p<.001). Perceived appraisal support showed partial mediating effects in the relationship between neuroticism and occupational stress. Conclusion: The impact of neuroticism in firefighters was mediated by perceived appraisal support for occupational stress. This suggests that strategies for enhancing perceived appraisal support in fire fighters should be considered when developing neuroticism management interventions for decreasing their occupational stress.

유아의 식행동 문제에 대한 정서성의 영향: 행동문제의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Young Children's Emotionality on Their Eating Behavior Problems: With a Focus on the Effect of Mediation of Behavior Problems)

  • This study focused on the relationships among emotionality, eating behavior problems, and behavior problems in a sample of 185 four- to five-year-old children attending kindergarten or a day care center in Seoul. The values were all measured by their teachers. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results of this study were as follows. First, children's positive and negative emotionality each exerted negative and positive effects on their internalizing behavior problems. Second, children's positive emotionality had a negative influence on their eating behavior problems. On the other hand, children's negative emotionality had a positive influence on eating behavior problems. Finally, effect of children's positive emotionality on their eating behavior problems was partially mediated by internalizing behavior problems. On the other hand, the effect of children's negative emotionality on their eating behavior problems was totally mediated by their internalizing behavior problems.

어머니의 정서표현이 유아의 정서조절에 미치는 영향 : 기질의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Mothers' Emotion Expression on Preschool Children's Emotion Regulation : Focusing on the Mediation of Children's Temperament)

  • The aims of this study were to investigate the relationships among mothers' emotion expression, preschool children's temperament, and preschool children's emotion regulation. The participants in this study were 75 5-year-old children from five child-care centers located in Seoul. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The major findings were as follows. First, mothers' positive emotion expression had a positive influence on children's effortful control, and mothers' negative emotion expression had a positive influence on children's negative affect. Second, mothers' positive emotion expression had a positive influence on children's emotion regulation, while mothers' negative emotion expression had a negative influence on children's emotion regulation. Last, the effect of mothers' positive emotion expression on children's emotion regulation was fully mediated by children's effortful control. Also, the effect of mothers' negative emotion expression on children's emotion regulation was partially mediated by children's negative affect. These results suggest that mothers' emotion expression and children's temperament may predict children's emotion regulation.
