The present study examined whether enjoyable couple activity and common dyadic coping as daily positive couple interactions have direct or indirect effects on marital satisfaction through the mediation of sexual intimacy among urban Chinese women in the early years of marriage. The subjects were 182 urban women born under the one-child policy, who live in Heilongjiang, Anhui and Beijing provinces of China, and have been married up to six years. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire. We conducted a hierarchical multiple regression analysis in SPSS software and tested the significance of the mediation effects using bootstrapping method in Mplus software. The results of the study are as follows. First, both enjoyable couple activity and common dyadic coping had positive direct impacts on urban Chinese women's marital satisfaction and positive indirect impacts on marital satisfaction via sexual intimacy. Second, enjoyable couple activity was the strongest predictor of marital satisfaction, followed by common dyadic coping and sexual intimacy. The path model explained 48% of the variance in marital satisfaction. The results suggest that enjoyable couple activity, common dyadic coping, and sexual intimacy should be considered in the design of interventions to enhance urban Chinese women's marital satisfaction in the early years of marriage.

이 연구는 장애인복지관 종사자의 성장욕구가 고객지향성에 미치는 영향과 이에 대한 참여적 의사결정의 매개효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국 장애인복지관 종사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 총 847부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 참여적 의사결정의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 Baron과 Kenny가 제시한 3단계 위계적 회귀분석을 진행하였으며, 주요 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성장욕구는 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 참여적 의사결정은 성장욕구와 고객지향성 간의 관계를 매개하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 장애인복지관 종사자의 고객지향성 제고를 위해 개인적인 차원과 조직적인 측면에서의 방안을 제언하였다.

This study aimed at examining the mediation effects of depressive symptoms on the association between social activity participation and marital satisfaction among couples in later life. The study included 1,196 married couples aged 65 or above who participated in the 7th Korean Longitudinal Study of Aging in 2018. The study variables were husbands' and wives' social activity participation, marital satisfaction, and depressive symptoms. Covariates were individual age, education level, subjective health, couples' household income, and number of children. The Actor-Partner Interdependence Mediation Model (APIMeM) and bootstrapping techniques were used to test the significance of the mediating impacts of depressive symptoms based on the dyadic data structure. The results showed that for both husbands and wives, active participation in social activities had significant effects on increasing marital satisfaction through lowering depressive symptoms. However, only the participation of husbands in social activities was positively associated with their own marital satisfaction by reducing their own and their partner's depressive symptoms. These findings suggest that the active social participation of individuals salient for promoting the quality of marital relationships in later life, particularly for preventing their own and their spouse's depressive symptoms.

알코올 중독의 패러다임이 최근에는 단주에서 회복으로 옮겨지고 있다. 본 연구는 알코올 중독자의 단주의지, 적응유연성, 회복간의 관계에 대한 모형을 가정하고 검증하기 위한 연구로, 205명의 조사 자료를 분석하였다. 단주의지를 독립변수, 적응유연성을 매개변수, 회복을 종속변수로 하여 모형을 구성하였으며, 가설분석을 위해 AMOS 7.0을 활용하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 단주의지와 회복사이에 적응유연성의 매개효과에 대해 독립변수의 직접경로가 포함된 부분매개모형의 적합도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 단주의지와 적응유연성의 회복에 대한 직접 효과가 검증되었다. 본 연구 결과는 향후 알코올 중독자의 회복을 위한 프로그램 구성에 적응유연성을 강조하는 근거로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구에서는 댐 건설 사업을 추진하는 경우 발생되는 갈등사안 중에서 수문학적으로 접근하여 이수 및 치수에 대한 갈등 발생원인을 파악하고 이해당사자들의 직접적인 참여와 의견을 수렴하여 대안 모의와 결과를 도모할 수 있는 공영시각모형(SVM)을 개발하였다. 이수부문에서는 각 행정구역별 생활용수, 공업 및 농업용수 수요를 예측하고, 치수부문에서는 각 구조적 대안이 형성되는 경우 신속하게 모의하여 수위저감효과, 침수면적 및 피해액의 변화를 제시하여 상호의견 교환에 따른 합의점을 도출할 수 있도록 구축하였다. 이러한 공영시각모형의 이용은 정보공개의 정확성, 결과의 신뢰성 등을 확보할 수 있게 함으로써 댐 건설에 대한 갈등 조정 및 완화에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

이 연구는 한국 신노년층의 회복탄력성과 생산적 노화의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 실증적으로 구명하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따른 연구대상은 대도시와 중/소도시 그리고 농촌지역 신노년층을 모집단으로 설정하고, 집락무선표집방법을 통해 484명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 자료분석은 통계프로그램인 IBM SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 활용하여, 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석 그리고, 공변량구조 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 다음과 같은 결과을 얻었다. 첫째, 한국 신노년들의 회복탄력성은 자아존중감에 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 한국 신노년들의 회복탄력성은 생산적 노화에 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 한국 신노년들의 자아존중감은 생산적 노화에 영향을 미친다. 그리고 마지막으로 넷째, 한국 신노년들의 회복탄력성과 생산적 노화의 관계에서 자아존중감은 부분매개로서 매개효과가 있다.

In the two-condition within-subject mediation design, pairs of variables such as mediator and outcome are observed under two treatment conditions. The main objective of the design is to investigate the indirect effects of the condition difference (sum) on the outcome difference (sum) through the mediator difference (sum) for comparison of two treatment conditions. The natural condition variables mean the original variables, while the rotated condition variables mean the difference and the sum of two natural variables. The outcome difference (sum) is expressed as a linear model regressed on two natural (rotated) mediators as a parallel two-mediator design in two condition approaches: the natural condition approach uses regressors as the natural condition variables, while the rotated condition approach uses regressors as the rotated condition variables. In each condition approach, the total indirect effect on the outcome difference (sum) can be expressed as the sum of two individual indirect effects: within- and cross-condition indirect effects. The total indirect effects on the outcome difference (sum) for both condition approaches are the same. The invariance of the total indirect effect makes it possible to analyze the nature of two pairs of individual indirect effects induced from the natural conditions and the rotated conditions. The two-condition within-subject design is extended to the addition of a between-subject moderator. Probing of the conditional indirect effects given the moderator values is implemented by plotting the bootstrap confidence intervals of indirect effects against the moderator values. The expected indirect effect with respect to the moderator is derived to provide the overall effect of moderator on the indirect effect. The model coefficients are estimated by the structural equation modeling approach and their statistical significance is tested using the bias-corrected bootstrap confidence intervals. All procedures are evaluated using function lavaan() of package {lavaan} in R.

본 연구는 중소기업 종사자를 중심으로 양면적혁신활동을 매개변수로 하여 기업의 동적역량이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 분석하였다. 동적역량의 하위변수를 기회탐색역량, 자원획득역량 및 자원재구성역량으로 구분하였다. 수도권에 거주하는 중소기업 종사자들로부터 수집한 설문지 282부를 실증분석에 사용하였다. SPSS v22.0과 Process macro v3.4를 사용하여 병렬다중매개모형을 기반으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 양면적혁신활동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량이 양면적혁신활동에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양면적혁신활동이 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기회탐색역량과 자원획득역량이 기업성과에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간의 인과관계는 없는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 양면적혁신활동은 기회탐색역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원획득역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 양면적혁신활동은 자원재구성역량과 기업성과 간을 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 후속 연구로는 본 연구에서 사용된 매개변수 외에 제 3의 매개변수 발굴과 이를 통한 직렬매개모형 분석과 조절변수가 동시에 포함된 조건부과정 모형을 도입하여 조절된 매개분석을 위한 연구가 필요할 것으로 여겨진다.

The paper explores determinants of corporate adoption of social media and the role of technology acceptance model in the path. This paper assimilates some components of the technology acceptance dimension and social expectation theories to determine corporate intentions to use social media. Six hundred and forty-eight samples collected from hotel staff in Korea are analyzed using factor analysis, structural equation model techniques and one-way analysis of variance. The results show that corporate needs, social expectations, ease of use and usefulness should be viewed as important antecedents explaining the firm's behavioral intention to use social media. The study also finds that the ease of use and usefulness of the technology acceptance model have positive directional mediation effects in the path diagram.

The purpose of this study was to examine educational performance of key competencies in the situation by introducing NCS of junior college. And also, this study aimed at investigating the effects of individual characteristics on the relationship between characteristics of key competencies based on NCS and educational transfer. Data was collected from samples of 389 freshman and sophomore students who took the classes about communication skills and problem solving skills of key competencies. All of the students major in secretarial science. Based on the collected data, this study analyzed structural equating model, using AMOS Graphics. The result of analysis showed that there was a significant positive effect of educational training characteristics on educational transfer in some research models planned in this study. The findings in analysis of mediating effect showed that there was a full mediation effect of determinacy of career attitude maturity, and there was a partial mediation effect of readiness of career attitude maturity. Based on the result, this study proposed theoretical and practical ways considering individual characteristics for establishment and development of NCS.
