In this paper, we study planar normal section curves. We have interpreted curvatures of normal section curves. On the other hand we have investigated sufficient and necessary conditions for a normal section curve to be biharmonic.

It is well known that the set theory is very fundamental and important in modern mathematics. So, the middle school mathematics begins with section 'Sets' which is introduced from the 2nd curriculum change. Therefore, it is natural to arrange the set theory at the beginning of middle school mathematics curriculum. But most of text-books develop the set theory section very rigorously and tightly under less considering the student's language level. The purpose of this study is to have effective learning of set theory section for every middle school students, we analysis the definitions and writing contents of section 'Sets' in each textbooks as a linguistic viewpoint, and investigate its further uses in each textbooks.

We initiate the study of interval-valued fuzzy quasi-ideal of a semigroup. In Section 2, we list some basic definitions in the later sections. In Section 3, we investigate interval-valued fuzzy subsemigroups and in Section 4, we define interval-valued fuzzy quasi-ideals and establish some of their basic properties. In Section 5, we obtain characterizations of regular and intraregular semigroups using the machinery developed in the preceding sections.

In this research, The objective of the present study was to develop a preliminary diagnostic worksheet for use in consultations for learning mathematics. In order to achieve this, the worksheet was constructed with questions designed to assess the students. Through standardization, diagnostic worksheets for primary school students in grades 5 and 6 and secondary school students in grades 7 and 8 were produced. The diagnostic worksheet was divided into three sections, consisting of the psychology of learning mathematics in section 1, the methodology in learning mathematics in section 2, and personal preferences in learning mathematics in section 3. The psychology of learning mathematics was composed of questions on factors such as, "confidence in math learning ability," "math anxiety," and "attitude in learning mathematics." Moreover, factors in methodology in learning mathematics were "self-management in learning mathematics" and "math learning strategies." Those for personal preferences in learning mathematics asked about "motivation" and "preferences" with questions about "math learning habits" and "management methods for learning math." This diagnostic worksheet can be used as basic material in consulting students on learning mathematics.

Some Stampacchia type of generalized weak vector quasivariational-like inequalities for fuzzy mappings was introduced and the existence of solutions to them under non-compact assumption was considered using the particular form of the generalized Ky Fan's section theorem due to Park [15]. As a corollary, Stampacchia type of generalized vector quasivariational-like inequalities for fuzzy mappings was studied under compact assumption using Ky Fan's section theorem [7].

In this paper we compared and analyzed the Korean and German mathematics textbooks for the middle school students. For the research we investigated only the area of algebra, which is consisted of the three sections-section of numbers and arithmetic operations, section of letters and expressions, and section of rules and functions. We expect that this paper would contribute on the development of the whole area in our nation's mathematical educations, including the organization and exploitation of the curriculums for the middle school students.

The notions of an initial section and a special set in BH-algebras are defined and some of their properties are obtained. The notion of a complicated BH-algebra is introduced and some related properties are obtained. Finally, the notion of essences in BH-algebras are defined, and many properties are investigated.
