중국소비자의 위조 제품 사용문화연구 : 동기, 만족과 불만족 요인을 중심으로 (A Counterfeit Goods use Culture in China Consumer : focus on Motivation, Satisfaction and Dissatisfaction Factor)

  • 본 연구는 중국 소비자들이 왜 위조명품을 구매하고 사용하는가에 대한 의문을 해결하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 중국소비자들이 위조품을 사용하면서 느낀 만족 요인이 무엇인가? 또한 위조품을 사용하면서 느낀 불만족 요인은 무엇인가? 에 대한 심층 면접 결과를 토대로 위조품 사용동기, 사용만족 및 사용불만족 요인을 알아보고 이러한 위조품 사용행동과 관련된 동기, 만족 및 불만족 요인 각각이 위조품 제품태도와 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 위조품 사용동기요인은 과시성, 경제성, 만족감, 실용성의 4가지로 나타났으며, 위조품 제품태도에는 과시성과 경제성, 만족감 및 실용성 동기 모두가 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 위조품 사용 만족요인은 개인적 만족과 경제적 만족의 2가지로 나타났다. 2가지 만족요인중 위조품 제품태도에는 개인적 만족요인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 위조품 구매의도에는 경제적 만족이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 위조품사용 불만족 요인은 개인적, 사회적 및 물질적 불만족 요인의 3가지로 나타났다. 위조품 제품태도에는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인은 나타나지 않았지만, 구매의도에는 개인적 불만족 요인이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 중국소비자의 위조품사용행동과 문화에 대한 심층적 이해를 통해, 향후 위조품 사용을 줄이는 공공 캠페인에 활용할 수 있는 자료를 제공해 줄 것으로 기대한다.

자동차부품기업의 UML기반 자재관리시스템 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of UML-Based Material Management System for Automotive Part Company)

  • One of the important applications in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) systems is the Manufacturing Resource Planning(MRPII) system using Bill of Material(BOM). The manufacturing resource planning determines the quantity and timing of the production or purchase of subassemblies and raw materials needed to support the Master Production Scheduling(MPS). The bill of material is the recipe, a list of the materials needed to make a product. This paper intends to suggest a component-based materials management system using Unified Modeling Language(UML), as an application system for automobile part industry. Applying component based materials management systems designed with UML methodology, we analyzed the workflow and the document on materials management process from production planning to inventory management, and implemented a prototype of efficient materials management system, as a surrogate of existing material requirement planning(MRPI) system. To produce many other assemblies for a automobile part firm, component parts are assembled into subassemblies that are joined to assemble the finished product. Through the system suggested in this study, the level of inventory has cut down and the cost of inventory management has decreased. Also, the development method using UML makes the analysis and design phase to shorten in implementation period of MRPII system. The implementation of materials management system using CBD shows the ease of use in software reuse and the interoperability with corporate Internal information system. The result of applying object-oriented CBD technique is to minimize the risk of life cycle and facilitate the reuse of software as mentioned to limitation of information engineering methodology.

건설자재 정보속성 정형화를 위한 조사 ${\cdot}$ 분석적 연구 (A Study on Survey and Analysis for the Standardization to Information Attribute of Construction Material)

  • 세계화 및 개방화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 건설자재 정보속성 표준화는 건설산업 전반에 걸쳐 그 수요가 지속적으로 유지되고 있으며, 건설시장의 생산성에 획기적인 기여효과를 파생할 수 있는 기반기술이다. 건설자재 정보유통 활성화를 위해 건설자재 구매실무자를 대상으로 입수경로 및 정보속성을 조사하여 건설자재 정보제공체계의 현황을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 정보속성 개선점 및 활용도를 모색하여 표준화/정형화된 건설자재 일반정보 표준속성을 도출하고자 한다. 또한, 건설산업의 안정성 및 품질확보의 초석이 되는 품질정보 표준화를 위해 건설자재 품질인증 시험항목 분석을 수행하여 건설공정에 따라 정보속성을 분류하였으며, 이를 기반으로 품질정보 대표속성을 제시하고자 하였따. 건설자재 일반정보 속성도출의 논리성을 확립하고자 전자상거래를 위한 대표적 송성체계인 ECCMA와 ISO국제표준과의 호환성 검토를 기반으로 자재구매 실무자 200명을 대상으로 실태수요조사를 수행하여 통계적 분석을 수행하였으며, 품질정보속성 표준화의 체계성 확보를 위해 국제적으로 통용되고 있는 북미의 대표적인 분류체계인 Master Format(2004)을 준용하였다.

지급자재 조달관리부담 평가에 기초한 중소기업 공사용자재 직접구매제도 대응방안: 공공아파트를 공급하는 발주자를 중심으로 (Developing Response Plan for the Direct Buying System for SME's Construction Materials based on the Analysis of Material Procurement Management Load: Focused on the Owner Providing Public Apartment Housing)

  • 중소기업청은 일정규모 이상의 공공건설사업에 대해 일반공사와 의무적으로 분리하여 직접 구매해야 하는 123개 공사용자재 제품군을 지정하고, 법에서 정한 바에 따라 발주기관이 자재를 직접 구매하여 수급인에게 공급하도록 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 공사용자재 직접구매제도 하에서 공공아파트 건설 현장에 투입되는 지급자재가 지니는 다양한 특성과 관리요인을 발주자 입장에서 종합적으로 고려하여, 주요관리대상 자재를 파악하고, 자재 조달 프로세스를 기반으로 이들에 대한 적정 관리 방안을 제시하였다. 즉, 조달경로, 현장특화정도, 입주자 요구수준, 업체 책임범위, 납품분할정도, 현장작업 요구도, 부속자재 필요도, 검수조건 등 지급자재가 가지는 주요 관리요인을 적용하여 공공아파트 건설사업에 적용되는 43개 직접 구매 대상품목의 조달관리부담을 평가한 결과, 상대적으로 높은 조달관리노력이 요구되는 주요관리대상그룹에는 목재창호, 알루미늄창호, 승강기, 목재마루재, 레미콘, 타일, 합성수지창호가 포함되었고, 그 중 알루미늄창호와 타일은 집중관리대상으로 분류되었다. 나아가 직접구매제도의 영향에 따른 집중관리대상 자재에 대한 대응방안은 발주자 입장에서 실태, 문제점, 관리측면의 주요 고려사항을 반영하여 작성하였으며, 실질적 수량 산출, 명확한 발주세부조건 정비, 생산 전후 활동 활성화, 하자보수 물량 확보, 공종별 간섭 사전 협의 및 해소 등이 필수적인 관리활동으로 나타났다.

The Difference of Price Zone Evaluation According to Type of Consumer and Purchasing Behavior

  • This study examines whether there are differences in consumer's evaluation price zone on the clothing clue (the type of clothing, brand, time of fashion, place of origin, material. submaterial, place for sale) according to consumer purchasing behavior. Therefore the ultimate goal is to offer help in fixing price when establishing marketing of the clothing industry by grasping the actual price set by consumers under the IMP system. The female consumers of 20s and 30s were chosen as study subjects for their sensitivity to the purchase of clothing. The tests carried out in this research are: SPSSIPC+ is used for frequency Analysis. The Results of this study are showed as the following: It was analyzed that 4 types of consumer are the reasonable consumption oriented consumer, fashion oriented consumer, the no care of fashion consumer and high price oriented consumer Among the several kinds such as the type of clothing, brand, time of fashion, place of origin, material, submaterial, place for sale, only on the type of clothing, there are difference in the type of the consumers, on the time of buying clothes, in the behavior of buying clothes and also on the degree of fashion and the place of origin among such kinds.

학령기 여아를 위한 경기용 피겨 스케이팅복 패턴 설계에 관한 연구 (Pattern Development of Figure Skating Wear for Schoolgirls)

  • This study developed basic pattern for competition figure skating wear for school girls. Figure skating wears are difficult for making basic patterns based on standard size chart, because girls' body size are slimmer and more slender compared to the general girl's and the competition wears such as, swim suit with sleeves are, closely in contact with the player's body. The competition wears for school girl was made with consideration of changing of the body shape, physical exercises, and various specificities according to stretch material. To raise artistic effect while doing beautiful motions, and to assist in facile technique motions, competition wears need to have enough ease on the side line from waist to armpit, from armpit to wrist, and in trunk girth including crotch girth. Also, to stand out in beauty, a costume designing has a proper skirt position, length, flare width, and a tight bodice according to the player's body proportion. Most of the customers are displeased at the high price, unfitness of size, insufficient design, and difficulty in access, since they are not sold in sporting goods store. Therefore, a competition wear's basic pattern was made through scientific and emotional process including concerns on material properties, room for activities, and ideal body proportion. Systemizing the basic patterns of production method will solve high repairing expenses, unsuitable sizing, and improve accessibility for purchase.

Substitute Textile Preferences for Eco-Friendly Leather Goods: Focusing on Shoes and Bags

  • In the 21st century, the demand for eco-friendly leather, such as eco-leather and vegan leather, is steadily increasing. This study examines the influence of eco-friendliness on consumers' purchasing intentions and the possibility of eco-friendly changes in the fashion accessory market, which is dominated by leather material and leather substitutes. This study administered a questionnaire survey to 227 males and females between 20 and 60 years of age in Korea. With a 5-point Likert scale, data were collected on evaluation criteria when purchasing shoes and bags and purchasing intention of various leather substitute materials according to the democratic variables. The eco-friendliness attitude was divided into eco-consciousness and green behavior. As the eco-friendly attitude increased, most purchasing standards increased, but the purchasing criteria, such as trends, brands, and prices, did not correlate with the eco-friendly attitude. The eco-consciousness of a consumer had a high correlation with the design evaluation criteria, while the green behavior of the consumer aligned with durability and comfort criteria when purchasing a bag. There was a preference for recycled leather, vegetable leather, synthetic leather, and chemical leather, and the fabric type was ranked as natural fiber, biodegradable fiber, and synthetic fiber. Consumers with both green behavior and eco-consciousness are more likely to purchase biodegradable textiles and vegetable leather for the material of shoes and bags.

The Analysis of the Purchasing Process and Distribution Management Requirements of Teaching Materials in Preschool

  • Purpose: This study is to analyze the purchasing process and distribution management requirements for teaching materials that have important meaning in the practical field of preschool education. Research design, data and methodology: A structured questionnaire was used to survey 103 childcare staffs regarding the purchasing process and distribution managements. The collected data underwent Likert's 5-point scale analysis and keyword grouping. Additionally, ANOVA was conducted to examine the distribution management demands based on demographic characteristics. Results: The purchasing of teaching materials involved more offline channels than online, and the purchase decisions were predominantly made by principals rather than teachers. Although the purchasing process is similar to that of general businesses, there are difficulties in purchasing due to the disorganized distribution channels and limited accessibility to product information. Additionally, the management of inventory for teaching materials is challenging due to limited personnel and storage. Childcare staffs have requirements for classification systems, evaluation criteria, environments and policies related to teaching materials distribution. The need to introduce a teaching material evaluation and certification system to ensure quality was not high. Conclusions: Most of the respondents recognized that strict management and measures should be taken for the distribution of teaching materials. There were differences in the demand of teaching material distribution depending on the respondents' status, age, education, and experience.

상업공간에서 재료를 통한 공간의 컨버전 소통 방법 연구 - 2008~2012년 국내·외 상업공간을 중심으로 - (A Study on Space of Conversion Communication Method through Materials in Commercial Space - Focusing on Domestic and International Commercial Spaces in 2008~2012 -)

  • Commercial spaces are very sensitive in terms of trend and uniqueness, and many elements expressing space coexist together with brilliant ideas aiming to attract consumer attention and even induce sudden desire of purchase. Coexistence in space is expressed in various ways and out of those ways, representation by material is especially apparent. The application of material does not individually influence the expression of space, but the characteristics of multiple materials applied contribute to the distinction of space through mutual communication. This study intends to analyze how conversion is centered to express the distinction of space through materials communicated in space. The detailed study results are as follows. First, the conversion expression method of material resulted as 'Substitution', 'Contrast', 'Assimilation', 'Creation'. These four was divided and analyzed into 'Time', 'Space', 'Genre'. As a result of this analysis, such significances were shown as 'Contrast' in 'Time', 'Substitution' in 'Space', and 'Assimilation' in 'Genre'. Second, the conflict due to heterogeneity by conversion of 'Contrast' in 'Time' through past and current materials appeared to induce interest amongst consumers. Third, within 'Space', 'Substitution' of natural/artificial materials was noticeably applied. This is evaluated as a constructive way of expressing natural forms into artificial forms further intending to provoke attention and stimulate emotion. Fourth, in conversion through 'Assimilation' in 'Genre', rather than using materials only from other areas, synchronizing it by combining architectural materials is an effective method. Such results are thought to be a distinctive design method that draws attention of customers by communicating disparate materials in commercial space. Thus, the study results are expected to be utilized as an elementary resource in designing commercial space with character and high satisfaction.

  • Acrylonitrile Butadiene Rubber (NBR) has been used as a transformer gasket material because the transformer gaskets should have high resistivity to oil and should not swell and deform when it contact to insulating oils. Serious cracks were observed in the gaskets being used and ozone test was performed on new, specimens. Cracks were also observed on specimens. So we have performed the following tests on the anti-oxidants containing new gaskets according in accordance with KEPCO purchase specifications; ozone resistance, oil resistance, mechanical properties before and after aging.
