식품의 잔류농약 및 유해중금속의 오염인식도 -대전지역을 중심으로- (The Recognition Level of Food Contamination with Residual Pesticides and Hazardous Heavy Metals in Taejon Area)

  • This study was to investigate the recognition level of food contamination with residual pesticides and hazardous heavy metals from 365 male and female adults in Taejon area using questionnaires. Among the recognizing level of residual pesticides in overall foods, 69.1% were 'serious', 25.6% were 'average' and 5.3% were 'not serious'. Over 94.7% of the subjects recognized residual pesticides pollution infoods. for hazardous heavy metals in food, 47.8% responsed as 'serious', 40.5% as 'average' and 11.8 as ' not serious' . Over 88.3% of the subjects recognized contaminated pesticides seriously in fruits, 72.1% in vegetables and 51.7% in cereals, whereas 55.7% of the subjects recognized hazardous heavy metal contamination seriously in fruits, 53.4% in vegetables, 40.8% in fishes and shellfishes and 35.0% in seaweeds. The subjects recognized residual pesticides contamination more seriously in overall foods, cereal, potatoes and starches, bean, vegetables and fruits, whereas hazardous heavy metal contamination was recognized more seriously in fishes and shellfishes, and seaweeds food groups. Comparisons were shown based on individuial's occupation. Farmer, forester, iner and fisher showed the lowest recognizing level of food contamination in most food groups. The mean score of the dietary effect by mass media's information on food contamination from residual pesticides and hazardous heavy metals were 3.51±0.96 out of 5 points. By Duncan's multiple range test, sex, age, marriage, food cost per month, concerns about health and nutrition knowledge showed significant differences in the mean effect score at p<0.05. According to a pesticides contamination in several food groups were affected by food cost per month, mass media's information on food contamination, health status, and concerns about health, But a recognition level of hazardous heavy metals in food were affected by income and, food cost per month mass media's information on food contamination, health status, concern about health and nutrition knowledge. People who need to take extreme precautions of food contamination were in order of producers, government officials, homemakers, the consumer's association and consumers.

탄산칼슘 담체를 이용한 폐수내의 인 제거 (Phosphorus Removal from Wastewater by CaCO3 Media)

  • In this study, the applicability of $CaCO_3$ as a seed material for crystallization reaction was tested. $CaCO_3$ was ground to lesser than 425 mesh and was made to media mixed with binder. Batch experiment was to investigate the ${PO_4}^{3-}-P$ removal efficiency of different parameters such as $CaCO_3$ dosage and binder ratio, size, type and mass of media. In addition, the effect of phosphorus removal from wastewater was tested using a lab-scaled crystallization reactor. At the results of the batch test, phosphorus removals were improved with increasing $CaCO_3$ dosage and media mass but were decreased with increasing media size. Moreover, phosphorus removals were influenced by specific surface area but media type. The average T-P and ${PO_4}^{3-}-P$ removal efficiency in a lab-scaled crystallization reactor with $CaCO_3$ media for wastewater were shown to be 60.2% and 60.3% for 18 days of operation time.

효과적인 식품영양정보 제공을 위한 대중매체의 이용 및 활용 실태 조사 - 대전 충남권을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Use of Mass Media for Nutrition Knowledge : Focusing on Daejeon-Chungnam)

  • 본 연구는 대중매체 활용실태에 대하여 알아보고, 영양정보 습득의 활용도, 만족도, 요구도 조사를 통해 대중매체를 활용한 식품영양정보의 제공 방향을 제안하고자 한다. 대전 충남지역의 성인을 대상으로, 총 한 달 동안 온라인과 오프라인 설문 조사 방법을 병행하여 양적 연구를 실시하였다. 대중매체(TV, 인터넷)를 통해 제공하고자 하는 식품영양정보 주제와 관련된 요리방법 및 메뉴소개를 함께 제시한다면 대중들의 정보 획득률과 활용률을 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 여겨지며, 대중들의 과장된 내용에 대한 불만족을 해소하기 위해서는 객관적이고 전문적인 공공기관이나 홈페이지 등을 사용하여 대중들이 식품영양정보를 제공 받을 수 있도록 활성화 시켜야 하는 것으로 조사되었다. 이와 동시에 식품영양정보를 제공할 시 대중매체의 특성을 살린 흥미롭고 다양한 정보를 제공하는 형식은 지속적으로 유지할 필요가 있으며, 매체 관계자들은 정보 수용자가 대중매체를 통한 식품영양정보를 제공받을 때 겪고 있는 불편 요소들에 대하여 정확히 파악하고 개선시킬 필요가 있다. TV와 인터넷 사이에 응답자들이 요구하는 식품영양정보 주제와 매체별 형식에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었으므로 매체 관계자들은 국민에게 효과적인 식품영양정보의 제공을 위해서 본인들이 제시하고자 하는 식품영양정보 주제에 따라 어떤 매체와 형식으로 제공하는 것이 대중의 바람직한 식생활 형성에 더욱 효과적일지 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

  • This study of popular culture is in based on an academic point of view and based thereon an investigation of popular culture from a fashion standpoint follows. This study is to suggest that the popular culture theory can be a basic framework to examine the characteristics of fashion Icon and to verify that the characteristics of Fashion Icon is similar to the codes of the popular culture of today, This study considers the characteristics of popular culture as commercialism, mass-media relationship and a symbolic interaction. The images of movie stars projected through diverse entertainment media are the very fashion icons and strong role models that are copied by consumers. Now, the public take the lead in cultural industry, and they create new images as positive receivers of the images of fashion icons, not as mere imitators or followers. Fashion irons have contributed to diversifying the styles of ideal feminine beauty, and their lift pattern and image are one of the major sources to stir up the imagination and inspiration of people. Thus, the times, fashion and entertainment media have continued to evolve, closely affecting one another, and fashion icons play a role of fashion leader, through entertainment media, who takes the initiative in mass fashion without just being confined to the field of entertainment. This study meaningful from the aspect that discussion of popular culture has been placed in a position that recognizes the entity of and interest in popular culture. through this study, I hope that the scope of interest in Fashion design will expand and that approaches to popular culture will become more diversified.

온라인 마케팅 활동성 측정에 대한 연구- SNS 사용자 활동을 중심으로 (A Study of the Measurement of Personal Activity on Online Marketing: Focus on SNS)

  • With the rapid development of digital media, there has been a huge change in a way of communication, a process of information diffusion and a role of traditional media. Not like mass media, social media enables users to generate and tap into the opinions of a larger world. From that reason, social media is impacting marketing strategies. However, still social media marketing researches just focus on case study, analysis of users motivation or analysis of power user's usage pattern. Word-of-mouth has always been important especially in marketing area. In social media, word-of-mouth depends on each user that's why this research focuses on individual user's activity in SNS. I defined 4 factors (produce, diffusion, network size, activity of network size enlarge) that are effect on activity and verified hypothesis by multiple regression analysis, hierarchical regression analysis and moderated multiple regression.

가정, 학교, 대중매체의 교육경험이 식품쓰레기 감량 실천 행동에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Education Experience (Home, School, and Mass Media) on Reducing Practice Behavior of Food-related Wastes)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe the influence education experience (home, school, and mass media) on reducing practice behavior(purchasing, using, disposing and leading) of food-related wastes. The study also sought to promote strategy and suggest effective activation plans for the vitalization of behavior of reducing food-related wastes. The study subjects were 412 adult consumers who answered a structured questionnaire. The main findings are as follows: First, the scores of home education experience were 3.61±0.71, which was the highest, and 3.45±0.74 for school education experience, which was the lowest. Second, according to factor analysis, the reducing practice behavior of food-related wastes was converged purchasing, using, disposing and leading behavior. The scores of disposing behavior were 3.79±0.67, which was the highest, and 2.87±0.82 for leading behavior, which was the lowest. Third, the common variables influencing the reducing practice behavior(purchasing, using, disposing and leading) of food-related wastes were home education and mass media and the powerful variable influencing was home education. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of educational programs for effective food-related waste reduction.

고등학생의 자아존중감, 신체이미지 및 체형에 대한 외적 요인이 다이어트 실행에 미치는 영향 (Effect of self-esteem, body image and external factors of body type on dieting behavior of high school students)

  • 본 연구는 청소년들이 가지고 있는 다이어트에 대한 태도를 파악하고 올바른 다이어트를 실행하는데 도움을 주기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 인구통계학적 특성과 체질량지수, 다이어트에 대한 관심도, 다이어트에 대한 인식도, 자아존중감, 신체이미지, 체형에 대한 부모, 친구, 대중매체 영향요인이 다이어트 실행에 미치는 영향력에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 자료는 경북지역의 고등학생으로부터 설문지를 통해 수집되었으며, 최종 360부의 설문지가 최종분석자료로 이용되었다. 다이어트 실행집단과 비실행집단 간의 체질량지수, 다이어트에 대한 관심도, 다이어트에 대한 인식도, 자아존중감, 신체이미지, 체형에 대한 부모, 친구, 대중매체 영향요인을 비교해보면, 다이어트 실행집단은 비실행집단에 비해 체질량지수가 높고 다이어트에 대한 관심이 많으며 다이어트에 보다 긍정적으로 인식하고 있고 자아존중감과 신체이미지에 대한 만족도가 낮으며 체형에 대한 부모, 친구와 대중매체의 영향을 많이 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 체질량지수, 다이어트에 대한 인식도, 신체이미지, 체형에 대한 친구의 영향, 체형에 대한 대중매체의 영향이 다이어트 실행 여부에 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

대중매체의 자살보도 및 사회적 지지가 대학생의 자살생각에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Suicide Ideation on Suicide Reports of Mass Media and Social Support in College Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of suicide reports by mass media and social support on suicide ideation for college students. Methods: Participants are 350 undergraduate students in one university. This study uses three questionnaires: Perception and Attitude toward Suicide Reports, Social Support, and Suicidal Ideation. The SPSS/WIN 12.0 program is used to analyze the data. In particular, the participants' biographical data are analyzed into frequency and percentage. The degrees of suicide reports, social support, and suicide ideation are calculated into Mean and SD. Moreover, the suicide ideation by suicide report and social support are analyzed by the two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Results: This study reveals that college students have an average of 30 minutes to one hour news time a day (38.9%) and have at least one suicide report in a month (30.3%). 79.7% participants believe that the suicide report of mass media results in the cause of the copycat suicide. In terms of suicide report and suicide ideation, the types of mass media (F (4,340)=2.41, p<.05) and suicidal urge (F (1,340)=31.23, p<.01), respectively, have significant influences on suicide ideation. On the other hand, the social support and suicide ideation, whether college students have their mentors (F (1,328)=13.26, p<.001) and/or careres (F (1,328)=26.84, p<.001) have significant influences on suicide ideation. Conclusion: College students have higher suicide ideation at news by internet site rather than by radio, TV, and so on. Moreover, college students who have a suicide feeling in the last one year, have more suicide ideation than who have not. On the other hand, college students who have a mentor and carer tend to have less suicide ideation.

포괄고정화 PVA-gel의 물리적 특성 연구 (A study on the Preparation Methods of the Immobilized Encapsulation PVA-media for Wastewater Treatment)

  • 폐수 처리를 위한 PVA 포괄 고정화 담체의 특성에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 특히 PVA의 고정화 조건에 따른 용해도의 영향, 첨가제가 PVA 물성에 미치는 영향, 제작된 PVA gel의 질산화 처리 효율을 살펴보았다. PVA gel 제작 과정 중 진공을 걸어줄수록 그리고 동결온도가 낮을수록 PVA gel의 용해도는 감소하였다. PAC와 같은 첨가제를 넣었을 때 PVA gel의 용해도는 감소하였고 특히 organoclay를 넣었을 때 PAC에 비하여 25% 낮은 용해도를 보였다. 질산화 효율면에서는 PVA로 코팅한 담체가 기존의 부착 담체에 비하여 용질과 산소 확산의 제한 때문에 질산화율이 낮게 관찰되었다.
