The objective of this study is to examine the effects of servant leadership of security martial arts instructors on the exercise commitment and training satisfaction of trainees. To achieve the objective of this study, the data was collected from 300 trainees of security martial arts gyms located in Seoul, Incheon, and Gyeonggi-do regions by using the convenience sampling method. Total 281 questionnaires were used for the analysis after excluding 19 questionnaires. Using the SPSS 23.0 for data-process, this study conducted the frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. First, all the variables showed positive(+) correlations. Second, the presentation of vision of instructors' servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the behavioral commitment while the devoted attitude of instructors' servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the cognitive commitment. Third, the presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth of instructors' servant leadership had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements while the presentation of vision and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the environmental elements. The presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the physical elements while the presentation of vision and formation of community had positive(+) effects on the educational elements. The presentation of vision, formation of community, and support for growth had positive(+) effects on the social elements. Fourth, both cognitive commitment and behavioral commitment out of trainees' exercise commitment had positive(+) effects on the psychological elements, environmental elements, physical elements, and educational elements of training satisfaction while only the cognitive commitment had positive(+) effects on the social elements. In summary, the security martial arts instructors should show the leadership like presentation of vision and devotion, and also try hard to satisfy the expectation in many areas to raise the exercise commitment.
The purpose of this study was to analyse the factors that influence marital conflicts and family life statisfaction, and to predict the future stage of establishment family and extending family, bsed on the theretical model by system approach. For this pourpose, 336 couples of urban households in Seoul were selected. The data were analysed through statistical methods such as, Frequency, percentile, T-test, F-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis. The results were as follow : The Martial Conflict and family life satisfaction of surveyed couples were above middle level. It had significantly differences according to family life cycle, husband and wife's educationed levels, husband and wife's occupations, and family income. And Family life satisfaction had significantly differences according to marital conflict. The marital conflict is higher, life satisfaction is lower. In this study, it were appeared that the amount of marital conflict and life satisfaction had differences according to life cycle stages, husband and wife's educational level, husband and wife occupations, and family income, and so that the conflict of phsycho-social system was more affected on family life satisfaction that of managerial system. Such results were indicated that the birth of children was the critical family event affecting on family life satisfaction on and the marital conflict. But the conflict by family's given resources and situational differences also as an environment affection on the family system.
The purpose of this study is to examine the variables influencing marital satisfaction of newly married men and women who have been married for 5 years and do not have a child yet. Data were collected from 242 newly married men and women who were living in Busan. Major findings were as follows : First, newly married men were more satisfied with their marriage when they engage in frequent pleasure seeking activities, had high intimacy with parent of both families and had less communication behavior escalating marital conflict. Second, newly married women were more satisfied with their marriage when they engage in frequent pleasure seeking activities, had high intimacy with parent of both families, had mild depression, and had less communication behavior escalating marital conflict.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of traditional art expressions in recent Chinese online games, which are now most popular in Chinese game market. Designing the MMORPG game character reflecting users' psychological preferences for aesthetic characteristic of the traditional Chinese culture allows the users to feel more visual satisfaction while they are enjoying a game. The selected characters for this analysis were chosen from the traditional myth chivalry game to utilize the traditional art expressions that are peculiar in Chinese MMORPG. The analysis was conducted within the context of an ideal character figure and operation, and social nature reflecting a personal user. This analysis suggested the representation technique reflecting traditional clothing, color, and life style, and the reconstruction of subject matter, and the development of the characteristics of ideal group character. Even though Chinese MMORPG history is short, this study will help the user understand more effectively the identity of the myth martial MMORPG game in connection with the Chinese traditional culture and art. And this study will also increase the user's satisfaction of the Chinese online-game.
The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the professional identity of dental hygienists in an attempt to raise awareness of the necessity of professional identity building for dental hygienists, to spread awareness of dental hygienist as one of professions, and to boost the pride of dental hygienists. The subjects in this study were 268 dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. After a survey was conducted, the collected data were analyzed. The findings of the study were as follows: 1. The dental hygienists investigated got a mean of 3.44, 3.81 and 3.46 on professional identity, professional attitude and job satisfaction respectively. 2. In regard to the relationship of the general characteristics to professional identity, those who were older, whose career was longer, who worked in public dental clinics and who were married were statistically significantly ahead of their counterparts in that aspect. 3. Concerning connections between the general characteristics and professional attitude, age, career and marital status made statistically significant differences to that. As to links between the general characteristics and job satisfaction, there were statistically significant intergroup gaps according to age, career, service area, martial status and the field of job. 4. As for the correlation of the variables, better professional identity led to better professional attitude and higher job satisfaction. 5. In relation to factors affecting professional identity, better professional attitude, longer career and higher job satisfaction had a better impact on professional identity. Those factors made a 55% prediction of that.
The purpose of the study was to investigate the influences of contract foodservice managers' personal characteristics, foodservice characteristics and organizational characteristics on job satisfaction, including interpersonal relationships, self-actualization and promotion opportunity categories. A survey was administered to four hundred contract foodservice managers of five large companies and five small/medium companies in the Seoul and Kyungin areas. The final response rate was 66%(N=265), and the data were analyzed using SPSS Windows(ver. 12.0). The respondents were 76.1% female, average age 28.8 years, and 73.0% were regular workers. Contract foodservices have profit and loss contracts(69.1%), single menu types(59.6%) and buffet serving styles(37.7%). There are significant differences of job satisfaction by some personal characteristic variables(gender, martial status, age, education, position, work hours, period of working for the present company, and payroll per year) and foodservice characteristic variables(type of contract and charge of food costs). In three job satisfaction categories, foodservice managers reported the highest interpersonal relationship satisfaction, following self-actualization satisfaction and promotion opportunity satisfaction in both large companies and small/medium companies. However, foodservice managers of large companies tended to be more satisfied regarding their promotion opportunities than foodservice managers of small/medium companies(p<0.05). Work hours, number of meals served/day, male, workload, communication with the clients, relationship with co-workers, obvious role and autonomy were significant factors to increase the job satisfaction in contract foodservices of large companies. On the other hand, relationships with co-workers and males were significant factors to increase the job satisfaction in contract foodservices of small/medium companies. This research suggests that contract foodservice companies need to understand the characteristics of their managers, foodservices and organizations to enhance the job satisfaction of foodservice managers and to develop specified human resource management strategies that can be applied to each company scale.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the DISC behavioral type of dental hygienists and their job satisfaction in an effort to provide some information on the efficiency of human-resources management. Methods : The subjects in this study were 278 dental hygienists who worked in dental clinics in Seoul. A self-administered survey was conducted from February 10 to March 30, 2011, and the statistical package SPSS WIN 12.0 was employed to analyze the collected data. Results : As for differences among the dental hygienists in DISC behavioral type according to their general and job-related characteristics, there were statistically significant differences in dominance type according to age, and statistically significant differences were found in steadiness type according to martial status. There were statistically significant differences in conscientiousness type according to career, and statistically significant differences were found in steadiness type according to the daily mean number of outpatients. Concerning differences in job satisfaction according to DISC behavioral type, the group of influence type was most satisfied with the job itself, and those who were of dominance type expressed the best satisfaction with pay. The group of influence type was most satisfied with boss ties, and those who were of influence type expressed the best satisfaction with colleague relationships as well. Conclusions : The above-mentioned findings indicate that in order to ensure the job satisfaction of dental hygienists in terms of human-resources management, both of their DISC behavioral type and job satisfaction should accurately be grasped, which is expected to make a contribution to the efficient human-resources management of dental institutions.
This study aimed to explore the causal relationship between an infant-mother's job satisfaction, psychological features, parenting stress and marital conflict through structural equation modeling. Specifically, we tried to identify influences of an infant-mother's job satisfaction on parenting stress and marital conflict and demonstrated how psychological features (self-efficacy, self-esteem, and depression) were mediated by these influences by using a sample of 444 Korean infant-mothers with jobs from the 3rd year of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey with AMOS 20.0. First, the results demonstrated that job satisfaction of an infant-mother positively related to their self-efficacy and self-esteem whereas negatively related to depression among psychological features. Furthermore, job satisfaction of an infant-mother showed negative relationships with parenting stress and marital conflict. Second, an infant-mother's job satisfaction did predict marital conflict, but not parenting stress. However, these job satisfactions were mediated by an infant-mother's psychological factors. Findings were discussed with regard to the relationship between an infant-mother's job satisfaction, parenting stress, and martial conflict in the family counseling implications.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of electronic security guard's security performance on the job satisfaction and to make proposals on improvement of employment status and job satisfaction. Method: To accomplish the purpose, this study organized the theoretical background by referring to the preceding researches on the related field. Then, this study conducted a survey on electronic security guards and analyzed the results in statistical methods. Result: According to analysis results, electronic security guard's security performances including academic background, martial art skills, height, weight, and BMI index had a significant influence on factors composing the job satisfaction. Conclusion: To improve the electronic security guard's job satisfaction level, this study suggested measures for improving the wage system and reducing turnover rate. This study also suggested measures for strengthening the physical standards and strengthening the practical training for employment.

In this paper, we propose the relationship between self-determination, home training satisfaction, and reuse of police-related students who participate in home training and train their physical strength. The subjects of this study were students enrolled in the Department of Police Administration and Police Martial Arts at D, S, and K universities in Busan and Gyeongnam area. Among them, 349 students who had participated in home training were surveyed. As a result of verifying the relationship between self-determination, exercise satisfaction, and reuse factors using the collected data, SPSSWIN VER 25+, AMOS 20.0 program, First, autonomy, competence, and relationship, which are sub-factors of self-determination of home training participants, had a positive effect on home training satisfaction. Second, exercise satisfaction of home training participants had a positive effect on home training reuse. Based on the research results,It is essential to identify and manage what home training participants demand. It is believed that this can be a positive process for the development of home training.
