대학 교수자의 수업전문성 향상을 목적으로 하는 e-티칭 포트폴리오의 구성요소 탐색 (An Exploration on Elements of e-Teaching Portfolio for Enhancing Teaching Expertise in Higher Education)

  • This study has explored the elements of e-teaching portfolio for enhancing teaching expertise in higher education. This study is carried out through the literature review and expert's focus group interview. As the result of this study, seven elements of e-teaching portfolio for enhancing teaching expertise in higher education have been found. First, 'personal background' include curriculum vitae, course responsibility, and other educational activities. Second, 'teaching philosophy' include the principals on teaching and learning, statements of teaching philosophy. Third, 'learning environment' include the characteristics of students, the previous learning contents, and physical environment. Forth, 'course contents and methods' include teaching strategies and instructional materials, Fifth, 'instructional evaluation' includes the principals of evaluation and the examples of learning outcomes. Sixth, 'endeavor for improvement of instruction' include evidence of activity for teaching improvement and instruction feedback from peer and students. And e-teaching portfolio also includes research career and awards history element.

중학교 자유학기제 형성평가 방안 탐색 (An Exploration on Formative Evaluation Methods for Free Semester System in Middle School)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop evaluation methods which would measure student achievement and progress without traditional paper-pencil tests such as mid-term and final examinations. More specifically, the main research focus were to establish general directions of student assessment during free semester, to build evaluation models supporting student's participation and learning, and to report and record various student evaluation results. As research results, we found that student evaluation of free semester should be organized to improve a) experience learning activity, self-regulatory and collaboratory study, b) high-order thinking ability and character-building, and c) teacher-student-parent cooperation. Since traditional paper-pencil tests were restricted in free semester, student achievement should be provided by a way of performance descriptions on transcripts rather than quantitative grade points. Student performance descriptions had to show not only subject knowledge but also students efforts, motivation, and participation. These multiple and educationally meaningful information would be collected by teacher-student-parent communication and collaboration.

디지털교과서 전면도입에 따른 학습격차 심화가능성 탐색 (Exploration to the Possibility of Deepening Educational Gap in using Digital Textbook)

  • This study starts from a question about the expectation that government policy reduces the educational gap by introducing digital textbooks. In addition, we try to figure out how to minimize the problems that will occur when digital textbooks are introduced and fully adopted. The purpose of this study is exploring the possibility that suing digital textbook deepens learning gap among students. Researchers are discussed that the gap between 'information' haves' and 'information' have-nots' and between 'the competent user' and 'the incompetent user' increase difference between 'knows' and 'know-nots' on the socio-economic class. These difference are likely to imply that using digital textbook is deepening the educational gap.

Q방법론을 활용한 여자 간호대학생의 분노표현 양상 탐색 (Exploration of Anger Expression Patterns of Female Nursing Students using Q Methodology)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify subjective perception types on anger expression among female nursing students and to investigate characteristics according to the subjective perception types. In order to achieve this purpose, the study used Q-methodology. There were 30 study participants and they completed the Q-sort activity, rating each statement relative to the others using 32 Q statements. The data were analyzed using the QUANL PC program. There were three types of forms extracted from anger expressions among female nursing students; a type on 'embracive soothing', a type on 'reasonable expression', and a type on 'ambivalence over emotional expression'. The commonality of the three types were: talking about their anger emotions with others, asking for help in religion and pushing their opponent. Therefore, Adequate strategies based on anger expression types need to be developed to resolve anger among female nursing students.

  • The purpose of this study was to explore the component factors on images of good elementary teacher. 579 elementary teachers in Busan were sampled to be surveyed. The subjects answered open-ended questionnaire related to characteristics of good teacher. The number of items obtained from the questionnaire is 79. The exploratory factor analysis was applied to the data. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, the components of good teacher are classified into five factors : fairness, enthusiasm, commitment, warmth, self-management. All such factors might be related to the personality in common. It shows that teachers think the personality important as a characteristic of good teacher. On the basis of this result we offer a suggestion to the teacher education.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore domains and elements of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) for effective teaching in secondary schools. The value of PCK lies essentially in its relation with specific topics. Teachers' PCK becomes through making explicit the nature of their pedagogical reasoning and the associated decision making within the context of teaching content. This study propose the process of PCK research and development. The theoretical definition of PCK, basic directions of PCK development were discussed. This research provides teachers with an opportunity to think about what is important in the teaching of a topic and why and to consider possibilities for future development.

Polysiponia morrowii Extract Inhibits Cancer Growth on CT-26 and Hela cells

  • Cancer is an unfavorable human disease, and the treatment commonly have side effects and can be ineffective. Since exploration and development of cancer treatment drugs is particularly demanding, this study aimed to investigate the anticancer activities of Polysiponia morrowii extract s (PME) on CT-26 and HeLa cells. The results showed that PME inhibited cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner, with IC50 values of 41.04% in CT-26 and 48.51% in HeLa cell cultures. Moreover, cytological observation using Hoechst 33342 staining assay showed typical apoptotic morphology in both cancer cells, and production of sub-G1 DNA was induced by PME treatment in a dose-dependent manner, with 34.41% in CT-26 and 46.01% in HeLa cell cultures. These findings suggest that PME may have potential preventive effects or medicinal value in the treatment of colorectal and cervical cancers.

도깨비파 제거를 통한 광대역 탄성파 탐사 기술 (Broadband Seismic Exploration Technologies via Ghost Removal)

  • 탄성파 탐사를 이용한 지질구조 규명에 있어 정확한 속도모델 구축이나 영상화 기술 개발만큼 중요한 것이 자료의 분해능을 높이는 기술이다. 일반적으로 자료취득 과정에서 고주파 송신원을 사용하거나 자료처리 과정에서 곱풀기(deconvolution) 등의 기법을 적용하여 분해능을 향상시킬 수 있다. 그러나 해양 탄성파 탐사에서 분해능을 저해하는 가장 큰 원인은 도깨비파에 의한 특정 주파수 성분의 손실이다. 따라서 도깨비파를 제거하면 주파수 손실을 방지하여 광대역 탄성파 자료를 얻을 수 있고, 결과적으로 높은 분해능의 지층 영상을 얻을 수 있다. 도깨비파 제거는 자료처리 과정에서 적절한 필터를 적용하여 수행할 수 있지만, 최근에는 탐사 장비의 발전과 탐사 설계의 혁신을 통해 효과적인 광대역 탄성파 탐사 기술이 개발되고 있다. 해외 탐사전문 기업들은 오버/언더 스트리머나 가변 심도 스트리머와 같이 새로운 수신기 배열을 개발하거나 이중 센서 스트리머를 이용한 도깨비파 제거 기술을 확보하여 고분해능 영상화 기술을 제공하고 있다. 안타깝게도 국내에서는 광대역 탄성파 탐사 장비나 기술에 대한 연구가 거의 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 광대역 탄성파 탐사 연구에 도움이 될 수 있도록 그 기본 이론과 기술 현황을 소개하였다.

  • 대한해협 내대륙붕에서 취득된 고해상 탄성과 탐사자료의 해석에 의하면 연구해역 내대륙붕에 분포하는 퇴적층은 마지막 빙하기 이후에 형성된 3개의 퇴적단위(I. II. III)로 구성된다. 하위에 놓이는 두 퇴적단위는 흘로세 해침동안 형성된 해침계열에 속한다. 시퀀스 경계면 위에 놓이는 퇴적단위 III은 해침과정 중 하구 환경 하메서 퇴적된 것으로 해석되는 반면 침식면 위에 놓이는 퇴적단위 II는 해침과정 중 침식 및 제동에 의해 형성된 박층의 해침모래에 속한다. 최대해침면 상부에 놓이는 퇴적단위 I은 고해수면계열에 해당되며 주로 낙동강에서 유입된 현생 니질퇴적물로 구성된다.
