  • Purpose: This study is to analyse and observe the college of oriental medicine related with nursing investment contents, its conversion process and output to get good qualified oriental nursing result, thus developing a matrix of oriental nursing management system on the basis of that project. Method: This study was nursing management system of matrix developmental study for Korea was performed to the objectives of 11 college of oriental medicine nursing directors and 328 nurses with more than three-year experiences in Korea. Result: We found difficulties to utilize knowledge obtained through the regular curriculum to the practice of oriental nursing because only me or two subjects were running or even no syllabus. Therefore, we recommend that oriental nursing in-service education program as well as oriental nursing practice preceptorship should be administered en site. The evaluation of oriental nursing and its feedback, duty related multiple evaluation, aggressive QI activity and feedback of the performance evaluation oriental nurse's role and duty manual also should be essentially organized. Conclusion: We urgently request that the consensus of nursing school and nurse association to be made about oriental nursing activity as a basic curriculum of compulsive subject.

  • Organizations worldwide have implemented quality management system, ISO 9001:2000 and environmental management system, ISO 14001:2004. Researches have been conducted regarding occupational health and safety management system, integration of these management systems, and extension to corporate social responsibility and sustain ability management system, ISO 26000. This paper examines quality and environment management systems for machinery and metal companies using audit results. We perform statistical tests to see if there are any significant differences of minor nonconformities for requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 based on implementation motive, operating periods, and organization's size. We also present causes and reasons for statistical differences and minor nonconformities to use as references for implementing efficiently quality management system and environment management system.

  • Reducing the logistic cost may be accomplished by numbers of logistic management methods, but the most fundamental and essential one is the accomplishment of the consistent reverse logistics system that is the core of worker performance system, and the purpose of consistent reverse system is the treatment of logistic functions such as transportation, storage and unloading with consistent logistics, and increasing the turnover ratio is required for the improvement of the system. As the turnover ratios is increased, this paper make reverse worker performance evaluation system with lifetime value include of weight variables.

  • From the viewpoint of fire-fighting activities, public building have structural and management problems in fire, so evacuation disturbance and risk of expanding combustion are high. As a result of analyzing various fire fragile factors of public building, The evaluation areas were derived from safety systems, fire-fighting facility, structure safety, general safety and the evaluation factors were presented. Also, the characteristics of domestic and foreign certification systems were analyzed by comparing and analyzing the status of fire safety performance certification system for 6 domestic and overseas apartment houses. In conclusion, the 5 convergence directions of certification system and 22 evaluation items by 4 evaluation fields were derived, and based on this, we have established 3 convergence introduction plans of fire safety performance certification system of public building.

  • This paper described the overall operations and applications of the water environment management and evaluation systems (WEMES) for environmental management, conservation, and evaluation for a small watershed. WEMES was to be applied with field data from small watersheds ranging from 0.4 to 29.79km2 in size which have steep topography and complex landuses. WEMES was a computer aided decision support system, that was comprised of the database subsystem, the simulation model subsystem, the environmental evaluation model subsystem, and the graphic user interface subsystem that visualizes the simulated results. The water environment management and evaluation with WEMES was successfully performed.

  • This paper is concerned with development of a performance evaluation model for material handling system in cellular manufacturing system based on multi-attributes analysis method. We used the AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and fuzzy set ranking methodologies to overcome the special decision problems; those of multi -objective, multi-criterion, and multi-attributes. We proposed a 3-step approaches and we developed a systemic and practical computer program to solve the problems in the proposed methods. Computational experiments are then performed to cellular manufacturing system and show the effectiveness of the proposed model.

  • With the radical changes and advancements of industrial economy, it is required to secure product competitiveness through technological innovations to overcome uncertain environments and generate a driving force for sustainable growth. So the Korea government introduced the superior product selection system in 1996 and has granted such incentives as priority purchasing and contracts the products of SME whose technological capabilities have passed the screening criteria. After analyzing the ambiguity of the evaluation procurement used in designation of excellent product, this study proposed seven detailed indexes for evaluation.

  • The online retail market continues to grow, especially in China, as e-commerce has developed rapidly in recent years in many countries. Meanwhile, the development and use of new network information technology provides consumers with various contact and experience environments for online shopping. Based on the theory of media weakness, the study began to focus consumer experience on the nature of commercial transactions. The study proposed and designed an initial measure of the consumer information evaluation index, which combines previous findings with implications. Finally, the five-dimensional B2C system was established to evaluate consumers' information experience providing information display, information interaction, information support and information personalization. We researched on evaluation index system for information experience of B2C e-commerce consumers based on samples of Chinese consumers.

  • Technology Management and Research & Development(R&D) have been one of the most difficult divisions for measurement and evaluation. In spite of these difficulties, the importance of R&D has been dramatically increased. It is very difficult to manage more efficiently and effectively than any other departments of production, finance, marketing and so on. As criticizing the shortcomings of the traditional evaluation system in making decisions for corporate management which has only been focused on financial indices, so Kaplan & Norton has suggested the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) which can be managed Critical Success Factors(CSF) in accordance with corporate's strategy. The Analytic Network Process(ANP), based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, allows the decision makers to leap beyond the traditional hierarchy to the interdependent environment of network modeling. Based on BSC, this study has developed the evaluation system for R&D which has used ANP transforming quantitative and qualitative indices to the quantifying scales in evaluating R&D.

Promotion manual was present at 68.4%(thirteen hospitals) and the competency essentials comprised of performance evaluation in 79%, interview, written examination, training result, study result subsequently. No labor union existed in 79%(fifteen hospitals) 3) Oriental nursing preceptor system There were five oriental hospitals(27.7%) administering the preceptor utilization model, which showed lower rate than the twenty-two medical university hospitals in Seoul in which fifteen hospitals (72.7%) were having the system. To the question of necessity of oriental nurse system asked to the objectives of two hundred and thirty-nine with more than three year-experience in oriental hospital, two hundred persons(83.7%) answered positively. 4) The control of oriental nursing The evaluation results from the target hospitals were mostly not opened in 89.4% of oriental hospitals.
