While the environment of usage of information and technology is getting stable and technology is being developed more deeply due to the globalization, making information, standardization, in order to make a fast response to the new industry strategy and business environment, mutual communication and management of correct and fast information are focused on as fundamental elements of keeping competitive power. Accordingly strategic development of urban transit operation organization, storage of information technology of urban railroad, and buildup of standard information infra are very important, so that computerized information system has been built up standardizing efficient maintenance framework of urban transit facilities. To maintain these facilities efficiently, storing the real-time information by standardizing the maintenance organization and building up computerized information system are very important with management of information history of existing maintenance work. Therefore, for the efficient maintenance of track system among urban transit facilities, standardized facilities classification and definition of management elements, and the plan of designing and building standardized database about track. system through standardizing technology resources are described in this paper.

Customer relationship management (CRM) comprises a set of processes and nabbing systems supporting a business strategy to build long term, profitable relationships with specific customers. Customer data and information technology(IT) tools form the foundation upon which any successful CRM strategy is built. Recently, the Internet rectifying this life, IT technology and the rapid development taking place over the Internet, customer relationship management, e-CRM has emerged. The purpose of this research is to investigate the important elements of e-CRM which in fluence the customer satisfaction and the brand loyalty in e-shopping mall. And this study is to investigate the relationship between customer satisfaction and repurchase intention and word of mouth intention.

This study aims to examine the differences of perceptions on the professionalism of archivists between the archivists and the students majored in archives and record management. The professionalism elements required for archivist as the profession were drawn as 8 items and 29 detailed elements in total 3 fields based on the literature review and the domestic and foreign case studies. The study hypothesis was based on the extracted results. The questionnaires were composed to conduct survey for archivists and students. As a result of it, this study could confirm that differences of perceptions on the professionalism for archivists between the archivists and students exists.

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the causality relationship between Islamic leadership style on employee engagement through empirical testing and anthropology economics approach. Research design, data, and methodology - The sample of this study 117 respondents who are employees of various levels of management in one of the FCMG industry in South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. Data collection with surveys. Data analysis through three steps, i.e., Pearson Correlation, The Second order modeling and also regression using SPSS. Results - Islamic leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement. The Islamic leadership that we developed in this study can be an alternative solution for organizations in today's modern business. Apart from those anthropological elements in the viewpoint of contemporary activity in the example in this study illustrate that to realize employee engagement, the role of organizational atmosphere and leadership, as well as management and team support has a genuine impact on accomplishing the company's goals and sustainability. Conclusions - The Islamic leadership that we developed in this study can be an alternative solution for organizations in today's modern business. The critical elements in embodying employee engagement are mainly in the skills, reliability, and level of trust of a leader in the organization.

As the rapid develoment of internet and information technology, the traditional library has been altered to the digital content service based on the world wide web. This paper proposes a design and implementation of an Artcle Union Catalog System(AUCS) based on metadata. The metadata set for the AUCS consists of twelve Dublin Core elements and one holdings element. The qualifiers of the proposed metadata elements are also represented. The AUCS system has an online cooperated cataloging system using the web interface or the 239.50 protocol, an union cataloging management system, and an integrated information retrieved system service. The integrated search and retrieval service of the AUCS displays not only the summary and detailed bibliographic information, but also the abstract, the table of contents, the digital content, and the copylfax service.

The purpose of this study was to investigate dining-out behavior at ethnic restaurants and its relationship with ethnic restaurant satisfaction based on the food-related lifestyle (FRL) of undergraduate students. A total 306 of questionnaires were analyzed using SPSS ver. 12.0 package. The data were analysed using frequency, chi-square, one-way ANOVA, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. According to the results of factor analysis, the FRL of undergraduate students categorized into health factor, taste factor, convenience factor and ethnic restaurant satisfaction was influenced by four elements: service & hygiene, food quality & convenience, atmosphere & image and unique culture. In addition, visiting frequency and visiting motivation of all dining-out behaviors at ethnic restaurants were significantly different and the FRL groups had differences in the influence of food quality & convenience, atmosphere & image and unique culture. Futhermore, the health factor of FRL was influenced by all elements of ethnic restaurant satisfaction. The findings indicate that ethnic restaurant owners should provide food with healthy ingredients in addition to unique culture and atmosphere to customers.

For optimal reservoir operation and management, there are essential elements including water supply in agricultural reservoir and demand in irrigation district. To estimate agricultural water demand and supply, many factors such as weather, crops, soil, growing conditions cultivation method and the watershed/irrigation area should be considered, however, there are occurred water supply impossible duration under the influence of the variability and uncertainty of meteorological and hydrological phenomenon. Focusing on agricultural reservoir, amount and tendency of agricultural water supply and demand shows seasonally/regionally different patterns. Through the analysis of deviation and changes in the timing of the two elements, duration in excess of water supply can be identified quantitatively. Here, we introduce an approach to assessment of irrigation vulnerable duration for effective management of agricultural reservoir using time dependent change analysis of residual water supply and irrigation water requirements. Irrigation vulnerable duration has been determined through the comparison of water supply in agricultural reservoir and demand in irrigation district based on the water budget analysis, therefore can be used as an improved and basis data for the effective and intensive water management.

Successful Electronic Commerce(EC) requires not only a transformation of the supply chain but a redesign of organizational processes as well. Just as the organizations in a supply chain must cooperate with each other to achieve a collective goal, so too do the departments and groups that comprise an organization depend on each other to achieve the organization's goals. A lack of coordination at either of these levels can result in poor performance and high coordination costs. In addition, changes in inter-organizational dependencies can affect the dependencies within the affected organizations. The lack of coordination across two levels results in a transition gap in transforming the inter-organizational design to the intro-organizational design in EC deployments. The purpose of this research is to develop a modeling method for coordination, managing the linkage between inter- and intra-organizations in EC deployments. The method was applied to the EC development project of a cable TV home-shopping company. The coordination approach enabled us to manage dependencies among the coordination elements and identify the effect of a change on other elements, which became the basis for effective EC deployments. We will discuss the method and compare it with other dependency management methods.

Nowadays, as-is BIM generation has been popularly adopted in the architecture, engineering, construction and facility management (AEC/FM) industries. In order to generate a 3D as-is BIM of a structural component, current methods require a registration process that merges different sets of point cloud data obtained from multiple locations, which is time-consuming and registration error-prone. To tackle this limitation, this study proposes a registration-free 3D point cloud data acquisition technique for as-is BIM generation. In this study, small-size mirrors that rotate in both horizontal and vertical direction are used to enable the registration-free data acquisition technique. First, a geometric model that defines the relationship among the mirrors, the laser scanner and the target component is developed. Second, determinations of optimal laser scanner location and mirror location are performed based on the developed geometrical model. To validate the proposed registration-free as-is BIM generation technique, simulation tests are conducted on key construction components including a PC slab and a structural wall. The result demonstrates that the registration-free point cloud data acquisition technique can be applicable in various construction elements including PC elements and structural components for as-is BIM generation.
