A new series of 4-(2-(substituted)pyridin-4-yl)-3-(3-methoxy-5-methylphenyl)-1H-pyrazoles (4a-f) and their 1,2-isoxazole analogues (5a-f) has been rationally designed, synthesized and screened against both ROS and MAPK14 kinases. Compounds 4b, 4c and 4e showed moderate inhibitions against both ROS and MAPK14 kinases. Compound 4e has showed the strongest inhibitions with IC50 values of 1.25 ${\mu}M$ and 3.00 ${\mu}M$ against ROS and MAPK14 kinases, respectively. A brief structure-activity relationship study and a molecular modeling study were made revealing a group of essential structural features for good kinase inhibitory activity within this new class of kinase inhibitors.

목적: 안경광학과 대학생들의 전공인식 정도를 통해 전문 안경사를 위한 교육의 방향 제시 및 질적 향상 도모의 기초자료로 사용하고자 한다. 방법: 안경광학과 재학생들의 전공 인식을 알아보기 위한 설문으로 남학생과 여학생은 각각 91명과 65명, 1학년은 50명, 2학년 48명, 3학년 58명, 총 156명을 대상으로 설문을 진행하였다. 분석 방법은 SPSS 18.0 통계프로그램을 이용하였으며, 통계적으로 유의수준은 p<0.05를 기준으로 하였다. 결과: 전공인식 정도를 교과만족 인식, 실습내용 인식, 사회적 인식, 교육과정 인식으로 분류하였고, 각각은 $3.39{\pm}0.68$, $3.26{\pm}0.65$, 그리고 $3.59{\pm}0.75$, $3.56{\pm}0.66$의 결과를 나타내어 사회적 인식이 가장 높았으며, 실습내용 인식도가 가장 낮았다. 일반적 특성 중 성별에 따른 전공인식도는 남학생이 여학생보다 다소 높았으며, 학년과 학업성취도에 따른 전공인식도는 고학년인 3학년과 학업성취도가 높은 그룹에서 높은 인식도를 나타내었다. 입학동기에 따른 전공인식도는 적성 및 흥미를 고려하여 입학한 학생들의 인식도가 가장 높았다. 결론: 안경광학과 학생들의 전공인식 현황과 분석을 통해 재학생들에게 학과 소속감과 안경사 직업의 진로의 확신을 가질 수 있도록 하고, 학계 및 안경 업계 모두의 진정성 있는 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구에서는 정보시각화의 미학적 작품이 공연 예술로 확장할 수 있는 가능성을 고찰한다. 정보 시각화는 정보의 시각적 전달이라는 기능적 충족 외에 몰입과 상호작용적 특성이 고려되는 관객과의 관계가 더욱 중요지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 정보시각화의 정보 전달 과정이 하나의 공연으로 확장된다면 관객입장에서 감각적 센소리엄(Sensorium)을 증대 시킬 수 있는 요소를 고려할 필요가 있음을 주장하고자 한다. 이에 벤 루빈(Ben Rubin)과 마크 한센(Mark hansen)의 작품(2001)을 분석하여, 정보시각화 분야의 정보전달이라는 기능적 요소 외에 하이퍼매개(Hypermediacy)를 통한 관객과의 센소리엄을 증대 시키는요소를 고찰해 본다. 공연적 자아(the performing self), 공연적 인터페이스(the performing interface), 극적 패턴(the dramatic pattern)의 3가지 요소가 필요함을 제시하여 관객과의 센소리엄 관계를 탐구한다. 이 글을 통해 정보 시각화에 기반을 둔 미학적 작품들을 공연예술의 관점에서 확장하여 이해하고 해석하는데 기여하고자 한다.

This article aims at analysing the reality of banks' liability resulting from the breach of contract on its part to keep the business secrecy with the supplier in the transferable credit, focusing on a English decision, Jackson v. Royal Bank of Scotland [2005] UKHL 3. In this case, the applicant, 'Econ', had purchased various varieties of pre-packed dog chews in bulk through 'Sam'(lst beneficiary) from 'PPLtd'(2nd beneficiary) in Thailand, using a transferable letter of credit issued by 'RBank'. 'Sam' charged a tremendous amount of mark-up on each transaction and it had not been disclosed to 'Econ', although the identity of 'PPLtd' was revealed to 'Econ' by various documents. However, 'RBank' made an unfortunate error to send an completion statement and other documents including 'PPLtd.'s invoice to 'Econ' instead of to 'Sam'. The effect of the Bank's error was to reveal to 'Econ' the substantial profit that 'Sam' was making on these transactions. CEO of 'Econ' was furious and, as a result, decided to cut 'Sam' out of its importing system and terminated their relationship. 'Sam' sued 'RBank' for damages to recover the loss of profits which could have been possibly made, if the information on the mark-up would not have been exposed to 'Econ'. The House of Lord held that 'RBank' was in breach of its duty of confidence, so 'Sam' was entitled to recover damages on a decreasing scale over 4 years, since there was no specific undertaking from the letter of credit.

본 연구는 형태적 사고에 의한 드로잉 표현을 바탕으로 조형적 독창력의 측정과 평가에 대한 근거를 구축하기 위한 연구이다. 조형사고의 전개를 이해하기 위해 점으로 구성된 자극 화면에 의한 OTLD테스트와 EMR 궤적을 통하여 형태의 지각과 인지 과정을 연구하였다. 연구결과로서, 조형표현의 객관적 관점으로서 자극화면에 의한 라인드로잉의 연결성과 표현대상 개념의 복합성이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 추출되었다. 디자인 사고의 핵심으로 창조성은 독창성을 에워싸고 있는 상위개념이 된다. 여기에서는 그 하위개념인 독창성 테스트(OTLD)를 통하여 실험한 결과, 1차 연구 결과-일정기간 경과 후 유의 성을 가지고 희귀 성향을 보이고 있음-과 본 연구결과-연결성과 표현대상 개념의 복합성의 관련성-을 토대로 디자인 조형 력 측정의 기초 실험 모델로 설정이 가능하다고 본다. 금후 이에 대한 보완연구를 통하여 디자인 분야의 조형적 독창력 측정방법이 실용화도 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

Make-up illustration is a field of creativity with visible creative and artistic values; its ultimate functions include communication of information, artistic expression, and recording. Establishing the make-up illustration education environment for the twenty-first century, there is an urgent need for research and development of professional curricula for basic art education and illustration education. It is extremely important for educators and institutions teaching make-up illustration to recognize that training of highly creative and professional beau designers through systematic educational structures is the ultimate foundation for enhancing competitiveness of the beauty industry despite the present reality that there are insufficient studies and publications on beauty illustration and that there is lack of illustration lecturers and artists equipped with professional beauty knowledge. Therefore, this study was conducted to research and analyze offering of illustration subjects by 160 beauty-related vocational schools and 16 4-year undergraduate colleges in the make-up field, which is the field with most creative art activities among the three representative beauty majors, namely make-up, hair, and skin. Education of make-up illustration must not remain as simple short-term education. The curricula must be specialized for providing solid foundation of basic majors. In terms of education content, strong emphases must be made for original and creative mark-up designs as well as purposes, functions, and necessity of make-up design and illustration. The curricula must include systematic, logical and artistic elements. Through the course of this study, which researched, analyzed and proposed measures for education content of make-up illustration, it was found that make-up illustration is the most appropriate subject that fulfills both the ultimate education objectives of beauty colleges and the demand by the society for beauty professionals. It is hoped that make-up illustration is emphasized and recognized for its importance and necessity as an education subject so that similar basic major subjects will further be researched and developed for specialized education.

영국에서는 현재 음악치료가 자폐아 치료의 주요 수단으로 자리잡고 있고, 그 치료의 효과 또한 의학계와 교육계에서 널리 인정받고 있다. 이 글은 영국 음악치료의 주 동향이라 할 수 있는 즉흥연주를 바탕으로한 정신역동적 음악치료법(Psychodynamically Informed Improvisational Music Therapy)이 자폐증에 효과적 치료법임을 두 개의 사례연구를 통해 소개하고자 한다. 두 개의 사례연구는 매순간 개개인에 알맞게 응용되는 즉흥연주를 바탕으로한 음악치료의 과정이 어떻게 자폐아와 치료자간의 치료 관계를 형성시키고 발전시키는가를 보여준다. 첫번째 사례 Charlie를 통해서는 음악이 비언어적, 언어적 의사 소통과 초기 놀이발달 과정에 미치는 영향을 살펴보겠다. 두번째 사례에서는, 음악치료라는 환경이 어떻게 Mark에게 안전한 자기표현과 의사 소통의 장을 열어 주고, 자신과 다른 사람들에 대한 인식의 발달에까지 영향을 미치는가를 보겠다. 음악치료의 임상 과정에 대한 이해를 돕기 위하여 위의 사례는 발달적, 음악역동적, 정신역동적인 시점에서 고찰되어진다.

This study is to survey the present book numbers used in Korean libraries. to analyze their problems. and to suggest improvement in the book numbers. As the results of the survey several suggestions are derived as follows. 1. The education to the librarians about the kinds and the application methods of the book numbers used in Korean libraries should be sufficiently offered. 2. The present book numbers used should be expanded in detail for avoiding the duplication of the call numbers. Also when book numbers are assigned. shelf list cards should be examined one by one not to give the same number. If the book numbers are overlapped in the state not to expand further. libraries should establish a detailed expansion rules according to their respective situation and maintain it consistently. However, it is impossible for libraries operating open stack systems to arrange books on the shelves in call number sequence, therefore libraries can solve the problems as they accept duplication cases. 3. Since the object word of main mark IS a heading In main entry, we must apply cataloging rules to it closely. 4. For expanding book numbers widely it is desirable that the subsidiary mark of the book numbers which is the most prevalent in general and will be the most preferable In the future through the survey should be added and be provided. 5. The book numbers used being changed, we are to assign new book number leaving former materials as they are at the point of adopting a new book number. So aged materials are stored in a repository or on a compact shelf in the stack, will be discarded or weeded according to subjects after a certain period of time. 6. With library automation bringing together all the books of an author in a particular subject or in a particular form and avoiding completely duplication in open stack systems are meaningless. Rather than chronological book numbers, distinguishing clearly new materials from aged materials and controlling the stack spaces mechanically and effectively, can be regarded as the most modern and future-oriented of all the book numbers.

This study aimed to explore how the involvement of environment influenced eight subjects group. Thus, experiment was performed to clarify the role that the attitude of university student consumer plays in the communication process depending on the level of engagement of consumer in the environment and method to raise donation for preservation of environment. Analyzing as per the type of appeal, the mark in altruistic appeal type was higher in all variables than egoistic appeal type. Finally, checking the average mark of each variable as per the condition of donation, the value in unconditional donation was higher than in all variables than conditional donation. It was found 3 groups composed of 2 groups with high level of environmental engagement and 1 group with low level of environmental engagement were suitable to double mediation model among the 8 experimental groups. The group where double mediation model best corresponds than any other group was high level related to environment and the group that contacts altruistic appeal and the message in the form of conditional donation. It was also found that the group that has low level of environmental engagement and contacts egoistic appeal type and conditional donation shows the group that corresponds to double mediation model in the second place among the 8 groups. Finally, it was found that the group that has high level of environmental engagement and is stimulated by altruistic appeal and unconditional donation corresponds to double mediation model. Depending on the condition of message stimulation, unconditional donation is found to better correspond to double mediation model than conditional donation. However, opposite phenomena is observed when the level of environmental engagement is high and appeal type is egoistic. Namely, it was found that conditional donation better corresponds to double mediation model than unconditional donation.

이 논문은 중형의 조선전도인 목판본 "대동여지전도"의 지도적 특징에 대해 체계적으로 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 삼았다. 첫째, 서울에서 고을까지의 거리 정보가 김정호의 미완성 필사본인 "대동지지"와 동일하여 이 지도의 제작자가 김정호일 가능성이 높음을 확인하였다. 둘째, 지도의 제작자가 이 지도에서 가장 자세하고 정확하게 표현하고 싶었던 정보는 도로망과 서울에서 고을까지의 거리 정보였고, 이를 위해 고을의 기호를 아주 작게 만드는 독특한 선택을 하였다. 셋째, 도로망, 거리 정보, 산줄기 물줄기와 섬 등의 정보 선택과 표현에서 "대동여지전도"는 "대동여지도"의 단순한 축소판이 아니라 또 하나의 창조적 작품이라고 불러야 할 정도로 질적으로 다른 측면이 많았다. 넷째, 중형의 조선전도나 도별도와 비교할 때 도로망과 산줄기 물줄기의 정보를 가장 자세하고 분명하게 표현하려 했다는 점에서 "대동여지도"와 "대동여지전도"는 동일한 고민이 담겨 있는 작품이기도 하다.
