본 논문은 오픈소스를 활용하여 e-Learning 에 필수적인 LMS를 개발 제시 하였다. 이는 MTT 에서 시작된 dotLRN 오픈소스 프로젝트를 한글화 하고, 인터넷 교육 표준안인 SCORM을 수용할 수 있는 모듈을 추가 개발하여 학습자의 학습 상황을 관리할 수 있는 기능을 부여한 것이다. 본 시스템은 공주 대학교 가상 대학의 LMS로서 1년 동안 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하였으며, 이를 기반으로 개발 시스템의 기능과 특정을 알아보고, 특히 학습소요시간을 활용한 학습결과 분석에 대하여 고찰 하고자한다.

본 연구의 목적은 대학의 특성을 반영하고 비용 면에서 경제적이며 간편한 KCUE-Q1을 활용하여 간호학생의 비인지적 학습성과 수준을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 2013년 12월 2일부터 12월 20일까지 4개교의 전문대학 졸업예정자인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 중 연구목적을 이해하고 참여에 동의한 424명을 연구대상으로 편의표집하였다. 연구 결과 간호대학생의 비인지적 학습성과 성취수준은 평균 2.69점이었으며, 대상자의 일반적 특성 중 성별, 학년, 소속 대학의 2주기 간호교육 인증평가 및 동아리 활동에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 또한 학습열의가 높을수록 학습경험이 높아지고 교육성과도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호학 전공 학생들의 학습성과 향상을 위한 전략으로 교육과정과 비교과활동을 통합할 수 있는 프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요하며, 이는 간호대학생의 간호학 학습성과 성취수준 향상에 기여할 수 있으리라 생각된다.

오늘날 불확실성이 증가하면서 조직구성원의 전문역량, 즉 혁신역량에 대한 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이러한 실정에도 불구하고, 조직원 개인의 혁신역량에 대해 혁신산출물을 만들기 위한 투입요소, 혁신 활동(혁신역량보유, 발휘, 증진노력 등) 그리고 혁신산출물 간의 관계에 관한 연구는 아직까지 많지 않은 편이다. 이런 원인은 기존 혁신연구단위가 국가단위, 산업단위, 기업단위에서 이루어지는 것이 일반적이기 때문이며, 상대적으로 특정기업의 투입, 산출 및 혁신활동 자체에 대한 분석이 다소 부족한 편이다. 그러므로 이 연구는 기존 혁신연구의 틀과 시각에서 벗어나, 특정조직중심의 개인별 혁신성과와 그 성과와 관련성이 높을 것으로 추정되는 혁신활동들에 대한 네 가지 가설, 즉 첫째는 역량의 차이에 따라 혁신성과는 차이가 있을 것이다. 둘째, 학습시간의 차이에 따라 역량은 차이가 있을 것이다. 셋째, 학습시간의 차이에 따라 혁신성과는 차이가 있을 것이다. 넷째, 학습시간과 혁신성과 간의 관계에는 혁신역량의 매개효과가 있을 것이다(구조모형 검정)는 문제에 대해 정량분석을 시도하여, 조직 경쟁력을 향상시키기 위한 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 것을 연구목적으로 한다.

본 연구는 지속경력학습 선행변인(개인-직무적합성, 인적자본투자)과 결과변인(주관적 경력성공)에 대한 인과관계 규명과 개인-직무적합성, 인적자본투자와 주관적 경력성공의 관계에서 지속경력학습 매개효과를 규명한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위한 자료는 울산지역 자동차 및 제주지역 공기업 종사자 241명으로부터 수집되었으며, 동일방법편의 대안으로 측정환경 분리방법으로 자료를 수집하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 개인-직무적합성과 인적자본투자가 지속경력학습에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 둘째, 지속경력학습인 주관적 경력성공을 촉진하는 주요원인으로 확인되었으며, 셋째, 지속경력학습은 개인-직무적합성 및 인적자본투자와 주관적 경력성공의 관계를 각각 부분매개 하는 것으로 규명되었다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 직무 및 조직차원변인을 활용하여 지속경력학습의 선행변인을 실증적으로 규명하여 지속경력학습의 연구범위 확대에 기여하고 있으며, 주관적 경력성공 연구에 대한 연구자들의 관심을 촉발하는 계기를 제공하고 있다. 또한 지속 경력학습의 매개효과 규명을 통해 개인의 경력개선 과정 메커니즘을 실증적으로 규명하고 있다.

As society has changed to being more knowledge-based, it is necessary that change of paradigm is incorporated into engineering education and the education goals and the assessment method of educational outcomes is developed to promptly meet the needs of the times. A purpose of this study is to measure learning outcomes in coursework of engineering college every semester, which ultimately provides to validate program outcomes. We looked into teaching-learning style of course in the engineering college and analyzed its grade method and tool. By use of a survey, we derived a reasonable method to measure for the learning outcomes in course and presented tools for course-embedded assessment to measure that learning outcomes had been tied to their objectives. These tools are effective to determine that program outcomes and education goals have been achieved, ultimately. In addition, it will help that instruction builds a loop system for better.

The author analyses the challenging activities of Japanese libraries in this decade by launching two keywords; "product-sharing" and "outcome generation." "Product-sharing" means that libraries share knowledge, skills, and records which are produced as the result of the services or in the process of activities. And "outcome generation" means that libraries generate any efficiency or effectiveness through their services to users. Using these concepts, reported are the current situation and aspects of Japanese libraries which try to make various contributions to the society; research and learning of the people, and education and training for professional librarians, and so on. In the analysis, the author shows some examples of "product-sharing" at first, including the records of reference transaction and the multi-functioned online public access catalogue. Especially, focused is on the various possibility and adoptability of the Collaborative Reference Database System of the National Diet Library of Japan. This system is one of digital reference service in Japan, and the database of reference transaction records is expected to be useful for research and academic studyies as knowledge-base of professional librarians. And the system is also expected to be a platform for LIS education and professional development in the e-learning environment. Secondly, as the examples of "outcome generation", explained are the problem-solving-type activities, and provision of the collection about books on struggling against disease and illness. A few examples of outcome in the problem-solving-type activities are these; increase of sales in the services for shop managers, business persons, and entrepreneurs, contribution to affluent daily life by providing the local information services to residents and neighbourhoods, and etc. And for both the patients with serious cases and their family or those who nurse them, books about other persons' notes or memorandum are the greatest support, and sometime healing. The author discuss the 'raison d'etre' of these activities focusing on public libraries in Japan.

Experiments in electrical engineering should mirror the key components of successful research and development: Understand the basic theory needed, test the resulting concepts by simulation and verify these, finally, in the experiment. For optimal learning outcome continuous monitoring of the progress of each individual student is necessary, immediately repeating those subjects which have not been learned successfully. Classically, this is the task of the teacher. In case of remote-controlled experiments this monitoring process and the repetition of subjects should be automated for optimal learning outcome. This paper describes a remote-controlled experiment combining theory, simulation and the experiment itself with an automated monitoring process. Only the evaluation of the experimental results and their comparison to the simulation results has to be checked by a teacher. This paper describes the details of the educational structure for a remote-controlled experiment introducing active filtering of harmonics. For better understanding the content of the learning material (theory and simulation) as well as the results of the experiment and the underlying booking system are shortly presented.

This study aims to investigate factors affecting eBook acceptance and learning outcomes among students experiencing online distance learning. As conventional textbooks are now switched into eBooks, the effects of contextual factors including lecturer, student computer competency, content and design of the course, access ability, infrastructure, and university support on eBook acceptance and learning outcome needs to be evaluated. The sample of this study is represented by students at the Universiti Teknologi MARA, City Campus Melaka, undertaking 'strategic management course'. Non-probability random sampling was selected as the sampling technique and a purposive sampling method was chosen to select the samples. The samples comprised 171 students randomly selected through Google Form. The questionnaire data was analyzed by using PLS-SEM. The results indicated that these factors contributed 62.3% variations in the eBook acceptance and 67.1% variations in the learning outcomes. The strongest factor affecting both dependent variables was content and design of course. Managerial implication suggested that the content for all courses taught through the eBook platform needs to be revisited and improved in accordance with the mode of online deliverance. Tutorial on how to navigate the eBook platform is important to all users as this would enhance acceptance and produce better learning outcomes among students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the structural relationships between adult educators' instructional leadership, learners' motivation and performance among those participants in education for urban-rural migration. The survey was conducted among 22 agricultural educational institutions in South Korea, and a total number of 1,109 learners responded to a questionnaire. In order to verify the hypothesized research model, the collected data were analyzed with structural equation modeling. The major findings of this study were as follows. First, adult educators' instructional leadership had a direct effect and an indirect effect on learners' performance. Second, adult educators' instructional leadership had a direct effect on learners' motivation. Third, learners' motivation had a direct effect on learners' performance.

This paper diagnose subjects and measures the learning ability of students based on the goal of developing an assessment tool for education productivity based on multi-aspect evaluation conducted by ICEE at Honam University. Furthermore, develop an assessment tool for education productivity that provides a motive to bring detailed improvements in teaching methods through the diagnosis. In addition, a method for compensating the issues and improving the quality of subject is suggested to develop learning ability of students through applying the assessment tool. An integrated operated system of CQI is desired to be built along with quality improvement of education through measuring academic quality by studying the methods for enhancing academic and learning ability achievement from analysis of the curriculum provided in the "ABEEK program". Through this study the current state of education productivity is presented through analyzing the difference between students who participated in the "ABEEK program" and who did not participate, and operating a comparison between the student's comprehension on their majors and liberal arts by the multi-aspect evaluation that has been conducted for 2 years.
