작업일보 작성프로세스 개선을 통한 협력업체 생산성 향상방안에 관한 연구 (A Plan for Better Productivity of Sub-Contractors through Improvements of Daily Reporting Process)

  • 현장에서 수행되는 대부분의 공사는 다수의 공종과 다양한 협력업체가 공사를 진행해 나간다. 그러므로 투입노무자 및 자원의 관리 상 변수의 발생이 많아 공사정보관리에 어려운 점이 많다. 이러한 현장공사의 효율적인 관리를 위해서 다양한 공사정보 관리 시스템 들이 제시되고 있으나, 시공업체 중심의 시스템 관리와 협력 업체의 참여도 및 이해도 부족과 영세로 인한 적용 어려움이 문제점으로 나타나고 있다. 또한 현장공사관리에 기초자료로 제공되는 작업일보의 정보들을 수집/분석/관리하는데 상당한 시간과 인력이 소모되고, 이동시 정보손실, 수 작업에 의한 정보의 왜곡 및 신뢰성 저하 등등 다양한 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 기존 협력업체가 작성하는 작업일보의 기능 및 문제점을 분석하고, 작업일보내의 생산성 정보의 흐름 및 생산성 향상 요인을 분석하여, 작업일보의 작성프로세스를 개선하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 더 나아가, 협력업체 중심의 정보입력 및 관리를 통한 공사의 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있는 개선된 작업일보 시스템의 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

  • As the WTO system launches through the agreement of Uruguay Round, the Government has to revise the office regulations or reform the system. Also, Integrating and Coordinating the like affair in health care (i. e., children's home, industry health, school health, health manpower, the administration of health center, the administration on food hygiene, health environmental education, and so on.) which is now scattered into some government departments like the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Environment, the Government has to prevent unspecialty, inefficiency, inconsistency, and uneconomy. The Government has to review and adopt above suggested the Proposal 1),2),3),4) of the Health Centers on the basis of the local autonomy law and it will help the successive settlement of the local autonomy system in Korea. According to the suggested proposal, the Central Government mainly takes charge of the Macro affairs as hardware, and transfer the Micro affairs as software into the Local Governments to attempt the appropriate functional allocation. To achieve it successfully, the Central Government also has to do the financial support, manpower training and technical support, allocation of health care resources, direction and control, research and development and the health care plan on the macro level. Local Governments which divided into the wide local government and basic local government also have to do their best for health improvement of the community societies like plan of health care program, implementation of health care service program, taking charge of the affairs of health insurance, activation of community residents' participation and security of health care resources etc. To achieve this goal, the Government have to be more active and reformative, the related social and health agencies and educational agencies have to cooperate and support for the goals, and especially, the community residents have to participate actively and voluntarily, When all these conditions promote, local health care administration will be developed, and health level of community residents will be secured. And going one step forward, the country and people will be more healthy

취업과 결혼상태가 남녀의 건강에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Employment and Marital Status on Health Status of Women and Men)

  • There is a widespread concern that women's increasing involvement in dual role (job plus family role) may harm their physical health. Longevity of women is longer than that of men. By contrast, prevalence rate is higher in women than men, and No. of prevalence days, No. of days in bed and No. of days with treatment are more in women. Generally, women live longer, but women are worse in health status than men. Rate of labor participation in women is increasing gradually in Korea. This study presents an analysis of the relationships between employment. marital status and health for both Korean women and men to examine how women's increasing involvements in dual role affect their physical health. The data used in this analysis were collected by The National Statistical Office in the spring of 1992. Households, which were sampled by using a three-stage stratified cluster sampling method, were interviewed. Response rate was 99.43%. Of these, student or widowed or divorced people were excluded. 47,552 women and men aged 21-50 were available for the analysis. Health status was measured by self-assessed health status (1=excellent, 5=poor), No. of prevalent days, No. of days with treatment, and No. of days in bed in two previous weeks. And control variables are age, and education. Research findings are as follows : 1. Men have better self-rated health, fewer prevalent days, fewer days in bed, and fewer days with treatment than women. 2. The employed are more healthier than the non-employed. 3. Unmarried people are more healthier than married people. 4. Interaction effects of sex, marital status, employment are significant. This finding shows that effects of empolyment, marital status on health status is not same for women and men. 5. For male, employed people are more healthier than non-employed people. Unmarried people are more healthier than married people. This differences are significant. For female, The employed are more healthier than the non-employed. However, no differences are noticed between the married and the unmarried in health status. In conclusion, there is no evidence that women's involvements in dual role affect their physical health negatively.

상대 순위가 진로 결정에 미치는 영향 (Impact of Ordinal Rank on Career Choice)

  • 본 연구는 동료(peer)에 대비한 학생의 상대적인 학업성취가 진로 결정에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴본다. 구체적으로 학교 내에서 학생들의 상대적인 수학 순위가 이과 선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 서울시 소재 학생들의 패널데이터를 이용하였으며, 수학 성적을 통제하더라도 상대 순위가 낮은 경우 이과에 진학할 확률이 11%포인트 이상 감소함을 확인하였다. 높은 상대 순위는 여학생에게 추가적인 양의 이과 진학 효과를 나타내 상대 순위가 성별로 다르게 작용함을 보였다. 분석 결과에 따르면 상대 순위효과 중 약 12%만이 자신감과 같은 주관적 평가에 의해 설명되며, 이로 미루어보아 내신 성적을 통한 경로가 더 지배적일 것으로 추측할 수 있다.

에코세대의 전직지원서비스 운영을 위한 요구분석 (Need Assessment for the Operation of Outplacement Support Service for Echo Generation)

  • 본 연구는 동남권지역의 에코세대 중 취업자 및 미취업자를 대상으로 현재 전직지원서비스에 대한 인식, 필요성, 전직지원서비스를 제공받을 의향 여부 및 필요한 내용들을 확인함으로써 초고령화 사회를 대비하여 준비할 수 있도록 정책적, 행정적 지원 요구를 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것이다. 이 연구를 달성하기 위해 부산 울산 경남의 동남권 지역의 에코세대 중 취업자 및 미취업자 174명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였고, 회수된 설문은 정규성검사 및 t-test, 일원배치분산분석(One-way ANOVA), Scheffe 분석 등의 방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 얻어진 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 에코세대의 전직지원서비스에 대한 인식 정도는 성별 간, 연령 간, 직종간, 경력 간에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 필요의 정도는 연령 간에서 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 전직지원서비스 제공 시기에 대해서는 퇴사 전 3개월이 가장 적당한 것으로 나타났다. 전직지원서비스가 제공된다면 참여할 의향은 연령에서만 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 전직지원서비스를 받는다면 제공받고 싶은 서비스 내용은 노후대비 재무설계, 퇴직(연금)관리 내용을 제공 받고 싶다는 응답자가 가장 많았다.

산학관을 연계한 장기현장실습 대학교육 모델 (Industry·Government·University Related Professional Practice Model for Higher Education)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국기술교육대학교가 공학교육의 새로운 혁신모델로 도입예정인 산학관연계 장기현장실습(IPP) 제도에 대해 제안하고 주요사항에 대해 논의한다. IPP 제도는 기존 단기 현장실습 제도의 문제점을 보완하고 100년의 장기현장실습 역사를 갖고 있는 북미의 co-op (co-operative education) 모델을 벤치마킹하여 대한민국 학제시스템에 적합하게 설계한 한국형 co-op 모델로 특히 기존의 co-op 시스템과 달리 정부(고용노동부)가 산학간의 협력교육을 적극 지원하는 제도이다. 제안하는 IPP 제도가 성공하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 기업의 대학교육에 대한 적극적인 참여와 open mind가 필요하며, 대학은 체계적인 학사시스템 설계 및 IPP 센터 등 인프라 구축이 선행되어야 한다.

  • 우리나라는 미국 영화에 맞서 자국 영화시장이 활성화되어있고 영화 산업이 꾸준히 성장을 하고 있는 소수의 국가지만 영화 제작의 실무를 담당하고 있는 Production 스태프 대부분이 물가 상승률과 최저임금에도 미치지 못하는 임금을 받는 비정규직이며 기회가 닿는다면 영화 제작 현장을 떠나려 하는 탈 현장의 분위기가 퍼져있다. 본 연구에서는 탈 현장의 원인이 열악한 근로환경뿐만 아니라 Production 스태프의 영화산업 입문과정과 영화제작 참여에서 발생하는 근로성과 노동에 대한 인식 차이에 기인하고 있음을 밝히며 탈 현장 요소의 개선을 위해 스태프의 전공 대다수를 차지하는 영화 영상 관련 학과에서 영화를 예술적 관점으로만 접근하는 현행 교육과정에 대한 개편을 선행하여 잠재적 Production 스태프에게 영화 제작 참여에 따른 근로의 개념을 확립시키고 인식 전환을 가져옴으로써 스태프의 근로성과 근로자로서의 인식을 확립하여야 한다.

서울시내 고등학교 위탁급식의 재무성과 분석을 통한 급식비 및 투자비의 적정 수준 산정 (Income Statement Analysis and Developing the Guidelines of Meal-pricing and Facilities Investment Cost in Contract-Managed High School Foodservice in Seoul)

  • The purposes of this study were: 1) to investigate the operational and financial characteristics of contract-managed high school food services in Seoul, 2) to analyze the financial performance of high school food services 3) to develop guidelines for meal pricing and facilities investment costs. From Oct to Nov 2001, questionnaires were mailed to 249 high schools that were managed by contract food service companies. A 40.2% response rate was recorded. The results of this study were as follows: 1. Student enrollment in high schools run by contract-managed food services was 1,518, with a 68.5% participation rate in the school lunch program. The average meal price was 2,141 won. 2. Based on the income statement analysis, average total sales were 410,440,504 won and average net profit was 16,098,558 won. 3. The optimum food cost per meal was 1,200-1,300 won per meal, calculating using the methods of conversion factor, RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance), and nutrient exchange unit. 4. Guidelines for meal pricing were developed using the modified actual pricing method based on facilities investment cost, number of meals and food cost. The ratio of labor cost, general management expenses and ordinary profit were adopted from the schools with liability. The food cost, depreciation and interest cost were calculated based on unit meal. 5. The guideline for facilities investment was developed based on the number of meals, meal price and food cost. The guideline included the maximum facilities investment cost paid by the contract food service management company. (Korean J Nutrition 36(5): 528∼535, 2003)

한국과 미국 고등학생의 생활시간에 대한 비교 연구 (A Comparative Study of Time Use Differences between Korean and American High School Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in time use between Korean and American high school students. The data sources were the '2009 Time Use Survey' conducted by Korea National Statistical Office and the '2009 ATUS (American Time Use Survey)' conducted by Labor Statistics Division in the U.S.. 1,734 Korean diaries (1,311 on weekdays and 423 on Sundays) and 321 American diaries (208 on weekdays and 113 on Sundays) from high school students of 15 to 18 years of age were analyzed. Descriptive statistics and t-test were used for the statistical analysis. The time use patterns of Korean students on weekdays and Sundays were different than those of their American counterparts. On weekdays and Sundays, the sleeping time of Korean students was 2 hours less than the time of their American counterparts. Koreans studied more, nearly double the time of their American counterparts on weekdays and five times more on Sundays. The study-oriented time allocation of Korean students resulted in less leisure time than the American students. Korean students spent their leisure time of more than 30 minutes participating in social activities, media, and hobbies, and their time allocation to volunteer work and religious activities were nil. On Sundays, the time for studying by Korean students was more than five times longer than that spending by their American counterparts. Koreans used their leisure time of 6 hours and 47 minutes mainly for media, hobbies and social activities. The participation rate of volunteering by Korean students was only 0.5%, though it was 31.0% for the Americans. For a study-life balance for Korean students, it was recommended that trends toward time management and social policy should increase the time allocation to sleeping, housework, work, sports, and volunteering and decrease the time use in studying and hobbies.

여성 직업 교육프로그램실태 및 만족도에 관한 연구: 제주특별자치도를 중심으로 (Women's Vocational Training Programs and Satisfaction with the Programs in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province)

  • Although women's economic participation has been increasing in Korea, the utilization of educated women's labor is still low. Therefore, vocational training programs for women are both important and necessary. This study examines the vocational training programs for women offered by the three largest vocational training centers in Jeju: the Woman Resources Development Center, the Jeju Women's Development Center, and the Seogwipo City Women's Cultural Center. This study also analyzes the students' satisfaction with these vocational training programs and identifies the related variables that cause differences in their levels of satisfaction. The sample includes 397 respondents who were surveyed from June 23 to September 12, 2008. Moreover, the data are analyzed by conducting a one-way ANOVA, t-test, and Duncan's Multiple Range(DMR)test. The major results of the study are as follows. First, the vocational training programs in Jeju consist of lectures that cover various subjects. The programs mainly focus on work that offers relatively low wages and requires few skills, and the duration of the programs is short. Second, the original goal of the programs does not meet the needs of women who are seeking employment. The participants respond that they want more appropriate programs that are designed by considering their need for employment, support them in finding a job, and re-educate them. Third, most of the participants are satisfied with their vocational training experiences, and their satisfaction with the instructors is especially high. The differences in their levels of satisfaction are caused by economic characteristics such as the location of the student's residence, home ownership, and the level of life. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to separate vocational/employment training from general education for women. Moreover, the vocational training programs for women should be more specialized according to the different needs of each group.
