유도전동기의 속도 제어를 위한 LQ-PID 제어기 설계 (LQ-PID Controller Design for Speed Control of Induction Motor)

  • 유도전동기의 속도제어시 속도의 지연이나 과도한 오버슈트가 발생하는 문제점을 해결하고 급제동 혹은 제동시 입력 속도와 출력 속도의 오차를 줄이기 위해서 LQ-PID제어기를 제안한다. LQ제어기는 극점들을 상태궤환에 의해 오버슈트와 정착시간등과 같은 설계사양을 만족하는 위치에 배치하는 방법이다. 그러나 폐루프 전달함수에 영점이 존재할때는 설계사양 오버슈트에 영향을 주므로 s-평면에서 기존의 LQ설계 방법으로는 이를 만족시킬 수 없다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 LQ제어기 설계시 폐루프 전달함수의 영점이 오버슈트에 미치는 영향을 제거할 수 있는 해석적인 방안을 포함하는 새로운 LQ-PID제어기 설계 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

  • This paper proposes a method to select the overshoot design parameters of the LQ-PID controller by using convex optimization in order to satisfy the design specifications. The tuning parameters of LQ-PID controller are determinated by the relationships between the design parameter to control both the overshoot and the settling time and the weighting factors Q and R in LQR.

도시 철도 차량의 자동주행을 위한 LQ-서보 제어기의 설계 (LQ-Servo Design for Automatic Train Control of Urban Rail Vehicle)

  • In this paper, we propose the LQ servo control method for the automatic train control of urban rail vehicle. Structures of the conventional PID control and LQ servo controller are compared in order to demonstrate the simplicity of the proposed controller which doesn't have zeros of the closed loop systems. The energy consumption is dealt with as an object function to be minimized, which consists of the quadratic performance indices for optimal control with the input of the feedback linearization. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown by the practical example, compared with the conventional PD controller.

A Tuning Algorithm for LQ-PID Controllers using the Combined Time - and Frequency-Domain Control Method

  • This paper proposes a new method for tuning a linear quadratic - proportional integral derivative controller for second order systems to simultaneously meet the time and frequency domain design specifications. The suitable loop-shape of the controlled system and the desired step response are considered as specifications in the time and frequency domains, respectively. The weighting factors, Q and R of the LQ controller are determined by the algebraic Riccati equation with respect to the limiting behavior and target function matching. Numerical examples show the effectiveness of the proposed LQ-PID tuning method

차량 전복 방지를 위한 롤 및 요 운동 제어기의 성능 비교 (Comparison Among Yaw and Roll Motion Controllers for Rollover Prevention)

  • This article presents a comparison among several yaw and roll motion controllers for vehicle rollover prevention. In the previous research, yaw and roll motion controllers can be independently designed for rollover prevention. Following this idea, several yaw and roll motion controllers are designed and compared in terms of rollover prevention. For the yaw motion control, PID, LQR, SMC (Sliding Mode Control) and TDC (Time-Delay Control) are adopted. For the roll motion control, LQR, LQ SOF (Static Output Feedback) control, PID, and SMC are adopted. To compare the performance of each controller, simulation is performed on a vehicle simulation package, CarSim$^{(R)}$. From simulation, TDC and LQ SOF are the best for yaw and roll motion control, respectively.

  • In this paper, we propose a intelligent controller design method for the water level control of the power plant drum in the form of nonminimum phase system. The proposed method is based on T. Takagi and M. Sugeno's fuzzy model. And we illustrate the improved characteristics as the simulation results, comparing with the conventional the PID and LQ controller design method.

  • This paper presents a design method for PID controller using optimal control theory. The procedures of the applied method consist of (1) sampling the system response to the test signal, (2) processing the sampled data using RPE method to identify the parameters of the plant, (3) calculating the optimal value of the PID controller parameters using LQ theory. This controller is implemented on the digital computer and applied to real servomechanism, yielding satisfactory result.

  • It is known that an aircraft with delta-wings which are attached to the body at a large angle like a kite or a hang glider has a measure of maneuverability and stability. Aircrafts of this kind can fly stably. Even if engine trouble occurs, it will not fall and might be able to land. In this paper, one of the conventional control methods, PID control, is applied to the aircraft with LQ local control block. This is based on an idea that the aircraft flies so stably that the automatic control system might be realized by a simple controller. The proposed PID controller consists of several sub-controllers which are constructed to each system neglecting the interference. In addition, the LQ control is involved as a local loop of the aileron and rudder control in order to increase stability of the attitude when circling. The effectiveness of the proposed method is shown through 3D computer simulations and experiments of the flight path control.

  • For a Stationary moving-target. the design technique of guidance system for underwater vehicle with a seeker of st type is developed. Using perturbation theory, a new method which linearizes the nonlinear intercept geometry is proposed. On the basis of the linearized system modeling, LQ and PID design technique is used to determine the structure and gain of the guidance system. Some simulation results applied underwater engagement are represented to show that the proposed guidance law is superior to the other guidance laws as pursuit, Bang-Beng, PN APN.

  • 본 논문에서는 비최소위상 시스템으로 표현되는 화력발전소 드럼의 수위제어를 위한 퍼지 제어기를 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 T. Takagi와 M. Sugeno의 퍼지모델을 기반으로 수행된다. 그리고 기존의 PID 및 LQ 제어기법을 적용한 방식과 비교하여 제안된 방법의 개선된 특성을 시뮬레이션 결과로부터 검증하였다.
