깨끗한 Cu(110)와 산소가 흡착된 Cu(110) 표면에 Cu 성장에 의한 광학적 이방성의 변화를 RDS를 이용하여 연구하였다. 250K에서 Cu를 성장하면서 성장 모드와 산소의 계면활성제 효과를 확인하였다. 두 표면에 Cu를 성장하면서 4,25eV 봉우리의 규칙적인 변화를 확인하여 layer-by-layer 모드를 확인하였다.

Conventional SVPWM method has null switching vectors. Null switching vectors cause high common-mode voltage in induction motor drive system. The newly developed common mode voltage reduction PWM technique don't use zero switching state for inverter control. It is realized by changing software without additional hardware. Simulation and experimental results show that proposed method are reduced common mode voltage more than conventional method.

본 논문에서는 기생소자 효과를 이용한 이동단말기용 광대역 안테나를 연구하였다. 기생소자에 관한 효과를 관찰하기 위해 기생소자는 급전이 되지 않는 원통형 도체를 사용하였다. 원통 도체의 외경이 증가함에 따라 두 번째, 세 번째 공진 주파수 특성이 급격히 변함을 알 수 있었다. 4.5 w의 외경을 가지는 원통형 도체 기생소자가 삽입된 경우 normal mode 헬리컬 안테나는 반사손실 -5 dB를 기준으로 900 MHz의 밴드폭을 얻었다.

In this study, mode II interlaminar fracture phenomena of carbon fabric/epoxy composite for tilting train were investigated. The end notched flexural specimen containing an artificial crack with the thickness of 12.5fl11l was used. The mode II interlaminar fracture toughness was evaluated through a three point bending test and the fractured surfaces were examined through a scanning electron microscope. The experimental results obtained in this study would be applicable in the design and structural analysis of the composite structures.

GRIN-SCH quantum well structured Laser Diode were fabricated using MOCVD and operated as CW at room temperature. The threshold current density of the LD with 670${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ cavity length was 530 A/$\textrm{cm}^2$. For the ridge waveguide type index guiding structured LD with 6${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ stripe width and 240${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ cavity length, the threshold current was 50㎃. The maximum differential quantum efficiency was 0.95W/A when the optical output was 60mW. The lasing wavelength of QW LD was 865nm. In the L-I measurement. TE mode was superior to TM mode. From the near field pattern, single lateral mode operation was observed.

콜레스테릭 액정 플리머 박막을 이용한 새로운 개념의 광섬유 원편광 거울을 제작하고 그 특성을 분석하였다. 콜레스테릭 액정 거울의 광학적 특성을 보여주는 Jones Matrix를 유도하고 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 제작된 광섬유 원편광 거울은 선형 광섬유 레이저 공진기에서 공간적 홀버닝을 제거하는데 사용 될 수 있으며, 광섬유 내에서의 비선형 편광 변화 효과를 이용한 모드록킹 동작을 얻을 수 있다. 실험을 통해 얻은 모드 록킹 된 레이저의 펄스 폭은 630fs로 측정 되었다.

A Nd:YLF laser has been actively mode-locked at the third-order harmonic cavity frequency using a lithium niobate phase modulator. Self-oscillating pulses of 14 ps duration, 1 GHz repetition rate, and 10mV average power at 1053 nm wavelength have been obtained. A 1GHz rf signal to drive a phase modulator was obtained by using 1GHz pulse train without rf synthesizer as a driver of an active mode locker.

An efficient sensing scheme adoptable in DC-DC converter is described. The output voltage of the whole DC-DC converter is fed back to the input voltage of the sensor. The comparison in the sensor is accomplished by a current push-pull action. With a fixed reference, the comparator can be embodied based on (W/L) ratios. The current-mode scheme benefits the system better than a conventional voltage-mode one in terms of small area, low power consumption.

This paper investigates the effects of applying different input current waveshapes on the performance of a continuous-conduction-mode (CCM) power-factor-correction (PFC) boost pre-regulator. It is found that the output voltage ripple of the pre-regulator can be reduced if the input current is modified to include controlled amount of higher order harmonics. This finding allows us to balance the performance of output regulation and the harmonic current emission when coming to the design of the pre-regulator. An experimental PFC boost pre-regulator prototype is constructed to verify the analysis and show the benefit of the pre-regulator operating with input current containing higher order harmonics.

회분배양에서 교반속도와 통기량에 대한 영향을 살펴본 결과 400 rpm과 1.0 vvm의 조건에서 균체량은 25.1 g/L, 다당체는 2.5 g/L로 가장 높게 생성되었다. 회분배양을 기초로 균체량과 다당체 생성을 높이기 위해 glucose를 대수기에 공급한 결과 배양 6일째 균체량은 29,2 g/L, 다당체 생성은 3.3 g/L로 회분배양보다 우수한 결과를 보였다.
