The pitch of Korean musical scales and intervals were calculated with the method of a One Third More and Less, that described at the AcHacKueBum. In this study, the standardized Peelee have been made and its sound frequencies were measured. The measured sound frequencies uniformly played agree well with the Korean musical scales.

The goal of this study was to examine the relationship between general creativity and musical creativity of children, and utilize the results as the basic data to develope of children' music education. The subjects were 50 children of a kindergarten located in the Jeonlabukdo area. The instruments employed were general creativity and musical creativity scales. The data were analyzed with the SPSS program. They were analyzed by Pearson Correlation. The results of this study are as follows: First, creativity was correlated positively with 'making of the melody'. Second, fluency was correlated positively with 'making of the melody', abstraction of title was correlated positively with 'making of the song words', and elaboration was correlated positively with making of the melody and expression by rhythmic movement.

The homogeneous key arrangement is a method of consistently arranging notes in a tile-shaped keyboard musical instrument, and arranging them in the same direction in the same direction on the neighboring keys in the same direction to enable a consistent musical arrangement. It has been used for a long time, but recently it has attracted attention by applying it to various modern musical instrument design and software instrument interface. There have been many different methods of deployment, but there are few studies on the existence of some or none of them. In this paper, we propose a classification method for such a key arrangement and analyze the relationship between them. This shows that there are far fewer types of homologous key arrangement than the known ones, and provided the basis of the study on the homogeneous key arrangement by providing a classification framework. Based on this, it is expected that more systematic analysis and research will be done and it will be used to develop various music interfaces. These studies will play a very important role in training students to understand the basic elements of pitch, harmony, harmony, and scales in music education games.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of group music therapy involving the creation of a musical play on the self-esteem, self-expression, and social skills of children. The participants were 14 first through third graders and 14 fourth through sixth graders from a children's center. Half of the children from each grade band (Grades 1-3 and 4-6) were assigned to the experimental group and the other half to the control group, for a total of 14 children in each group. The experimental group who participated in music therapy sessions focused on creating a musical play. The experimental group selected themes, made a script, composed song lyrics and music, and performed the completed musical play. The Self-Esteem Scale, Self-Expression Scale, and Social Skills Rating System (SSRS) were administered before and after the intervention. The experimental group exhibited significantly higher scores than the control group on all of the scales except subscales of the Self-Expression scale and the SSRS. The results of this study suggest that group music therapy can facilitate children's engagement in group work and that playing an important role in the group can positively impact their perceptions of themselves.

Pansori (sole narrative music), a typical folk music genre of Korea, resembles Western opera in its dramatic appeal, but greatly differs from Western opera in its use of musical scales, rhythms and singing methods. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of a singing program on withdrawal behaviors of children in low-income families. To measure the effects of the singing program, the researcher compared the results of K-YSR and TRF withdrawal scales before and after the program. Finally, the researcher did research on the subjects' musical and non-musical behaviors related to withdrawal through a record of behavior observation. The results of this study were asfollows: First, after comparing the results of K-YSR and TRF withdrawal scales conducted before and after the singing program, the mean of the scores was decreased by 6.4 and 3.6 points respectively (p = .042). Second, an analysis of withdrawal-related behavioral changes in music activities after the program showed an increase in frequency of eye contact, as well as tone and volume of subjects' voices. The results of this study indicate that the singing program has positive effects on withdrawal behaviors of children in low-income familiesin addition, it is effective in alleviating withdrawal-related behaviors.

In this study, we examined the relationship among Multiple Intelligence constructs and the relationship among the sub-areas and analysed the development of the Multiple Intelligence according to age and gender to evaluate Korean children's Multiple Intelligence structures that teachers evaluated based on MIDAS-MYC. The subjects of the study consisted of 158 4-5 year old children (71 4-year-old group(boy 38, girl 33); 87 5-year-old group(boy 40, girl 47)) in Seoul and Gyeonggi. We found several results which are as follows. 1) Reliability on each area of intelligence in MIDAS-MYC was good. 2) The result of confirmatory factor analysis using the model of structural equation modeling was consistent with the results of other studies that children's Multiple Intelligence consists of eight intelligent areas that are independent to each other but are relative to each other. In particular, interpersonal-intrapersonal intelligence, languistic-intrapersonal intelligence, languistic-Interpersonal intelligence, and languistic-logic/math intelligence were high correlation. However, physical/motion-naturalist intelligence and musical-logic/math intelligence were low correlation. 3) Children's multiple intelligence differed according to age and sex, the 5-year-old was higher than 4-year-old and girls were higher than boys in a general way. 4) There was high correlation between the result of evaluation based on MIDAS-MYC and the result of teacher's subjective evaluation about children's Multiple Intelligence.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of group music therapy program on alineation of adolescents from enmeshed or disengaged families. The Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scales III was administered to screen out subjects at a high school in Seoul. Based on the low scores, between 10 and 25, rated on the scale, 4 students were selected from 148 initial respondents. Subjects participated in group music therapy program for 7 weeks and a total of 14 music therapy sessions were provided for them. After the program, content analysis of the subjects' verbal and musical expressions observed during the program was conducted, with regard to the measures of the Student Alienation Scale. The results showed negative self-expression decreased while positive self-concepts increased. These results indicate that by providing the opportunity to experience group cohesiveness and group support, group music therapy program may effectively reduce alienation of adolescents from enmeshed or disengaged families.

Character industry is not only knowledge-based industry chiefly with copyrights but also motive power for creative economy to take a role functionally over the fields of industries because it has industrial characteristic as complement product to promote sale value in manufacturing industry and service industry and increase profit on sales. Since 2003, the national policy related to character has aimed to maximize effect among connected industries, extend its business abroad, enforce copyrights through the improvement of marketing system, develop industrial infrastructure through raising quality of character products. With the result of this policy, the successful cases of connected contents have been crystallized and domestic character industry has stepped up methodically since 2007. It is needed to reset the scales of character industry and industrial stats because there are more know-how of self industry promotion and more related characters through strategy of market departmentalization starting with cartoon, animation, games, novels, movies and musicals. Especially, The Korea government set our target for 'Global Top Five Character Power' since 2009 and has started to carry out to find global star characters, support to establish network among connected industries, diversify promotion channels, and develop licensing business. Particularly, since 2013, There have been prospered the indoor character theme park with time management just like character experimental marketing or Kids cafes using characters, the demand market of digital character focusing on SNS emoticon, and the performance market for character musical consistently. Moreover, The domestic and foreign illegal black markets on off-line have been enlarged, so we need another policy alternative. To prepare for the era of exploding character demand market and diversifying platform, it is needed to set up a solid strategy that is required the elements of policy changes in character industry to vitalize character industry and support new character design and connected contents. the following shows that the elements of policy changes related to the existing policy, the current position of market. Nowadays, the elements of policy changes in domestic character industry are that variety of consumers in the digital character market according to platform diversification, Convergence contents of character goods for the Korean waves, legalization of the illegal black contents market, and controling the tendency of consumers in departmentalized market. This can help find the policy issue entirely deferent with the existing character powers like US, Japan or Europe. In its final analysis, the alternatives are the promotion of models with contract copyrights of domestic and foreign connected contents, the diversification of profit models of platform economy, the additive development of target market related to enlarging the Korean waves, and the strategy of character market for the age-specific tendency according to developing character demand market.
