성인 문해교육 기관의 자체 개발 교과서의 내용 제시 방식 분석 연구 (An Analysis of Literacy Textbooks for Adult Learners Developed by Adult Literary Education Institutes)

  • This study is to analyze literacy textbooks for adult learners developed by adult literacy education institutes. In the study, six different kinds of literacy textbooks are collected and analyzed on the basis of five evaluation criteria.: unit organization, presentation way of Hangeul, type of content, level of content, and degree of subject integration. The results of literacy textbook analysis are as follows. First, literacy textbooks carry different forms of unit organization in different textbooks. Most textbooks are composed of lessons, without a hierarchical organization of lessons, whereas some textbooks carry a hierarchical structure of 'unit + lessons'. Second, Hangeul is mostly presented in the form of reading and writing and literacy textbooks tend to present Hangeul as constructing letter through combining vowels and consonants rather than as whole language. Third, literacy textbooks contain life-adjustment situations which would help adult learners to lead everyday lives more efficiently. Fourth, literacy textbooks carry different levels of educational content, ranging from 'basic Hangeul' through 'expanded content' to high level of Hangeul writing. Fifth, literacy textbooks appear to integrate educational content from different subjects in order to provide more relevant content for adult learners.

분산 정보 검색을 위한 신경망 에이전트의 계층적 구성 (Hierarchical Organization of Neural Agents for Distributed Information Retrieval)

  • 웹과 같은 분산 정보 검색 환경에서 문서들은 많은 문서 데이터베이스들에 자연스럽게 분할되어서 존재한다. 그러므로 이러한 문서들의 효율적인 검색을 위해서는 먼저 질의에 관련되는 문서들을 제공할 것으로 판단되는 문서 데이터베이스를 찾아내고 다음으로 그 문서 데이터베이스에 질의를 줌으로써 분산 정보 검색을 수행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 분산 정보 검색을 위한 신경망 에이전트를 소개하고, 확장성을 가지게 하기 위하여 신경망 에이전트들이 계층적으로 구성된 다중신경망 에이전트 시스템을 제안한다. 신경망 에이전트들의 계층적 구성은 정보 검색 성능을 저하시키지 않으면서도 각 신경망 에이전트의 학습을 위한 전체 훈련 비용을 허용할 만한 범위 내에서 유지시켜 주므로 대규모 문서 데이터베이스 환경에서의 분산 정보 검색에도 신경망 에이전트를 적용할 수 있게 해준다. 제안된 신경망 에이전트를 단일 에이전트와 계층적 다중 에이전트 시스템으로 실현 환경에서 구현하여 각각의 정보 검색 성능을 기존의 통계적 분산 정보 검색 기법을 사용했을 때와 비교함으로써 신경망 에이전트의 유용성을 예증한다.

특수경비조직의 조직문화와 조직신뢰 및 조직성과의 관계 (Relationship between Organizational Culture, Organizational Trust and Organizational Performance of Special Guard Organization)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 특수경비조직의 조직문화와 조직신뢰 및 조직성과의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 3월 서울소재 4개소 민간경비회사의 특수경비원을 모집단으로 설정한 후 판단표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 161명이다. 연구에 사용된 설문지는 총 42문항으로 구성되었으며, SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .60이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수경비조직의 조직문화는 조직신뢰에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 개발적, 합리적, 합의적, 위계적 문화가 활성화 되면 인지 감정적, 행동적 신뢰를 증가시킨다. 둘째, 특수경비조직의 조직문화는 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 합리적, 합의적 문화가 활성화 되면, 직무만족은 높다. 반면, 개발적, 합의적, 위계적 문화가 활성화 되면, 조직몰입은 높다. 셋째, 특수경비조직의 조직신뢰는 조직성과에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 인지 감정적, 행동적 신뢰가 높게 작용하면, 직무만족, 조직몰입은 증대된다. 넷째, 특수경비조직의 조직문화는 조직성과에 인과적 영향을 미친다. 즉, 조직문화는 조직성과에 직접적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라, 조직신뢰의 하위 요인인 행동적 신뢰를 통하여 조직성과에 간접적인 영향을 미친다.

최단 거리 단말기를 이용하는 비점진적 계층 회의 구성 방법 (A Non-Incremental Hierarchical Conference Organization Using Shortest Distance Terminal)

  • 계층 회의는 회의에 참가한 단말기 간 교환되는 데이터가 계층 구조로 전달되기 때문에 정보 지연이 발생되게 된다. 본 논문에서, 단말기 사이의 평균 경로 거리를 최소화하고 단말기의 컴퓨터 자원을 고려하여 비점진적 계층 회의를 구성하는 새로운 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 참가를 원하는 단말기들을 현재 구성중인 계층 회의에 포함 시키고자 할 때, 제안한 알고리즘은 회의 내에서 컴퓨터 자원을 고려하여 참가한 단말기들을 가운데 연결 가능한 단말기들을 선택한다. 그 다음, 참가를 원하는 단말기들과 선택 단말기들 간의 거리를 계산하고 거리가 최소가 되는 단말기 쌍을 선택한 뒤, 이 단말기 쌍을 연결하여 계층 회의를 확장한다. 이러한 방법은 모든 단말기 들이 회의에 포함될 때까지 반복된다. 제안한 방법을 이용하여 모의실험 한 결과 비점진적 계층 회의 방법이 단말기 간의 평균 경로 거리 관점에서 점진적 계층회의 방법보다 24% 효율적으로 구성될 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

중국 전통주택의 구성원리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Organizational Principle of Chinese Traditional Houses)

  • This study is on the organizational principles of Chinese traditional houses. It has been assumed that a common cultural background did influence dwelling construction in most areas of China, some specific concepts are used to build a connection between the culture and architecture. There are four aspects of cultural influence being explored: traditional concept of space by the philosophical influence, religious influence, the Feng Shut method, and traditional system of family organization. The influence of the Chinese culture on dwelling architecture is predominant. Housing types from different areas of China, despite their different physical appearance, have similar spatial concepts. This cultural influence was due to the historic development of the Chinese empire. The organizational principles of Chinese dwelling architecture determined by its own cultural background have five major invariable norms. They are as follows: 1. Internal and enclosed spatial organization. 2. Grouping of buildings around axes. 3. Spatial organization and extension by courtyard. 4. Spatial expansion by adding units. 5. Hierarchical organization of space.

정보기술구조유형이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 - 조직구조와 통제시스템의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Influences of Information Technology Structure Taxonomy on Business Performance - Moderating Effect of Organization Structure and Control System -)

  • While the value of information technology has long been a hot issue, few solid results have been found as of yet. It is partly due to methodological factors and model underspecifcation. This study empirically develops a ITS(information technology structure) taxonomy and investigates the relationships between ITS taxonomy and business performance in the Korean firms. Among factors that impact business performance, organization structure and control system are selected and they are hypothesized to moderate-the relationships between ITS taxonomy and business performance. By surveying 91 manufacturing firms and applying hierarchical cluster analysis, four ITS are identified : centralized, decentralized, centralized cooperative, decentralized cooperative. ANOVA, correlation analysis and crosstable analysis say the presence of moderating effect of organization structure and control system. Cooperative ITS is best in business performance. Centralized ITS is related to functional organizational form. Decentralized ITS is related to product organizational form with decentralized decision making, Centralized cooperative ITS is related to matrix organizational form. Decentralized cooperative ITS is related to matrix organizational form with high integration. These findings have implications for the opportunities and challenges to match information technology with organization structure and control system.

직무 소진이 조직몰입과 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 가족친화 조직인식의 조절 효과를 중심으로 (Effects of Job Burnout on Organization Commitment and Organizational Citizen Behavior: A Moderating Effect of Family-Supportive Organization Perception)

  • Objectives: Work-Family Balance (WFB) is a significant social issue in Korea. We examined the effects of employees' burnout on organizational performances by determining the moderating effect of family-friendly organizational culture in firefighter's organization. Methods: To test the hypothesis, data were collected from firefighters who are working at five fire stations in Deajeon and Chungnam province. Based on quantitative survey from 489 respondents, hierarchical regression analyses were performed. Results: The analysis revealed that job burnout had a negative effect on both organizational commitment (OC) and organizational citizen behavior (OCB). Family-Supportive Organization Perception (FSOP) negatively moderated the relationship between burnout and OCB. On the other hand, there was no significant moderating effect of FSOP on the relationship between burnout and OC. Conclusions: This study raises the importance of creating an organizational culture that gives its members a belief that the organization guarantees and supports the work-family balance system.

자세와 균형 조절에 관한 연구 (A Study on Control of Posture and Balance)

  • The very definitions of posture and balance have changed, as has our understanding of the underlying neural mechanisms, In rehabilitation science, there awe at least two different conceptual theories to describe the neural control of posture and balance : the reflex/hierarchical theory and system theory. A reflex/hierarchical theory suggests the posture and balance result from hierarchically organized reflex responses triggered by independent sensory systems. The systems approach suggests that action emerges from an interaction of the individual with the task and environment. That is to say, the systems approach implies that the ability to control our body's position in space emerges from a complex interaction of musculoskeletal and neural systems, collectively referred to as the postural control system. The specific organization of postural systems determined both by the functional task and the environment in which it is being performed, The postural control system is divided into three basic functional components for assessment : 1) musculoskeletal components, 2) motor coordination components, and 3) sensory organization components. It is proposed that a systemic functional understanding of human balance is critical to effective programs for balance rehabilitation. Thus, this article briefly reviews the basic functional components to consider in designing treatment plan and for the benefit of the balance assessment.

  • Organizational decision support systems(ODSS) are a new type of decision support systems(DSS) focusing on the organization-wide issues rather than individual, group, or departmental issues. Because of its organization-wideness, which means an ODSS cuts across organizational functions or hierarchical layers, seamless integration with organization's diverse IS applications running on heterogeneous platforms becomes a critical issue. In this paper, we analyzed the Korea Telecom(KT)'s Operations & Maintenance(O&M) division focusing on its investment strategies. We developed a conceptual framework which links O&M investment to its performance. We also developed a prototype of KTOM-ODSS with an EIS-like user-friendly interface.

  • Efficiency and universality which was the spirit of the modern age, had also an enfluence on our living environment. Various types of individual housing unit were developed and mass-produced. However, the exterior space in our city is a place for our social life and intermediate place to connect the private life of each individual to our society. For the people to adapt themselves well to their environment, it should be well organized which means it is clearly divided and integrated in a hierarchical order. To realize these conditions, adequate boundaries to divide each territory and entrances to connect each territory are two essential elements. One of the possible methods to realize these conditions can be found in korean traditional architecture where the exterior space has the same figural quality like buildings and is the center of the whole composition. Buildings, walls and colonnades are the elements to define space. Gates, pavilions, gabs between buildings and posts are the elements to symbolize the entrance connecting each space. Each exterior space is integrated to a whole composition. One is the gradual differentiation along the axis which is unique in korean traditional architecture. The other is the rectangular connection which is also found in the other area in the world. The results of this thesis are as follows. The exterior space in the housing area should have the figural quality. The elements to make boundaries defining exterior space are classified into horizontal elements such as low buildings and walls, and vertical elements such as tower-shape buildings which define space in a different way. The position of openings in a housing block affects the characteristic and openness of a exterior space. Various types of gates are used to decide the relationship between spaces.
