남녀 대학생의 영양지식, 식태도 및 식행동 (Nutrition Knowledge, Dietary Attitudes, and Food Behaviors of College Students)

  • This survey was carried out with Choongbuk university students to study their nutrition knowledge, dietary altitudes, and flood behaviors, in September, 1994 It showed women had more nutrition knowledge, more positive dietary altitudes, and ate various floods mort frequently. Students boarding themselves had poor food behaviors. There were positive relationships between nutrition knowledge and dietary attitudes, and dietary attitudes and flood behaviors. More reasonable nutrition education is needed far desirable food behaviors.

재가노인의 낙상위험요인 지식 측정도구 개발 (Development of a Knowledge Scale of Fall Risk Factors for Community-dwelling Older Adults)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study was to develop a knowledge scale of risk factors for fall among community-dwelling older adults. Further, the validity and reliability of the scale was developed. Methods: A preliminary scale was developed through content validity by five experts and targeted subjects using the CVI (Content Validity Index). Following the establishment of content validity, the scale was used with 359 community-dwelling older adults to further establish both validity and reliability of the scale. Specifically, construct validity using known-group comparison technique, and reliability using Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ were established. Results: After content validity testing, 44 preliminary items were selected. Construct validity was established by known group-comparison, in which scores between the fall and no fall groups were compared. The Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of the final scale was .83. Conclusion: Reliability and validity of the scale were confirmed. This tool may be used for measuring knowledge of fall risk factor for the community-dwelling older adults.

  • 건설산업은 타 산업과는 다른 특수성을 가지고 있다. 이런 특수한 건설산업에서 지식경영을 실천하기 위해서는 현장을 중심으로 한 시스템적인 접근과 기업문화적인 접근이 동시에 요구된다. 하지만 대부분의 건설기업들은 지식경영을 실천하기 위해 시스템적인 접근에만 몰두하고 있는 것이 현실이고 그러한 이유가 건설기업 지식경영 실패의 원인이 되고 있다. 이러한 구조적 모순을 해결하고자 본고에서는 CoP를 기반으로 하는 건설기업 학습조직에 대 해 연구하였다.

대학생의 저염식이 지식, 태도, 행위에 대한 지역사회 중재효과 (Effect of Community Intervention on Knowledge, Attitude and Behavior of Low-salt Diet among College Students)

  • Objectives: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of community intervention on reducing salt intake among college students on their knowledge, attitude and practice of low-salt diet. Methods: A community intervention planned to increase college students' knowledge, attitude and practice of low-salt diet. The intervention comprised of 1 lecture on salt and health, 4 campaigns on low-salt diet, and 2 taste testing was carried out from March 24 to May 19, 2015. All the intervention was open to entire university while data was collected from a panel of convenient sample. We used the baseline data of 251 students, 226 students completed post-test. Post-test data on knowledge, attitude, and practice, blood pressure measurement, and urine salt test were collected on May 25 and 26 by trained nursing students and graduates. Baseline data were collected on March 17 and 18. Data were analyzed using IBM-SPSS 21.0 for t-test and ANCOVA. Results: Regarding a general characteristic and health behavior, there was statistically significant difference in living arrangement(p<0.001), amount of monthly allowance(p=0.005) and frequency of eating-out(p<0.001) between the two regions in this study. However, there was no statistically significant difference in gender, major, smoking, drinking and frequency of breakfast. Regarding a characteristic related to low-salt diet, there was statistically significant difference in diastolic blood pressure level(p=0.002), urine test(p=0.001). But there was no statistically significant difference in knowledge, attitude, practice of low-salt diet and systolic blood pressure. There was no statistically significant difference in their knowledge of low-salt diet(F=1.588, p=0.209), attitude(F=2.182, p=0.141), practice(F=3.507, p=0.062) and systolic blood pressure(F=1.723, p=0.191), diastolic blood pressure(F=1.552, p=0.214), urine test after a community intervention. Conclusions: Community intervention that does not have concrete target group doesn't seem to be effective on increasing knowledge, attitude and practice of the entire community, not even in university-a somewhat closed community. It is suggested to apply a target specific intervention in order to have efficient and effective outcome from a intervention.

인터넷 커뮤니티가 고혈압 근로자의 지식, 자기효능감, 자가간호행위에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of an Internet Community on Knowledge, Self-efficacy and Self Care Behavior in Workers with Hypertension)

  • Purpose: This study was aimed to evaluate the effect of an internet community on knowledge, self-efficacy, and self-care behavior in workers with hypertension. Method: The research design used was a nonequivalent control group pre-test and post-test design. Sixty hypertensive workers participated in this study(Exp.=29, Cont.=31). The data was collected from the 3rd of November 2003 to the 27th of February 2004 using an interview with questionnaires. Information related to hypertension was provided on the internet community weekly and an e-mail newsletter was sent in order to increase participation in the internet community. We used a tool developed by Park Young-Im(1994) that measured knowledge related to hypertension and self-efficacy. A tool developed by Jung Mi-Young(2001) was used for self-care behavior. The collected data was analyzed with an $x^2-test$ and t-test using the SPSS WIN 10.0 program. Result: The internet community helped workers with hypertension to increase their knowledge related to hypertension, as well as increasing their self-efficacy and self-care behavior. Conclusion: An internet community could be applied as hypertensive nursing intervention.

SNS기반 학습공동체에서 지식공유를 예측하는 요인 (Exploring the Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing in SNS based Learning Community)

  • 본 연구는 SNS기반의 학습공동체에서 지식공유행동을 예측하는 변인을 규명하고자, 선행연구 분석을 통해 참여동기, 다양성수용도, 지식공유의도를 예측변인으로 선정하여, 이들 변인의 예측력을 규명하고자 하였다. 또한, 지식공유의도가 참여동기 및 다양성수용도와 지식공유행동의 관계에서 매개역할을 하는지 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해 페이스북 기반의 스마트교육 관련 공동체의 구성원을 연구대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 81부의 데이터가 분석되었다. 분석방법으로는 회귀분석과 Baron과 Kenny(1986)의 매개효과 검증 방법이 사용되었다. 연구결과, 지식공유의도와 활동지향형 동기유형이 지식공유행동을 유의하게 예측하였으며, 지식공유의도는 활동지향형 동기 및 다양성수용도와 지식공유행동 사이에서 매개 역할을 하였다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 지식공유행동을 높이기 위한 실천적 전략을 제안하였다.

온라인 채용시험정보 커뮤니티 내에서 지식공유의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (Study on factors affecting the intention of knowledge sharing in the electronic network of practice for job examination)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate why people voluntarily contribute knowledge to others, primarily strangers, in the electronic network of practice for job examination expected potential competing. This paper is organized as follows. First, we introduce the electronic network of practice which is the knowledge sharing community for job examination, and discuss the key issues for understanding knowledge sharing in these networks on the basis of individual motivations, relational capital, sense of community, and sense of rivalry to develop a research model for this study. To test the proposed research model, we adopted the survey method for data collection, and examined our hypotheses by applying the multiple regression analysis method to the collected data. Our unit of analysis was the individual. The findings of this study show that the intention of knowledge sharing is influenced by the reputation and the enjoy helping as the factors of individual motivations, by the reciprocity as the factor of relational capital, and by a sense of rivalry as a psychological factor. Lastly, contributions of this study and future research opportunities are also discussed.

가상커뮤니티에서 지식공유 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석 (Analysis on Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing Behavior in Virtual Community)

  • 본 연구는 가상 커뮤니티에서 지식공유 행동에 영향을 미치는 동기부여 요인을 파악하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 사회적 인지 이론의 자기효능감, 커뮤니티 관련 기대성과 요인과 사회적 교환이론의 부호화 노력, 이미지, 상호호혜성, 타인을 돕는 즐거움요인을 통합하여 연구모델을 제안하였다. 246개의 자료를 수집하였으며, 단순회귀분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 자기효능감은 이미지, 상호호혜성, 타인을 돕는 즐거움, 커뮤니티 관련 기대성과에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 따라서 자기효능감은 지식공유 행동에 간접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 지식공유 행동의 선행 요인 중 부호화노력, 타인을 돕는 즐거움, 커뮤니티 관련 기대성과는 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 이미지와 상호호혜성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 검증 결과는 향후 가상커뮤니티를 활성화시키기 위한 지식공유와 관련하여 전략적 시사점을 도출하였다.

성공적 지식경영을 위한 CoP 운영전략 : S사의 지식경영구축 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Successful Community of Practice Strategy and Implementation : Case Study of 'S' Corporation's Knowledge Management)

  • Effective knowledge sharing and creating requires human networking as well as system. Corporation 'S' organized 'community of practice(CoP),' which is a virtual group based on work process, skill, and interest. The purpose of this study is to suggest effective CoP establishment and implementation methods, based upon 'S' experience. The effective methods this study suggests are : setting up clear CoP objectives by each CoP; dual CoP system with career centered and subject centered; alignment with business strategy; guide by knowledge integrator, and professional competence development as CoP purpose. Key success factors to CoP activities also include effective communication, facilitators' competency, and managers' support.

패션 브랜드의 인터넷 커뮤니티 메시지 유형 분석 - 브랜드 레니본을 중심으로 - (An Analysis of the Message on Internet Fashion Brand's Community - Focused on Brand Reneevon -)

  • Internet brand community's message makes significant contributions for fashion industry. Therefore, if we understand and implement the characteristics of the message on the Internet brand's community, it can be useful for future marketing strategy. This study was to classified the internet community and to examine messages with regard to direction, write motive and prior knowledge. The messages were taken from February, 20th, to August, 7th in 2008. Content analysis method was used for this study. The results were as follows: First, Fashion brand community divided into user initiative type and enterprise establishing type. Second, User initiative type had positive direction message more than enterprise establishing type had. Third, User initiative type had large volumes of information searching or sharing related message, but enterprise establishing type had large quantities of personal experience related message about write motive. Fourth, There was no difference numerical prior knowledge between user initiative type and enterprise establishing type, and then both had a high rate of prior knowledge.
