This study aims to develop the model of evaluation on greenspace to increase the sustain ability of the planning and management for site-scale development projects. The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) The comprehensive principles of sustainable development projects were established, which include coexistence of man and nature, reflection of ecological principles, minimization of environmental pollution and damage, recycling and reuse of materials. (2) According to established principles, the evaluation criteria were classified into seven categories as follows: retention of ample greenspace, formation of greenspace as a habitat, species diversity of vegetation, consideration of indigenous plants, construction of green network, conservation of greenspace, and reuse of plant materials. (3) As a result of the analysis of questionnaire of experts, evaluation model was worked out with which we can evaluate environmental friendliness greenspace. And, the final evaluation indicators for greenspace are the rate of greeneries volume, securing habitat, indigenous plants, reuse of plant materials, and species diversity of vegetation, and the indicator of greenspace conservation.

The purpose of this study is to find out the design guideline for women's hospital focusing on the patient needs. This study is performed the literature review of the performance evaluation & spatial satisfaction. And then, the spatial characteristics of selected women's hospitals, which were recently built in Korea, were analyzed. This study is suggested in the spatial satisfaction evaluation model in order to the spatial evaluation performance elements of the patient needs. The evaluation model of space efficiency derived from this study is expected to be used for the actual guide to architecture of women's hospitals as substantial materials. Finally, the model is used to for the planning & design for the future women's hospital.

The level of mathematics study of students may vary depending on the area or contents of school mathematics. The use of Integrated evaluation frame is beneficial for evaluating and utilizing the study situation of mathematics study. In this article, I formulated evaluation table for evaluation by type and by question based on the contents of 'equation of the first degree' and examined mathematics teaching through integrated evaluation based on the two evaluations. It was concluded from this study that the evaluation table I formulated was beneficial for individual mathematic teaching by providing information about the study situation of each student.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of visual evaluation about silhouette image. The specific objective were; 1) to construct of silhouette image evaluation instrument using semantic differential scale for the purpose of measuring the width and length; 2) to identify the factor structure of the silhouette; 3) to test the difference of visual perception to the silhouette as the variation of width; 4) to test the difference of visual perception to the silhouette as the variation of length; 5) to test interaction effect between width and length. The major finding were; For the visual evaluation of silhouette as shoulder width variatiorl, there were significant difference in hardness and softness factor. For the hard and soft image, we should express by variation of the shoulder width. For the visual evaluation of silhouette as skirt width variation, there were significant difference in attention factor. For the attensive image, we should express by variation of the skirt width. For the visual evaluation of silhouette as skirt length variation, there were significant difference in activity factor. For the active image, we should express by variation of the skirt length.

Recently, information technology and information system(IS) are rapidly diffused throughout the world. In the global competitive environment, the success of IS becomes the important one among the critical success factors(CSF) of the firm. For achieving it, the firm must continually involve itself in the quality evaluation and improvement of IS. The quality concept was changed into the customer-oriented quality one. There is no exception to the quality of IS. In the past, IS quality was determined by the IS developer or IS department offering service. Now it is evaluated by the user of IS service, and then the customer-oriented user satisfaction becomes an important issue. The purpose of this study is to develope the total quality evaluation model of IS through TQM approach. First, all success factors of the domestic IS are extracted from the foreign and domestic literatures of IS success factors contained the technical and behavioral aspects. And the extracted factors are classified with evaluation levels for quality evaluation and developed into a total quality evaluation model. Finally the model usefulness is analyzed.

In recent days, the accidents have happened at experimental laboratories in universities or institutes. In order to improve safety assurance of workers in laboratories, it is required to carry out systematic study concerned with evaluation of safety and health level. The safety and health inspection checklists were developed and conducted the case study. The case study was carried out laboratory safety inspection with 5 inspectors by the checklists to become aware of safety and health level. From the evaluation results of the inspection, we could be made quantification of laboratory through evaluation of safety and health level in laboratory. It was found that was recognized present states of the laboratory and established a plan for improvements in laboratory safety facilities from the case study. The safety inspection checklists can be used as basic data to establish evaluation criteria of safety and health level.

This study examines the efficiency of engineering education using DEA(data envelopment analysis) which is often used in the efficiency evaluation of public services. We evaluate 27 mechanical engineering departments according to academy-basis, general basis, and employment-basis considering students' academic level and input costs as input factors. Our empirical results suggest that an evaluation method using DEA can give us useful informations such as benchmarks to improve education specialization where it is desirable, decisions about whether a department should expand its gross input or not, and proper directions about which input factors should be controlled and how much control is needed.

This study tried to analyze the validity of current teacher's evaluation systems to evaluate teacher librarians. The result is as follow: The current teacher evaluation system has the low validity to evaluate the expertise of teacher librarians, and the result of using this evaluation system, must be unfair to teacher librarians. This study will suggest alternatives on an appropriate evaluation item to strengthen teacher librarians' expertise and accountability.

It is important issue how to evaluate the economic feasibility of computing factors in the real world when we build ubiquitous spaces. In this paper, we propose a simple model that can evaluate the economic feasibility of mobile RFID-based ubiquitous computing system which enables seamless communication between offline and online via embedded computing factors in the real world. To achieve this, we explore the meaning of mobile RFID system, the difference between our research and extant researches concerning the evaluation of economic feasibility in RFID system, and propose the so-called 'Tag-based Evaluation Model' (TEM) which is an evaluation model to access the economic feasibility of mobile RFID systems. We also analyze the TEM via simulation cases based on proposed model and discuss the future of TEM.

In an effort to effectively manage and evaluate a water environment at a small watershed, a decision support system for a water environment management and evaluation has been developed. This paper described the overall features and functions of the water environment management and evaluation systems (WEMES) for environmental management, conservation, and evaluation at a small watershed. WEMES consisted of fore subsystems: data, simulation model, evaluation model, and user interface. Each of the systems were briefly described. And special features like simulation and evaluation models were also introduced.
