Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a nursing leadership program outcome evaluation system, required for accreditation of nursing education. Methods: A methodological design was used. To ensure the theoretical validity of the evaluation system, learning objectives for nursing education programs and job descriptions for nurses in Korea were verified by analyzing the relationships in the five attributes of the nursing leadership concept. The nursing leadership program outcome evaluation system was developed based on the Kim & Park's developmental model (2008). Results: The nursing leadership program outcome evaluation system was established, including implementation level, education curriculum, level of performance, evaluation method, rubrics, and Close-the-Loop. Conclusion: The developed evaluation system can be actively used in nursing education, and contribute to enhancing the leadership competencies of nursing students and graduate nurses.

Chemical vapor deposited (CVD) polycrystalline graphene is widely used for various sensor application because of its extremely large surface-to-volume ratio. The electrical properties of CVD-graphene is significantly affected by the grain size and boundaries (GGBs), but evaluation of GGB of continuous monolayer graphene is difficult. Although several evaluation methods such as tunneling electron microscopy, confocal Raman, UV/ozone-oxidation are typically used, they still have issues in evaluation efficiency and accuracy. In this paper, we suggest an improved evaluation method for precise and simple GGB evaluation which is based on UV/ozone-oxidation and chemical etching process. Using this method, we could observe clear GGBs of CVD-graphene layers grown by different process conditions and statistically evaluate average grain sizes varying from $1.69{\sim}4.43{\mu}m$. This evaluation method can be used for analyzing the correlation between the electrical properties and grain size of CVD-graphene, which is essential for the development of graphene-based sensor devices.

The purposes of this study are to revise an site-based environmental education(EE) Program evaluation chart and to evaluate site-based EE programs using the chart. For revising the evaluation chart, several elements in the former chart were changed, infused, deleted, integrated, or split. The points of some elements in the former chart were also changed. The revised chart consist of 38 elements in 6 areas: purpose and goal, teaching and learning plan, teaching and learning process, educational effect and programs evaluation, Program characteristic, and program operation. Using the revised chart, the researchers evaluated 159 site-based EE programs, funded by the Korean Ministry of Environment in 2002. The result indicated that the mark of 'teaching and learning plan' area is higher than other areas, while the mark of 'educational effect and programs evaluation' is the lowest. On the basis of evaluation, the researchers offered some recommendations for the Korean site-based EE programs.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of fashion-related web sites and their evaluation. 76 college students major in fashion design were surveyed and the evaluation criteria were classified into five categories such as the accuracy/reliability, the design of a picture, the ease of application, the communication/security, and additional services. The results of this study were as follows: 1. College students used web sites mostly to search for fashion trend information from magazine and fashion information sites. 2. While the media site was excellent in the evaluation criteria such as the accuracy/reliability, the design of a picture and the communication/security, the fashion information site was excellent in the evaluation criteria such as the accuracy/reliability, communication/ security and additional services. 3. The media site and the fashion information site generally ranked high and the fashion brand site ranked low in most evaluation items. 4. By the results of ANOVA, 12 items showed significant differences out of the total 19 items. 5. Out of the total evaluation items, the design of a picture ranked highest and the external link function ranked lowest.

The purpose of this study is to develop an aesthetic and functional bicycle wear for new senior women in their 50s and 60s. We developed bicycle wear that is friendly to bicycling posture and reflects the preference of new senior women. Both the expert group and the subject group evaluated the appearance, completeness of clothing and motion functionality. The results are as followed: First, in the evaluation result of the expert group regarding the appearance and completeness of clothing, high scores are given to design, materials, color scheme, the trends suitability as well as the appearance with regard to clothing fitness. Second, in the results of the evaluation of the appearance and movement functionality targeting the subject groups, movement functionality was rated higher than appearance. In the case of the appearance evaluation, adhesion of both jacket and pants was rated very highly, which is considered to come from the elasticity of the material. In the functionality evaluation, what were pointed out as inconvenient details in the prior studies were found to be all improved and the sleeves and armpit parts were rated highly. Therefore, the pattern design and the usage of the materials suggested in this study were found to be very suitable in the movement on the ride of bicycle.

In this paper, the evaluation system in order to achieve the program education objectives of Accreditaion Board for engineering education of Korea, analyze the educational objectives evaluation tool case studies of programs that are run by each university, the program educational objectives to match the actual situation of university I have developed a distinction between questions the evaluation and assessment system. Configuration, execution, measurement, analysis, is a five-step mooring, the evaluation tool, is a graduate research you are currently using the most in Korea, the employer survey, education target assessment model of the program, employment trends of graduates, I decided to graduate focus group interviews. Distinction between questions, the evaluation also developed a questionnaire to derive the important keywords of education for each objectives. Improvement evaluation tool, the evaluation criteria is required, the University is preparing evaluate (NGR) in South Korea engineering education certification next regularly, requires research on semantic analysis of the results of measurement of the educational goals of the program in the future some.

This study was conducted to develop and propose the evaluation indicators to evaluate the eco-friendliness of the library, when certified as the eco-friendly Green Libraries. To do this, we extracted the green library components through an analysis of the green library literatures and case studies, and surveyed the perceptions of the library staffs about the assessment factors. Finally, we developed the green library evaluation index with 11 evaluation areas, 31 evaluation items, and 135 evaluation indicators. The 11 evaluation areas are as follows; Land use and transportation, energy and environmental protection, materials and resources, water cycle management, maintenance management, ecological environment, the indoor environment, the library resources, the eco-education programs and campaigns, the staff and operations, and the computerization.

This study is to develope the usability evaluation criteria for improving quality of user services in digital library website. It compared and analyzed major eight studies concerning usability evaluation of library website in foreign and domestic. This paper was suggested 36 items of evaluation criteria that are belongs to six domain(quality of links, feedback mechanism, accessibility, design, navigation and searching). This study considered the developing course on evaluation indicators of military library which published in 2007, and applied them to 84 military libraries in 2008. By analyzing the results from applying, this study also tried to find more effective evaluation indicators which are available properly. Through the output analysis of documental evaluation and actual inspection, which performed by ten organizations, on military library, revised and completed 28 indexes of 8 classes-plan, finance, service, collection management etc. and some of their evaluation scales. For accurate, objective evaluation, it is suggested that the navy and the air force libraries which have different military traits have needs for grouping separately from the army libraries, and also proposed to make standard of research on the actual condition for military libraries that can be used in each military line.
