일부 종합병원 의무기록사의 직업전문성 인식도 및 그의 관련요인 (Professional Job Perception and Its Related Factors among Medical Recorders engaged in General Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 의무기록사들의 직업전문성 인식도와 그의 관련요인을 알아보고자 종합병원에 근무하고 있는 의무기록사 428명을 대상으로 2015년 9월 1일부터 30일까지 기간 동안 표준화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 조사대상자들의 직업전문성 인식도는 연령이 낮을수록, 학력이 낮을수록, 기혼군보다 미혼군에서, 월수입이 낮을수록, BMI가 낮을수록, 직위가 낮을수록, 업무에 대해 만족하지 않는다는 군에서, 업무가 적성에 맞지 않는다는 군에서, 업무의 전환의사가 있다는 군에서, 규칙적인 운동을 하지 않는다는 군에서, 아침식사를 규칙적으로 하지 않는다는 군에서, 의무기록사의 사회경제적 지위가 낮다고 인식할수록, 응답자 자신의 사회경제적 지위가 낮다고 인식할수록, 장래 의무기록사에 대한 사회적 지위 전망이 좋지 않다고 인식할수록 유의하게 낮았다. 특히 위계적 다중회귀분석에서 인구사회학적 특성과 직업관련 특성이 직업전문성 인식도와 높은 관련성을 보이고 있어 의무기록사들의 직업전문성 인식도에는 인구사회학적 특성 및 직업관련 특성 변수들이 높은 관련성을 보이고 있음을 시사하고 있다.

병원조직에 팀제 도입이 팀직무만족과 팀조직 몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of a Team System's Introduction to Hospital Organization, Regarding Job Satisfaction and Organization Commitment)

  • The introduction of a team system to any organization is usually to improve that organizations dynamics, by increasing the proper adaptation to rapidly changing environments, by reducing approval procedures, and by promoting power authorization. In this regard, this study was carried out in an attempt to determine (1) whether or not the introduction of a team system can be as effective in hospital organizations as it has been in business organizations, and (2) what behavior factors influence such effectiveness. For the current study, questionnaires were distributed to the employees of a university hospital in Pusan. Four hundred eighty three of them(94.7%) were retrieved and analyzed through statistical processes. The three types of variables that were found to influence team effectiveness were: (1) independent variables of team organization characteristics, such as communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge, (2) intervening variables of team organization characteristics. such as job autonomy, technological variety, task subjectivity, task feedback and task importance, and(3) the dependent variables of team level effectiveness, such as job satisfaction and commitment to team organization. The gathered data were processed by using the 6.12 version of the statistical program SAS(Statistical Analysis System), and the reliance coefficient of those measured variables was then evaluated as an average of 0.78. The influence of team level effectiveness was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. These differences in effectiveness were then analyzed on the basis of related mean values, while the differences among demo-sociological characteristics were analyzed by using the dispersion analysis(ANOVA) and the t-test. The results of the study can be summarized by the following. First, regarding the relationship between team organization characteristics and team level effectiveness, all of the factors including communication, organizational atmosphere, leadership and team knowledge were found to have a significant influence on effectiveness. Second, the factors of team job characteristics, such as technological variety, task importance and job autonomy, had significant effects on job satisfaction and organizational commitment among the teams members. Team level effectiveness was generally high, while team job satisfaction was higher the teams organizational commitment. Third, regarding the demo-sociological characteristics, team level effectiveness was found to be higher among those who were older, who had more job experience, and who had a higher position. Comparing the differences among job types, the effectiveness was relatively higher in the fields of nursing and administration/management then in other fields. Further study should be done towards the setting of variables for characteristics of hospital organization, developing suitable methods of measurement, and researching individual level effectiveness.

The Effect of Job Stress of 119 Paramedics on Job Satisfaction : city of ChungCheong center area

  • 본 연구의 목적은 응급환자를 초기에 처치하는 119구급대원의 일반적 특성을 확인하고 직무스트레스와 직무만족도의 관계와 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 충청도지역 4개 도시 구급대원 365명을 대상으로 설문을 통해 진행하였고 직무스트레스 도구의 신뢰도는 Cronbach α=.87, 직무만족도 도구는 Cronbach α=.84 이였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0 프로그램으로 분석하였다. 일반적 특성의 하위 변인간의 차이는 있었으나 학력을 제외한 일반적 특성은 직무스트레스와 상관성이 적었고, 대상자의 연령, 출동건수 및 현장 활동시간이 적을수록 직무만족도가 높았다. 응급처치와 파트너를 제외한 출동, 이송, 의료지도, 관계갈등 및 응급상황에 대하여 스트레스가 높으면 직무만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 119구급대원의 직무스트레스를 줄이기 위해서는 출동방법을 다변화하고 적절한 스트레스 관리가 필요하기 때문에 신규 구급인력의 채용 및 응급상황과 의료지도 방법에 대한 능력을 향상을 위해 제도적 지원과 교육을 제언한다.

직무특성과 직무성과 간의 관계에 미치는 코칭 리더십의 조절효과 (The Moderating Effects of Managerial Coaching between Job Characteristics and Job Performance)

  • 코칭에 대한 실무적 관심이 높아졌음에도 불구하고 이에 대한 학문적 정의와 발전은 아직 미약한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업현장에서 이미 광범위하게 수용된 코칭이 직무성과에 기여하는 실제적 영향과 메커니즘을 밝히는 것이다. 대다수 선행연구들은 코칭교육의 우수성이나 효과성에 대한 선언적 평가에 그쳤다는 한계가 있었다. 이를 극복하고자 코칭 리더십(managerial coaching)이 직무특성이론의 동기부여과정에 개입하는 영향을 실증하고, 코칭교육이 아니라 관리자의 코칭활동에 집중하는 행동주의적 접근을 시도하였다. 연구모형을 검증하기 위하여 국내 금융기업의 조직구성원 453명에 대한 설문자료를 바탕으로 다수준 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과, 코칭 리더십이 조직구성원의 직무성과에 미치는 긍정적인 직접효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 핵심직무특성 중에서 직무유의성(job meaningfulness) 및 자율성(autonomy)과 직무성과의 관계를 코칭리더십이 긍정적으로 조절하는 수준 간 영향(cross-level moderating effect)이 유의하게 나타났다. 직무특성의 요건에 따라 집중해야 할 코칭의 기술과 방향이 최적화 관점에서 모색되어야 한다는 본 연구의 시사점은, 기업현장에서 광범위하게 수행된 코칭교육이 간과했던 실천적 공백을 메우는 데 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

대학병원 간호사의 직무 스트레스 및 사회심리적 요인과 정신건강과의 관련성 (Relationship between Job Stress Contents, Psychosocial Factors and Mental Health Status among University Hospital Nurses in Korea)

  • Objectives: The present study was intended to assess the mental health of nurses working for university hospitals and to establish which factors determine their mental health. Methods: Self-administered questionnaires were given to 1,486 nurses employed in six participating hospitals located in Daejeon City and Chungnam Province between July 1 st and August 31st, 2006. The questionnaire items included sociodemographic, job-related, and psychosocial factors, with job stress factors (JCQ) as independent variables and indices of mental health status (PWI, SDS and MFS) as dependent variables. For statistical analysis, the Chi-square test was used for categorical variables, with hierarchical multiple regression used for determining the factors effecting mental health. The influence of psychosocial and job-related factors on mental health status was assessed by covariance structure analysis. The statistical significance was set at p<0.05. Results: The factors influencing mental health status among subject nurses included sociodemographic characteristics such as age, number of hours of sleep, number of hours of leisure, and subjective health status; job-related characteristics such as status, job satisfaction, job suitability, stresses such as demands of the job, autonomy, and coworker support; and psychosocial factors such as self-esteem, locus of control and type A behavior patterns. Psychosocial factors had the greatest impact on mental health. Covariance structure analysis determined that psychosocial factors affected job stress levels and mental health status, and that the lower job stress levels were associated with better mental health. Conclusions: Based on the study results, improvement of mental health status among nurses requires the development and application of programs to manage job stress factors and/or psychosocial factors as well as sociodemographic and job-related characteristics.

안전문(screen doors) 설치 이후 지하철 기관사의 직무스트레스와 정신건강과의 융복합적 관련성 (Convergence Relationship between Job Stress and Mental Health of Subway Operators after the Installation of Screen Doors)

  • 본 연구는 서울시 소재 지하철 기관사 669명을 대상으로 안전문(screen doors) 설치 이후 직무스트레스 수준 및 직무스트레스와 정신건강과의 관련성을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 구조화된 설문지로 웹 사이트에서 하였고, 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 다중선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 지하철 기관사의 직무스트레스 전체 점수는 기준 점수 보다 높았으며, 물리환경, 직무요구, 직무자율성 결여, 관계갈등 및 직장문화는 상위 50%에, 조직체계는 상위 25%에 해당되었다. 상관분석결과, 직무스트레스는 정신건강 하위영역 모두와 유의한 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 직무스트레스가 정신건강에 미치는 영향에서는 직무요구, 조직체계, 보상부적절 및 직장문화에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 설명력은 36.6%이었다. 향후 지하철 기관사의 직무스트레스 예방을 위해 직무특성에 맞는 조직차원의 관리방안마련과 정신건강증진을 위한 중재프로그램의 개발 및 운영을 위한 근거마련의 자료로 활용하고자 한다.

SW산업 종사자들의 개인적 특성이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향 - 내재적 보상과 외재적 보상 조절효과 - (The Effect of Personal Characteristics of SW Industry Employees on Job Satisfaction - Intrinsic Rewards and Extrinsic Rewards Regulating Effect -)

  • This study analyzed the personal characteristics of the SW industry workers and investigated how these individual characteristics affect the satisfaction of job satisfaction. In addition, we examined how satisfaction with these jobs varies according to satisfaction with internal control and external compensation. This study surveyed the employees of SW industry in Seoul and Daegu from September 15 to October 15, 2017. The results of this study are as follows. First, personal characteristics have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Second, extroversion, openness, friendliness and integrity have a significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Park and Song, 2005), which suggests that people with extroversion are more likely to feel positive emotions such as joy. In addition, it is believed that open empathy has a tendency to share with others in work, and positive emotions in work have a significant influence because they show high achievement in work. A friendly person places great importance on a comfortable and harmonious relationship with others, so he builds and maintains good relationships with the members of the organization by trusting others in the organization. Third, nervousness showed no significant effect on job satisfaction. This is consistent with the previous study (Yoo, 1987) in which the more nervousness is, the more unpleasant emotions work and the more negative emotions and negative experiences occur. Fourth, personal characteristics have positive effects on job satisfaction in the moderating effects of intrinsic compensation and external compensation. There is a difference in job satisfaction due to intrinsic compensation and external compensation.

직무특성과 조직성과의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과 검증 : 정부출연연구소 연구인력을 대상으로 (A Study on Moderating Effects of Organizational Justice in the Relationship between Organizational Performance and Job Characteristics of Researchers in Government-Supported Research Institutes)

  • 본 논문은 정부출연연구소의 연구인력의 직무특성과 조직성과의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절 효과에 대해 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 정부출연연구소 연구인력 459명의 설문자료를 바탕으로 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 직무특성의 하위 요인 중 다양성을 제외한 자율성, 중요성, 정체성, 피드백이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무특성 중 자율성, 정체성, 피드백은 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 직무특성과 조직성과의 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과를 검증한 결과, 직무특성 중 자율성과 다양성이 직무만족에 자율성, 중요성, 피드백은 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의적인 조절효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

콜센터 상담사의 직무성과 및 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 : 개인특성과 조직특성을 중심으로 (Factors Affecting Job Performance and Turnover Intention of Call Center Representatives : Focusing on Individual Characteristics and Organizational Characteristics)

  • This study examined the factors that influence the turnover intention, job performance of call center representatives based on the adaptive structuration theory (AST). This study intended to empirically examine how individual characteristics of representative affect the technological and task adaptation, how they affect job performance and turnover intention. On the other hand, this study also explains how rational culture and organization a reputation which are considered as dimensions of organizational characteristics affects organizational commitment, and verifies the relationship between organizational commitment and job performance and turnover intention. Finally this paper aim to provide academic and practical implications. In order to solve the above research problems, this research proposed a model based on the adaptive structuration theory. In order to identify the relationship between the proposed variables and the AST for individual, we conducted an empirical test on the call center representatives. The structural equation model was used to verify the research model and hypotheses. The results of the empirical analysis show that the personal characteristics of counselors, such as communication skills, multitasking abilities, and innovativeness have a positive effect on skill adaptation, and skill adaptation has a positive effect on task adaptation, furthermore, it influences on job performance and turnover intention Respectively. In addition, among the factors of organizational environmental dimensions of the call center, it was found that organizational reputation not only increase continuance commitment but also increase normative commitment. Contrary to our expectations, perceived rational culture didn't have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Also, continuance commitment and normative commitment are valid predictors of job performance, but they have nothing to do with turnover intention. On the contrary, emotional commitment is the only one variable among three dimensions of organizational commitment have a positive effect on turnover intention, but is not a valid predictor of job performance.

임상시험 연구간호사의 업무 실태와 직무만족에 관한 연구 (Job Status and Job Satisfaction among Clinical Research Coordinator)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine job status and job satisfaction among clinical research coordinators. Method: Subjects were 91 clinical research coordinators participating in clinical trials at hospitals in Korea. Data were collected from July to August, 2008 using a structured questionnaire that include informed consent, and question as pertaining to, general characteristics, job related characteristics, and job satisfaction. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 12.0 version. Result: Almost half of the subjects were called as nurse researcher. Major tasks included participant screening (100%), participant scheduling (100%), and obtaining informed consent from participants (98.9%). The most difficult aspect of work was salary (28.6%). The mean score on the job satisfaction was 80.21 (range: 54.00-109.00). Item related to promotion ranked lowest in job satisfaction. There were significant differences in job satisfaction according to the type of hospital (t=-3.640, p<.001), title (t=7.894, p=.001), and route for information of CRC (t=4.970, p=.001). Conclusions: Subjects feel poorly compensated, unrecognized, and perceive a limited career path. These factors are likely to diminish job satisfaction over time. Attention to these aspects through education program and criteria for clinical research coordinators could be helpful.
