종합병원 간호사의 직무만족, 조직문화, 사회적 지지가 재직의도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Culture, and Social Support on Intention Retention among General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aumed to identify the effects of job satisfaction, nursing organizational culture and social support on intention retention among general hospital nurses. Methods: The subjects were 254 nurses working in one general hospital. Data were collected from January 1 to 30, 2023. Data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS/WIN 25.0 program. Results: (a) In this study, the mean value of job satisfaction was 3.07±0.43, relation-oriented culture was 3.45±0.51, hierarchy-oriented culture was 3.39±0.49, task-oriented culture was 3.35±0.48, innovation-oriented culture was 3.00±0.46, social support was 3.75±0.49, and intention retention was 4.98±1.39. (b) Intention retention had a positive correlation with job satisfaction (r=.41, p<.001), social support (r=.29, p<.001), innovation-oriented culture (r=.29, p<.001), relation-oriented culture (r=.20, p=.001), and hierarchy-oriented culture (r=.18, p=.002). (c) Factors that affect intention retention include job satisfaction (β=.41, p<.001), Working type (Non-shift) (β=.18, p=.001), Nursing job selection (Recommendation, employment) (β=-.16, p=.003), and the explanation power was 23.1% (F=9.43, p<.001). Conclusion: Our study shows that job satisfaction plays a significant role in the intention retention of nurses. It is important to strengthen job satisfaction to increase the retention of nurses. The results of this study may serve as basic data for the development of strategies to improve intention retention in nurses.

방사선과 학생들의 학과선택 결정요인과 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Department Selection Determinants and Satisfaction of Radiology Majors)

  • Some radiology majors at three-year colleges in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-Do Province were selected for the research. The survey was conducted by explaining its objectives and distributing the self-administered questionnaires from March 7 to 30, 2011; then, the final analysis was carried out on 122 copies, drawing the following conclusions : 1) 31.1% of the radiology majors were motivated to enter their department by good employment after graduation, and 37.7% were getting information from their parents or relatives in selecting their major. 2) The majority of the respondents wanted to get a job in a big city after graduation on the basis of good pay. 3) Department selection was significantly affected by transportation, department and school image, and school facilities, and the effects were higher among females. 4) Department satisfaction was significantly affected by professor satisfaction, prospects for the department, and support for employment activities, and the effects were higher among females. 5) School satisfaction was significantly affected by satisfaction with school selection decision, good selection, and school environment, and the effects were higher among females. 6) Females were found to have higher professional consciousness as a radiologist, showing statistically significant differences: "the occupation as a radiologist will continue to be developed" at $3.97{\pm}.837$ for males and at $4.55{\pm}.663$ for females and "the occupation as a radiologist is stable and will be help get a life-long job" at $3.82{\pm}.9.08$ for males and at $4.41{\pm}.787$ for females.

  • In this paper, a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) approach is proposed for an n-job, m-machine flow shop scheduling problem with limited capacity buffers with blocking in which the objective is to minimize the total stretch. The stretch of a job is the ratio of the amount of time the job spent before its completion to its processing time. HGA adopts the idea of seed selection and development in order to improve the exploitation and exploration power of genetic algorithms (GAs). Extensive computational experiments have been conducted to compare the performance of HGA with that of GA.

한국노동시장의 남녀 직장이동 요인별 차이와 직장이동 유형별 임금 변화 (Gender Difference in Job Mobility in Korean Labor Markets)

  • 본 연구에서는 직장이동에 영향을 미치는 요인과 직장이동 수익률의 남녀 차이를 "경제활동인구조사(2003-07년)"를 이용하여 추정하였다. 그 결과 결혼과 부양가족 여부는 남성의 경우에만, 연령은 여성의 경우에만 직장유지 가능성을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 직장의 노조 유무, 종사상 지위는 남녀 모두 유사하게 영향을 미치며, 일부 산업과 직종에서 이직 선택에 다르게 영향을 미쳤다. 임금변화를 추정한 결과 직장간이동에서는 여성의 경우만 순임금변화 값이 양(+)의 변화를 보인 반면, 사직이동에서는 남녀 모두 순임금변화율이 음(-)으로 나타났다.

  • Application of machine learning to scheduling problems has focused on improving system performance based on opportunistic selection among multitudes of simple rules. This study proposes a new method of learning scheduling rules, which first establishes qualitatively meaningful criteria and quantitatively optimizes the use of them, a similar way as human scheduler accumulate their expertise. The weighting of these criteria is trained in response to the system states through simulation. To mimic human quantitative feelings, distributed fuzzy sets are used for assessing the system state. The proposed method was applied to job dispatching in a simulated FMS environment. The job-dispatching criteria used were the length of the processing time of a job and the situation of the next workstation. The results show that the proposed method can develop efficient and robust scheduling strategies, which can also provide understandable and usable know-hows to the human scheduler.

The Effectiveness of the Training Program at HCL

  • Purpose - The aim of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a corporate training program. The case study of HCL Technologies was used to investigate how training programs improve the performance of employees on the job, as well as to identify unnecessary aspects of the training for the purpose of eliminating these from future training programs. Research design, data, and methodology - An exploratory research design was used to conduct the study. The research sample size included 50 HCL employees. The sampling technique for the data collection was convenience sampling. Results - Training is a crucial process in an organization and thus needs to be well designed. Specifically, the training programs should provide adequate knowledge to all employees, ensure correct methods are used for the selection of trainees, and avoid any perception of biasness. Conclusions - Employees were not fully satisfied by the separation of the training program into two parts, on the job and off the job training, but if sufficient data is provided to employees in advance, this could help them during the training process.

Minimizing the Total Stretch in Flow Shop Scheduling

  • A flow shop scheduling problem involves scheduling jobs on multiple machines in series in order to optimize a given criterion. The flow time of a job is the amount of time the job spent before its completion and the stretch of the job is the ratio of its flow time to its processing time. In this paper, a hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA) approach is proposed for minimizing the total stretch in flow shop scheduling. HGA adopts the idea of seed selection and development in order to reduce the chance of premature convergence that may cause the loss of search power. The performance of HGA is compared with that of genetic algorithms (GAs).

  • This study understood what effect was produced on the purchasing decision making of outdoor wear by a shopping orientation, fashion involvement and demographic characteristics offered practical suggestions as to what effect was produced on the store selection criteria, product selection criteria for purchasing decision making in purchasing outdoor wear. This research was conducted through a questionnaire survey, and 397 males in were collected for analysis. The results were as follows. First, shopping orientation group was classified into hedonic shopping orientation group and utilitarian shopping orientation group. And it was classified into high fashion involvement group and low fashion involvement group according to fashion involvement. Product selection criteria were classified into 2 factors such as intrinsic attributes and extrinsic attributes. And store selection criteria were classified into 4 factors such as store atmosphere, store environment, promotion and salesmen. Second, there was partly significant difference in product selection criteria, and store selection criteria between utilitarian shopping group and hedonic shopping group. Third, there was significant difference in product selection criteria and store selection criteria between high fashion involvement group and low fashion involvement group. Finally, there was significant difference in the and according to age, job, and income among demographic characteristics.

군 전문인력 양성학과 교육과정 개발 방안 (Curriculum development group specializing in the Department of Hu-man Resources plan)

  • 우리 군은 세계화 정보화 과학화를 위해 국방개혁을 지휘구조, 병력구조, 부대구조, 전력구조를 단계적으로 추진하면서 병력위주의 양적 구조를 기술위주의 질적 첨단구조로 전환하고 있는 가운데 병의 숫자는 줄이면서 간부(장교와 부사관)을 약 현재의 3.3배로 증가할 계획이다. 특히 간부집단에서 부사관을 현재 수준의 100%를 증가하여 장기복무율을 확대하고 안정적인 직업성을 보장하면서 우수자원을 안정적으로 확보하기 위해 학 군제휴를 통해 정책적으로 추진중에 있다. 이러한 가운데 군에서는 군을 선도하고 전문화된 자원 확보를 위해 각 협약대학에 군에서 요구하는 과목을 반영할 것을 촉구하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 효과적으로 교육의 질을 향상하고 우수한 자원을 육성하여 배출하기 위한 대학의 교육과정 개발의 필요성이 절실한 시점에 DACUM 교육과정 개발 방법 및 절차를 적용하여 직업의 요구분석, 핵심직무선정, 직업 및 직무분류, 직무의 정의, 직무모형설정 등을 통해 Duty에 따른 K.S.T도출하여 군에서 요구한 교육과목 반영에 충족시킬 수 있는 교육과정 개발을 통한 교육과정 구성 안을 제시하고자 한다.

환경분야 직업교육훈련과정 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구 (A Study on Job Analysis for the Development of Vocational Education & Training Curriculum for the Environmental field)

  • 이 연구는 1998년부터 수행된 직업교육훈련 프로그램 개발을 위한 직무분석 기초 연구로서 교육 훈련 자격 분야에서 활용도를 높일 수 있도록 2002년도에 개발된 직무분석 지침서를 보완하고, 2003년에 이 연구와 함께 수행된 $\ulcorner$직업 변동에 관한 연구(III)$\lrcorner$에서 추출된 환경 산업 관련 직업 중에서 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위해 선행적으로 요구되는 10개 직업을 선정하고, 직무분석을 실시하여 이들에 대한 교육 과정, 훈련 기준, 자격 검정의 출제 기준을 개발할 수 있는 기초 자료를 제작 보급하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 내용은 첫째, 직무분석 관련 선행 내용을 분석하고, 둘째, 직무분석 지침서를 보완하며, 셋째, 직무분석 대상 직업을 선정한 후, 넷째, 직업교육훈련과정 및 출제 기준을 개발하기 위한 직무분석을 실시하고, 그 결과를 제공하는 것이다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구 방법으로는 직무분석 관련 선행 연구 및 자료 분석, 직무분석 보완 및 대상 직업 선정과 직업별 직무분석을 위한 전문가 협의회, 데이컴법(DACUM process)을 이용한 직무분석 등을 실시하였다. 이 연구는 우선 직업교육훈련과정의 개발을 위한 직무분석의 모형을 절차별로 정리 제시하였는데, 1단계는 직무분석 준비, 2단계는 직무모형 설정, 3단계는 지식, 기능, 도구 추출, 4단계는 선수 코스 및 교과목 선정, 5단계는 교육 훈련 내용 상세화, 6단계는 출제 기준 설정 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 절차에 따라 10개 직업에 대한 직업별 직무분석이 진행되었다.
