직장인의 경력계획이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향: 개인-조직적합성과 개인-직무적합성의 매개효과 (The Effect of Career Planning on Subjective Career Success of Organization Employees: Mediating Effects of Person-Organization Fit and Person-Job Fit)

  • 글로벌화와 고용시장 변화에 따른 경력 환경의 불확실성은 노동시장을 경쟁적으로 변화시키며 근로자의 고용불안을 더욱 확대시키고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 제기되는 개인 주도의 새로운 경력 패러다임은 경력 주체가 주관적으로 느끼는 내재적 관점의 경력성공을 중요한 경력 성과임을 강조하고, 이를 위한 개인의 경력 계획의 중요성이 더욱 부각되었다. 그리고 경력성공을 위해서는 개인의 경력계획뿐만 아니라 경력계획을 통해 개인이 인지하는 조직 및 직무적합성 또한 중요하다. 이러한 배경에서 이 연구는 개인의 경력계획이 주관적 경력성공에 미치는 영향과 그 관계에서 개인-조직적합성 및 개인-직무적합성이 매개효과를 가지는지 검증하고자 하였다. 직장인 220명에 대한 설문 조사 결과, 경력계획은 주관적 경력성공에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈으며, 개인-조직적합성과 개인-직무적합성 모두 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 경쟁적인 고용사회에서 경력만족 및 고용가능성과 같은 주관적 경력성공을 높이기 위해서는 개인의 주도적인 경력계획이 필요함을 시사한다. 또한 경력계획을 통해 현재의 조직과 직무에 좀 더 만족하며 주관적 경력성공을 충족시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다. 조직차원에서도 조직구성원들의 주관적 경력성공을 위해서는 개인차원의 역할뿐만 아니라 구성원들이 조직 및 직무적합성을 더욱 높게 인식할 수 있도록 개인의 경력계획을 반영한 경력개발프로그램과 직무순환제도가 개발될 수 있도록 전략을 강구해야 할 것이다.

  • 이 연구는 경호전공 대학생들의 학과 충성도가 진로정체감 및 직업선택에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이 변수들 간의 인과관계를 규명하는 것이 목적이다. 연구대상은 2012년 2월부터 2012년 8월까지 경기도 Y시에 위치한 Y대학교, 경기도 S시 K대학교, 경상북도 G시 K대학교에 재학중인 경호전공 대학생들 가운데 남 여를 대상으로 모집단을 설정한 후 표집은 무선표집법을 하여 표본을 추출하였다. 이 연구에서는 요인간의 내적 적합성 여부를 검토하기 위하여 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis)을 실시하였고, 요인회전의 추출방법은 주성분 분석을 이용하였으며, 회전방식은 베리멕스(varimax) 직교회전방식을 선택하여 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 그리고 신뢰도 분석은 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ 값을 사용하여 신뢰도 계수를 측정하였으며, 이 과정에서 내용이 중복 또는 공통성이 낮은 문항은 연구자의 판단에 의하여 삭제함으로써 신뢰도와 타당도를 더 높게 측정할 수 있도록 하였다.

A Study on Job Satisfaction by Medical Information System Accomplishment

  • Purpose. The purpose of this study is to investigate the success model related to the hospital information system accomplishment. It is important to examine the success model of the hospital information system and to analyze the factors affecting the job satisfaction accomplishment. Methods. The method of this study is to 150 copies of the entire survey data were distributed and 135 copies were collected, showing a collection rate of 90%. In order to ensure the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach's Alpha was used to test reliability, and exploratory factor analysis was conducted to determine the convergence of various items. In order to grasp the convergence of various items, exploratory factor analysis was performed. The results of exploratory factor analysis were used to analyze the correlations between variables that were proven to have a single dimensionality before calculating factor loadings and regression analysis by Orthogonal Rotation by Varimax method Results. The results of this study, first, the system quality of the hospital information system has a statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. Second, the information quality of hospital information system is statistically significant for user satisfaction, indicating that information quality improves user satisfaction. Third, service quality of hospital information system was statistically significant in user satisfaction. Finally, the higher the satisfaction of the users who use the hospital information system, the higher the accomplishment of the organization Conclusions. This study is based on the successful model of D & M information system. In addition, the hospital information system, the user satisfaction, and the organizational accomplishment in connection with it can be found significant.

시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 직무수행 관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Relation between the Number of First Aid Training and the Performance of Facilities Security Personnel)

  • 본 연구는 시설보안요원의 응급처치교육이수와 보안업무의 직무수행 관계를 분석하고자 보안 업무 관련 실무자를 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구자의 설문 내용은 3개의 변수인 '응급처치교육의 필요성, 보안실무업무에 적용, 직무만족도 향상'으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서 질문지의 신뢰도분석을 위해 내적 타당도를 측정하는 Chronbach's Alpha 계수를 산출하였다. 또한 측정변수의 타당성 검증을 하기 위해서 베리맥스 회전 방법으로 탐색적 요인 분석을 실시하였다. 측정 결과 변수들의 평균 분산 추출 AVE 및 개념 신뢰도 CR 값이 모두 허용 기준치 0.5 이상으로 나타났으며, 집중타당도 면에서 양호한 검사로 판정되었다. 가설검증결과 표준화계수가 '응급처치교육의 필요성 ⇒ 보안실무업무에 적용'은 1.106으로, '보안실무업무에 적용 ⇒ 직무만족도 향상'은 1.063으로 산출되어 가설1 가설2의 관계가 유의미한 양(+)의 관계로 나타나 확인 되었다. 따라서 보안관련 업무 종사자들의 직무만족도를 높이기 위해서는 응급처치교육의 필요성을 높여주고 응급처치 교육을 이수 받기 위한 지원이 필요해 보인다.

  • An absolute type shaft encoder which utilized moire fringe will be presented in this paper. Linear moire fringe is commonly used to measure the displacement of the linear motion. However, an absolute encoder which measure the rotation angle of a shaft is operated usually with a code disk which the gray code pattern is printed on. Such encoder has inherently resolution limit because of the patterning mechanism and sensing mechanism. In order to measure the position of fringes which move as the code disk rotates, neural network was developed in this paper. Formerly fringe position is usually measured by a sophisticated software, which needs a little long calculation time. However, using neural network method can eliminate such calculation time, even though it needs learning job. The proposed method is verified through several experiments.

국내 교대근무자의 수면연구에 관한 체계적 문헌고찰 (A Systematic Literature Review of Shift Workers' Sleep in Korea)

  • Purpose: The aim of this systematic literature review was to synthesize and investigate the effects of shift workers' sleep in Korea. Methods: A search was conducted through three electronic databases using keywords such as "shift work" or "rotation work" and "sleep", with sleep as the independent variable, and 17 papers were reviewed. Results: The design of those 17 studies was analyzed in a cross-sectional analysis. The most commonly measured characteristic was quality of sleep, whereas the others were sleep disturbance, sleep efficiency, and sleepiness. The study outcome variables were job-related factors, mental health, wellness, stress, fatigue, and metabolic syndrome. Conclusion: The results inform sleep and health-promoting behaviors and improvement in shift workers' working condition.

패션브랜드에 따른 상품속성과 브랜드 태도에 관한 연구 (The Study on Goods Attributes and Brand Attitude by Fashion Brand)

  • The purpose of this study is to 1) understand the importance of brands, which are known as one of the key purchasing points to consumers today; 2) 10 clearly clarify the various attributes of goods well-known to consumers; 3) to research the effect of the goods attributes on brand attitude. We examined 465 consumers to understand a purchase or a shopping habit with national and non-brand. The study used SPSS 11.0 package for a data analysis. Then using varimax rotation, we employed a factor analysis to analyze the data and obtain Cronbach ${\alpha}$ value. For more specific data analysis, we conducted t-test, regression analysis, and x2 analysis. The results are as followings: 1. The goods attribute is classified into product attribute, shop attribute, and price attribute. The product attribute is divided into wearability, labeling of size and quality, aesthetic expression, brand expression-harmony, textile-suitability, manageability and product assortment. The shop attribute is into shop environment, shopping convenience, promotion, salesperson service, convenience of location, shop's reputation. The price attribute is into price reasonability, price value, price economy, and price information. 2. The product attribute is different, by national and non-brands, in wearability, labeling of size and quality, brand expression-harmony, textile-suitability, manageability. The shop attribute had a significant difference in environment of shop and its reputation, and the price attribute had one only in price economy. 3. The brand attitude was affected by wearability, aesthetic expression, shop environment, price value, and price information. 4. Also, there exists a difference by demographic variables(age, job, academic background, marriage, income level) in brand attitude. For example, national brands have its consumers with the following variables: higher education, higher income, professional job, over 20s, and married.

암환자의 원인지각 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Perceived Causal Attribution of Cancer Patients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify factors of the causal attribution of cancer and to determine related variables. Method: Subjects were one hundred and thirty three cancer patients. The tool of the perceived causal attribution used was developed by authors and basically founded on Kim's work(1993). The SAS program was used to analyze the data along with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple range test, and Principal component analysis and varimax rotation. Results: 1) The perceived causal attribution measurement revealed four factors; overload, destiny, stress, and constitution. The total percentage of variance explained by the four factors was 44.3%. 2) The scores of destiny on women, having religion, unemployed, lower level of education, no spouse, groups of uterine cervix and lung cancer, not receiving an operation and receiving radiation were significantly higher than those other groups. 3) The scores of stress on women, having religion, and not having a job were significantly higher than those on men, without religion, and having a job. 4) The scores of constitution on those in their forties, women, not receiving an operation and receiving radiation were significantly higher than for those in their sixties, men, receiving operation and not receiving radiation. There was no significant difference in the factor scores of overload by any variables. Conclusion: Factors of the perceived causal attribution of cancer among Korean cancer patients were overload, destiny, stress, and constitution. The scores of each factor the perceived causal attribution was significantly different by general and disease related characteristics.

거리환경미화원의 근골격계 증상의 특징 및 인간공학적 평가 (Ergonomic Workload Evaluation and Musculo-skeletal Symptomatic Features of Street Cleaners)

  • The aim of this study was to evaluate the musculo-skeletal symptomatic features of municipal sanitation workers and to compare differences of the musculo-skeletal symptoms by work types. We conducted descriptive cross-sectional survey concerning the musculo-skeletal symptomatic features of 315 street cleaners in Seoul and GyeongGi Province, Korea, during 2 weeks of September 2006. Questionnaires were consisted of general characteristics, occupational characteristics and musculo-skeletal symptoms. And we observed their works and evaluated their movement and posture by REBA. For work types, tools and subjective physical work loading, there were statistical difference whether or not NIOSH symptom positive on upper limb. Musculo-skeletal symptoms on upper limb were claimed from 43.2% of street cleaners, more than in 32.4% of cleaners. Musculo-skeletal symptoms on upper limb were reported higher in the group who felt their subjective physical work loading severe than in the otherwise group. The REBA results were over 'high risk stage' in street cleaners. Street cleaners had more repetitive motions than solid waste collectors on upper limbs. Works according to the criteria of musculoskeletal burdened work by the Ministry of Labor results were over 'high risk stage' of No. 2 and No. 4 in street cleaners. We found that street cleaners complained musculo-skeletal symptoms on upper limb more than solid waste collectors. This study suggests that it is necessary for street cleaners to carry out the prevention program of musculo-skeletal diseases. For street cleaner, the measure plans such as job rotation, automatic street sweepers, reducing work hours are helpful in preventing musculoskeletal symptoms on the upper limb.

경상남도 간호사의 직장선택, 직무수행의 어려움, 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (A Study on Factors Affecting the Workplace Selection, Job Performance Difficulties, and Turnover Intention of Nurses in Gyeongsangnam-do)

  • Purpose: This study aims to provide primary data for policy alternatives by identifying the problem of the nursing workforce shortage. Methods: For quantitative data, 446 questionnaires were analyzed. The mean and standard deviation were used for content description. ANOVA analysis and Scheffe? test were used to compare the differences according to the hospital level. For qualitative data, 1:1 in-depth and group interviews were conducted for six participants. Results: The factors nurses prioritized when choosing a workplace were salary, commuting distance, and work-life balance. Clinical nurses cited low wages, heavy workloads, and burnout as the most considerable difficulties in performing their duties. Factors influencing nurse's turnover intention were low wages, unmanageable workload, and rotation to unwanted departments in that order. New nurses tend not to apply to small-medium-sized hospitals, experienced nurses in their 30s-40s leave hospitals due to childcare and shift work difficulties, and nurses in their 50s and older tend to move to nursing homes rather than acute hospital settings. Conclusion: In this study, wage and workload were mentioned as the most critical factors in nurses' workplace selection, job performance difficulties, and turnover intention, so it is necessary to pay attention to this aspect when improving treatment for nurses.
