인터넷을 기반으로 한 서비스가 확대되면서 전통적인 인재교류시장 환경에 대한 대안으로 인터넷을 통해 구직자의 취직 환경을 촉진 지원하며, 구직자가 자기 주도적으로 취직하도록 도와주는 취업정보 사이트가 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 이에 취업정보 사이트의 품질에 대하여 영향을 미치는 직간접적인 요인들도 증가하고 있다. 한국과 마찬가지 중국에서도 취업정보 사이트 품질에 영향을 미치는 요인의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 그러나 아직 중국 구직자가 취업정보 사이트를 효과적으로 활용하는 비율이 한국보다는 낮고 취업정보 사이트의 영향요인에 관한 한국과 중국 간 비교 연구가 충분히 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구에서는 한국과 중국의 서로 다른 온라인 취업 환경에서 구직자에게 영향을 줄 것이라고 생각하고 먼저 취업정보 사이트를 이용한 경험이 있는 한국과 중국 대학생 및 대학원생을 대상으로 양국 간의 취업정보 사이트의 품질요인에 대한 인식도 차이를 알아보고 국가별 특성에 적합한 웹 서비스를 제공할 때 효율적으로 활용이 가능한 유용한 시사점을 도출하였다.

These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

본 논문은 국내 주요 취업 사이트에 대한 품질 현황을 연구하며, 각 사이트 별로 강점과 약점을 비교 분석하였다. 연구는 구인자 또는 구직자 설문을 통해 사용자 만족도를 측정하였다. 질문은 크게 정보 품질, 전달 품질, 환경품질의 세 가지 요인으로 구분되었으며, 각 요인은 세부 질문으로 구성되었다. 연구 결과 구인자와 구직자 모두 국내 취업 사이트의 정보 품질이 가장 중요하다고 생각하였다. 구직자에 비해 낮은 구인자의 만족도는 구인자를 위한 다양한 서비스 개발이 필요함을 나타내었다. 특히, 국내 취업정보시스템의 개인정보 보호에 대한 만족도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타났으며 이에 따른 개선 방안이 요구되었다. 공공 취업 정보 시스템은사용. 환경 품질 측면에서 민간서비스에 준하는 개선이 필요하였다.

This study analyzes the problems of fire qualification information websites and job search websites due to incomplete information in the job search process and suggests an improvement plan. It has been confirmed that the main reason for the cost of job searching is incomplete information required for a job search and job search through existing analysis. As a result, it is suggested to construct a smooth information system for economic entities and to provide easy access to information by mitigating the incompleteness of information. Based on this, analysis of the problems of Korean qualifications in the firefighting realm reveals that there is a qualification holder information and a job information site, and a qualification holder management system is established but only information of either qualification acquisition information or employment information is provided. In addition, it is easy to access information through a qualification acquisition information and employment information site via the Internet, but there are inconveniences that qualification acquisition information and employment information are dualized. In order to improve this, it is necessary to build a new customized integrated qualification management system that covers existing Q-net qualification acquisition information and worknet employment information.

The Construction Standard Production Unit(CSPU) has been used for the standard cost estimate in public and private construction projects. However, It is questionable if the reliability and/or authenticity of the system is acceptable due to the lack of consistent enactment and/or revision procedures. This study identifies informational conditions and issues relative to using daily work report as a data collection method for enacting and/or revising CSPU system, and establishes the measures for improving the daily work report. This study aims on the information constitution of daily job-site report, daily manpower report, wages register for specialty contractors. According to the research results, most of necessary data were included in a daily job-site report. In conclusion, it is investigated that data of daily manpower report and wage register need to be included in a daily job-site report for understanding the current state of worker in the future.

Purpose: This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site for high quality human resource, and to test relationship among web service quality, image, user satisfaction, relationship quality, and loyalty intention. Methods: A survey tool was questionnaire that had obtained validity and reliability through literature survey and pretest survey, and sample 214 was analyzed through SEM using SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0. Results: Web design and information offer affect Image and user satisfaction. Also, relationship quality turned out to be an important mediator between image and loyalty intention and between customer satisfaction and loyalty intention. Conclusion: This study shows that two factors in via of relationship quality, were important factors that related companies have to emphasize to raise performance, Also, in order to raise loyalty intention of customer, marketer should exert to well manage relationship quality having significance as a mediator.

본 논문에서는 글로버스(Globus) 기반의 MPICH-G2와 Cactus를 갖는 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 작업 마이그레이션(Job Migration)에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 연산의 실행시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 연산자원이 풍부한 사이트를 찾아 작업을 마이그레이션 한다. 마이그레이션 사이트에서 체크 포인팅 파일에 기반 하여 연산의 수행이 중단된 지점부터 복구하여 연산을 재개한다. 마이그레이션 사이트를 선택하기 위해 사이트의 정적인 성능 지수와 CPU의 부하, 마이그레이션 작업을 전송하기 위한 네트워크의 부하를 고려한 작업 전송시간, 마이그레이션 사이트에서의 실행시간 예측 값을 사용하여 마이그레이션 이득이 큰 사이트로 작업을 마이그레이션 한다. 작업의 마이그레이션 시간과 실행시간 예측 값이 최소로 하는 사이트를 선택함으로서 보다 효율적인 그리드 컴퓨팅을 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 제안한 방법은 $K\ast{Grid}$ 환경에서 전체 연산 시간을 효과적으로 단축함을 입증하였다.

전문대학의 직업교육이 보다 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 산업현장의 요구가 적극 수용되어야 할 것이다. 이 연구는 측량 및 GIS 인력의 양성에 관련하여 산업체의 요구와 교육필요사항을 분석하고 신구대학 지적정보과 주문식 교육에 반영하고자 수행되었다. 이 연구를 수행하기 위해 DACUM 직무분석 기법을 활용하였으며, 측량 및 GIS에 종사하는 전문가들을 초빙하여 관련 산업체의 업무를 체계적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과로 산업체에서 필요로 하는 책무와 작업, 도구를 분석하여 직무모형이 도출되었으며, 각 작업별로 필요로 하는 지식, 기술분석표가 도출되었다. 이 직무분석자료는 앞으로 측량 및 GIS 교육을 위한 교과과정개발 및 개편이나 프로그램 개발에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

최근 취업을 희망하는 대다수 구직자들은 유용한 취업정보를 얻기 위하여 취업 관련 사이트를 이용하고 있으며, 취업정보에 대한 수요자들의 다양한 요구로 인해 취업정보 사이트들도 그 수가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 취업정보 사이트들은 단순히 정보를 제공하는 역할에 그치고 있어 구인 구직자 간의 미스매치 현상이 발생한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 취업정보 미스매치 완화를 위하여 대학의 가족회사와 소속 학교 대학생 간 맞춤형 취업정보제공 시스템을 제안한다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze basic data on socio - demographic characteristics, occupational careers, and desire for employment of job seekers in their Fifties and Sixties using a portal site. Methods: For this research, secondary data were collected by the researcher from 704 job seekers and were statistically analyzed using the SPSS package. Results: The results of the analysis are as follows: Most job seekers want a job that suits their competence and career trajectory, but the reality is that as their age increases, jobs suitable for those in their fifties and sixties are hard to find; thus these job seekers accept simple labor or functional jobs. Conclusions: Differences were found in work conditions such as occupation level, job position, total career years, desired employment type, and expected salary depending on socio - demographic variables. Consequently, improvements should be made for various job searching paths for older adults as well as increasing the accessibility of job searching information.
