간호 교육에 대한 일 연구 -2년제 초급대학 과정 중심으로- (A Study of The Nursing Education Concerning Two Years Associate Degree Nursing Program)

  • 1. The purpose of this study. The purpose of this study is to plan and investigate short-term nursing education of two-years associate degree program to produce middle-level professional nurses which are needed by-society and nation. Current nursing education in Korea is divided into four years degree program, three years diploma program Even (though) there are differences in the aims of their education, the curriculums are not much different between the education for producing leaders which is its basic purpose and training middle-level professional nurses. Therefore the purpose of associate degree program lies in minimizing the waste of time and finance which are invested for long-term education for middle-level professional nurses. And also this coincide with the policy of national technical training and definite supply of nurse manpower according to health policy for effective role and ability of nurse. 2. The method of study. This is based on the study of literature, research on the actual condition and investigation of opinion- through questionnaire. L) The study of literature: Domestic and foreign literatures for two years associate degree program were studied and investigated. 2) Research on the actual condition : Current three years nursing education program was collected and analysed. 3) Investigation of opinion. The problem of curried nursing education system and the possibility of two years associate degree program were investigated through questionnaire. 3. The result of the study. 1) The trend of recent nursing education. a. The aims of nursing in past chiefly taking care of physical disease of patient has recently changed to nursing of character including physical, mental, socio-economic, educational and psychological condition. b. For the performing systematic and effective nurse's duty according to her role, the-change of educational system which is classified as a range of education the period of education and certificate after graduation has been enforced or fulfilled. c. Nursing education also has a trend to become a collage or two years associate degree program which can get same legal protection as other educational institutions whose basic purpose is education. Attached nursing school to hospital is getting disappeared because of disadvantage of educational system. 2) Problems. Depending upon research on actual condition of current 3 years nursing education program. a. There are too many subjects. b. Contents of education could be doubled because major subjects are subdivided in detail. c. The credits for graduation are too heavy comparing to the period of study or the ability of students. (The necessary credits are 150.8 for three years according to actual investigation 4. There is no certain standard in organizing curriculum therefore there are too much differences between schools. 4. Basic Plan. The plan for two years associate degree program in nursing education depending on demand of professional nursing field of society is based on following items. 1) Training middle-level professional nurse lay emphasis on liberal arts and basic major field. 2) Liberal arts are divided into required and optional subjects and students could take courses by choice. 3) Major subjects are compound together by fields and they become the sciences of nursing Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and every items has its educational purposes and contents major study includes laboratory practice and clinical experience. 4) The required credits for graduation are to which means 17-18 credits a semester. The above has been planned to solve the problems of current three years nursing education program. In conclusion for the achievement of this system, following items are needed. 1) It is necessary to change educational administration and system such as amendment of educational law or order of educational application of law. 2) Qualified professors should be available to understand and develope the idea or purpose of this educational system. 3) Local medical institutions should be opened widely and educational for clinical training. 4) The job after graduation should he secured positively.

산후우울증의 심리사회적 위험요인 (Psychosocial Risk Factors of Postpartum Depression)

  • 연구목적 : 산후우울증은 여러 요인이 관여하여 발생하며, 이들 위험요인에는 다양한 심리사회적 요인이 포함된다. 이전의 여러 연구결과들을 통해 산후우울증의 위험요인이 알려지고 있지만 아직까지 국내에서 산후우울증을 대상으로 위험요인을 연구한 경우는 별로 없다. 본 연구는 국내에서 산후우울증의 심리사회적 위험요인으로는 어떤 것이 있는지를 알아보기 위하여 시행되었다. 방법 : 일신기독병원을 방문한 출산 후 약 6~8주에 있는 산모 119명을 대상으로 하였다. 설문지를 이용하여 산후우울증의 위험요인에 대하여 조사하고 산후우울의 정도를 측정하였다. 설문지는 이전 연구들을 통해 알려진 위험요인들을 참고하고 산모들의 스트레스와 관계되는 요인들을 추가하여 작성하였다. 산후 우울증을 평가하기 위해 EPDS(Edinburgh postnatal depression scale)를 번안해서 사용하였고, 산후우울의 정도는 측정된 EPDS 접수에 따라 판단하였다. 결과 : 총 대상 산모 119명 중 EPDS에 의해 산후우울증으로 진단될 수 있는 고위험군은 16명으로, 13.45%의 빈도를 보였다. 고위험군에서는 과거 우울증상을 경험한 경우와 결혼생활에 대한 만족도가 낮은 경우가 저위험군에 비해 유의하게 많았다, 또 과거 우울증상을 경험하였던 군, 임신중 우울과 불안증상을 경험한 군, 임신 및 산욕기동안 스트레스 생활사를 경험하였다고 보고한 군, 결혼생활에 대한 만족도가 낮은 군, 그리고 나이가 많을수록 EPDS 접수가 유의하게 높았다. 반면, 산모의 교육수준, 종교, 직업의 유무, 임신과 출산에 따른 직업중단 희망임신 여부 분만방법 수유방법, 유아의 입원여부, 그리고 기대했던 유아의 성별 및 실제 유아의 성별은 우울증상에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 결론 : 이상의 결과로 볼 때 산후우울증은 산후에 비교적 높은 빈도로 발생 가능하며, 우울증의 과거력, 임신동안 우울과 불안증상의 경험, 스트레스 생활사, 결혼생활에 대한 낮은 만족도, 그리고 산모의 연령과 같은 요소들이 산후우울증의 위험요인이었다. 임신과 산욕기 동안 산모에 대하여 적절히 정신의학적으로 개입함으로서 조기에 산후우울증을 발견하고 치료할 수 있으며, 산후우울증으로 인하여 산모와 유아에게 미치는 다양한 손실을 예방할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

  • 오늘의 글로벌 네트워크 비즈니스 환경에서 비서직 종사자들에게 신속 정확한 정보수집 능력과 올바른 판단력은 그 어느 때보다 필요한 역량으로 중시되고 있다. 비서직 업무 수행에 필요한 대부분의 지식은 체험지 혹은 경험지이기 때문에 비서가 주어진 문제를 해결하기 위해서 과거의 비슷한 사례를 참고하는 방법은 매우 타당한 것이며, 경험이나 선례를 적용함으로서 실패할 요인을 줄이고 문제 해결의 질을 높이는 동시에 시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 비서 업무 수행 시 특정 문제 해결에 필요한 정보를 사례기반 추론에 근거하여 현재 문제와 가장 유사한 과거의 사례를 추천하는 시스템(COKRS : Case-based reasoning Office Knowledge Recommender System, 이하 COKRS)을 설계하고 프로토타입을 구축함을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구 결과인 COKRS는 비서직에서 뿐만 아니라 일반 사무영역에서의 지식관리 목적으로도 확대 이용 될 수 있을 것이다.

문헌정보학전공 졸업자의 취업실태 분석 연구 - K대학교를 중심으로 - (A Study on Employment Analysis of Graduates Majoring Library and Information Science: the case of K University)

  • 본 연구는 K대학을 중심으로 문헌정보학 전공 졸업자의 취업실태를 분석, 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제언하는데 있다. 2006년 8월부터 2011년 2월까지 5년간 취업가능 졸업자 178명을 분석한 결과, 취업실태는 취업 65%, 미취업 32%, 진학 3%로 나타났다. 이 중 취업자 116명을 분석한 결과, 고용형태는 정규직 40%, 비정규직 60%로, 직장 유형은 일반회사 29%, 공공도서관 16%, 학교도서관과 대학도서관 각각 10%, 대학/학교행정 9%, 공공기관과 출판/서점 각각 6%, 전문도서관 5%로 나타났다. 또 담당직무는 사서업무 38%, 사무업무 30%, 영업/관리 7%, 텔러/판매 7%, 조교업무 5%, 웹/전산 3%, 학원 강사와 상품기획/디자인 각각 2%, 사서교사, 보육교사, 비서, 사보기자, 군인, 자영업 각각 1%로 나타나 40%대의 전공일치도를 보였다. 미취업자(56명)의 희망 진로는 취업준비 57%, 공무원 준비 21%, 교사임용 준비와 미확인 각각 11%로 나타났다. 분석결과 문제점은 미취업률이 32%에 달할 정도로 높은 점, 정규직보다 비정규직 취업률이 높은 점, 전공일치도 평균 40%대에 불과한 점 등이었다. 이를 토대로 국가와 지방자치단체가 도서관적 일자리를 적극 창출할 것, 전공학생이 정보 분야 일자리를 이해하고 체험할 수 있는 기회를 갖게 할 것, 학문분야 차원에서 전공분야에 대한 일자리를 개발하고 지도할 것 등을 제언하였다.

실천적 문제 중심 가정과 수업에 대한 교사의 인식과 실행에 관한 연구 (A study on Teacher Perception and Classroom Practice of Practical Problem-Focused Home Economics Instruction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학교 가정과교사들의 실천적 문제 중심 수업에 대한 인식과 실태, 실천적 문제 중심 수업 실행의 활성화 방안을 알아보는 데 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 전국에서 중학교에서 가정교과를 가르친 경험이 있는 교사 150명의 설문지 응답과 중학교 가정과교사 6인을 대상으로 한 면담 내용을 분석하였으며, SPSS/Win(Ver 10.1) 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, ANOVA, T-test, 상관관계를 산출하였다. 첫째, 중학교 가정과교사는 가정교과의 목적에 대해서 대부분이 실천적 문제 해결 능력을 키우는 것으로 응답하였다. 대부분의 가정과교사가 실천적 문제 중심 수업이 필요하다고 인식하고 있으나 실행 정도는 낮았으며 실천적 문제 중심 수업의 필요성 인식과 실행 정도에 상관관계가 없어서 가정과교사의 실천적 문제 중심 수업에 대한 인식과 실행의 부조화가 있음을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 교사의 특성에 따른 실천적 문제 중심 수업의 필요성 인식과 실행 정도를 알아본 결과, 교사의 특성에 따라 실천적 문제 중심 수업의 필요성 인식이 유의하게 차이나지 않았으며, 실천적 문제 중심 수업의 실행 정도의 경우 교사의 교직경력, 발령교과에 따라 다르게 나타났다. 직업 만족도에 대하여 실천적 문제 중심 수업의 필요성 인식과 실행 정도가 정적으로 유의한 상관관계가 있었으며 실천적 수업의 필요성 인식보다 실행 정도와의 상관관계가 더 컸다. 이로서 실천적 문제 중심 수업은 선행연구에서 밝힌 학생을 대상으로 한 효과검증 뿐 아니라 교사의 직업만족에도 관련이 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, 동료교사와 자료 및 정보공유가 실천적 문제 중심 수업 실행을 촉진하는 요인이며, 수업시수나 시간 부족과 실천적 문제 중심 수업에 대한 이해 부족이 실천적 문제 중심 수업 실행을 저해하는 요인으로 나타났다. 실천적 문제 중심 수업 실행을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로 관련 교수 학습 과정안과 같은 학습 자료의 지원에 대한 요구가 높았으며, 수업시수의 확보, 이 수업의 밑바탕에 깔린 가정교과철학관련 연수, 이 수업을 이해하고 실천할 수 있게 하는 장기간의 교사 연수를 필요로 했다.

암환자의 희망 예측요인 (Predictive Factors of Hope in Patients with Cancer)

  • It has been believed that cancer is an omnious factor threatening the future and life itself. Patients having the disease experience anxiety, fear, feeling of weakness, depression and feelings of uncertainty and hopelessness. Most cancer patients, however, have expectations of possible recovery and a better future, very different from the patients who feel hopeless. Therefore. hope allows people to respond effectively to the fatal disease they have and prevents them from detoriorating physically and spiritually, positively influencing their survival, response to treatment and sense of security. Studies previously performed showed that hope is positively correlated with social and family supports, self-esteem, spiritual well-being, responsive action, health promotion behavior and quality of life. Thus, the study attempted to provide basic information on nursing cancer patients by investigating their levels of hope and determining predictive factors which influence hope. For the study 200 cancer patients in two university hospitals located in Pusan were sampled as subjects. Data were collected for twenty nine days from Feburary 1, 1999 to March 1. Instrumets for the study included 10 items from the self-esteem scale by Rosenberg (1965), 39 hope measurements by Kim and Lee(1965), 16 of the social support scale by Tae(1986) and 16 of the general characteristics scale, all of which totaled 81 items. The data were analyzed using the SPSS program. General characteristics of the investigated based on numbers and percentage. Hope, self-esteem and social support were analyzed using means, minimum, maximum and standard deviation. Relations among the foregoing three factors were analyzed using Pearson' correlation coefficient. Levels of hope in cancer patients were determined using t-test, ANOVA and Scheffe test. Predictive factors influencing hope were investigated using multiple stepwise regression analysis. Results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. An average level of hope was $185.55{\pm}23.39$ points(96 min. and 234 max.) 2. Levels of hope showed a significant difference among them according to sex (t=-3.69, P=.000), age(F=4.714, P=.000), job(F=3.247, P=.008), monthly income (F=6.113, P=.003), treatment charge (F=3.796, P=.011), supportive resources (F=10.554, P=.000), diagnosis(F=2.287, P=.029), perceived health status(F=22.184, P=.000), level of pain(F=3.334, P=.021), religion (F=4.911, P=.001) and religion's effect in life (F=11.706, P=.000), 3. For the subjects, self-esteem and social support were $38.32{\pm}7.21$(13 min, and 50 max.) and $52.97{\pm}8.49$points(28 min, 80 max.). Concerning social support, average levels of family support and medical support were found $35.95{\pm}6.05$(18 min, and 40 max) and $27.02{\pm}4.99$ points(20 min and 40 max). The hope the cancer patients showed significant correlations with self-esteem (r=.588, P=.000), family support(r=.224, p=.001) and medical support(r=.221, P=.002). 4. The five variables related to hope (self-esteem, religion's effect in life, perceived health status, social support and age) accounted for 54.2 percent of the hope level; especially, self-esteem was the highest at 34.6%. As shown in the above results, predictive factors which most influence hope in cancer patients were self-esteem and religion's effect of life. Therefore, nursing interventions to increase self-esteem should be developed. Regarding religion's effects, studies on spiritual aspects should be carried out in a way that contributes to promotion of hope.

안경광학과 임상실습에 대한 학생과 산업체의 중요도와 필요도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Importance and Needs of Clinical Practice in Ophthalmic Optics for Students and Optical Shop Owner)

  • 목적: 실습생과 실습업체의 임상실습에 관한 중요도와 필요도를 조사하여 효과적인 임상실습 프로그램을 만드는 기초자료로 활용하고자 하였다. 방법: 임상실습 경험이 있는 263명의 실습생과 안경원 원장 100명을 대상으로 임상실습에 관한 중요도와 필요도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하고 통계분석을 하였다. 결과: 임상실습의 전반적인 중요도는 실습생은 '안경사 직종에 대한 적성파악의 중요성($4.29{\pm}0.72$)'이 가장 높게 나타났고 실습업체는 '안경업계 현장에 대한 이해의 중요성$(4.48{\pm}0.52)$'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 임상실습의 직무 항목별 중요도는 실습생과 실습업체 모두 '고객응대 및 고객관리 항목의 중요성'이 각각 $4.46{\pm}0.70$$4.18{\pm}0.86$으로 가장 높게 나타났다. 임상실습 시간 및 실습업체의 중요도는 실습생과 실습업체 모두 '업체 원장을 비롯한 직원들의 적극적인 지도와 교육의 중요성'이 각각 $4.53{\pm}0.66$$4.35{\pm}0.59$로 가장 높게 나타났다. 임상실습 시 학교 지원의 중요도는 실습생은 '실습업체와 실습생에 대한 행정지원의 중요성$(4.10{\pm}0.78)$'이 가장 높게 나타났고 실습업체는 '임상실습 전 학교 오리엔테이션의 중요성$(3.98{\pm}0.68)$'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 임상실습의 전반적 필요도는 실습생은 '임상실습지 확대의 필요성$(4.43{\pm}0.73)$'이 가장 높게 나타났고 실습업체는 '안경광학과 교육과정 내 임상실습의 필요성$(4.39{\pm}0.65)$'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 임상실습의 직무 항목별 필요도는 실습생은 '안경 피팅 항목의 필요성$(4.40{\pm}0.71)$'이 가장 높게 나타났고 실습업체는 '조제가공 항목의 필요성$(4.12{\pm}0.83)$'이 가장 높게 나타났다. 결론: 효과적인 임상실습을 위해 실습생과 실습업체의 중요도와 필요도가 반영된 임상실습 프로그램이 요구되며 이에 따른 학교와 산업체간의 협조와 관심이 요구된다.

일 지역 성인의 흡연실태 (A Study on the Actual Condition of the Adult-smoking in a Region)

  • To investigate the actual condition of the adult-smoking in Chinan County. I used self-reporting questionnaires among 923 residents living in nine districts selected at random among the sites of eleven eup-myons from December 28. 1998 to January 6. 1999. collected data and analyized using SPSS. The smoking rate of adults in Chinan County was $36.9\%$. There was a significant difference in smoking rate according to the age. gender, education and job among general characteristics. The smoking rate in group of above 40s was about $40\%$ and that of the male took $55.5\%$ which was higher than that of female and the smoking rate of the people having high-school education was the highest$(46.2\%)$. With regard to the career. the smoking rate of the farmers ranked first$(46.1\%)$. Therefore anti-smoking business for smokers should be focused on above 40 years old, males. people having high school education and farmers. As the result of the survey of smoking habits of 340 people who smoke currently, the average smoking begining age was 21.8 and $81.5\%$ among them was between 16-25 years old. $4.4\%$ was under 15. during around the elementary school. Most motives to smoke were as followed; curiosity or taste$(33.6\%)$, relief of stress $(31.2\%)$, peer presure$(26.5\%)$ And considering the amount of the cigarette which is smoked per day, the case which is less than a pack of cigarettes was highest as $75.5\%$ and the people who smoke over one pack of cigarettes took $24.5\%$. As for the kind of tobacco which is smoked, how to smoke and the desire for the smoking, most case was toxin was moderate$(47.8\%)$ or mild$(46.9\%)$. shallowly$(49.0\%)$ or deeply$(46.3\%)$ and under stress$(33.4\%)$. after meals$(27.8\%)$, during drink$(15.7\%)$ and so on. The highest point marked among the factors of smoking motives was 'the reduce of negative emotion' $(3.27\pm1.00)$. followed by 'uncomfortable habits' $(2.87\pm1.02)$, 'addiction' $(2.84\pm1.06)$. 'habit' $(2.74\pm1.12)$. 'pleasure' $(2.70\pm1.04)$. 'stimulus' $(2.59\pm.90)$, 'sensation-exercise satisfaction' $(2.42\pm.97)$. Smokers smoke to reduce the negative emotions when angry in most common case. depressed. anxious. uncomfortable. lone. ashamed or embarrased. and intend to solve the certain problem. etc. Other motives are uncomfortable habit. addiction. habit. pleasure and the pursuit of stimulus. The level of nicotine dependence of adults m Chinan County was 10.57 which amount to 'high' wholly. As the resulf of the level of nicotine dependence score. the people who are low in the level of nicotine was $33.5\%$. the people who are high was $48.2\%$. very high was $18.4\%$. The approach for anti-smoking for smokers should be conducted differently according to the level of the nicotine. For the people who are in low level of nicotin dependence the prohibition of the smoking should be guided through the approach to foster strong will. for those who are in 'high' by acquiring proper method for the prohibition of smoking. and for those who are 'very high' the anti-smoking should be induced by providing proper program because of the possibility of the suffer from abstinence syndrome. The difference of the level of nicotine with the general characteristics of the objects had not statistically significant difference. The difference of the level of nicotine dependence accompanied by smoking habit had statistically significant difference according to the amount of smoke, the kind of tobacos. smoke inhale habit. In other words, the group of heavy smokers had higher level of the nicotine dependence than that of the light smokers relatively and the group which smoke strong taboaco has higher level of nicotine than that of which smoke mild or moderate. And the group of smokers who smoke deeply has higher level of nicotine than that who smoke shallowly or nonswallow. Aa a result of the analysis of the correlation between smoking motive factors and the level of nicotine, there was the indication that people who smoke for the decrease of the negative emotion. habit, pleasure. stimulus. sensation-exercise satisfaction had high level of the nicotine dependence. As the result of the anti-smoking will of smokers. $65.0\%$ of them had prohibition of smoking will. $29.3\%$ had no will to quit smoke. The most important reason for anti-smoking was health. $67.9\%$ had experience to try to quit smoke and the biggest reason to fail to quit smoking was the lack of the will power to keep anti-smoking. $52.8\%$ of them were advised to stop smoking from their spouses or children. only $2.8\%$ were by medical. The people who have the opinion to need anti-smoking education were $69.6\%$. Therefore when the business for the hygine of the mouth for adult is set. it should be centered on the people who have intention of prohibition of the smoking and help to quit smoking by way of other affirmative counter-program not smoking under stress.

단순간호활동에 관한 간호사 및 간호조무사의 태도조사연구 (A study on simple nursing activities for the registered nurses and nurse aides in the hospital)

  • Every country in the world has been trying to expand the basic health right for the peoples as W.H.O has established the goal 'health for AU' by the year of 2000. Related to this goal, our government authority has establish the policy 'the insurance of health for all' into effect from July 198\). Recently hospitalshave been making a ceaseless effort for the plan for the rationalization of its management the academic World is making it a subject of discussion by doing the secure of manpower at a resonable level and the increase of productivity by the manpower. As a result of the efforts the study was established to secure the numbers of nursing manpower at a resonable level and use the unskilled persons at the utilizing field and seek the possible area of their activity for more efficient service through the investigation of ablity of simple nursing activities of regiestered nurses and nurse aides for rational function according to the educational levels and talents. The method of study was established by the registered nurses and nurse and nurse aides(R.N 229, N.A 226) who are working in 15 hospitals with over 200 beds. This surrey was conducted from Mar 29, 1989 to April 8, 1989. The method to test the degree of importance, difficulties, and the abillity of performance of a simple nursing activities was classified into 35 activities on the basis of references on this field. The degree of importance was composed from point l(Not so important) to 5(Very important). the degree of difficulties. was composed as follows; very easy - Point 1 very difficult and complicated - Point 5. and the ability of performance was composed from point 1 to 5. The materials gathered through the survey were analyzed with frequency, mean standard deviation, percentage. t-test, Anova, pearson's coefficient of correlation, stepwise multiple regression. factor analysis, discriminant analysis. The obtained results are summarized as follows: 1. Regardless of the degree of importance, and difficulties, the ability of performance the important in fluencing of the degree of the simple nursing activities between the registered nurses and nurse aides was the order of educational level, hospital career, working career in wards and ages of the registered nurses and ages and hospital creer of nurse aides. The result was that the simple nursing activities could easily be familiar through the training of their working environment and period of experience. 3. Among the 35 simple nursing activities the items capable of resonable entrusting to the nurse aides are 5 that is helping bed-bathing, 8itz Bath, using bed pan, care while delivering patient, accompaying patient when visitor's check. There wasn't and differences between RN and nurse aides in performing the above 5 items. In anywhere. so we can say obviosuly that this nursing activities should be performed under the nursing system of which chief of nurse are supposed to supervise nurse aides as a possible function to be entrusted. In view of the above mentioned results, therefore, this partial functional job of the simple nursing activities can able be entrusted to the nurse aides through the regular training course. In case of these functional activities could be entrusted under, the responsibility of registered nurse, we can able suggest to for that there are the following advantages: 1.. In the nursing activities-affairs, the qualified guarantee of the nursing services can be kept and increased or promotoed with accommodation of the required nursing service and roles being expanded presently. 2. In the productivity of the hospital manpower, therefore, we have comt to view and consider in favourly that when an automational administration times would be come in the near future time to hospital affairs as a reality, to utilize the existing nures aides is better rather than investing so as to develop the other source manpowers or seek its for the efficient business management in the operational strategy or its policy.

초임기 가정과 교사 직무연수 프로그램 개발에 대한 요구 분석 - 1급 정교사 가정 자격연수 대상자 중심으로 - (Needs analysis for development of training program for newly appointed Home Economics teachers - Focusing on the participants of first-grade teachers qualification training -)

  • 교사는 임용이 되었다고 완성된 것이 아니며, 오랜 시간 자기 계발과 연수를 통해서 점진적으로 만들어지는 것이다. 직무연수를 통해 가정교사의 책임감을 향상시키고, 프로그램의 목적과 방향을 제시하기 위해서는 연수 대상자의 요구가 우선적으로 파악되어야 한다. 이에, 본 연구는 2017년 가정과 1정 정교사 자격연수 프로그램 참여교사들을 대상으로 1정 정교사 자격연수 이후에 이루어질 직무연수에 대한 요구 사항을 조사하여 가정과 교사의 직무연수의 발전적인 운영 방안을 수립하는 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 조사 대상자의 절반 정도는 최근 3년 동안 가정과 직무연수를 1회 이하 받은 것으로 나타났다. 1급 정교사 자격연수의 추후 직무연수를 통해 수업 지도의 기술 향상을 가장 높게 요구하였으며, 직무연수를 통해 함양할 전문적 자질로는 교수방법 및 교수학습 자료 개발 능력이 가장 높았다. 직무연수의 주제는 가정과 교수학습의 자료 개발을 가장 원하였고, 수업에 활용도가 높으며, 직접 참여하는 형태의 연수 수업 방법, 줄 세우기 식의 평가 지양, 현장감 있는 강사 선호, 지속적인 가정과 직무연수의 기회, 소통하는 연수를 바라는 것으로 나타났다. 2015 개정 교육과정의 내용에 대한 요구는 '인간발달과 가족'영역의 연수 요구가 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 가정과 직무연수를 통해 교사의 전문성이 향상되기 위해서는, 연수를 받을 수 있는 시간적 여유와 행정적인 지원 등 교육 환경이 개선되어야 하고, 교사의 세대 변화에 맞춰 집합연수, 원격연수 뿐만 아니라 스마트폰 앱을 활용하여 연수를 제공받을 수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한, 가정과 교사들의 커뮤니티를 형성하고, 좋은 내용의 직무연수를 공유하며, 실습, 수업 사례 나눔, 교사 개개인의 맞춤형 연수가 제공되어야 한다.
