The Covid-19 pandemic situation has changed all medical priorities. This has put pressure on the World's health sector, which also affects the economy of the whole world. This study aims to study how Islamic work ethics affects the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational inclusion practices in the health care sector of Pakistan in the COVID-19 situation. This is a mix-method study. Data collected of 158 practicing doctors through survey-based questionnaire and interview was conducted from 30 doctors dealing with direct coronavirus. The organizational inclusion practices variable is used for the first time in a quantitative approach in this study. The reliability and validity of organizational inclusion practices are checked by Adanco, SPSS, and SmartPLS software. For this purpose, data on inclusion practices was also collected from the banking and education sector. Results show that spiritual leadership significantly relates to Islamic work ethics also has a positive connection between spiritual leadership and organizational inclusion practices. Still, Islamic work ethics as a moderator has an insignificant impact on the relationship between spiritual and organizational inclusion practices. Also, from the result, it is verified that the organizational inclusion practices variable is valid and reliable for further studies.

Keeping in view the expediency of soft sets in algebraic structures and as a mathematical approach to vagueness, in this paper the concept of lattice ordered soft near rings is introduced. Different properties of lattice ordered soft near rings by using some operations of soft sets are investigated. The concept of idealistic soft near rings with respect to lattice ordered soft near ring homomorphisms is deliberated.

In this paper, we prove some common fixed point theorem for two nonlinear mappings in complete $\mathcal{M}$-fuzzy metric spaces. Our main results improved versions of several fixed point theorems in complete fuzz metric spaces.

In this note we use a generalization of coincidence point(a property which was defined by [1] in symmetric spaces) to prove common fixed point theorem on S-metric spaces for weakly compatible maps. Also the results are used to achieve the solution of an integral equation and the bounded solution of a functional equation in dynamic programming.

In this paper, we introduce the notion of partial S-metric space and prove a common fixed point theorem in the respective setting. An example is presented to show the effectiveness of this approach.

We get some improved versions of several xed point theorems in complete $\cal{L}^*_\cal{M}$-fuzzy metric spaces.

This study contributes to the existing literature by empirically exploring the causes of child labor in the Indonesian labor market. Factors identified include rate of poverty, average wages, education participation, and quality of education. This study utilized an aggregate data of 301 districts and cities across 34 provinces sourced from the National Labor Force Survey and the National School/Madrasah Accreditation Board of the Republic of Indonesia. Using a multiple regression analysis, the study found strong evidence of the positive effect of poverty on child labor. Conversely, the study documented the adverse impact of average wages on child labor in Indonesia. Similarly, the participation in the education system also contributed negatively to the child labor. Finally, the quality of education services is found to have a negative effect on child labor in Indonesia. The findings of this study suggest that, in efforts to reduce the involvement of children in the workforce, the poverty eradication program should be enhanced. The wages should be continuously improved, at least, in par with the changes in prices. Finally, the quality of education and its services ought to be further enhanced to attract more child student participation rates across junior high schools nationwide.

This study aims to measure the effects of real interest rate (RIR), gross domestic savings (GDS), and net exports (EN) shocks on Indonesia's economic growth (EG). The focus on Indonesia is unique due to the abundant resources available in the nation, but they are unsuccessful in boosting economic growth. This study applied a quantitative method to comprehensively analyze the correlation between variables by employing Vector Autoregression Model (VAR) combined with Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). Various procedures are preformed: Augmented Dickey-Fuller test (ADF), Optimum Lag Test, Johansen Cointegration Test, Granger Causality Test, as well as Impulse Response Function (IRF) and Error Variance Decomposition Analysis (FEVD). The data were collected from the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank from 1986 to 2017. The findings of the study indicated that economic growth responded positively to real interest rate shocks, which implies that when the real interest rate experiences a shock (increase), the economy will be inclined to growth. While, economic growth responded negatively to gross domestic savings and net export shocks. Policymakers are expected to consider several matters, particularly the economic conditions at the time of formulating policy, so that the prediction effectiveness of a policy can be appropriately assessed.

This paper explores the influence of Arab culture on the culture of Bugis-Makassar, the two major ethnic groups in South Sulawesi, Indonesia, particularly after their Islamization in the early 17^th century. The paper argues that since then, the on-going process of Islamization in the region has also brought a continuous flow of ideas and cultural practices from Mecca to Indonesia by means of the hajj pilgrims, Arab traders, and the establishment of Islamic educational institutions that emphasized the teaching and use of Arabic language in education. These factors, among others, have facilitated a cultural inflow which enabled cultural practices borne of West Asia (Middle East) to be integrated into local customs and beliefs. The paper particularly depicts the most observable forms of Arabic cultural integration, acculturation, and assimilation into the Bugis-Makassar culture such as the use of Arabic in Islamic schools and religious sermons; the Arab-style dressing by religious scholars, teachers, and students; the wearing of the hijab (head cover) by women; and the change of people's names from local into Arabic. By utilizing the historical and anthropological approach, this paper investigates this dynamic process of adaptation and integration of a foreign culture that first came through the Islamization of a local culture, exploring the role of an Islamic missionary and educational institutions in mediating and maintaining such cultural integration processes.
