The current study investigates major factors which influence the acceptance of mobile internet services based on the theoretical backgrounds of the technology acceptance model(TAM) and the flow theory. This research extended the Davis' TAM model(1989) by including the flow concept as another major factor towards the intention to use the mobile device in order to explain the acceptance of divers mobile services. According to the marketing studies(Ghani & Desphande, 1994; Novak, Hoffman & Yung, 2000), flow is regarded a psychological state in which one is absorbed in something he or she is doing, and is known to be widely adopted in explaining one's acceptance in the area of game, sports, and even hobby. This study developed a research model to explain the use of mobile services employing usefulness, ease of use and flow as major research variables, and collected 221 survey responses from the high school students who had experiences with such mobile services as game and audio file download. The results of the current research indicates that usefulness and flow influence the intension to use mobile services, but the effect of ease of use did not appear significant to the intention to use. It was also found that flow affects both usefulness and ease of use, and then ease of use next influences usefulness.

최근 국내 초고속 인터넷 서비스가 대부분의 가정에서 이용하는 보편적인 서비스로 자리를 잡게 됨에 따라 사업자들 간의 가입자 유치 경쟁도 점점 더 치열해지고 있다. 사업자들 간의 출혈경쟁을 줄이고 수익성을 높이기 위해서는 기존 고객의 충성도를 높이는 방어적인 마케팅 전략이 효과적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 설문 조사를 통해 초고속 인터넷 서비스의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 도출하였다. 분석결과, 서비스 자체의 품질 및 애프터 서비스에 대한 만족 정도가 서비스의 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 실무자들에게 고객 전략에 대한 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

각 은행들은 인터넷 뱅킹을 통해 경쟁력 확보하기 위해 서비스 개발에 박차를 가하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 새로운 뱅킹 비즈니스 모델을 구현하고 있다. 특히 인터넷 뱅킹 경쟁력 평가는 단순히 인터넷 뱅킹 사이트의 서비스 평가와는 다르다. 국내외 인터넷 뱅킹에서 제공하는 서비스 상품들은 성공적인 합병과 다양한 온라인 접점의 구축을 통해 금융서비스를 가장 효율적으로 제공하며, 또한 은행업무뿐만 아니라 증권서비스, 보험, 소비자금융, 리스, 부동산업무 등을 원스톱으로 제공하는 등 다양한 서비스를 제공하며, 사업의 영역을 넓혀가고 있다. 그리고 대부분의 국내외 은행 및 금융기관들이 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스 개발을 통하여 경영효율성을 증대시키고 경쟁력을 제고하고자 노력하고 있다. 특히 국내외 은행들이 일대일 맞춤 서비스, 개인 재무관리 그리고 인터넷뱅킹을 이용한 아파트관리비 납부서비스 상품을 개발하여 제공하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 통합모바일서비스, 세금 전자납부 징수, 인터넷 무서류 대출 상품 서비스를 개발하여 시장에서 판매하고 있다. 따라서 현재의 고객 및 잠재고객들이 은행의 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스를 적극 이용하도록 유치함으로써 은행 및 금융기관들은 그들의 경쟁적위상을 제고시키고자 노력하고 있다.

The widespread use of smartphones with a variety of features has enabled mobile Internet-based services. One of these is online-to-offline (O2O) based services that connects online users with offline stores to add value. Applying this O2O strategy to local information retrieval induces online users to be linked to offline regions, thereby enabling the exchange of local-based information and helps create new value. This paper proposes and illustrates the implementation of O2O-based a local information providing service that utilizes photos of the local attraction. Also, we propose a fake-free ranking method to provide reliable local information to users and suggest its application of the service.

The emergence of cloud has been able to provide a variety of IT service to the user. As organizations and companies are increased that provide these cloud service, many problems arises on integration. However, with the advent of latest technologies such as big data, document-oriented database, and MapReduce, this problem can be easily solved. This paper is intended to design the Cloud Aggregator to provide them as a service to collect information of the cloud system providing each service. To do this, we use the DBaaS(DataBase as a Service) and MapReduce techniques. This makes it possible to maintain the functionality of existing system and correct the problem that may occur depending on the combination.

This study is to identify quality factors having influence upon mobile internet service performance theoretically, derive the research model and the hypotheses concerning the cause and effect relationship between these factors and service performance and then analyze them empirically. In order to enhance the model's explanation power, trust and cognitive engagement as interviewing variables are included in the model. The theoretical background of this study was brought from relevant literature in the areas of the theory of reasoned action(TRA). technology acceptance model(TAM), product selection model, cognitive absorption theory and etc. The research model and hypotheses were statistically investigated and analysed through convergent and discriminant validity test, reliability test, and path analyses by means of statistical packages SPSS(12.0) and LISREL(8.72). For these empirical analyses. data were collected through the field survey of 373 users who were willing to continuously use the mobile internet services. Based on the results of the analyses, theoretical and practical significance and future study direction were suggested. The results of this study will be helpful to giving a guideline to companies such as mobile telecom, mobile contents provider and mobile handset manufactures when they have to establish the mobile Internet service marketing strategies.

본 연구는 학생들의 사이버 가정학습의 활용 요인들을 살펴봄으로써 학생들을 위한 공교육 서비스로서의 발전 방향을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자료 수집 시스템을 구축하였고 정보기술수용모형과 관련연구들을 바탕으로 사이버 가정학습의 활용에 미칠 것으로 예상되는 변인들을 추출하였다. 연구 대상은 부산지역의 초등학생 201명이었고, 온라인 설문 시스템을 활용하여 응답결과를 요인분석과 다중 회귀분석 방법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 (a) 사이버 가정학습의 사용에는 유용성, 미래사용의도 (b) 미래사용의도에는 유용성, (c) 유용성에는 주관적 판단, 재미, 용이성, (d) 용이성에는 자기효능감, 컨텐츠 품질이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Under the worldwide booming internet environment, there has been increasing demand for various multimedia services. Especially the demand for effective video services has been rapidly increased. In this paper, we describe the implementation of video service system for internet use based on H/263 video compression technique and UDP socket on the TCP/IP environment. In addition, by using the plug-in-play technique, the implemented system improved user interface for correct retrieval and easy usage.

The growing usage of multimedia communication applications with specific bandwidth and real-time delivery requirements has created the needs for quality of service(QoS). In response to the growing demand for an integrated services, the Reservation Protocol(RSVP) has been designed to exchange resource reservation among routers in the internet. RSVP protocol provides the quality of service for real-time applications but the network efficiency is reduced because of the limited bandwidth. In order to use network resources efficiently. We compare the resource efficiency of traditional reservation methods with that of the proposed method and evaluate the performance of the internet phone.

This study examines the factors influencing internet protocol television (IPTV) usage intention. Using Davis's technology acceptance model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean's model of information system success, this study investigates the effects of information system quality (information quality, system quality, and service quality) and media quality on IPTV use in terms of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and usage intention. We examined the proposed model by employing structural equation modeling and survey data from 222 IPTV users. The results indicate that information quality, service quality, and media quality had significant effects on perceived usefulness and that information quality and media quality had significant effects on perceived ease of use. However, system quality had no effect on perceived usefulness or perceived ease of use. In addition, perceived ease of use influenced perceived usefulness, and perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use influenced IPTV usage intention. Further, the stability and reliability of IPTV services encouraged IPTV use, and successful IPTV services showed high media quality.
