효율적인 도시형 통합운영학교 설립 방안 연구 (A Study on efficient Establishment of integrated School in Urban areas)

  • Current, integrated schools are small schools in rural areas and old towns with declining population, or special purpose middle and high schools. And new residential districts in urban areas including Seoul have also been established in integrated schools. In particular, the number of school of central investment evaluation for integrated schools in urban areas is increasing. In this way, integrated schools, which have been mostly implemented in small rural areas, are being introduced as new ways to establish schools in urban housing development areas where the number of students is small or the number of students is difficult to predict. However, many studies of integrated school have been limited to appropriate scaling of small schools in rural areas, school management methods, and satisfaction surveys. The study of integrated school in urban areas is also focused on the study of architectural planning. In addition, there were limitations in suggesting the comprehensive establishment plan of schools or approaching urban planning when developing housing complexes. The purpose of this study is to suggest efficient establishment plan of integrated school in the development of urban housing complexes.

림랜드 이론으로 본 사이버공간 통제방안 (북한의 사이버전 사례연구를 중심으로) (Control measures in Cyberspace in the light of Rimland theory)

  • 오늘날 과학기술의 발전은 사이버공간과 물리적 공간이 통합된 사이버-물리체계를 출현시켰다. 사이버공간과 물리적 공간은 별개의 공간이 아니라, 사이버-물리체계로 통합된 하나의 시스템으로 구현되고 있다. 현실은 멈춰진 것이 아니라, 끊임없이 변화하고 있고, 공간의 개념도 진화 중이다. 그러나 대부분의 연구는 아직도 사이버공간과 물리적 공간을 같은 관점으로 보지 못하고, 공간별 특성에 맞는 맞춤식 대응을 고수하고 있다. 변화된 현상을 반영하지 못하는 이론적 접근은 과거에 머물 수밖에 없으며, 진보된 현실을 반영하지 못하는 뜬구름 속 이야기로 전락할 위험이 크다. 본 연구는 물리적 공간에서 적용하는 림랜드 이론의 관점에서 사이버공간 통제방안을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구는 물리적 공간과 사이버공간으로 분리된 통제개념을 림랜드 이론의 단일한 관점에서 재해석할 수 있고, 사이버공간의 통제방안도 구체화할 수 있었다. 특히, 북한의 사이버전 공격사례를 인적요소를 포함한 림랜드 이론의 관점으로 접근하여 내·외부자 위협 공격에 대한 정책적 대안을 제시하기도 하였다. 단순함은 궁극의 정교함이다. 본 연구는 개별적으로 발전되어 온 물리적 공간과 사이버공간의 통제방안을 단일한 관점으로 통합하여 다가올 사이버-물리체계 시대에 대비하기 위한 통섭적 시각을 제시하는 등 변화된 현상을 이론적 관점에서 분석한 연구성과가 있다.

환경친화기업지정제도와 환경영향평가제도에서의 통합적 환경관리 요소에 대한 기초적 연구 (A Study on Integrated Approaching Factors of Environmentally-Friendly Companies Certification Scheme and Environmental Impact Assessment of Korea)

  • A worldwide trend of permitting system for industrial installation to achieve a high level of protection of the environment has been moved from single media to multimedia in approach. The Council of the European Community issued the Directive 96/61/EC, the IPPC Directive, concerning integrated pollution prevention and control in 1996. The IPPC Directive is one of the most ambitious legal measures that the European Union (EU) has initiated with a view to applying the prevention principle for industrial activities. The IPPC aims to achieve the integrated prevention and reduction of environmental pollution emitted by those industrial installations with a higher potential of emissions to the environment. Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) recommended on Environmental Performance Reviews of Korea in 2006 that IPPC permitting concept should be considered for large stationary sources at the national and regional levels. Any Korean law doesn't provide for integrated pollution control with a single process covering all pollution from economic activities. However, one exception might be the "environmentally-friendly companies" certification scheme, introduced in 1995, in which participants agree to meet targets beyond the legal emission limit values in exchange for government technical and financial support to operate environmental management systems. The other exception might be Environmental impact assessment (EIA) of projects, in 1977, which has been strengthened and reinforced to be more preventive through development of the prior environmental review system (PERS) in 1999. The aim of this work is to introduce the contents of IPPC Directive at the viewpoint of Korea policy and to survey the integrated approaching concept of Environmentally-Friendly Companies (EFC) Certification Scheme and EIA policy of Korea. The study will be helpful in the future to prepare the infrastructure of integrated permitting system and to enforce the integrated permit which the authorities of local government issues on industrial activities. It can be said that the data calculated through both EFC Certification Scheme and EIA will be discussed as worthful information to determine Korean BAT reference notes for integrated permitting process.

농촌 마을과 주택의 통합적 접근에 의한 농촌주택 조사체계 정립방안 연구 (A study on the Survey System of a Rural Housing through the Integrated Approaching on Rural Village and Housing)

  • This study intends to establish a system to investigate and analyze various impacting factors to Rural Housings such as the relationship of characteristics of Rural Housings located in a Rural Village to the Village and a Unit Housing, to the External and Internal Spaces inside the Unit Housing and the Village, and to Living Characteristics of the Residents and Space from an integrated point of view. The results of this study are largely summarized as following four kinds. Rural Housing Survey System can be largely classified into three stages, and they are a Preliminary Survey, Basic Survey and In-depth Survey. Along with these, the scope of the survey contents can be divided into a survey result by a unit of village, of land, of housing, and of resident's opinion survey. Secondly, the surveys by village unit are on location properties, Village Identity, Street Network, Land Use, Landscape Features and Public Facilities, and consist of Literature, Discussion and Field Survey. Thirdly, the land Unit Surveys are on a Driveway, Gate Location, Housing Placement, Outer Space Design in a Yard and Outer Space Use Characteristics, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. For the fourth, the Housing Unit Surveys are on an Internal Space Design and Placement, and consist of Questionnaire and Field Surveys. Finally, the Resident Questionnaire Survey consisted of Entire Discussion Survey and a Household one, and then the Entire Survey was on the Village's History, Village's Characteristics, Cultivation Characteristics and Community Activities while an individual one was on Main Living Characteristics, Satisfaction and Utilization Characteristics.

산불예방 및 진압대책의 통합관리체계 구축 방안 연구 (A Study on the Establishment of an Integrated Management System for Forest Fire Prevention and Suppression Measures)

  • Recently, in Korea, if a very large forest fire occurs due to the people's carelessness, it is of great interest because it spreads into a large forest fire. If a wildfire spreads and becomes large, it will inflict great damage (appointment and property), and the damage is irreversible. The best way to extinguish a wildfire is to prevent it before it occurs. If a forest fire occurs due to a failure in prevention, the early firefighting activities to prevent the progress of the forest fire by promptly dispatching it by reporting it and approaching the site as soon as possible should now be managed with a systematic integrated management system. To do so, it is necessary to prepare a preventive system, such as issuing warnings for each weather condition by the Korea Forest Service, consisting of cooperation (support) activities for forest fire prevention by related organizations, etc. In order to minimize the loss of precious lives and forests, measures have been taken to establish a system, to establish a prompt and accurate situation reporting system, and to establish an integrated command system (ICS) for on-site commanders.

Integration of Optimality, Neural Networks, and Physiology for Field Studies of the Evolution of Visually-elicited Escape Behaviors of Orthoptera: A Minireview and Prospects

  • Sensing the approach of a predator is critical to the survival of prey, especially when the prey has no choice but to escape at a precisely timed moment. Escape behavior has been approached from both proximate and ultimate perspectives. On the proximate level, empirical research about electrophysiological mechanisms for detecting predators has focused on vision, an important modality that helps prey to sense approaching danger. Studies of looming-sensitive neurons in locusts are a good example of how the selective sensitivity of nervous systems towards specific targets, especially approaching objects, has been understood and realistically modeled in software and robotic systems. On the ultimate level, general optimality models have provided an evolutionary framework by considering costs and benefits of visually elicited escape responses. A recent paper showed how neural network models can be used to understand the evolution of visually mediated antipredatory behaviors. We discuss this new trend towards integration of these relatively disparate approaches, the proximate and the ultimate perspectives, for understanding of the evolution of behavior of predators and prey. Focusing on one of the best-studied escape pathway models, the Orthopteran LGMD/DCMD pathway, we discuss how ultimate-level optimality modeling can be integrated with proximate-level studies of escape behaviors in animals.

대학교양 교육과정 개발의 융합적 접근 - 소매틱스(Somatics)에 기반한 체육교양강좌 사례연구 (An Integral Approach in Liberal Arts Curriculum of Higher Education - A Case Study on Physical Education Based on the Somatics)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 융합교육을 지향하는 체육교양강좌의 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가 등 전반적인 교육과정을 살펴보고 체육교양강좌의 융합적 접근 방안을 탐색하는 데 있다. 융합교육을 실천하기 위한 체육교양강좌가 어떻게 이루어지고 있는지를 파악하여 대학교양 융합교육에 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 체육교양강좌에서 융합적 접근을 실천하는 서울 소재 서울소재E여자대학교의 체육교양강좌, "움직임을 통한 감정 코칭"을 2017년 3월부터 11월까지 수업관찰하고 심층면담(7명)을 진행하였다. 그 결과 "움직임을 통한 감정 코칭" 수업은 다학제간 교육과정, 인문학적 방법론, 이론과 실제의 통합교육으로 이루어지고 있음을 확인하였다. 구체적으로 첫째, 움직임을 통한 감정 코칭은 인문과학과 자연과학을 통합적으로 접근하는 '몸이해'를 위한 학제간 교육이다. 둘째, 긍정심리학과 신경생리학적으로 접근하여 '텍스트의 일상화'를 실천하는 융합교육이다. 셋째, '이론과 실습이 통합'된 체육교양강좌이다. 이러한 결과는 체육교양강좌를 통해 자신의 신체를 이해하고, 일상적이고 고정적인 움직임 및 반응의 패턴을 스스로 관찰함으로써 사고 및 행동의 전환을 촉발하며, 이러한 과정을 거쳐 타인을 이해하는 공감 능력을 함양할 수 있음을 시사한다.

목포항 개발 및 대불 산업단지 조성에 따른 연안해역 변화(I)- 해면 정온도를 중심으로 - (The Change of Coastal Water Area due to the Development of Mokpo Harbor and Construction of Daebul Industrial Complex(I))

  • The change of water level at Mokpo Harbour and its adjacent coastal area due to the construction of the Youngsan Estuary Barrage and the Third Land Reclamation Work of estuary barren had been roughly expected. Periodical floods, which occur 2 times per month, are also being observed at the low lying commercial areas near the Mokpo Old Harbor. Although it is said that the highest tidal current component among the tidal current records at the approaching channel to Mokpo Harbor is reduced to 6 kts, because of the esturary barrage, they do not give any precise statement or a deep analysis for the flooding and periodical water level change under certain environmental conditions. Moreover, they never tried the analysis of development plan considering the natural disaster such as typhoon or other extreme conditions. Thus, it is necessary to collect and analyze the data related to floodings, harbor oscillations, currents, and water quality , etc. because of the development considering the extreme condition. 초음속 유동장에서 기저 유동의 Detached Eddy Simulation (DETACHED EDDY SIMULATION OF BASE FLOW IN SUPERSONIC MAINSTREAM)

  • Detached Eddy Simulation (DES) is applied to an axisymmetric base flow at supersonic mainstream. DES is a hybrid approach to modeling turbulence that combines the best features of the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes RANS) and large-eddy simulation (LES) approaches. In the Reynolds-averaged mode, the model is currently based on either the Spalart-Allmaras (S-A) turbulence model. In the large eddy simulation mode, it is based on the Smagorinski subgrid scale model. Accurate predictions of the base flowfield and base pressure are successfully achieved by using the DES methodology with less computational cost than that of pure LES and monotone integrated large-eddy simulation (MILES) approaches. The DES accurately resolves the physics of unsteady turbulent motions, such as shear layer rollup, large-eddy motions in the downstream region, small-eddy motions inside the recirculating region. Comparison of the results shows that it is necessary to resolve approaching boundary layers and free shear-layer velocity profiles from the base edge correctly for the accurate prediction of base flows. The consideration of an empirical constant CDES for a compressible flow analysis may suggest that the optimal value of empirical constant CDES may be larger in the flows with strong compressibility than in incompressible flows.
