This paper presents a new precision moving instrument for the displacement and direction control using the uni-morph type PZT actuator. The instrument is composed of the two-body and a link. The body has the uni-morph type PZT actuator, which make the vibration. Movement of simple moving instrument is generally analyzed by the theory of center-of-gravity moment. However the analysis of the instrument in this paper is focused the resonance of instrument. Resonance of the body is originated a uni-morph type PZT actuator that is vibrated by voltage and frequency. The basic performances of one body instrument are analyzed by the FEM analysis. And experiments are also performed to confirm the linear movement of the instrument and direction control. it is proper a voltage control than a frequency control for the direction changing. And Moving velocity is 0.032m/s.

본 논문에서는 계기비행절차 설계 프로그램 개발 과정을 개괄적으로 살펴보고자 한다. 제품의 시장 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 외산 제품에 대하여 조사하고 분석하였다. 개발 요구조건 도출을 위하여 계기비행절차 설계 기준에 대하여 살펴보고, 소프트웨어 프로그램 개발 및 시험평가 과정에 대하여 설명하였다.

With the recent trend to get more into the information age we suppose that the need of information for medical industry policy establishment and new product development of medical instrument will increase rapidly. The object of this research & development is the construction of a database system with information resources in the field of medical instrument for an efficient application of domestic and abroad information in the field of medical instrument and building the foundation for the construction of an unified information management system. In this research we finished the analysis of the collected material of informations for medical instrument industry, design of the database system with object-oriented modelling is done. and we developed pre-product level information management system running on WINDOWS.

Purpose: This study aimed to conduct a systematic review and to describe characteristics of the birth experience assessment instrument. Methods: Literature related to the development of the birth experience assessment instrument was examined using a systematic review method. A literature search was conducted using the keywords as '[normal birth]; [$satisfac^*$ OR care quality]; [instrument OR scale] AND (development)' through PubMed, CINAHL, SCOPUS, PsycINFO, and RISS. The search used quality appraisal through QUADAS (Quality Assessment of studies of Diagnostic Accuracy included Systemic reviews) yielding 17 records. Results: The birth experience assessment instrument was categorized for instrumental characteristics: birth satisfaction (n=8), perception of labor experience (n=5), and birth care quality assessment in normal and operative birth experiences (n=4). Important key elements for content characteristics were as follows: nursing practice (n=10), pain control (n=5), environment (n=5), participation (n=4), and support (n=4). Conclusion: This study demonstrated that the birth experience instrument is appropriate for measuring quality of birth care in various clinical conditions. This review of the birth experience instrument reports that an appropriate psychometric tool for enhancing quality of birth care is important.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to evaluate the needs satisfaction of nurses and examine its validity and reliability. Methods: The initial items for the instrument were developed through a literature review and interviews, using the conceptual framework of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory. The initial items were evaluated for content validity by 14 experts. Four hundred and eighty-six clinical nurses participated in this study through offline and online surveys to test the reliability and validity of the instrument. The first evaluation (n = 256) was used for item analysis and exploratory factor analysis, and the second evaluation (n = 230) was used to conduct a confirmatory factor analysis and to assess the criterion-related validity and internal consistency of the instrument. Test-retest reliability was analyzed using data from 30 nurses. Results: The final instrument consisted of 30 items with two sub-factors for five needs that were identified through the confirmatory factor analysis. The criterion-related validity was established using the five need satisfaction measures (r = .56). Cronbach's α for total items was .90, and test-retest reliability was .89. Conclusion: The findings from this study indicate that this instrument has sufficient validity and reliability. This instrument can be used for the development of nursing interventions to improve the needs satisfaction of clinical nurses.

Purpose: Even though a number of studies have suggested that appropriate measuring instruments of family stress for working women have to be developed, the validity and reliability of the instruments used have not been consistently examined. The purpose of the present study was to develop a sensitive instrument to measure family stress for married working women, and to test the validity and reliability of the instrument. Method: The items generated for this instrument were drawn from a comprehensive literature review Twenty four items were developed through evaluation by 10 experts and twenty one items were finally confirmed through item analysis. Psychometric testing was preformed and confirmed with a convenient sample of 240 women employed in the industrial sector. Result: Four factors evolved by factor analysis, which explained 50.5% of the total variance. The first factor 'Cooperation' explained 28.1%, 2nd factor 'Satisfaction with relationships' 10.6%, 3rd factor 'Democratic and comfortable environment' 6.3%, and 4th factor 'Disturbance of own living' 5.5%, Cronbach's coefficient of this instrument was 0.86. Conclusion: The study supports the validity and reliability of the instrument.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument to assess nursing professional pride. Methods: Fifty-six preliminary items were identified through literature review and focus group interview of nurses working in a hospital. Of these, 45 preliminary instruments were completed over 0.80 of content validity index. To verify the reliability and validity of the preliminary instrument, data were collected from 294 nurses. The data were analyzed using factor analysis and multidimensional scaling analysis. Results: From the factor analysis, 27 significant items were divided into 5 subscales. These subscales were as follows: feeling of vocation, role satisfaction, role of problem solver, self-achievement, and willingness to stay. The nursing professional pride also established criterion-related validity, discriminant validity, and group validity. Cronbach's α of the instrument was .92, and the subscales ranged from .74 to .85. Conclusion: The developed scale for nursing professional pride shows validity and reliability. The significance of this study is the development of an instrument capable of measuring nursing professional pride. To verify the relevance of this instrument, conducting comparative studies is suggested.

The purpose of this study was to develop an instrument for evaluating quality of the web site about elementary science education. Eight experienced specialists (three elementary science education specialists and five elementary school teachers engaging) in elementary science education verified content validity twice. The evaluation criteria for elementary school science were considering aspects of the characteristic and the quality of web site. The evaluation criteria can be categorized as being in five areas, fifty-seven items. The five areas were a purpose, a credibility, an efficiency, a data-type, an interactivity. Four web sites were analyzed for the subject of this study. Evaluators were nine elementary school teachers, who were educated in the use of instrument. The developed evaluation instrument in this study is considered valid and reliable. The content validity is 91.1%, and the reliability has a Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ of .82. The developed evaluation instrument in this study will verify the quality of web site, provide teachers and students with efficient information about elementary science education. In addition it suggests guidelines about design and devise web site to instructional developer or subject-matter expert.

이 연구에서는 과학의 본성(NOS)에 대한 초등학생들의 인식을 구체적으로 드러내기 위해 개방형 질문지 형식의 초등학생용 NOS 검사 도구를 개발하였고, 그 타당도와 효과를 조사하였다. 초등학생용 NOS 검사 도구를 개발하기 위해 기존 NOS 검사 도구를 초등학생들에게 적용할 때 발생할 수 있는 문제점을 분석하였고, 이를 토대로 검사 도구의 개발 방향을 설정하였다. 또한 초등학생의 수준에 적합한 7가지 NOS 유형을 선정한 후, 유형별로 기존의 검사 도구 문항을 수정·보완하거나 새로운 문항을 개발하여 예비 검사 도구를 제작하였으며, 과학교육 전문가 그룹의 내용 타당도 검증을 거쳐 최종적으로 NOS의 각 유형과 관련된 7개 문항에 '과학에 대한 포괄적 인식'을 묻는 1개 문항을 추가하여 총 8개 문항으로 구성된 NOS 검사 도구를 개발하였다. 개발한 검사 도구의 실질적 효과를 검증하기 위해 서울에 있는 두 초등학교에서 6학년 2개 학급 50명의 학생을 대상으로, 한 학급에서는 '기존 검사 도구→개발 검사 도구', 다른 학급에서는 '개발 검사 도구→기존 검사 도구'의 순서로 사전·사후 검사를 실행하였고, 수집된 자료는 요약적 내용분석을 통해 비교 평가하고 Wilcoxon 부호 순위 검정을 실행하여 분석하였다. 기존 NOS 검사 도구와 개발한 NOS 검사 도구에 대해 학생들이 응답한 내용을 비교·분석한 결과, 개발한 검사 도구를 사용할 때 NOS에 대한 학생들의 관점이 더 다양하게 나타났고, 문항의 의도를 잘못 해석하여 발생했던 응답의 오류가 줄어들었다. 또한 개발한 검사 도구를 사용할 때 통계적으로 유의미한 수준에서 과반 정도 학생들의 응답 내용이 더 구체적으로 변화하였다. 이 연구에서는 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 초등학생들에게 적합한 NOS 검사 도구의 개발을 위한 시사점을 논의하였다.

We report the development of full-field swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT) in the wavelength range of 815-870 nm using a unique combination of super-luminescent diode (SLD) as broad-band light source and acousto-optic tunable filter (AOTF) as a frequency-scanning device. Some new applications of full-field SS-OCT in forensic sciences and engineering materials have been demonstrated. Results of simultaneous topography and tomography of latent fingerprints, silicon microelectronic circuits and composite materials are presented. The main advantages of the present system are completely non-mechanical scanning, wide-field, compact and low-cost.
