효과적인 지식 전달 요소와 지식 구조화에 관한 연구 (Study on Effective Knowledge Delivery and Construction)

  • 본 연구는 학습(learning)을 통해 습득된 추상적 형태의 암묵적인 지식(implicit knowledge)을 전달하거나 명시적인 형태로 재구성(reconstruction)할 때 지식을 어떤 방법으로 표현하거나 재구성해야 하는지, 그리고 어떤 표현 방법이 자신의 생각과 지식을 효과적으로 전달하는데 중요한 요소로 작용하는지에 대한 연구를 다룬다. 현재 대학과 같은 상위수준의 교육기관에서의 교육에서는 교수자가 전달하는 내용을 수업을 통하여 듣게 되고 학습을 통해 그 내용을 자신의 지식구조에 맞도록 습득해 가는 과정을 거친다. 이 과정에서 학습자는 자신이 학습을 통해 습득한 지식을 자신의 인지구조 (cognitive model)에 맞게 재구성하게 된다. 이러한 지식을 다시 전달할 때 어떤 방법을 쓰면 효과적으로 전달할 수 있을지 고민하게 되고 그 결과, 적절한 방법을 찾아 표현하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 과정을 실제적으로 실험해보고 자신이 재구성한 지식을 전달하는데 어떤 방법이 효과적이었는지, 또한 상대방의 지식이 어떻게 표현될 때 받아들여 이해하기 쉬운지를 자료에 대한 상호평가 분석을 통해 그 요소를 분석하였다. 본 연구는 효과적인 지식 전달 방법과 지식습득 평가에 활용할 수 있는 기초연구가 될 것이다.

임상실습시 간호학생이 지각하는 간호 가치관과 실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Influencing Factors on Nursing Perspectives and Satisfaction of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study was designed to analyze the influencing factors on nursing perspectives and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. The data was collected through structured questionnaire. The subjects in this study were 192 nursing students who had been educated in three colleges and one university in Kwangju. Data collection was done from January to February, 1999. The data was analyzed by using SAS program. The results from this study were as follows; 1. The mean score of total nursing perspectives was $4.24{\pm}0.40$ and that of total clinical practice satisfaction was $2.63{\pm}0.38$. 2. Self experience of admission was significant in satisfaction of clinical practice(t=2.09, p=.03). 3. Nursing perspectives by religion was significant(t=2.26, p=.02). 4. The nursing perspectives was significant according to the classifications of clinical instructor(F=4.50, p=.01) and the most difficult interpersonal relationships of the clinical practice(F=4.14, p=.02). 5. The satisfaction of clinical practice was significant according to the most difficult interpersonal relationships of the clinical practice(F=3.61, p=.03). 6. The correlation between the scores of nursing perspectives and satisfaction of clinical practice was not significant(r=.191, p=.060). In conclusion, it was found that the more positive interpersonal relationships of clinical practice, the more higher degree of perceived satisfaction of clinical practice and nursing perspectives. And the clinical instructors should play a good role model to gain positive satisfaction of clinical practice perceived by nursing students.

영아반 교사의 민감성과 놀이교수효능감에 따른 전문성 인식 (The Recognition of Expertise According to the Infant Class's Teacher Sensitivity and Efficacy of Teaching Play)

  • The purpose of this research is to gather basic data to make nursery teachers' role clear and to suggest a way to improve their expertise by investigating their sensitivity and expertise. To fulfill this aim, this research was performed by targeting 180 nursery teachers responsible for infant classes in national, public, and private nursery schools. To measure the nursery teachers' sensitivity, Gerber's (2003) teacher sensitivity indicator is used. And to measure the efficacy of teaching play, the indicator, which was developed by E. Shin, Y. Yu and H. Park (2004), was used through modification and complement. Also for measuring the teacher's expertise, research data were collected by the generalized and modified questionnaire which was used in H. Yoon's (2010) research. The results of the analysis of collected data show that the teacher group with higher sensitivity in the infant class shows meaningfully higher professional ethics, higher performance, and higher recognition of expertise than the teacher group with lower sensitivity. And the teacher group with higher awareness of the efficacy of play shows higher professional ethics, higher performance, and higher recognition of expertise than the teacher group with lower sensitivity. too. Also, the results of the analysis of the correlation between the infant teacher's sensitivity, efficacy of teaching play, and recognition of expertise show that the teacher's sensitivity has a static correlation with the total points of social necessity, professional ethics, fairness, teacher's performance, and recognition of expertise. When we generalize the research results, we find that positive sensitivity and higher efficacy of teaching play make the infant class teacher's expertise recognition higher.

초임과학교사 수업 전문성 신장을 위한 협력적 멘토링 과정에서 나타나는 멘토교사의 멘토링 유형 및 유형 변화 분석 (Analysis of Mentor Teachers' Mentoring Type and Type Changes in Collaborative Mentoring Programs for Professional Development of Beginning Science Teachers' Teaching Practice)

  • 이 연구는 교수 활동에 어려움을 겪는 초임 중등과학교사를 대상으로 실시한 협력적 멘토링 과정에서 멘토교사의 멘토링 유형이 어떻게 나타나는지 살펴보고, 멘토링이 진행됨에 따라 멘토교사의 멘토링 유형이 어떻게 변화하는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 멘토링에서 수집된 멘토교사와 멘티교사의 일대일 멘토링 대화를 질적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 협력적 멘토링 과정에서 멘토교사는 관찰자, 비판적 동료, 지원자, 지시자, 역할 모델, 평가자, 상담자, 동반자 등 다양한 역할을 수행하였다. 그러나 멘토교사의 멘토링이 멘티교사의 과학교수에 대한 인식 변화를 가져오지 못하는 경우에는 멘티교사의 수업에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 멘토교사는 멘토링을 실시하기 전 멘티교사와 함께 과학교수에 대한 신념, 멘토링 방법 등에 관해 구체적으로 논의하는 시간을 충분히 가져야 할 것이다. 또한 멘토교사는 멘티교사의 수업 전문성 향상을 유도하기 위해 다양한 역할이 존재하고 있음을 인식하고, 자신의 멘토링 과정을 평가하는 데에도 이를 활용할 수 있어야 할 것이다.

The Effect of Patient-centered CPR Education for Family Caregivers of Patients with Cardiovascular Diseases

  • Purpose: For cardiovascular patients, family caregivers play a vital role in daily nursing and cardiac emergencies. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of patient-centered CPR education (PCE) for family caregivers of patients with cardiovascular diseases. Methods: Fifty-four participants were randomly assigned to the PCE or control group. The PCE group received tailored counseling on overall cardiovascular disease information and CPR followed by interactive instructor-guided CPR training and re-education follow-up by telephone 2 weeks later. The control group received only video-based CPR self-education and booklets. Cardiovascular disease and CPR knowledge and self-efficacy were measured before (pre-test), immediately after (post-test 1), and 4 weeks after the PCE (post-test 2). CPR skills and performance were measured pre-test and at post-test1. Results: The PCE group demonstrated significant improvements in knowledge (F=91.09, p<.001), self-efficacy (F=15.19, p<.001) and CPR skills and performance (F=8.10, p=.008), as well as significant differences over time (knowledge: F=364.25, p<.001; self-efficacy: F=1162.28, p<.001; CPR skills and performance: F=1798.81, p<.001). There were significant group-by-time interactions for knowledge (F=8.10, p=.001), self-efficacy (F=4.30, p =.019) and CPR skills and performance (F=4.81, p=.036) by repeated measures ANOVA. Conclusion: This is the first study to demonstrate the effects of a patient-centered intervention with CPR education tailored for patients' and family caregivers' preferences, needs, and lifestyles. The results of this study encourage the use of tailored, patient-centered interventions in cardiovascular nursing practice.

양호교사 자격연수교과과정 개발에 관한 연구 (Curriculum Development for Inservice Training of School Health Nurses)

  • School health promotion is related to reinforce on various roles of school health teachers including health instruction, health services, healthful school living. In this aspects, there would be necessory for qualified continous education proceed to activate roles of school health teachers. So the objectives of this study are first, to develop curriculum framework for inservice training of health school nurses, second, to descrive of curriculum objectives, third, to state of curriculum objectives and learning methods. There were used study methods as literature review, expert conferencing and workshop. Major results are as follows; 1. Curriculum framework for inservice training of health school nurses was constitute of major variables of health care model and direct services role of school health teacher such as health service, health instruction and healthful environment area. 2. The curriculum for health instruction were different from elementary school and middle school. 3. Time distribution for curriculum was composed of that health service is 12hours, health instruction is 96 hours and healthful environment is 12 hours. 4. The learning methods for inservice training were suggested to intensify positive attitude through the discussion and practical exercise. 5. The curriculum objectives were classified by total, area and a course of study and time summary table was suggested. In conclusion, the developed curriculum would be contribute to improve of practical ability for school health teachers. And to increase of inservice training effect, there should be operate in order to participate trainees activately and to be educate concurrently. Also, there are necessary for execute in series of the program such as standized text developing by course, evaluation index developing and instructor education etc.

이러닝 학습자들의 개인·심리적 요인이 이러닝 학습효과와 재이용의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Personal and Psychological Factors of Learners on e-Learning Effect and Intention to Reuse)

  • 본 연구는 이러닝 학습자의 특성을 개인적 요인과 심리적 요인으로 분류하여, 이러한 학습자의 특성이 이러닝 학습효과와 재이용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해, 경상북도에 소재한 Y대학과 K대학의 대학생을 대상으로 연구조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째 학습자의 학년, 자제력, 집중력, 자기효능감이 이러닝 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학습자의 학년, 이러닝 학습경험, 자기효능감, 학습효과가 이러닝 재이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 대학생들의 특성을 고려한 다양한 콘텐츠 개발과 스스로 학습과정을 관리하고 학습을 진행할 수 있도록 시스템 설계와 교수자의 관리적인 역할이 중요시 되어야 할 것이다. 본 연구의 결과는 이러닝의 학습효과 향상을 위한 효과적인 활용방안과 이러닝 학습자 특성에 대한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

소프트웨어교육 수업 공개 활성화를 위한 기술지원 보조교사 운영에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Operation of Assistive Teacher for Technical Support for Activation Software Education Class)

  • 이 연구에서는 A교육대학교 교육실습 중 수행되고 있는 소프트웨어교육의 현황과 제한점을 분석하였으며, 이를 해결하기 위해 기술지원 보조교사 인력을 투입하여 운영하였다. 운영 과정 중에 해당 실습 학교 담당 교사와 기술지원 보조교사를 대상으로 한 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 실습학교 교사의 만족도는 높았으며, 지속적으로 지원이 되기를 원하였다. 또한 보조교사의 역량 강화와 인력풀의 구축을 요구했다. 한편 보조교사는 팀티칭의 역할 분담을 명확하게 하고, 활동의 가이드가 제시되었으면 좋겠다는 의견을 제시했다. 이 연구를 통해 논의된 기술지원 보조교사 투입제도는 각 대학의 실습 제도와 상이할 수 있어 일반화에는 제한이 따를 수 있다. 따라서 향후 효율적인 실행 방법이 공유되어 소프트웨어교육이 활성화 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

요인분석을 이용한 헬리콥터조종교육 영향요인 연구 (A Study on Factors Influencing Helicopter Pilot Training Using Factor Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 헬리콥터 조종사 교육에 있어서 성공적인 비행훈련 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 탐색적 요인분석을 이용하여 개인의 인지적 특성과 비인지적 특성을 추출하고, 계층적 회귀분석을 통해 이러한 특성(요인)들이 비행훈련 성과에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 그 결과 공간지각능력, 회복탄력성, 숙달목표지향적 학습태도 성향이 높을수록 비행 교육성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 조종사에게 특히 요구되는 공간지각능력의 중요성을 재확인할 수 있었고, 그리고 제한된 조종석 공간에서의 비행교관의 역할, 개인의 올바른 동기부여와 노력이 비행훈련 성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 재확인시켜준다. 이러한 결과는 향후 헬기 조종사의 효과적인 비행교육에 유용한 지표가 될 것으로 기대한다.

효과적인 팀워크를 위한 프랜차이즈 호텔 조리장의 피그말리온 리더십 (The Chain Hotel Chef's Pygmalion Leadership for Effective Teamwork of Cooks)

  • Purpose - In the past, the chain hotel chefs only serve food to their customers. However recently, the hotel chefs play a pivotal role in hotel including considering various customer preferences, safety and nutrition of food, and increasing profits through effective human resource management and inventory control. With the change of the chain hotel chef's' roles, pygmalion leadership, one of new leadership styles, focuses on the effect that leader's positive expectation let subordinates have motivation and more engage in work. This study investigates the effect of chain hotel chef's pygmalion leadership on leader trust and organizational trust. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was to investigate the structural relationships among chain hotel restaurant chefs' pygmalion leadership, hotel restaurant cooks' leader trust, organizational trust, and teamwork, and how leader trust and organizational trust play mediating roles in the relationship between pygmalion leadership and teamwork. In this model, pygmalion leadership includes 4 dimensions: Climate, Feedback, Input, and Output. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaire survey on cooks of Deluxe hotel restaurants located in Seoul and Gyonggi-Do. The samples for data analyses were 243 excepting unusable responses. Result - The findings can be summarized as follows: First, climate and feedback had a positive effect on leader trust, respectively. Second, feedback and output had a statistically positive effect on organizational trust, respectively. Third, leader trust had positive effects on organizational trust and teamwork. Fourth, organizational trust had a significant effect on teamwork. Conclusions - As a chain hotel chef treats his/her staffs sincerely, they will be more engaged in work by establishing trust in their leader. Ultimately, it leads to higher sales profit and customer satisfaction. In addition, a hotel can encourage chefs and other staffs to treat each other as if the student-instructor relations, not just commanding staffs. Then, cooks build up their trust to their leader and organization for its sustained growth and development, and the internal bond in organization including teamwork is strengthened. Therefore, to strengthen teamwork and organizational trust, there should be active communication, knowledge sharing, goal sharing, and cooperation between chefs and cooks.
