K샌드아트 평생학습 전문강사 동아리에 나타난 교육적 효과 탐색 (Exploring the Educational Effects of K-Sand Art's Lifelong Learning Specialized Instructor Club)

  • 이 연구는 평생교육 분야에서 관심이 높아지고 있는 샌드아트 기법의 학습자 흥미 유발 요인과 교육적 효과를 제시하는데 주안점을 두고 K샌드아트 평생학습 전문강사 동아리를 사례로 선정하였다. 첫째, 학습자의 흥미 유발 효과를 높이는 요인은 샌드아트 기법을 모래 놀이로 인식, 이야기와 음율, 샌드박스에 그리며 표현해보는 활동, 학습자의 관심 주제를 표현하도록 하는데 있다. 둘째, 평생교육 분야에서 샌드아트 기법은 교육적으로 심리치료, 집중력 향상, 자신감 향상, 표현력과 창의력 개발, 오감 발달에 효과가 있다. 셋째, 평생교육 분야에서 샌드아트 기법은 전 세대에게 적용되고 있으며, 평생교육 6진 분류 중 시민참여교육, 기초문해교육, 문화예술교육에 샌드아트 기법을 활용하면 효과를 높일 수 있다. 넷째, 향후 과제로는 샌드아트 전문가 양성 지원, 샌드아트 재료 및 장비 지원, 다양한 대상을 찾아가는 샌드아트 프로그램을 확산해야 할 것이다.

대학의 교실수업에서 이러닝시스템 이용의 활성화에 관한 연구: 사회적, 기술적, 개인적 특성 (A Study on the Factors to Increase the Usage of e-Learning Systems in Class-based Education: Social, Technological, and Personal Factors)

  • Universities have recognized e-Learning Systems as the critical IT resources which contribute to improving the competitiveness of the universities as well as the quality of the traditional class-based lectures. Instructors deliver the main contents in the class. Other supplementary activities like online discussions, sharing of teaching-learning materials, submission of homeworks, communication among the learners and between the instructors and the learners, and so on can be efficiently facilitated using e-Learning Systems. In other words, e-Learning Systems enable a blended learning combined class-based lectures and e-learning in a variety of ways. Nonetheless, compared to the level of implementation of e-Learning Systems, the usage of both the instructors and the learners is not high. Accordingly, this study examines the determinants to affect on the usage of e-Learning Systems from the learners perspective. To draw the key determinants, we review the IS literatures related to adoption or use of the IS like Media Richness Theory (MRT), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Social Influence Model (SIM), and Self-efficacy Model. The variables are drawn out to be expected on the usage of e-Learning like Media Richness, Ease of Use from MRT, TAM and Instructor's Influence, Co-learner's Influence from SIM, and Self-efficacy. To test our model and hypotheses, we have collected data in the class-based lectures using e-Learning System complementary. The results of the test with 192 data are as follows: Firstly, it shows that the Instructor's Influence and the Media Richness are the influential determinants to affect on the Perception of Usefulness of e-Learning Systems. Additionally, the Co-learner's Influence and Ease of Use in order is significant to the Perception of Usefulness. Secondly, as to the degree of use of the e-Learning Systems, the Co-leaner's Influence, the Media Richness, and the Ease of Use are, in that order, the significant determinants. The Perception of Usefulness, also, founded a key factor on increasing the use of e-Learning Systems. On the other hand, the Instructor's Influence is not significant to the use of e-Learning Systems. Finally, it has been found that Self-efficacy is significant to the Perception of Media Richness, Ease of Use, but not significant to the Perception of Usefulness.

교육훈련요인이 교육훈련전이, 교육훈련만족도 및 재교육의도에 미치는 영향 - 충남 외국인 이용 음식점 경영 컨설팅 사업 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effects of Training Factors on Transfer of Training, Training Satisfaction and Retraining Intentions - Based on the management consultation project for foreign customer service restaurant in Chungnam province -)

  • 본 연구는 외국인고객에 제공되는 음식, 서비스, 위생상태 등 식당환경 개선을 위한 충남지방 유명식당 30여 곳의 식당 업주 및 식당관리자 53명 을 대상으로 진행된 외국인 이용 음식점 운영교육을 위한 정부지원 사업에 대한 효율성을 조사하는데 있다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 사업 종료 후 네 가지 교육관련 요인을 설정한 후 각각의 요인이 교육훈련 전이와 교육 후 형성되는 학습만족도 및 재교육의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 교육내용관련성과 교육방법 요인이 교육훈련전이에 유의한 결과를 보였으며, 교육강사와 교육환경 요인은 교육훈련전이에 유의하지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 교육강사, 교육환경, 교육방법 요인이 교육 후 만족도에 유의하지만 교육내용관련성은 유의하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 교육훈련전이와 교육 후 만족도는 모두 재교육의도에 유의하다고 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 교육훈련 담당자가 교육훈련을 설계할 때 실제 업무환경에서 사용되는 것과 유사한 학습도구를 사용하도록 설계되어 있는지 여부와 강사(교수)의 역할에 대한 중요성 및 학습자의 만족도 증진을 위한 교육훈련 요구 분석을 철저히 하여야함을 시사한다.

비행시간과 연령이 헬리콥터 조종사의 상황인식 평가에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study for Flight Times and Ages affects on Situation Awareness Evaluation of Helicopter Pilots)

  • According to U.S. NTSB, from 1989 to 1992, Situation Awareness(SA) was a major factor causing 80% of all aircraft accidents in scheduled airlines. Therefore, the prevention of accidents through effective training in SA became a pivot in aviation safety. Furthermore, during the past 10 years, since all helicopter accidents in Korea were caused by the factors related to SA, an appropriate countermeasure has been required. This study, which uses survey data, examines various factors related to SA that could affect helicopter pilots. Common characteristics of situation awareness factors are that the result from the independent variables which are flight time, duty period and age of a first officer is statistically significant with the result from the independent variables of an instructor pilot's. However, only experience is statistically significant independent variable for factors influencing decision making in emergency situations, but anxiety, expectation and comprehension are not significant.

Discourse Socialization in Synchronous Computer-Mediated Communication

  • This paper, based on a qualitative ethnographic study among college of education students, examines the online interactional processes surrounding academic discourse socialization. Data for this paper come from a larger study of an academic classroom community of graduate students and their instructor. In this study, I looked into the ways computer-mediated communication (CMC) contexts factor into graduate students' academic literacy experience in a graduate classroom, therein enculturating them into their new academic community. I focus on cases of nonnative graduate students in a content course in the department of educational psychology at a large southwestern university in the U.S. I explore the agency of the focal participants in terms of the roles they played in the classroom discourse highlighting the dialectical and interactional perspective of academic discourse socialization. This paper focused on the construction of varied participant roles of the focal students. It further examines student reactions and responses to these constructions during synchronous CMC activity.

학생조종사의 성격과 적성이 비행교육 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Student Pilot's Personality and Aptitude on Satisfaction with Flight Education)

  • In order to achieve successful flight training results, various studies on pilot aptitude have been conducted. In this study, we examined the aptitude for the pilots using the teacher aptitude test tool. As a result, the student pilots showed a high aptitude score suitable for conducting aviation training, and the A-type personality type was overwhelmingly large. The study satisfaction of student pilots was classified into educational contents, educational methods, educational environment and facilities, and flight instructors using the questionnaire related to the satisfaction of learning. As a result, the satisfaction of flight instructor among four factors was found to be a major factor in improving flight performance.

사이버대학에서의 강좌평가를 위한 측정도구 개발 및 양호도 검증 (Test development and verifying the validity and reliability for measuring a effectiveness of e-learning course in cyber university)

  • 급격하게 발전하는 정보사회에서 사이버 상에서의 교육이 점차 보편화되고 있다. 지속적이고 평생을 통한 교육의 필요성이 증대되면서 시작된 사이버대학은 이제 17개에 달하게 되었고 이제는 양적인 증가에 더불어 질적인 수준에 관심을 기울여야 할 것이다. 그러나 일반 대학에 비해 사이버대학의 강좌평가는 아직 체계적으로 이루어지니 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 사이버대학에서의 강좌를 평가하기 위한 측정도구를 개발하고, 이에 대한 양호도를 검증하였다. 이를 위해서 관련 선행연구들을 분석하여 예비평가도구를 개발하였고, 측정도구에 대한 타당성을 확보하고자 W사이버대학의 재학생 768명에게 설문을 실시한 뒤 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 또한 791명에게 2차 설문을 실시한 뒤 확인적 요인분석을 통해 개발한 측정도구의 적합성을 검증하였다. 연구 결과, 내용 설계, 교수자, 시스템, 평가, 전반적 만족도의 5개 요인이 산출되었으며, 25개 문항으로 구성된 평가도구를 최종적으로 확인하였다.

교육서비스 품질, 교육 만족도, 충성도 영향 관계 연구 - 식생활 관련 교양수업을 중심으로 - (A Study of General Educational Quality Factors, Satisfaction, and Loyalty - Focused on General Courses related to Dietary Life -)

  • 본 연구는 식생활 관련 교양 교육서비스 품질요인이 학생 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하기 위해 부산 지역 K대학의 4개의 식생활 관련 교양수업 수강자를 대상으로 SPSS 20.0 version 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 사용된 통계기법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설 검증 결과, 첫째, 교육서비스의 품질요인(지식, 흥미, 강사)은 교육 만족도에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스의 품질의 교육 만족도는 충성도에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 셋째, 교육서비스의 품질요인(지식, 흥미, 강사)은 학생 충성도에 정(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 식생활 관련 교육서비스 품질 요인에서 교육 만족도는 지식요인과 흥미요인에 가장 큰 영향을 주었고, 교육서비스 품질 요인에서 학생 충성도는 강사요인이 가장 큰 영향을 주었다.

경북 일부 지역 요리학원 수강생의 교육환경에 따른 학습 만족도 (Association between Educational Environment and Satisfaction with Learning in Students at Local Cooking Institutes -Focused on Pohang and Gyeongju Area-)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the association between educational environment (physical environment of cooking institutes and curriculum) and satisfaction with learning of students at local cooking institutes. Self-administered questionnaires were distributed to 300 student enrolled at cooking institutes located in Pohang and Gyeongju, and a total of 265 were usable. Collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 12.0 by frequency, factor, reliability, t-test and Duncan's multiple range test. The results can be summarized as follows. Most of the subjects were enrolled at cooking institutes to learn Korean and Western cuisine. There were significant differences in learning according to institution, facility, method and instructor. There were also significant differences in learning according to gender, age, education, and attended classes. Based on the results, the physical environment of cooking institutes contributed to learning in the students, but the operation system also needs to be improved. However, study was limited in sample size and area, the results can-not be generalized.

Role-Play Training Factors that Positively Influence Training Satisfaction and Customer Service Orientation

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of effective role-play and training on employee education satisfaction and customer orientation. Evidence of the suggested objective is obtained by monitoring the effectiveness of hotel service training. Research design, data, and methodology - Data were collected from 280 role-play sessions performed in a Korean Hotel and examined using a frequency analysis, reliability/validity assessments, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using SPSS 19.0. Results - 1) Entrepreneurs and training instructors should enthusiastically apply service education in order to enhance each employee d evaluation in terms of customer satisfaction and customer orientation. 2) The most effective factor on customer satisfaction and orientation is the instructor's qualifications. 3) Since a higher level of education-training satisfaction leads to better customer orientation, effective education-training is essential to achieve this result. Conclusions - The study was able to obtain practical evidence that can confirm that service education-training through role-play positively affects employee customer service orientation. In future advanced research on training effects on customer orientation, various internal factors of a business should also be considered.
