현미에서 배양된 차가버섯 분말의 영양성분과 제2형 당뇨환자의 건강지표 및 혈당관련인자에 미치는 영향 (Nutrition Contents and Health Status, Blood Glucose Response Effect for NIDDM Patients of Inonotus Obliquus in Culturing Method by Using Unpolished Rice)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of Inonotus obliquus as an functional resource. To assess the effects of Inonotus obliquus in culturing method by using unpolished rice in 15non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus persons, we examined changes of hematological and chemical variables, DM indices content in serum during the Inonotus obliquus supplementation. GOT, GPT concentrations were significantly decreased. But TIBC content was significantly increased. Fasting glucose level during Inonotus obliquus supplementation was decreased respectively. These results show that modest dose of Inonotus obliquus in culturing method by using unpolished rice supplementation can decrease fasting blood glucose level without any changes in health indices and nutrition status of the non-insulin dependent diabetes mellitus person. These results indicated that Inonotus obliquus in culturing method by using unpolished rice diet is effective therapeutic regimen for the control of metabolic derangements in diabetes mellitus. Also, the results imply that Inonotus obliquus in culturing method by using unpolished rice can be used as possible functional food materials. However, large amounts of Inonotus obliquus in culturing method by using unpolished rice showed be used cautiously application.

차가버섯의 항결핵 활성에 대한 연구 (Studies on the anti-pulmonary tuberculosis of Inonotus obliquus)

  • Inonotus obliquus is a traditional medicine mushroom that was developed from traditional medicine originating in ancient. It has been applied for cancer or immunotherapy, but its effect on pulmonary tuberculosis is not reported. Therefore, we measured the pulmonary tuberculosis therapeutic effect of methyl alcohol extract from MGIT 960 system with fluorescent indicator. Inonotus obliquus extract showed 14 day more inhibitory activity than the positive control. In addition, the anti-pulmonary tuberculosis activity of Inonotus obliquus was $50{\mu}m$. These results suggest that Inonotus obliquus methyl alcohol extracts could contribute to inhibition of pulmonary tuberculosis.

면섬유 및 한지섬유의 자연염색 및 기능성광물처리에 의한 쾌적성의 변화 (The Change of Comfort Properties of Cotton and Hanjee Fabrics with Natural Dyeing and Functional Mineral Treatment)

  • In this study, the comfort properties of cotton and Hanjee fabrics dyed with Inonotus obliquus and treated with illite were evaluated and compared. Results were as follows; 1) W/T values and WC/W values of cotton and Hanjee fabrics were decreased when they were dyed with Inonotus obliquus and treated with illite. 2) Although air permeability of cotton fabrics was higher than that of Hanjee fabrics, air permeability of cotton and Hanjee fabrics dyed with Inonotus obliquus and treated with illite was decreased. 3) Thermal conductivity of cotton and Hanjee fabrics dyed with Inonotus obliquus was increased whereas thermal retain property was decreased. 4) Water absorption of Hanjee fabrics was higher than that of cotton fabrics. Water absorption of cotton and Hanjee fabrics dyed with Inonotus obliquus and treated with illite was increased. 5) Deodorization rate of Hanjee fabrics was greater than that of cotton fabrics.

차가버섯 추출염액을 이용한 면직물의 염색성과 항균효과 (Dyeing Properties and Antibacterial Activity of Cotton Fabric with Inonotus obliquus)

  • The dyeing properties of cotton fabric with Inonotus obliquus are studied by investigating the effect of dyeing conditions on dye uptakes such as, the concentration of Inonotus obliquus, dyeing temperature, time, and pH values. In addition, the effects of mordants on dye uptakes and antibacterial activities are also investigated. The results are summarized as follows: The dye uptakes of dyed fabrics were increased gradually with an increasing concentration of Inonotus obliquus. K/S values were the highest when the dyeing temperature and time were at $60^{\circ}C$ and 60 minutes, respectively. As for the changes of pH values of dyeing solution, K/S values recorded the highest at pH3-pH5. Antibacterial activities of Inonotus obliquus dyeing solution showed a significant effect in dyed cotton fabric with mordanting.

  • Aim : This study aimed at elucidating the effects of Inonotus obliquus on anti-tumor effects in vivo and immune-based characterization of the mushroom as a potential candidate for cancer remedy. Methods : To investigate the immunomodulatory effects of Inonotus obliquus, we investigated macrophage functions and NK cell activities through the measurement of NO production of macrophage, NK cell cytotoxicity and expressions of cytokines and genes regulating immune responses, in addition to pulmonary metastasis model in vivo. Results : Inonotus obliquus showed general cytotoxicity at high concentrations over the 100 ${\mu}g/m{\ell}$ on the both of normal and cancer cell lines. Inonotus obliquus showed both inhibitory and promotive effects on pulmonary colonization of CT-26 cell depending on period or route of administration in vivo. Conclusion : From these results, it cannot be concluded that Inonotus obliquus has cancer-specific activity. Furthermore, Inonotus obliquus has the provability to show adverse effects differently according to the concentration and the method of administration.

상황버섯, 차가버섯, 느타리버섯 발효식초의 항산화와 항암활성 효과 (Antioxidant and Anticancer Effects of Fermentation Vinegars with Phellinus linteus, Inonotus obliquus, and Pleurotus ostreatus)

  • The antioxidant and anticancer activities of Phellinus linteus, Inonotus obliquus, and Pleurotus ostreatus according to extraction methods were measured. The contents of polyphenolic compounds were higher in fermented extracts than those in water extracts. The contents were 192.4mg/100 $m{\ell}$ for Inonotus obliquus vinegar, 186.9 mg/100 $m{\ell}$ for Phellinus linteus vinegar, and 156.5 mg/100 $m{\ell}$ for Pleurotus ostreatus vinegar, respectively. EDA(electron donating ability) in Phellinus linteus that was highest among mushrooms was 83.9% in the water extract and 96.8% in the fermented extract. The growth of stomach cancer cells, SNU-719 was inhibited 62.4%, 65.5%, and 53.0% by Phellinus linteus vinegar, Inonotus obliquus vinegar, and Pleurotus ostreatus vinegar, respectively and also the growth of liver cancer cells, Hep3B was inhibited 67.1%, 68.3%, and 57.6% by Phellinus linteus vinegar, Inonotus obliquus vinegar, and Pleurotus ostreatus vinegar, while the growth of normal cell, DC2.4 was not affected. Even though Phellinus linteus and Inonotus obliquus showed higher inhibition in cancer cell growth, Pleurotus ostreatus can be efficiently used for antioxidant and anticancer activities due to their cheap price in the market.

차가버섯 추출물의 MMPs 발현 저해 및 HAS-2 발현 증가효과 (Effect of Inonotus obliquus Extract on the Expression MMPs and HAS-2)

  • 본 연구에서는 차가버섯 추출물의 주름개선 화장품 원료로의 가능성을 확인하기 위하여, 차가버섯의 70 % 에탄올 추출물을 제조하여, DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2- picrylhydrazyl) radical 소거능, 엘라스타제 저해능, MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases) 발현 저해 및 HAS-2 (hyaluronan synthase-2) 발현 저해 효능을 측정하였다. 차가버섯 추출물 및 함유성분에 대한 DPPH radical 소거능과 엘라스타제 저해 효능을 측정한 결과, 차가버섯 추출물은 농도 의존적으로 DPPH radical 소거능 및 엘라스타제 저해 효능을 보였으며($SC_{50}$ = 91 ${\mu}g$/mL, $IC_{50}$ = 124 ${\mu}g$/mL), 함유성분 중 Gallic acid가 가장 우수한 결과를 나타내었다. MMPs 발현능 평가에서, 차가버섯 추출물은 5 ~ 25 ${\mu}g$/mL의 농도에서 50 ~ 79 % MMP-1 mRNA 발현을 저해하였으며 MMP-2의 발현량을 측정한 결과, 10 ${\mu}g$/mL에서 약 20 %를 감소시켰다. MMP-9의 발현에서도 5 ~ 25 ${\mu}g$/mL의 농도에서 54 ~ 70 %의 저해 효과를 나타내었다. 또한 HAS-2의 mRNA 발현량을 측정한 결과, 차가버섯 추출물이 전 농도에서 농도 의존적으로 HAS-2 발현량을 증가시켰다. 상기 결과를 종합해 볼 때 차가버섯 추출물은 주름개선 화장품 소재로서 개발이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

차가버섯의 균사체 성장에 대한 배지성분의 영향 (Effect of Medium Compositions on the Mycelial Growth of Inonotus obliquus)

  • 차가버섯(Inonotus obliquus) 균사체의 액체배양에서 온도($22-32^{\circ}C$)와 pH(5-7) 그리고 배지성분의 변화가 차가버섯 균사체의 성장에 미치는 연구를 수행하였다. Glucose, starch, peptone, yeast extract, $K_2HPO_4$, $MgSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$ 그리고 $CaCl_2$를 각각 30-120 g/L, 0-10 g/L, 0-20 g/L, 0-15 g/L, 0-2 g/L, 0-1.5 g/L, 0-0.5 g/L의 범위로 변화시키면서 실험하였다. 차가버섯 균사체의 성장속도는 $26-27^{\circ}C$, pH 6, glucose 70 g/L, yeast extract 5 g/L 그리고 $CaCl_2$ 0.1 g/L일 때에 최대값을 나타났다. Starch와 peptone 그리고 $K_2HPO_4$의 농도가 증가할수록 차가버섯 균사체의 성장속도는 증가하였으나, $MgSO_4{\cdot}7H_2O$의 농도가 증가할수록 차가버섯 균사체의 성장속도는 감소하였다. 차가버섯 균사체의 최대 성장 속도를 위한 액체배지는 glucose 70 g/L, peptone 5-20 g/L, starch 10 g/L, yeast extract 5 g/L, $K_2HPO_4$ 2 g/L 그리고 $CaCl_2$ 0.1 g/L로 구성된다.

Inonotus obliquus (차가버섯) 추출물의 EBV 양성 인간위암에 대한 in vivo 항종양 효능 연구 (Anti-tumor effect of Inonotus obliquus in xenograft animals with EBV+human gastric carcinoma)

  • 차가버섯(Inonotus obliquus)은 다양한 생리활성을 가진 약용버섯으로 항암, 항산화, 항염효능 등을 가진 것으로 보고되었다. EBV 양성 위암은 EBV관련 암 중 가장 빈번하게 나타나는 형태로 EBV 잠복감염이 그 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 차가버섯 주정추출물의 경구투여를 통해 EBV 양성 인간위암(SNU719) 세포주를 면역결핍 쥐에 주입 후 생기는 고형암 생성억제에 대한 효능을 연구하였다. 또한, 실험종료 후, 각각의 종양조직을 절제하여 항종양 억제기전을 탐구하였다. In vivo 종양생성억제 실험에서 차가버섯은 유의적으로 고형암 생성억제 효능을 보였다. 차가버섯이 투여된 동물유래 종양조직에서 세포자멸사와 관련된 p53, p21 및 Bax의 발현이 크게 증가하였으며, 이는 cleaved caspase-9와 cleaved Parp 발현의 상승과 동반하여 항종양 효능이 세포자멸사를 통해 나타남을 제시하였다. 또한, 이러한 항종양 효능은 세포주 내 잠복되어 있는 EBV 바이러스 유전자인 BZLF-1 및 LMP-2의 발현에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

차가버섯 추출염액을 이용한 닥섬유 혼방직물의 염색성과 항균효과 (Dyeing Properties and the Antibacterial Activity of Mulberry Fiber/Cotton Blended Fabrics with Inonotus obliquus)

  • The dyeing properties of mulberry fiber/cotton blended fabric with Inonotus obliquus are studied through the investigation of the effects of dyeing conditions, such as the concentration of Inonotus obliquus extract colorants, dyeing temperature, time, and pH values on dye uptakes (K/S). In addition, the effects of mordant on the dye uptakes and antibacterial activities are investigated. The results are summarized as follows. The dye uptakes of dyed fabric increased gradually with an increase concentration of Inonotus obliquus extract colorants, the K/S value was the highest when the dyeing temperature was $60^{\circ}C$ for a duration of 60 minutes. As the pH value of the dyeing solution changed to more acidic, the dyeability of the, fabric was improved. The K/S value recorded the highest at pH 3. The antibacterial activities of dyed and unmordanted mulberry fiber/cotton blended fabric showed a high Staphylococcus aureus reduction rate.
