맞춤 골프장갑의 구매의도에 따른 혁신기술수용모델(TAM)의 차이 (The Difference of TAM According to Purchase Intention of Customized Golf Gloves)

  • This study investigates the attitude and intention of consumers to use customized golf gloves depending on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). TAM consists of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness. To conduct the quantitative research, we collected data from 182 consumers. SPSS 14.0 was used for statistical analysis. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and path analysis were implemented. The results of this study are as follows. First, the subjects were divided into two groups with one group higher in purchase intention. The difference between the two groups was significant. The higher purchase intention group was higher in the perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and positive attitude toward customized golf gloves than the lower purchase intention group. In the lower group, the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influenced the intention to use through the attitudes of consumers. On the other hand, in the higher group, the perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness influenced the intention to use directly as well as through the attitude of consumers. Therefore, a different marketing strategy must be designed according to purchase intention in marketing innovative products.

  • 리히텐슈타인의 글로벌 전동공구 기업 Hilti는 유럽의 미소국에서 작은 가족기업으로 출발하여 태생적인 입지적 약점을 극복하고, 현재 120여 개국에 진출한 건설장비 및 공구산업에서 글로벌 기업으로 자리매김한 하나의 성공사례이다. 또한 Hilti의 글로벌 시장성공은 국제경쟁력 결정요인으로서 요소조건과 수요조건 등 일국의 내생적 조건의 중요성을 설명하는 Porter의 diamond 이론에 배치되는 하나의 사례로 평가될 수 있다. 즉, Hilti의 글로벌 시장 성공사례는 누가 무엇을 얼마나 가지고 출발하느냐가 아니라 주어진 환경조건에서 자신의 역량을 얼마나 효율적으로 활용하느냐에 따라 기업은 타고난 내생적 한계를 극복하고 경쟁적 지위를 확보하는데 더 중요하다는 사실을 확인시켜주고 있다. 본 사례연구에서는 Hilti의 글로벌 경쟁력 및 성공요인을 기업특유자산과 전략특유자산 관점에서 분석하고, 시장성공 요인을 고품질의 제품개발역량, 조직 혁신성, 고객지향에 입각한 마케팅전략 그리고 글로벌화 전략 등으로 제시하였다. Hilti의 글로벌 성공에서 한국 제조 중소기업들에게 제시될 수 있는 시사점은 무엇보다 기업의 혁신 노력과 고객지향에 기반 한 명확한 비즈니스 전략과 전략의 구현이라고 할 수 있다.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달과 정보통신 네트워크의 확산으로 인해 기존의 경제활동 방법과 거래수단, 거래대상과 범위는 커다란 변화를 맞이하고 있다 인터넷 상거래가 제공하는 많은 혜택 측 비용효율성, 구매편리성, 소비시간의 경제성, 다양한 제품의 검색기능성 등온 종래 의 상거래에 대한 인식과 개념에 대한 일대 변혁올 가져오고 있다. 전자상거래 시장의 성장과 전망은 조사방식과 조사기관 별로 다른 결과를 보여주고 있는데, 국내 쇼핑몰 업체수 의 변화를 보면 빠르게 진입과 퇴출이 발생하는 불안전성을 보이고 있다. 그러나 전반적으 로는 시간의 흐톰에 따라 인터넷을 통한 기업간 전자상거래 및 기업 소비자간 전자상거래 시장규모가 급격히 증가하고 있는 것만은 틀림이 없는 현상이다. 그러나 인터넷이 생활의 일부가 된 지금 인터넷은 단지 시간과 공간을 초뭘하여 전세계로 열려있다는 가능성한을 제시할 뿐, 인터넷 쇼핑몰올 운영하는데 있어서 성과는 매우 다양하게 나타나고 있다. 따라 서 본연구에서는 전자상거래 이용시 인터넷 통신 환경, 상품/서비스에 대한 위험, 주문과정 에서의 편의성, 보안과정상의 위힘 요인이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자 안족에 영향을 미치는 영 향을 실증분석을 통해 검토해 보았다. 실증분석 결과, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 이용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 상대적 크기를 살펴본 결파 편의성이 이용자의 만족에 가장 큰 영향올 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉 인터넷을 통하여 상품이나 서비스를 제공받는 고객들은 인터넷 의 편리함이 고객만족의 결정에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었으며 인터넷 쇼핑시 소비자가 지각하는 상품이나 서비스에 대한 위험과 보안상의 위헝울 어떻게 제거하 느냐의 문제도 인터넷 쇼핑몰 기업측면에서 중요시해야할 요인으로 나타났다.

생활방식품패확장적품패자산건모(生活方式品牌扩张的品牌资产建模): 침대Y세대화영인조소비자적전략로경(针对Y世代和婴儿潮消费者的战略路径) (Modeling Brand Equity for Lifestyle Brand Extensions: A Strategic Approach into Generation Y vs. Baby Boomer)

  • 今天, 受到成熟零售市场挑战的时装市场需要新的 "品牌发展" 典范来提高他们的竞争优势. 时装市场的一个重要议题是为满足消费者由于生活方式的变化而产生的特别需求所进行的生活方式品牌扩张. 时装品牌扩张到生活方式产品类别, Y世代和婴儿潮可以说是新兴的 "前景"(婴儿潮的消费者正在改变他们的生活方式. Y世代正经历着他们生命阶段的变化). 他们有购买新产品的需求. 因此, 服装公司为品牌扩张注重消费群从而在新的产品类别中建立和管理他们的品牌资产是乐观的. 本文的研究目的是(a)评估母品牌和子品牌的品牌资产. (b)鉴定消费者对品牌扩张的感知营销因素. (c)评估两个选择的群体(Y世代和婴儿潮)的营销因素和扩张到生活方式的产品类别(包括家居时尚产品)品牌的品牌资产之间因果关系的结构方程模型. 关于理论框架, 本文关注传统的营销4P组合来鉴定哪个营销因素在品牌扩张资产方面更重要. 比较营销可以建立 "品牌扩张资产", 从而成功的进入新类别. 借鉴相关的文献, 通过关注选择的消费者(Y世代, 婴儿潮), 本研究发展的研究假设结合了品牌资产因子和营销因素. 在品牌扩张至生活方式产品的背景下, 品牌资产的构念包括品牌认知/联合, 品牌感知(例如感知质量, 情感价值)和从CBBE因子(Keller, 2001)中而来的品牌共鸣. 据推测, 通过品牌扩张至生活方式产品, 市场营销要素在品牌认知/联合, 品牌感知方面创建品牌扩张资产, 进而影响品牌的共鸣. 为了收集数据, 样本由韩国Y世代的女性消费者和在婴儿潮中出生的消费者. 这些在婴儿潮中出生的消费者由于生活周期的改变而对生活方式产品有较高的需求. 在韩国Y世代(n=326)和婴儿潮(n=325)的女性消费者中共有651份有用的问卷被使用. 我们用LISREL8.8测试了使用相关矩阵的结构和测量模型. 结果显示品牌扩张的感知营销因素包括三个因子: 价格/店铺形象, 产品和广告. 在Y世代的模型中, 价格/店铺形象对品牌资产因素有积极的影响(例如品牌认知/联合, 感知质量). 同时, 在品牌扩张中产品对情感价值有积极的影响. 品牌认知/联合有可能提高感知质量和情感价值, 从而对扩张至生活方式产积极的品牌产生品牌共鸣. 在婴儿潮消费者模型中, 价格/店铺形象对感知质量有积极的影响, 感知质量可以创造品牌扩张的品牌共鸣. 产品对质量感知和情感价值有正的影响, 这些都会消费者产生对扩张至生活方式产品的品牌的品牌共鸣. 但是, 在这两个群体中广告和品牌资产都是负相关. 本研究为时装营销者提供了发展成功的品牌扩张战略以及可持续的竞争优势的见解. 本研究补充和扩展了先前的有关通过营销努力的因素促使品牌扩张成功的研究. 研究结果支持为进入新的产品类别, 时装品牌扩张(Aaker and Keller, 1990; Tauber, 1998; Shine et al., 2007; Pitta and Katsanis, 1995)和营销行动的增效作用. 因此, 我们推荐营销者同时针对Y世代和婴儿潮一代通过标准化的营销推广进入新产品类别(例如家具)可以降低营销成本. 时装营销者可以(a)提供高价的产品线. (b)在韩国通过零售渠道(例如专门百货商店)强调高档特征的商店形象定位. (c)结合服装与生活方式产品包括新颖的款式和设计师的限量版. 对品牌资产,成功品牌延伸的关键是消费者的品牌认知度和品牌联合,确保新产品类别的品牌特征. 对于营销者来说, 在进入新产品类别的时候知道什么有助于更具体的联合是必要的. 对时装品牌而言, 品牌扩张的第二个关键是进入 "奢侈" 生活方式新产品类别的途径. 更高的价格或店铺形象都对质量感知有影响. 而质量感知可以引起品牌共鸣. 更重要的是, 本研究提高了对品牌扩张的理论理解并对营销者提出了在制定针对Y世代和婴儿潮一代消费者的行销项目时的方向.

벤처기업의 기술사업화역량과 경쟁전략이 성장전망에 미치는 영향: 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과를 중심으로 (The Effects of Technology Commercialization Capability and Competitive Strategy of Venture Companies on Growth Prospects: Focused on Mediating Effect of Business Model Innovation)

  • 벤처 창업이 크게 늘었으나 단기 성과로 성공여부를 판단하기는 어려우며, 지속적인 성장 전망을 보여주지 않고서는 기업의 생존을 담보할 수 없다. 벤처기업의 성장 요인으로 기술사업화역량 수준과 경쟁전략에 따른 경쟁력 수준이 중요하게 다루어지는 가운데 최근에는 혁신적인 비즈니스모델의 등장이 새로운 사업기회를 창출하면서 수많은 벤처 스타트업들의 성장을 견인하고 있다. 본 연구는 기술사업화역량 및 경쟁전략이 벤처기업의 성장전망에 미치는 영향관계에서 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2021년 벤처기업정밀실태조사 원데이터를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 기술사업화역량의 제품화, 생산화, 마케팅 역량 및 경쟁전략의 원가우위, 차별화 수준은 성장전망에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 생산화역량을 제외한 모든 요인과 성장전망 간에 비즈니스모델 혁신의 매개효과도 검증되었다. 본 연구는 단기적 기업성과 외에 장기적 성장전망에 미치는 영향요인을 새롭게 조명하고 비즈니스모델 혁신이라는 새로운 매개변수를 밝히는 등 연구 범위를 확대하였다. 향후 연구에서는 객관적 측정도구의 개발, 산업특성에 따른 차이 규명이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

스타트업 관련 최근 국내 연구 동향: 연구 변수들에 대한 소셜 네트워크 분석을 중심으로 (Recent Domestic Research Trend Over Startups: Focusing on the Social Network Analysis of Research Variables)

  • 본 연구는 스타트업 관련 국내 등재 논문들에 활용된 변수들을 분석하여 스타트업 관련 최근 연구 동향을 파악하고자 함이 목적이다. 대상 논문은 스타트업을 제목에 포함한 국내 등재 논문으로서 스타트업이라는 용어를 제목에 포함한 2013년 첫 등재 논문부터 2020년까지의 논문 108편이다. 본 연구의 분석방법은 전체 변수들에 대하여 클러스터링 및 빈도 분석을 실시하고, 유의한 관계를 가지는 변수들 간 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 진행하는 것으로 구성되어 있다. 텍스트 네트워크 분석을 위한 시각화툴은 Gephi를 활용하였다. 변수들에 대하여 분석한 결과는 첫째, 독립변수는 주로 스타트업의 내부적 요인에 대한 것과 외부적 환경에 대한 변수들로 구성되어 있지만, 초기 기업의 특성, 조직의 혁신성 등 스타트업의 특성으로 인하여 주로 내부적 요인, 예컨대 기업내부역량, 마케팅4P전략, 기업가정신, 협력방법, 변혁적 리더십, 기업특성, 린스타트업전략, 사내커뮤니케이션, 가치지향성, 과업갈등, 관계갈등, 지식공유 등에 대한 분석이 비중을 더 많이 차지한다는 점이다. 둘째, 종속변수는 주로 성과에 관련한 것으로서 상위 개념으로 클러스터링 하면 재무적 성과와 비재무적 성과로 크게 분류할 수 있다. 즉 스타트업은 매출 등 재무적 성과가 본격적으로 나타나기 어려운 상황이므로 재무적 성과뿐만 아니라 비재무적 성과, 예컨대 경영성과, 팀성과, SCM성과 등에 대한 관심이 높음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 알 수 있는 점은 스타트업을 주제로 한 등재 논문수가 많지 않은 상황임에도 불구하고 특정한 연구주제보다는 다양한 주제들에 대한 접근이 이뤄지고 있다는 것이다. 예컨대, 최신 트렌드를 반영하는 주제들도 등장하는데, 린스타트업전략, 크라우드펀딩, 인플루언서, 액셀러레이터 등은 시대상을 반영하는 주제라고 할 수 있다.

SNS 소셜 빅데이터를 통한 아웃도어 의류 소비자 특성과 주요 아웃도어 의류 브랜드 현황 분석 (Analysis of Outdoor Wear Consumer Characteristics and Leading Outdoor Wear Brands Using SNS Social Big Data)

  • Consumers have come to demand high quality, affordable prices, and innovative product designs of the outdoor wear market due to their well-being and leisure oriented lifestyle. A new system of business in outdoor wear has emerged in the process through which corporations have endeavored to satisfy such consumer needs. Outdoor wear brands have utilized social network services (SNS) such as Facebook and Twitter as means of marketing and have built close relations with consumers based on communication through these media. Recently, explosively escalating SNS data are referred to as social big data, and now that every consumer online is a commentator, reviewer, and publisher, the outdoor wear market and all of its brands have to stop talking and start listening to how they are perceived. Therefore, this study employs Social $Metrics^{TM}$, a social big data analysis solution by Daumsoft, Inc., to verify changes in the allusions related to outdoor wear market found on SNS. This study aims to identify changes in consumer perceptions of outdoor wear based on changes in outdoor wear search words and trends in positive and negative public opinion found in SNS social big data. In addition, products of interest, the major brands mentioned, the attributes taken into consideration during purchases of products, and consumers' psychology were categorized and analyzed by means of keywords related to outdoor wear brands found on SNS. The results of this study will provide fundamental resources for outdoor wear brands' market entry and brand strategy implementation in the future.

양방향기능의 보완으로서 PVR(Personal Video Recorder)서비스 분석: 위성방송사례를 중심으로 (Analysis on PVR Service as a Supplementary Function of Interactive Service: Based on Satellite Broadcasting Subscribers)

  • 방송통신융합을 통해 양방향 기능이 방송에서 차지하는 비중이 점차 확장되고 있지만, 위성방송의 경우 양방향 기능이 IPTV나 케이블TV에 비해 뒤쳐져 이에 대한 전략적 서비스로 PVR이 도입되었다. 본 연구는 위성방송가입자들의 PVR 이용행태분석을 통해 현재 도입되고 있는 클라우드 PVR의 주력 서비스 방향에 실증적 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 위성방송가입자들의 PVR 이용분석 결과, 주된 PVR 이용기능은 '시간대 이동(time-shifting)'으로 나타났으며, PVR의 이용이 많은 이용자일수록 TV 시청량이 증가하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 PVR이 방송프로그램을 시청하는데 있어 장르의 집중(concentration)보다는 다양화(diversification)를 가져오는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 PVR의 활성화는 온에어 방송의 시청시간을 자유롭게 변경함으로써 TV이용의 증가 및 다양한 장르의 시청유도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

패션산업에서 3D 프린트 제품에 대한 소비자 태도 및 구매의도연구 (A study on consumer attitudes and purchase intentions for 3D printed products in the fashion industry)

  • Recently, the textile and fashion industry has adopted 3D printing technology, through which filaments are accumulated continuously in the form of sections to produce digitalized three-dimensional fashion products. Little research has been done regarding the consumer perspectives on 3D printed fashion product. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of consumer innovativeness, uniqueness, and perception factors on consumer attitudes and purchasing intentions for 3D printed fashion products. A questionnaire was given to consumers living in Seoul and Kyunggi, South Korea. The data obtained from the 159 completed questionnaires was analyzed by regression analysis, factor analysis, and Cronbach's alpha using SPSS 24.0. The results were as follows: First, consumer innovativeness and uniqueness, in descending order, positively affect the perceived social image. Consumer innovativeness positively affects perceived aesthetics and consumer uniqueness positively affects perceived novelty. Second, social image has a positive effect on consumer attitudes to 3D printed fashion products. Third, consumer attitude positively affects purchasing intentions towards 3D printed fashion products. Fourth, consumer innovativeness and uniqueness, in descending order, have a positive effect on consumer attitudes and purchasing intentions for 3D printed fashion products. Fifth, social image and novelty, in descending order, positively affect purchase intentions for 3D printed fashion products. Therefore fashion firms should develop their marketing strategy to focus on innovative, unique consumers as a main target and aim to enhance buyers' social image by using 3D printed fashion products.

Perceptional Change of a New Product, DMB Phone

  • Digital Convergence means integration between industry, technology, and contents, and in marketing, it usually comes with creation of new types of product and service under the base of digital technology as digitalization progress in electro-communication industries including telecommunication, home appliance, and computer industries. One can see digital convergence not only in instruments such as PC, AV appliances, cellular phone, but also in contents, network, service that are required in production, modification, distribution, re-production of information. Convergence in contents started around 1990. Convergence in network and service begins as broadcasting and telecommunication integrates and DMB(digital multimedia broadcasting), born in May, 2005 is the symbolic icon in this trend. There are some positive and negative expectations about DMB. The reason why two opposite expectations exist is that DMB does not come out from customer's need but from technology development. Therefore, customers might have hard time to interpret the real meaning of DMB. Time is quite critical to a high tech product, like DMB because another product with same function from different technology can replace the existing product within short period of time. If DMB does not positioning well to customer's mind quickly, another products like Wibro, IPTV, or HSPDA could replace it before it even spreads out. Therefore, positioning strategy is critical for success of DMB product. To make correct positioning strategy, one needs to understand how consumer interprets DMB and how consumer's interpretation can be changed via communication strategy. In this study, we try to investigate how consumer perceives a new product, like DMB and how AD strategy change consumer's perception. More specifically, the paper segment consumers into sub-groups based on their DMB perceptions and compare their characteristics in order to understand how they perceive DMB. And, expose them different printed ADs that have messages guiding consumer think DMB in specific ways, either cellular phone or personal TV. Research Question 1: Segment consumers according to perceptions about DMB and compare characteristics of segmentations. Research Question 2: Compare perceptions about DMB after AD that induces categorization of DMB in direction for each segment. If one understand and predict a direction in which consumer perceive a new product, firm can select target customers easily. We segment consumers according to their perception and analyze characteristics in order to find some variables that can influence perceptions, like prior experience, usage, or habit. And then, marketing people can use this variables to identify target customers and predict their perceptions. If one knows how customer's perception is changed via AD message, communication strategy could be constructed properly. Specially, information from segmented customers helps to develop efficient AD strategy for segment who has prior perception. Research framework consists of two measurements and one treatment, O1 X O2. First observation is for collecting information about consumer's perception and their characteristics. Based on first observation, the paper segment consumers into two groups, one group perceives DMB similar to Cellular phone and the other group perceives DMB similar to TV. And compare characteristics of two segments in order to find reason why they perceive DMB differently. Next, we expose two kinds of AD to subjects. One AD describes DMB as Cellular phone and the other Ad describes DMB as personal TV. When two ADs are exposed to subjects, consumers don't know their prior perception of DMB, in other words, which subject belongs 'similar-to-Cellular phone' segment or 'similar-to-TV' segment? However, we analyze the AD's effect differently for each segment. In research design, final observation is for investigating AD effect. Perception before AD is compared with perception after AD. Comparisons are made for each segment and for each AD. For the segment who perceives DMB similar to TV, AD that describes DMB as cellular phone could change the prior perception. And AD that describes DMB as personal TV, could enforce the prior perception. For data collection, subjects are selected from undergraduate students because they have basic knowledge about most digital equipments and have open attitude about a new product and media. Total number of subjects is 240. In order to measure perception about DMB, we use indirect measurement, comparison with other similar digital products. To select similar digital products, we pre-survey students and then finally select PDA, Car-TV, Cellular Phone, MP3 player, TV, and PSP. Quasi experiment is done at several classes under instructor's allowance. After brief introduction, prior knowledge, awareness, and usage about DMB as well as other digital instruments is asked and their similarities and perceived characteristics are measured. And then, two kinds of manipulated color-printed AD are distributed and similarities and perceived characteristics for DMB are re-measured. Finally purchase intension, AD attitude, manipulation check, and demographic variables are asked. Subjects are given small gift for participation. Stimuli are color-printed advertising. Their actual size is A4 and made after several pre-test from AD professionals and students. As results, consumers are segmented into two subgroups based on their perceptions of DMB. Similarity measure between DMB and cellular phone and similarity measure between DMB and TV are used to classify consumers. If subject whose first measure is less than the second measure, she is classified into segment A and segment A is characterized as they perceive DMB like TV. Otherwise, they are classified as segment B, who perceives DMB like cellular phone. Discriminant analysis on these groups with their characteristics of usage and attitude shows that Segment A knows much about DMB and uses a lot of digital instrument. Segment B, who thinks DMB as cellular phone doesn't know well about DMB and not familiar with other digital instruments. So, consumers with higher knowledge perceive DMB similar to TV because launching DMB advertising lead consumer think DMB as TV. Consumers with less interest on digital products don't know well about DMB AD and then think DMB as cellular phone. In order to investigate perceptions of DMB as well as other digital instruments, we apply Proxscal analysis, Multidimensional Scaling technique at SPSS statistical package. At first step, subjects are presented 21 pairs of 7 digital instruments and evaluate similarity judgments on 7 point scale. And for each segment, their similarity judgments are averaged and similarity matrix is made. Secondly, Proxscal analysis of segment A and B are done. At third stage, get similarity judgment between DMB and other digital instruments after AD exposure. Lastly, similarity judgments of group A-1, A-2, B-1, and B-2 are named as 'after DMB' and put them into matrix made at the first stage. Then apply Proxscal analysis on these matrixes and check the positional difference of DMB and after DMB. The results show that map of segment A, who perceives DMB similar as TV, shows that DMB position closer to TV than to Cellular phone as expected. Map of segment B, who perceive DMB similar as cellular phone shows that DMB position closer to Cellular phone than to TV as expected. Stress value and R-square is acceptable. And, change results after stimuli, manipulated Advertising show that AD makes DMB perception bent toward Cellular phone when Cellular phone-like AD is exposed, and that DMB positioning move towards Car-TV which is more personalized one when TV-like AD is exposed. It is true for both segment, A and B, consistently. Furthermore, the paper apply correspondence analysis to the same data and find almost the same results. The paper answers two main research questions. The first one is that perception about a new product is made mainly from prior experience. And the second one is that AD is effective in changing and enforcing perception. In addition to above, we extend perception change to purchase intention. Purchase intention is high when AD enforces original perception. AD that shows DMB like TV makes worst intention. This paper has limitations and issues to be pursed in near future. Methodologically, current methodology can't provide statistical test on the perceptual change, since classical MDS models, like Proxscal and correspondence analysis are not probability models. So, a new probability MDS model for testing hypothesis about configuration needs to be developed. Next, advertising message needs to be developed more rigorously from theoretical and managerial perspective. Also experimental procedure could be improved for more realistic data collection. For example, web-based experiment and real product stimuli and multimedia presentation could be employed. Or, one can display products together in simulated shop. In addition, demand and social desirability threats of internal validity could influence on the results. In order to handle the threats, results of the model-intended advertising and other "pseudo" advertising could be compared. Furthermore, one can try various level of innovativeness in order to check whether it make any different results (cf. Moon 2006). In addition, if one can create hypothetical product that is really innovative and new for research, it helps to make a vacant impression status and then to study how to form impression in more rigorous way.
