본 연구는 기업이 원하는 맞춤형 인재육성과 함께 질적 불일치 해소와 최근 대두되고 있는 무업자 증가 및 청년실업률 완화에 기여할 수를 있기 위해 단순 교육차원의 산학협력이 아닌 고용이라는 실질적 가치창출로 연계되는 한국형 IT인턴쉽 모델 개발과 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. IT인턴쉽 시범운영한 참여기업 및 인턴학생에 대해서 실태조사를 한 결과, 재학 중의 인턴쉽 경험이 취업에 도움을 주고 있음을 알 수 있었으며, 현장실습기간이 길수록 취업에 도움의 정도가 커진다고 생각하고 있다. 학력보다는 전공 및 직무위주의 인턴사원을 매칭하고 사전교육의 효과로 신입사원 수준의 업무를 부여하고 수행하여 인턴쉽 내용이 질적으로 상승하게 되었다. 지방학생 채용비율 56%로 지역특화 산업과 연관된 기술 분야의 지방학생에 대한 기업의 선호도가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 연수기관의 87%가 재참여 희망하였으며, 이중 61% 연수생을 채용 희망의사를 표시하여 고용연계 가능성을 확인 하였다. 또한 연수생들의 68.3%가 인턴 후 중소기업에 대해 긍정적으로 이미지 전환되어 인턴사업이 중소기업에 대한 기존의 부정적 선입견 완화에 기여 하고 있음을 보여 주고 있다.

경영환경의 글로벌화와 급속한 기술 발전 속에서 자금력이 부족한 중소기업에게 기술력과 정보력은 무기가 되고, 기업의 경쟁력 강화와 경영혁신을 위하여 정보화는 가장 효율적이면서도 강력한 경영수단이 된다. 이에 따라 대부분의 중소 제조기업들이 정보화를 추진하기 위해서 ERP시스템을 도입한다. 그러나 ERP 시스템 도입에 따른 가시적인 성과를 드러낸 사례는 그렇게 많지 않은 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 중소 제조기업의 정보화 경영체제 구축 방안에 대해 살펴보고 수립된 구축 전략을 바탕으로 국내 중소 제조기업에 적용하였다. 특히, 중소기업과 제조기업이라는 특성을 고려한 정보화경영체제 전략을 수립하여 적용하였다.

This research is about global investment for managing the important position, what Korea is doing in World's main market. Considering there are some differences between developed countries' model and developing countries' model in doing direct overseas investment, they target to get political agreement and develop the new invest plan and strategy by understanding changes of Korean manufacturing companies in direct overseas investment between 2000 and 2007 and analyzing the change of yearly investment motivation factors and determining factors for investment. The result from this result let us know that company should develop their own idea for their competitive advantage by doing direct overseas investment with the existing theory which convinces the need of competitive advantage for investing overseas. I set actual model and analyze results from it with the considering that it is so important to get knowledge and information for globalizing companies to invest overseas and companies, which want to be world leading ones for their field through innovation and changes, need to have more active strategy. And, the overseas investment, which was already done in other countries, 1. Review its realities and tendency in terms of investing countries, investing industries, and its scale. 2. Set up an actual model, based on strategic combination of investing location select and determination of Korean manufacturing companies and yearly investing factor-effect analysis. 3. Analyze how the situational factors have influenced and what factors would be considered for direct overseas investment. From the analyzing result, even though it is fairly true that raising wage and getting resources, avoiding customs, and developing alternating industries for export had influenced at the beginning, overseas investing companies' policy will be influenced by the results from studying marketing-pursuit type, which emphasizes to manage trade income and outgo, keeping the balance in the black, ensuring raw materials, local producing and manufacturing by using low-wage people for local sale, and situation for changing investing tendency as service industry.

최근 스마트워크는 기존의 스마트워크 개념이 진일보한 것으로서, 높은 연결성, 집단 지성, 빠른 피드백 등의 속성을 가지고 있는 소셜 매체 기술과 개방적 혁신, 다중지능이론 등을 추가하였다. 이러한 스마트워크를 통하여 고객 지향적 업무를 창의적이고 혁신적으로 신속하게 수행하여 고객에게 높은 가치를 제공하고자 하는 업무방식을 의미한다. 이러한 스마트워크 개념의 진화에 따라 진보한 스마트워크를 조기에 실현하고, 세계 스마트워크 시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 스마트워크 시장을 주도할 핵심기술에 대한 분석을 통한 기술개발 및 표준화 전략 수립이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 스마트워크 개념 변화, 기술 및 표준화 동향 등을 분석하여 우리나라가 선도할 기술 및 표준화 대상과제를 도출하고 중장기 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다.

최근 초고층화, 지하 공간 활용 등 미래 환경이 변화함에 따라 새로운 유형의 재난이 발생하고 있으며, 재난의 대형화, 한미 FTA 체결 등 소방산업 외부환경이 변화하고 있다. 이로 인해 어느 때보다 소방산업의 기술혁신 필요성이 대두 되고 있다. 이와 더불어 우리나라 소방제품은 선진국의 소방산업 제품에 대하여는 기술경쟁에서 어려움을 겪고, 동남아시아, 중국 등의 소방제품에 대하여는 가격경쟁력이 취약한 문제를 안고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해 국내 소방산업에서는 R&D 활성화를 통한 소방산업 기술자립화를 확립하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 R&D 현황 과 국내소방산업 R&D 현황을 분석하고, 이에 대한 문제점 및 개선점을 고찰하여 R&D 활성화를 통한 국내 소방산업 육성방안을 제시하고자 한다.

A prerequisite for improving the quality of a product is to enhance the quality of its parts supplied from outsourced enterprises. An enterprise certified by ISO 9001 Quality Management System is expected to develop their effective quality assurance system and maintain it through continuous control and improvement, thereby ensuring the good quality of products that they produce. However, it is reported that small and medium-sized enterprises certified by ISO 9001 have difficulty establishing an effective quality assurance system. This study aims to propose a new method of improving a quality assurance system that can be more effective in small and medium-sized enterprises. This study collectively considered requirements specified in several international standards on quality system and the results of expert group brainstorming to identify evaluation areas and items for assessing a quality assurance system. Based on these evaluation areas and items, a set of checklists for diagnosing and improving a quality assurance system was developed. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of the proposed method, this study applied it to ten small and medium-sized enterprises and could identify four approaches for improving their current quality assurance system. The presented improvement method, which consists of establishment of quality goals and quality innovation plan, defective products corrective activities, 4M and design change process, improvement of customer quality information management, is expected to be utilized as a useful tool for the enhancement of the quality assurance system of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The purpose of this paper is to study renovation plan of value chain from a user's viewpoint by making practical application of digital technology in Korea and China. And it is surely meaningful to investigate the important motivation factors of continuous using smart-phone in two countries, and to analyze the improving effect toward to the quality of life in continuous using smart-phone. By this study we can expect the value improving effect of user experience. The results of hypothesis testing can be summarized as follows: First, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea and China. Secondly, the hypothesis that positive affect has a plus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Thirdly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on pragmatic value is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Fourthly, the hypothesis that negative affect has a minus effect on hedonic value is accepted in two countries. Fifthly, the hypothesis that pragmatic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is rejected in two countries. Sixthly, the hypothesis that hedonic value has a plus effect on life satisfaction is accepted in Korea, but rejected in China. Seventhly, the hypothesis that there is a difference in positive affect, negative affect, pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction between Korea and China is rejected in positive affect and negative affect, but accepted in pragmatic value, hedonic value and life satisfaction. In the competition among enterprises, user experience instead of goods themselves became influential as a differential factor. And many advanced enterprises began taking a serious view of customer's happiness and user experience improvement.

본 연구는 수업의 질 관리 및 개선을 위해 A대학에서 실행되고 있는 교과목 CQI양식에 대해 살펴보았다. A대학에서는 역량기반 교육과정으로의 개편아래에 수업의 계획, 과정, 결과가 체계적으로 관리 될 수 있도록 CQI양식을 개선하였다. 본 연구는 문헌연구를 통해 CQI양식을 제안하였고 외부 전문가검증을 통해서 타당성을 확보하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CQI양식 개발시 수업의 계획, 운영, 결과, 피드백 등 수업의 전 과정을 평가 및 환류 할 수 있도록 문항을 구성하였다. 둘째, 지난학기-당해학기-다음학기 이렇게 3단계로 나누어 종합분석 및 개선 계획을 작성하도록 하여 지속적인 수업의 개선 및 환류의 효과를 얻도록 하였다. 셋째, CQI작성시 수업계획서, 강의평가 결과를 연동하여 교수자의 편리성을 높였다. 넷째, 교수자에게 객관적인 결과(평가도구별 성취도 결과, 강의평가 결과)를 제공하여 이를 토대로 충분한 성찰을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 향후 교과목 CQI 개발에 시사점을 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
