The purpose of this research is to study the effectiveness of applying Information technology to education, so-called education informatization. Education informatiantion consists of building information infrastructure, educational course operation and improvement of the teacher's ICT ( Information and Communication Technology) ability to consolidate and teach educational information development and diffusion. In this study, we've studied the effects of the use of IT on the improvement of student's class Participation and understanding level, We set the hypotheses and tested them. A method of teaching and learning using IT influences the degree of class participation. Educational courses and a method of teaching and learning have been proved to affect the understanding of a lecture. Also, we validated the educational effectiveness on the educational course and class teaching by setting WIS (Weighted least square) on the IT utilization time.

This study analyzed the trend and problems in the design of contents developed by teachers, and suggested strategies for improvement. It analyzed the contents ranked as the first level in the Research Competition on Educational Informatization for the last 3 years. Concerning the 8 types of instructional activities and the 6 types of knowledge acquisition, most contents took limited types(i.e., the individual tutoring type, the concept learning type and the principle learning type). In addition, when the contents were evaluated according to the quality certification criteria for educational software, it was found that the quality level of the design was low in many criteria. When the content analysis was applied for the in-depth analysis of design characteristics, various problems were found in the areas such as evaluation, feedback and learning objectives. Also other common problems were found in the design areas such as level-based differentiated learning, interaction between students and contents, presentation of text and narration, utilization of information on a student, screen design, the content level appropriate for students. In relation to the problems found from the analysis, some strategies for improvement were suggested concerning the following topics: question selection and guidance for evaluation, content and types of feedback, statement of learning objectives, selection of content, interaction, and screen design.

Modernization of the educational sector requires globalization, democratization, and the transition to an information technology society. The main goal of education at the present stage is to solve the problem of ensuring the priority of the development of education and science. In modern conditions, the quality of training of qualified specialists is becoming particularly relevant. The great role of teacher education is emphasized by its main goal, which is to train specialists who can ensure the versatile and innovative development of a person as a person and the highest value of society, its mental, physical and aesthetic abilities, high moral qualities, and, consequently, the enrichment on this basis of the intellectual, creative and cultural potential of the people. Among the strategic tasks of modernizing higher education is to ensure informatization of the educational process and access to International Information Systems. The essence of the concept of multimedia is clarified. In the context of media education, multimedia lists a number of functions: informational, interpretive, cultural, entertainment, and educational. The need to meet the needs outlined in the article in the conditions of informatization of the educational process requires the teacher to have knowledge and skills in the field of multimedia pedagogical technologies, knowledge of advanced methods and means of modern science. It is considered what relevant concepts of media education have been developed and are being developed in Ukraine and form an important basis for the modernization of education, which will contribute to the construction of an information society in the country and the formation of civil society. Distance learning is considered - the most democratic form of education that allows broad segments of society to get an education. Distance learning methods are used in higher education institutions, in school education, in the system of advanced training of teachers, in the system of training managerial personnel.

The objective of this study is to analyze problems and needs regarding recent education informatization in China and to seek implications for prospective international education cooperation between Korea and China. Toward this end, 76 individual and team reports submitted by Chinese trainees participated in APEC e-Learning Training Program from 2006 to 2013 were analyzed. The results are as follows. First, the most critical problem related to Chinese education informatization was identified as a lack of educational resources. The next three problems identified were, in order of importance, a lack of motivation to use ICT in education, the absence of a system for management and evaluation, and labor shortages in the supply of teachers and professional personnel. Second, with regard to the changing annual trends in China's education informatization needs, the issues of education/training and organizational environment to activate ICT use in education have been ranked high for the last eight years. In contrast, the matter of infrastructure has not been cited as a problem since 2008. However, more recently, the lack of relevant policy and the management and evaluation system have been raised, emphasizing the need for more systematic and professional policies and administrative systems.

The article considers the training of specialists in education in the conditions of distance learning. It is lights up the advantages of distance learning and determined the characteristic features of distance learning of students training in the implementation of these technologies in the educational process. A forecast foresight of the conditions for the development of educational affairs in the Information Society of Ukraine is presented, taking into account changes in the technique, technologies, and the socio-social sphere. Unresolved problems in Ukraine regarding the modernization and improvement of the education system by means of informatization are highlighted. The need for further improvement of Ukrainian education by means of informatization is noted. Formulated the main goal of future education. The necessary conditions for the successful development of future education are highlighted. The role and place of the key figure of the teacher in the education of the future is determined. The article highlights the theoretical and philosophical foundations of professional subjectivity of the future specialist. Recently, the world's pedagogical thought has increasingly focused on how to build an educational process so that it brings a sense of happiness to all its participants. It is believed that this is a new management philosophy in general, although its origins are in ancient Greek sources, which claim that only a happy life has meaning and value. It is found out that the professional subjectivity of a specialist is an important professionally significant quality of the individual, which provides a purposeful and optimal implementation of their mental, personal resources for solving professional and life problems, which is manifested in the desire for self-definition, self-determination, self-regulation and self-improvement in professional activities taking into account the information society. The structure of this phenomenon is shown.

This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Moodle system in the organization of independent work of students of pedagogical profile.The purpose of the article is to analyze the Moodle platform as an innovative element of educational and pedagogical strategies and a component of the educational and methodological content for the self-study of students.Methodology is divided into clusters: general scientific (analysis, classification), ICT methods (modeling, informatization), and philosophical (synergetics). The study revealed the reorientation of Moodle from an auxiliary element to an alternative format in the organization of independent work of student teachers. Prospects for further scientific research determined in the interest of all participants in the educational process in the further development of Moodle as an effective tool for self-education of future teachers.

The purpose of this study has developed a teaching and learning informatization indicator that provides the basis for utilizing or disseminating the beneficial teaching and learning informatization environment promoted by each university. The research method analyzes various informatization indicators developed by KERIS from 2002 to 2015 and recent environment such as Edutech, future education report, teaching and learning field report, and reflects them in indicator development. The development of the third indicator was completed by dividing it into Input, Process, Output stages by reflecting expert opinions in the first and second indicators. As a result, the core words of the university's teaching-learning informatization infrastructure building, sharing of educational resources, open development and sharing, joint purchase of resources, information safety system and literacy education, current status grasping, and resource utilization were derived. In the future, I will fill out the questionnaire to supplement the question through a pilot test and to grasp the current status of teaching and learning informatization in the entire university.
