With the spread of electronic commerce, Internet auction systems have become widely used, because they overcome the spatial and the temporal limitations of traditional auction systems. However, most of current Internet auction systems have many shortcomings such as support for limited auction types, difficulty in registering items, maintenance problems, etc. This paper designs and implements a component-based seller-driven Internet auction system, which complements those traditional auction systems as follows: It allows sellers to select one of the auction types they want by answering questions which eventually lead to a specific auction type; Since it implements five basic auction types according to the principles of component-based development, it is easy to implement diverse types of auction systems with a slight modification to existing components. Further, the use of DAO concept makes it easy to use various commercial database systems.

모듈러 강교량 제작, 조립, 설계, 시공단계에서 상부모듈의 부품정보를 효율적으로 제공하고 교환하기 위하여 BIM(Building Information Modeling) 프로젝트에서 정보교환을 위하여 사용하는 국제표준인 IFC 모델을 활용한 부품정보 라이브러리 구축방법을 제시하였다. 모듈러 강교량의 상부모듈을 구성하는 부품정보를 IFC 모델로 표현하기 위하여 의미론적인 관점에서 기존 IFC 모델에서 부품정보를 표현할 수 있는 엔티티와 모듈러 강교량의 구성요소를 매칭하여 적용하였으며, 구성요소의 역할을 구분하기 위하여 매칭한 엔티티의 타입을 적용하거나 사용자정의 타입으로 정의하였다. 또한, 부품 정보 라이브러리에서 부품 및 조립품의 정보를 해당단계에서 효율적으로 제공하기 위하여 조립체계를 네 단계의 상세수준(LoD)으로 구분하여 정의하였으며, 이를 IFC 모델로 표현하기 위하여 새로운 속성정보를 정의하였다. 마지막으로, IFC 모델과 매칭하여 정의한 정보를 실제 모듈러 강교량 상부모듈에 적용하여 IFC 기반의 시범 라이브러리 정보를 생성하였다.

Two different low rate speech coders using one of four types of lattice vector quantizers(LVQ's) with fairly low complexity were investigated for an application to mobile communications. More specifically, two-stage vector quantizer-lattic vector quantizer(VQ-LVQ) systems and vector differenctial pulse code modulation(VDPCM)systems with lattice vector quantizers simulated to encode the line spectrum frequencies of various sentences at the rate 22 to 39 bits per 20 msec frame. The simulation results showed that the VDPCM system with the lattice VQ can save up to 10 bits/fram compared to the quantization scheme used in QCELP system. For the VQ-LVQ system, the spherical quasi-uniform LVQ below 36 bits/frame outperformed the other 3 types of LVQ's and the pyramidal quasi-uniform LVQ at 37 bits/frame outperformed the other 3 types of LVQ's with the spectral distortion 0.97.

The objectives of this study were: a) to classify the rural women's roles according to degree of participation in farming and decision making, b) to find out the needs for support policy considering the role types, and c) to put forward the programs for supporting rural women according to their role types. This study was based on a literature review, empirical analysis, and opinions from a panel of experts and professionals including rural women in Korea. Based on the findings from this study, the following suggestions should be considered for supporting the rural women according to the types of their roles: 1) Government should enhance the support system for rural women in terms of policy and social system. Careful considerations on the status of woman farmers according to their role types should be reflected in the policy and social system. 2) Family cultural reform, farming helper system, reducing the housework burden, supporting educational expenses, and providing more opportunities for closer contact to the community actions and educational programs should be included in the support system. 3) Rural women's participation in various community action and educational programs should be encouraged by providing diverse incentives, appropriate information and educational supports designed to support woman farmers.

For effective prevention of the spreading and outbreak of crop insects and disease pests, an intensive Pest surveillance system was established to predict their density changes, and distribution. After their initial establishment by either immigration or overwintering, it is necessary to anticipate how they spread out geographically and predict where/when outbreaks are possible. The two major tools, boundary layer atmospheric model (Blayer) and the geographic information system(GIS), have been being developed to facilitate the prediction of pest occurrence in recent days. We are also developing the PeMos (Pest Monitoring System) that is able to manage the pest surveillance data collected from 152 pest monitoring stations in Korea. These three system related to the pest surveillance should be integrated into an internet based comprehensive database management system to facilitate information resources systematically organized and closely linked. Considering various data types and large data size in each system, a new special information management system is suggested. The integrated system should express complex types of information, such as text, multimedia, and other scientific data under the Internet environment. This paper discussed the major three systems, GIS, Blayer, and PeMos, relevant to the crop pest surveillance, then how they can be integrated in a comprehensive system under the Internet environment.

This paper is designed and implemented the data recovery mechanism for 2-D (2-dimensional) bar code system. The data recovery algorithm used the modified Reed-Solomon algorithm and it is implemented into 2-D bar code system. There are 7 types of 2-D bar code system, which are 21x21, 25x25, 41x41, 73x73, 101x101, 177x177. This paper has been experimented that how many data is saved among several 2-D bar code types and how many data re recovered. In the first experiment, the big size 2-D bar code system has many ECC codeword. Therefore, original data cannot be assigned to 2-D bar code system. In the second experiment, even if 35∼40% loss dta for the 2-D bar code system, the 2-D bar code system could have been recovered to original data.

최근 대량으로 쏟아지는 감성공학 연구 결과와 논문들을 가치 있는 자료로 만들기 위해서는 감성 데이터가 산업 전반에 활용될 수 있도록 지표로 정리해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 "웹기반 감성 데이터 베이스 구축 및 보급에 관한 연구" 과제를 통해 작성된 감성 데이터 지표에 입각해서 앞으로 대량으로 출현할 감성공학 데이터의 지속적인 지표화를 위한 과정의 자동화를 제안한다. 문서 데이터의 지표화 작업이 자동요약과 유사하다는 점에 착안하여 자동지표화 시스템을 위한 기술들의 기초가 되는 정보유형 및 주요어 추출, 특성표현을 통한 정보문 추출에 대해 감성공학 코퍼스 분석을 통해 연구하고자 한다. 이는 감성공학 분야에서의 지식관리 시스템이나 자동요약 시스템에 활용될 수 있다. 활용될 수 있다.

모바일서비스는 정보시스템의 기능을 모바일 환경에서 제공하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 모바일서비스의 성공모형은 정보시스템의 성공모형에 모바일의 특성을 적용하여 도출될 수 있다. 다양한 모바일서비스들이 존재하고 있으며 특히, Commerce, Communication, Entertainmant, Information등은 많이 이용되고 있는 모바일서비스 유형들이다. 본 논문에서는 모바일서비스의 성공에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 도출하고 서비스 유형별로 각 요인들이 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 분석해 본다.

The purpose of the study is to develop an integrated knowledge structuring system for the domain of engineering, in which ontology-based literature mining, knowledge acquisition, knowledge integration, and knowledge retrieval are combined using XML-based tag information and ontology management. The system supports combining different types of databases (papers and patents, technologies and innovations) and retrieving different types of knowledge simultaneously. The main objective of the system is to facilitate knowledge acquisition and knowledge retrieval from documents through an ontology-based dynamic similarity calculation and a visualization of automatically structured knowledge. Through experimentations we conducted using 100,000 words economic documents reported in the "Go！ Japan" project for analyzing Japanese industrial situation, and 100,000 words molecular biology Papers, we show the system is Practical enough for accelerating knowledge acquisition and knowledge discovery from the information sea.

본 연구는 우리나라의 전국적 도서관 협력체계 구축을 위한 모델을 개발하고 이를 발전시킬 수 있는 제도개선 방안을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 도서관 협력체계에 관한 이론 분석과 국내 외 도서관 협력체계 현황 및 의견 조사를 통해 우리나라 협력체계의 문제점을 분석하고 이를 토대로 지역중심 협력체계를 근거한 전국적 협력체계모형을 제시하였으며 도서관법 등 관련법과 제도의 개선방안을 제시하였다.
