The Eco-performance assessment program was developed as part of Eco-performance management for buildings at the national level in developed countries. Cases of domestic Green Building Certification(GBC) system was developed but these program's destination of Eco-performance management for buildings needs systematic management by the limited GBC. Generally in the construction industry, Eco-performance management of Building Life-cycle is required. Therefore this paper develop the creation of Eco-performance information and management process, those are from design and maintenance management phases, through suggest the development of a information management for Eco-performance management of buildings. In addition, it makes to decrease the reproduction of information unnecessarily by analyzation of the related association between the information of facilities objects and Eco-performance management. Finally, study the previous reaserch and suggest the BIM by the method of information management and this paper purpose the development of web-based Eco BIM object library management system.

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of information technology resources and quality of information in logistics information system on logistics performance of logistics companies. The questionnaire targets IT manager of logistics companies. In the questionnaire survey for empirical analysis, we conducted a survey and used 125 responses for statistical analysis to validate hypotheses. The results from the empirical model suggest that quality of information in logistics information system tend to be influence by IT resource. And firm's logistics performance is effected by the usefulness of quality of information in logistics information system.

As an interest in the efficiency of public sector expenditures has spread across the world, Korea has operated a self-evaluation system for government projects as a part of the performance-based budget system. However, an evaluation system for public information technology project has been criticized for its lack of validity, which stems from the uniformity of performance management. This study draws insight from knowledge management literature in an attempt to address the problems with the extant performance evaluation system in public agencies. To realize benefits from IT investment, an agency needs to develop its own performance management model for information systems projects, with a focus on the interaction of IT and organizational system. The knowledge management-based framework for IT projects was verified through a case study, with which we discussed the applicability of knowledge management to the evaluation of public information systems projects.

One of The standard issue in riding on the wave of the information system(IS) is records of performance, grow unprecedently fast, and has highly uncertain future. Within the framework of IS Evaluation, The main purpose of this study is to suggest performance quality evaluation system as follows, The Integrated Quality Evaluation Model Design(IQEMD) of Information System helps corporations to improve productivity, customer service and corporate competitive power. To respond flexibly this trend, we have to realize that the information system has to keep the most effective optimal information network at the proper time. The existing evaluation method has been concentrated on the evaluation of a degree of the information system maturity focused on static viewpoints. The evaluation of potential factors to affect the future-oriented performance, that can analyze both unit business being able to apply an information system base was used efficiently well and what performance evaluation item was obtained actually, was insufficient relatively. In this paper, An integrated quality evaluation method will analyze a degree of information system maturity in dynamic evaluation viewpoints rather than in static evaluation viewpoints. finally we estimated the relative degree of importance of each determinant using the AHP methodology The validity of the proposed model was also partially proved using two different methods, holistic and historical approach.

These days business logistics has become one of the very important factors of logistics cost reduction and customer service satisfaction. In order to control business logistics more effectively, many companies must be concerned about logistics performance.This study aims at analyzing information system characteristic and logistics performance. The information system characteristic variables are considered IS resource, IS strategic role. The logistics performance variables are considered logistic cost, customer service.For data on the 301 sampled company, a mail survey using a questionnaire was conducted in this study. The following results were obtained.First, IS characteristic variables were significant for logistics performance. Specially, efficient management of IS manpower and IS planning, present IS were significant for logistics performance. Second, there also were IS manpower and IS planning, present IS that indentifing high logistics performance group and low logistics performance group.

This study set up a hypothesis that the main variables (business environment, business strategy, business policy, logistics information system) of logistics information system utilization under ubiquitous environment would contribute to business performance, and then verified the relation between each variables that have an effect on business performance. The analysis results between each main variable can be summarized as follows. First, among main variables under ubiquitous environment, business environment closely made influence on business performance. Second, business environment, business strategy, and business policy were meaningful among other variables, whereas logistics information system was not meaningful. But, it is known that corporate performance is only meaningful to business environment and business policy. In conclusion, business performance is not achieved by each variable of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system. It is recognized that business performance is influenced by business environment that combines a given condition of business strategy, business policy and logistics information system.

In this paper, we propose an efficient Robot Performance System (RPS). For the proposed system, a soundboard was developed and inserted into the body of a humanoid robot to enable audio playback without an external playback device; the hardware required to enable the external storage device within the soundboard to remember the sound sources necessary for performances was developed. Furthermore, a specialized performance scenario planning software called Robot Performance Planning Development Program (RPPDP) was developed to allow users to search through a motion database for the robot's default motions, applied motions, and motions for special circumstances, allowing anyone to plan a robot performance at a low cost in a short amount of time.

A variety of enterprises have Implemented ERP system on the promises of feasible strategic benefits. The objectives of this study are (1) to classily and analyze the motives and critical success factors o the enterprises'ERP system adoptions, and (2) to measure their impacts on the business performance. The data for this research were collected from 43 cases in Korea that have operated ERP system for more than 6 months after the implementation. This study results reveals that the Information strategic planning and business strategy establishment prior to ERP adoption and the demands of field people activate as critical triggers In the larger firms Among the six critical success factors, training was statistically significant for all of four performance measures control, cost reduction, quality and service, and work efficiency. And other findings are furnished. Also the larger company group In the sales volume has shown the higher performance except work efficiency.

Knowledge Management System is defined as an Information system to support the integrated knowledge management process for maximizing value of the knowledge assets in organizations. From that point of view, the system performance - the usage level of the system and user satisfaction - can be an available measure of the knowledge management system success. Many previous research were focused on the application of a new technological component for knowledge management processes or the construction of the overall system architecture in spite of the importance of the system performance. The purpose of this study is to Identify the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. To do this, we conducted an exploratory case studies of eight companies. We applied theories of information system success to knowledge management system and investigated some specific strategic components as additional affecting factors. Finally, we proposed research model and ex propositions regarding the factors affecting the knowledge management system performance. The implication of the findings and future research directions were discussed.

This paper classifies the success factors of collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. We propose the structural model that identifies the relationship between the success factors and organizational performance. To test empirically the relationship between the factors, we developed the measurement of each factors. This paper has examined the relationship between the independent variables and the mediating variables, also has examined the relationship between the parameters and a final dependent variable. The independent variables are as follows, (1) quality of system including reliability, flexibility, and accessibility, (2) the quality of information including contents, expressiveness, and (3) the partner relationship including the information sharing and the compatibility of strategies. The mediating variables are user involvement, parter trust, and user satisfaction. The final dependent variable is business performance. The hypotheses test proved that the system quality significantly affect user satisfaction, the information quality positively influence on the user participation, and the information sharing and strategic fit of partner relationship positively affect partner trust. Also, the user participation and partner trust significantly affect user satisfaction. Finally, the user participation, user satisfaction, and partner trust have a decisive effect on the organizational performance. The results of hypothesis test verified that the quality of information and system, also partner relationship are important to operate successfully the collaboration system in the shipbuilding industry. Also, the mediating variables are important to explain the structural relationship between the independent variables and organizational performance.
