예비교사의 교육실습 전후 인식비교 (Comparison of Perceptions about Teaching Practices by Student Teachers Before and After Practice Teaching)

  • This study compared student teachers' perceptions about teaching practices and the current state of practice teaching before and after practice teaching. Subjects were 96 students at three-year colleges in Suncheon, Jollanam-do. The survey used a questionnaire, 'kindergarten teachers' recognition of practice teaching and the current state of practice teaching,'(Woo and Choi 2004), revised for this research. Differences were observed in mean scores between before and after practice teaching(t=4.30, p<.001). In sub-areas, significant differences were observed in the role of student teachers, the contents of teaching, support system, evaluation and preliminary guidance(p<.001), but not in the evaluation of practice teaching and student teachers' attitudes(p>.05). This information should be beneficial for teachers' colleges in preparation of practice teaching programs.

  • Production Control System(PCS) can be used in controlling productivity effectively. The system provides the workers and managers and with the management information. The objective of PCS is to improve and optimize productivity in practice. To achieve this goal, PCS must be applied in many Industries. Information System at Point Of Production(POP) is the system that helps worker and managers to analyze the various information at production line in practice. In this paper, we propose a new developed Client/Server POP System using "Bar Code." The new system can be integrated and communicated with CIM. The developed system can be used by engineers, managers, to improve productivity in practice. practice.

Knowledge Management with IS/IT Practice in Organizations: A Multilevel Perspective

  • This paper is motivated by social influence theory implying the multilevel nature of knowledge management (KM) in an organization. Organizational knowledge is generated and distributed by individuals from different groups across organizational boundaries. Its transfers are supported by IS/IT practice, i.e., the individual and collective use of the technology available in the organization. I propose a multilevel perspective to explain how IS/IT practice supports multilevel KM capabilities to manage organizational knowledge successfully and how the effectiveness of multilevel KM capabilities expands into the improvement of multilevel task-related organizational performance. The multilevel KM theory extends the knowledge-based view of the firm by describing the dynamic process through which strategic values of knowledge are generated by IS/IT practice across the organizational levels. This paper also discusses multilevel insights on the strategic value of organizational learning based on the social context of organizations.

7개 질병군 포괄수가제 도입에 따른 일개 대학병원의 진료행태 변화 모의실험 (Simulation on the Change of Practice Pattern after the Introduction of 7 Diagnosis-related Groups Prospective Payment System in a University Hospital)

  • Seven diagnosis-related groups (DRGs) prospective payment system is going to expand to all hospitals including university hospitals this year. However there are few studies on the change of practice pattern under prospective payment system in the university hospital setting. So This study was intended to predict the practice pattern change after the introduction of 7 DRGs prospective payment system in a university hospital setting. To predict the change of practice pattern, this study used simulation technique. Five hundred and nineteen patients classified as 5 DRGs in a university hospital were selected for simulation. The change of practice pattern were predicted based on clinicians' opinion. We also predicted payment change by service items. Major findings of this study are as follows. First, the total medical payment was reduced by 14.4%. The drug payment change (8.8%) took most of total payment reduction. The followings are the change of treatment material cost (3.2%), the change of laboratory tests cost (1.8%), the change of room charge (0.5%), and other payment change (0.1%), respectively. Second, most of the reduction in total medical payment resulted from the decreased amount of medical services themselves. The transfer of medical services to outpatient setting took up only 4.9% of the total payment reduction. The change of unit price or composition took up 5.5% of the total payment reduction. In this study we found that it is possible to reduce the inpatient services through practice pattern change in university hospital setting. However, it needs to be careful to adjust DRG payment after the reduction of provided services, because most of reduction was not due to service transfer but to service volume reduction. It is desirable to utilize the saving from practice pattern change as incentive to improve quality of care.

정보보호 교육이 청소년의 정보보호 실천에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Information Security Education on the Practice of Information Security for the Youth)

  • As reliance on information and communication becomes widespread, a variety of information dysfunctions such as hacking, viruses, and the infringement of personal information are also occurring. Korean adolescents are especially exposed to an environment in which they are experiencing information dysfunction. In addition, youth cybercrimes are steadily occurring. To prevent cybercrime and the damage caused by information dysfunction, information security practices are essential. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to discuss the factors affecting the information security practices of Korean youths, considering information security education, perceived severity, and perceived vulnerability as leading factors of the theory of planned behavior. A questionnaire survey was administered to 118 middle and high school students. Results of the hypothesis test show that information security education affects perceived behavior control, and perceived severity affects attitude. Subjective norms, information security attitudes, and perceived behavioral control were found to influence adolescents' practices of information security. However, perceived vulnerabilities did not affect youths' information security attitudes. This study confirms that information security education can help youths to practice information security. In other words, information security education is important, and it is a necessary element in the information curriculum of contemporary youth. However, perceived vulnerability to youth information security threats did not affect information security attitudes. Consequently, we suggest that it is necessary to strengthen the contents of the information security education for Korean youths.

EMR 인증제 교육을 위한 보건의료정보관리 실습 프로그램 모델 연구 -환자정보관리 중심- (A Study on the Health Information Management Practice Program Model for EMR Certification System Education -Focus on Patient Information Management-)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국보건의료정보원에서 실시하는 EMR 인증기준울 이해할 수 있도록 보건의료정보관리 실습 프로그램에 인증기준을 추가한 모델을 연구하여 제시하였다. 실습 프로그램은 EMR 인증제의 기능성 기준에 해당하는 환자정보관리를 실습하고 이해할 수 있도록 보건의료정보관리 교육시스템에 환자정보관리에 대한 인증기준 기능을 추가하였다. 환자정보관리를 위한 EMR 인증기준 실습프로그램은 다음과 같은 인증기준으로 구성되었다. 등록번호 및 인적사항 관리, 진료예약 일정관리, 인적사항 수정이력관리, 동명이인 구분자 표시, 다중 등록번호 통합관리, 식별정보를 이용한 환자 검색, 진료형태에 따른 환자 검색, 수술시술 동의서 기록·조회, 개인정보활용동의서 기록·조회, 연명의료결정정보 표시, 외부 의료기관문서 등록·조회, 외부 검사결과 등록·조회. 이와 같이 인증기준에 의한 보건의료정보시스템의 기능을 운영하여 실습해봄으로써 인증기준의 기능성 영역에서 환자정보관리의 인증기준과 내역을 이해하고 실습할 수 있다. EMR 인증 기준에 맞춰 환자정보관리 실습을 수행해봄으로써 전자의무기록시스템에서의 표준화된 환자정보관리를 이해할 수 있다. 또한 EMR 인증기준의 기능을 확인할 수 있기 때문에 의료기관에서 보건의료정보관리사의 전자의무기록시스템의 관리 능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

제왕절개 분만율 공표 후 요양기관의 분만행태 변화 (Provider's Behavior Change after the Public Release of the Information on the Cesarean Section Rate)

  • This study was conducted to investigate provider's behavior change after releasing the information on the Cesarean section rate. Claims data filed at the National Health Insurance Corporation was used for this analysis and the focus of this study was the change of cesarean rate after the public disclosure of information. Average rates of the year 1999 and 2000 were compared, on the institutional basis, and range and coefficient of variation were estimated. For the last decade, Cesarean section rate has been increased dramatically. Clinical or demographic factors could not adequately explain the increase. Instead, nonclinical factors, such as financial incentive, physician's convenience, practice characteristics, etc., were more significant in explaining the increasing rate. Providers' behavior was significantly affected by the public release of information: after the release, average rate was decreased by 10.2%, and variations were also decreased. In particular, the extent of decrease was explained mainly by nonclinical factor rather than clinical ones. The results suggest that disseminating practice information to providers and consumers could contribute to reducing unnecessary medical service.

정보사회에서 보건행정 전공 대학생들의 개인정보보호에 대한 인지 분석 (An Analysis of Recognition on Personal Information Protection among Healthcare Administration Students in the Information Society)

  • 본 연구는 보건행정 전공 대학생들의 개인정보보호에 대한 인지 수준을 파악하여 개인정보보호에 대한 올바른 인지 및 실천이 이루어질 수 있는 방안 모색에 도움을 주고자 실시되었다. 조사방법은 보건행정 전공 대학생 687명을 대상으로 2012년 12월 3일부터 2013년 6월 21일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 개인정보보호법에 대한 인지는 17.2%로 낮은 수준을 나타냈다. 개인정보보호영역에 대한 인식도와 실천도는 개인정보보호법에 대한 인지가 있는 경우 모든 영역에서 유의하게 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 인식도가 높을수록 실천도가 높게 나타나는 정의 상관관계로 나타났다. 개인인식정보 항목에 대한 인지율은 57.0%, 관리되어야 할 개인정보에 대한 인지율은 53.7%로 중간정도 수준으로 분석되었다. 따라서 보건행정 전공 대학생들에게 개인정보보호법에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위하여 개인정보보호법을 주지시킬 수 있는 교육 시간 및 교과목 편성을 통해 개인정보보호에 대한 올바른 인지 및 실천이 이루어지도록 하여야 할 것이다.

한국농수산대 장기현장실습 개선방안 연구 -선진국 사례의 시사점을 중심으로- (Directions for Improvement of Long-Term Workplace Practice of Korea National College of Agriculture and Fisheries: Focused on the Foreign Countries and Its Implications)

  • The purpose of this study were to analyze agricultural practice of schools in foreign countries, especially Germany, France, Netherland, Japan, to attain its implications and to get implications for improving KNCF's workplace practice program. This study was conducted through an extensive review of literature related to agricultural practice system of educational institutes of foreign countries. Some implications were summarized as followings: (1) the preparing program should be built in long-term workplace practice, (2) the manual for students and workplace professors should be made and supplied, (3) the web-site sharing the information of practice farms should be established, (4) KNCF should effort to manage the workplace practice, (5) the several standard model should be applied by kinds of crops and livestocks.

정보 활용의 실천력을 향상시키는 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형 (Teaching-Learning Model Using ICT for Enhancing 'Ability to Put Information Literacy into Practice')

  • 현재의 ICT 활용 교육은 소양 교육에 초점을 두고 단순히 정보통신의 기능을 습득하는 기술적인 면에 치우치는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 문제점을 해결한 ICT 활용 교수-학습 모형을 제안한다. 제안된 모형은 기존의 교수-학습 유형별 ICT 활용 모형들에 대해 정보활용의 실천력을 조사하고 분석한 다음, 이를 평가할 수 있는 질적 기준이 교수-학습 모형에 균형있게 반영되도록 하였다. 적용 결과, 정보 활용의 실천력을 질적으로 평가해 주는 6개 항목 중 5개 항목에서 유의미한 향상이 있음을 보였다.
