PLS구조방정식 모형을 활용한 교통문화지수의 영향관계 실증연구 (An Empirical Study of Influence Relationship on Traffic Culture Index(TCI) utilizing PLS-SEM(Structural Equation Modeling))

  • The traffic culture index is used as a major index in evaluating the traffic safety services of local governments and also serve as important data for the planning and implementation of traffic safety services. However, as the traffic culture index gradually became a standard for comparison among local governments, in part, certain cases arose which questioned the grounds for selecting variables for the index and the validity of the index in terms of its influential relationship between evaluation items. This study analyzed the index's influential relationship by utilizing a PLS structural equation model based on the evaluation results of the 2011 traffic culture index. A variable-linking model was created which recognized the relativity taking into account of the indirect effects between latent variables and this model was proven to be a model suitable in explaining the traffic culture index with a 97.8% explanation power. It was found that traffic safety(0.530), driving behavior(0.527), pedestrian behavior(0.187) and vulnerable road users(0.147), in such order, had an effect on the traffic culture index. It was also found that human casualties due to traffic accidents under "traffic safety" and traffic light compliance rate under "driving behavior" had an important effect. The study showed that motor vehicle share in illegal parking in school zones did not have a valid explanation power regarding "vulnerable road users".

근로자참여와 소통이 산업재해 감소에 미치는 인과관계 구조모형 연구 (A Study of Causal Relationship between Worker's Participation & Communication in Industrial Accident Prevention Activities and Industrial Accident Reduction)

  • This study was designed to analyse the performance and the mechanisms of workers' participation and communications in industrial accident prevention activities leading to the reduction of industrial accidents. This study also aimed to find out the causal relationship influencing the promotion of prevention activities of industrial accidents. Of the manufacturing businesses with more than 5 workers as the population of the survey, a questionnaire was conducted with 2,500 workspaces chosen by stratified sampling. Out of 2500 workspaces, 971 workspaces equipped with industrial safety and health committee were analysed in this study. According to the results of this study, the primary influential factors on safety activities were the management of industrial accidents and the cooperations between supervisors and workers on site. The secondary influential factor was the establishment of industrial safety and health committee. Regarding the effectiveness of industrial accident reduction, -0.01 was shown by workplace safety activities by themselves and -0.09 was shown by participation and communications through indirect safety activities. This indicated workers' participation and communications play an important role in the reduction of industrial accidents. By discovering the clue to the mechanism of the workers' participation and communications, this study is expected to stimulate the reduction of industrial accidents by emphasizing the importance of workers' participation and communications in resolving the safety and health problem in the workplaces.

의치만족도와 주관적 구강건강상태의 관련성 (The Relationship between Denture Satisfaction and Perceived Oral Health Status)

  • The results are as following. This study aimed to furnish basic data for improving the oral health of the elderly by conducting research into the relationship between denture satisfaction and the perceived oral health status of elderly people with removable dentures. The study performed research involving 246 elderly people who were living in Jeonju and Iksan, jeonbuk, and who were 65 years old or over from August 1 to December 5, 2007. The research method was a face-to-face interview. 1. The denture satisfaction of respondents for the research averaged $3.74{\pm}0.69$, and there was a significant difference in their satisfaction according to the level of education, the cohabitant family type, the procurement of living expenses, the performance of leisure activity, the period of current denture use, the number of denture changes, the experience during a dentist visit for denture maintenance, the experience of restricted activity due to annual oral diseases, and the opinions about denture prices. 2. 48.8% of respondents answered that their oral health status was good, and there was a significant difference in their satisfaction according to the procurement of living expenses, the total period of denture use, the period of current denture use, the number of denture changes, the experience of restricted activity due to annual oral diseases, and the opinions about denture prices. 3. The most highly influential variable affecting denture satisfaction was the opinions about denture prices(R=33.7%). 4. The most highly influential variable affecting the perceived oral health status was the educational level(R=17.3%). 5. As a result of analyzing the relationship between denture satisfaction and perceived oral health status, more respondents were satisfied with their dentures the more they thought their oral health status was in good shape.

한국 신노년층의 생산적 노화를 위한 회복탄력형 여가 프로그램 알고리즘 검증 (A verification of algorithm on resilience leisure programs for the productive aging of the new elderly in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 한국 신노년층의 생산적 노화를 위한 회복탄력형 여가 프로그램 알고리즘을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 2014년 대도시와 중/소도시 그리고 농촌지역에 예비노인(56세-64세)을 모집단으로 설정하여 525명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0프로그램을 이용하여 설문지의 신뢰도와 타당도검사, 의사결정나무분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 의사결정나무분석을 이용한 회복탄력형 여가프로그램에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주관적 건강상태, 활동욕구, 대인관계교류, 가계소득으로 나타났다. 둘째, 의사결정 나무분석을 이용하여 회복탄력성 변인의 알고리즘을 분석한 결과, 대인관계성, 자기조절성, 긍정성 요인 순으로 나타났다. 회복탄력성의 구성요인들 간의 구조적 알고리즘은 대인관계성에 따라 대인관계성이 낮은 집단의 경우는 긍정성과 관련이 있고, 높은 집단은 자기조절성과 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

초등학교 사이버가정학습 환경, 학습자 요인, 학습 만족도간의 구조적 관계분석 (The Structural Relationship among Cyber Home Learning System Circumstance, Student, Learning Satisfaction in Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구는 최근 확산되고 있는 이러닝 학습 환경과 관련하여, 사이버가정학습의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 환경요인과 학습자요인으로 구분하고 이들의 구조적 관계를 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 충청북도와 대전에 위치한 초등학교 학생들을 대상으로 하여 1,784명에게 관련 요인에 대한 설문을 수집하였고 이를 바탕으로 구조적 관계를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 사이버가정학습에서 학습자 요인과 환경요인은 높은 상관관계를 가지고 있으며, 학습자 요인보다 환경요인에 의해 사이버가정학습의 만족도가 좌우되는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 학습자 개개인의 역량이나 특성보다도 효과적인 이러닝 학습 환경을 구성하는 것에 의해 학습 성취도가 보장될 수 있다는 점과, 한편으로 교사나 부모의 지도에 따라 사이버 가정학습에 참여하는 경우가 많고 주로 과제나 의무로 참여하기 때문에 학습자의 피동성이 반영된 결과로도 볼 수 있다. 이에 대한 후속연구의 필요성을 논의하였다.

노인의 스트레스가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 - 여가활동 참여의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Influence of Elderly Stress upon Life Satisfaction - Focused on mediating effects of leisure activities participation -)

  • 본 연구는 노인을 대상으로 스트레스가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들 관계에서 여가활동 참여의 매개 효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인의 스트레스 중 가족 스트레스, 경제문제 스트레스, 건강문제 스트레스는 생활만족도에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 노인의 스트레스 중 가족 스트레스, 경제문제 스트레스, 건강문제 스트레스는 여가활동 참여에 유의한 부(-)적 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 여가활동 참여는 생활 만족도에 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 여가활동 참여는 노년기 스트레스와 생활만족도의 영향 관계에서 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 여가활동 참여는 노인의 스트레스와 생활만족도의 영향 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타나 대처자원으로서 유의미성을 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 노인의 여가활동 참여는 스트레스에 대한 부정적 영향을 완화하여 노인들의 생활만족도를 높이는 중재방안으로 활용이 가능함에 의의를 둔다.

중학생이 지각하는 부모양육방식, 또래애착, 교사관계, 자아정체감과 진로정체감과의 관계 (Relationship of parenting style perceived by middle school students, their peer attachment, relationship with teacher, and self-identity with career identity)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중학생의 자아정체감, 부모양육방식, 또래애착, 교사관계가 진로정체감에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아보고, 관련 변인과 진로정체감간의 관계에서 자아정체감이 조절효과를 보이는지 검증하는데 있다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위해 분석에 사용한 통계 프로그램은 IBM SPSS 22.0이었으며, '한국 아동·청소년 패널조사(KCYPS)' 중1 패널 3차년도 자료를 분석대상으로 빈도분석, 기술 통계, Cronbach's α, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로정체감에 영향을 미치는 변인은 자아정체감, 또래애착, 교사관계의 순서로 나타났으며, 부모양육방식은 진로정체감에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 자아정체감의 조절효과를 알아본 결과, 부모양육방식과 자아정체감의 상호작용항은 정적 효과가, 교사관계와 자아정체감의 상호작용항은 부적 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 본 연구 결과를 진로 관련 프로그램 개발, 학교 현장에서의 진로상담, 가정교과에서 진로 교육 시 기초자료로 활용한다면 진로정체감 형성에 도움이 될 수 있다고 생각된다.

조직구성원의 정보보안 의식과 조직의 정보보안 수준자의 관계 연구 (A study on the Relationship between Organizational Member′s Information Security Mind and Organizational Information Security Level)

  • This study examines the relationship between the organizational member's information security mind and organizational information security level. The influential relationships among organizational members' information security mind are investigated, and the relationship between organization's information security level and information security mind has been analyzed. As a result, too manager's information security mind is shown to give the biggest influence to other group in the organization. A strong positive correlation exists between organizational member's information security mind and the level of organization's physical, technical, managerial information security. However, there is no significant difference in information security level by types of business. In the future, a more profound study on information security mind is necessary. And alternative methods of information security level estimation need to be studied.

디자이너 브랜드 샵마스터의 CRM에 관한 연구 (CRM Marketing of Shopmasters in Designer Brand Products)

  • The purpose of this research was to investigate influential factors for shopmaster's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) in the designer brand products, and to indicate the future fashion marketing strategies. The questionnaires were distributed to 74 shopmasters of the Designer shop in domestic L. S and H Department stores. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and path analysis from Lisrel program were used to analyze the data. The results were as follows; Firstly. for shopmaster's CRM variables, four factors of customer management variables were found and labeled as interest, DB construction, contact opportunity, and materials. Also, four (actors of shopmaster's knowledge regarding apparel materials were found and labeled as professionalism, manner, sense, and persuasion. For service variables, four factors such as precision, variety, rapidity, positiveness, and convenience of shopping were found. Secondly, for the results of hypothesis, all of the independent variables had direct influences on forming the relationship with customers. Therefore, it is concluded that the main elements of Shopmaster's CRM are highly important variables in customer relationship marketing strategy.

온라인 쇼핑몰 전환장벽의 선행요인 연구 (Study of previous Factors of Switching barrier at Online shop)

  • The objectives of this study were to figure out the relationships of factors, e-quality, interactivity, trust and switching barrier, to affect the online customers loyalty. Moreover, e-quality was considered because of the problem of ssability originated from the environment that a lot of information and products are given at online business. This study employs a survey method to empirically test the proposed research model. A survey questionnaire was developed and 100 responses were collected. The data were analyzed using PLS method, a structural equation modeling method. The results of the study indicate that e-quality, interactivity, and trust influence switching barrier and that the switching barrier affects virtual relationship, which has an positive effect on loyalty. This study provides valuable theoretical and practical perspectives that e-quality is the most influential factor on virtual relationship and that, of the three factors of switching barrier, the virtual relationship is the most effective one to prevent customers online from changing their main online shop for products.
