In the ever-changing medical environment, the social participation of medical doctors is becoming more necessary. Currently, there is not enough participation or action by doctors within our society due to reasons such as a lack of educational curriculum in this area. This study aimed to investigate medical students' opinions and attitudes about social participation and action. A total of 438 medical students were surveyed about their attitudes toward doctors' relations with the public, social participation, social action, and medical education for social participation or action. Regarding doctors' relations with the public, participants responded that the government (73.5%) and the media (82.0%) were causing social distrust of doctors, and more than 70% of the respondents answered that doctors were passive when it comes to social participation. When asked about social participation and social action, 76.7% of the students surveyed had experienced social participation, and 28.3% had experienced taking social action. A total of 73.4% of the students answered that medical education needs to be changed, and it is necessary to introduce subjects such as sociology and law to improve social participation and action. The results are significant in that they show medical students' thoughts on social participation and social action as doctors in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We believe that a change of medical curriculum to promote active and collaborative social participation by doctors is necessary.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate creative confluence competency of occupational therapy students and to understand the correlations between five sub-elements of creative confluence competency. Methods : The subjects of this study were 132 occupational therapy students. The data collection period was from February 12, 2020, to February 28, 2020. A Google questionnaire was used to collect data through SNS; 16 data with insufficient responses were excluded, and 116 data were finally analyzed. The collected data was processed using SPSS 21.0. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe's test and Pearson's correlation coefficient. Results : The mean scores for creative confluence competency of the occupational therapy students is as follows: Creative ability 3.12±.58, creative personality 3.29±.55, creative leadership 3.50±.53, convergent thinking 3.23±.57, confluent value creation 3.04±.59. Occupational therapy students' creative leadership competence was highest, and confluent value creation competence was lowest. The average score of creative confluence competency of occupational therapy students was 3.12±.58, and the Cronbach' α value of the creative confluence competency was .97, which was very reliable. There was a positive correlation between the five sub-elements of creative confluence competency. Conclusion : The data in this study are related to efforts to improve occupational therapy students' creative confluence competency and prepare for convergence education. And It is expected to be used as basic data for the development of occupational therapist competency to prepare for the 4th industrial revolution.
The pneumatic control circuit is an important basic element that constitutes factory automation in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, and the ability to design and fabricate pneumatic control circuit at the university level is one of the most important educational courses. In this study, it introduced collaborative learning by group, and capstone design technique applied to the subject of design and fabricate of pneumatic control circuit. In addition, it intends to contribute to the innovation of practical engineering education by examining the learning achievement of students. It was investigated analytical skill differences by applying cooperative learning to the experimental group and by applying traditional lecture methods to the comparison group. The experimental group that conducted cooperative learning showed higher academic ability than the comparison group that conducted only traditional lectures, and the t-test results of the significant level p<0.05 also confirmed that there were significant differences between the two groups. It was also responded 13 survey questions in four experimental groups and analyzed the results, showing a high satisfaction level of 4.731 on average. Through this study the design and fabrication of the pneumatic control circuit is more effective in improving students' learning achievement when applying the capstone design technique than when operating as a normal subject and expected to use as a basic material for the development of the curriculum of Capstone design in the future.
With rapid advancements taking place in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, human-robot interactions have been garnering increasing attention. Robots are being actively adopted in building systems and facilities. In this study, we developed robot-friendly building certification indicators. Because these indicators were being developed for the first time, we focused only on commercial buildings. We conducted exploratory research using methodologies such as focus group interviews and the analytic hierarchy process. First, the concept of the robot-friendly building was defined through focus group interviews, and the requirements were categorized by the appropriateness of operating facilities and systems and the appropriateness of architectural and robot operating systems and networks. Next, the relative importance of the evaluation items (23 items in total) was calculated using the analytic hierarchy process. Their average score of the marks was 4.4, and the minimum and maximum were 2.0 and 11.3, respectively. This study is significant because we collected the basic data necessary to develop a one-of-its-kind evaluation system for certifying the robot-friendliness of buildings using scientific methods.
In the era of the fourth industrial revolution, IT workers' use of creativity has become more important than workers' in other fields in that they should apply new digital technologies to their companies for organizational innovation. In this regard, this study is to verify the effect of managerial coaching behavior on the creativity of employees in the IT field and identify the mediating effect of unlearning and the moderating effect of creative self-efficacy. A survey was conducted on IT workers in Seoul and the metropolitan area and a total of 439 copies of the questionnaire survey were used for confirmatory factor analysis on SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 and for mediating and moderating effect analysis on SPSS Process Macro 3.0. The results suggested that managerial coaching behavior has a positive effect on the creativity and unlearning ability of employees. They also showed that unlearning has a significant effect on one's creativity, mediating the relationship between managerial coaching behavior and the creativity of employees. Also, they identified that creative self-efficacy moderates the relationship between managerial coaching behavior and unlearning. This study has theoretical and practical significance in that it makes a timely contribution to expand the research area for coaching effect and identifies the influential mechanism behind managerial coaching by verifying the direct effects of managerial coaching behavior on the creativity of the IT sector workers and finding indirect influential factors.

The value of Big-Data which is a main factor of the fourth Industrial Revolution enhances industrial productivity in private sector and provides administrative services for nations and corporates in public sector. ICT-developed countries are coming up with Big-Data application in public sector rapidly. Especially, when it comes to social crisis management, they are equipped with pre-forcasting system. Korean Government also emphasizes Big-Data application in public sector for the social crisis management. But the reality where the overall infrastructure vulnerability reveals requires preparation and operation of measurement for social problems. Accordingly, we need to analyze Big-Data application problem and benchmark the precedented cases, thereby, direct policy diversity. Hence, this paper proposes the roles and rules of E-government analyzing problems from Big-Data application. The following policy proposes open Information and legal&institutional improvement, Big-Data service considerations threatening privacy issues in Big-Data ecosystem, necessity of operational and analytical technology for Big-Data and related technology in technical implication of Big-Data.
RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology has recently been spotlighted to preemptively respond to the 4th industrial revolution without spending a lot of time and money to improve various existing business and IT processes. In this study, variables affecting intention to use RPA technology were representatively identified into three positive factors and three negative factors, and the causal relationship between the effects of these variables on actual RPA acceptance intention was examined. After conducting an email survey for general office workers, structural equation analysis (SEM) was performed using SPSS 27.0 and SmartPLS 3.3.5. The second order factor of a positive perception consisting of security, accuracy, and efficiency, and the second order factor of a negative perception consisting of job security, execution error, and fear of introduction failure. The positive perception affected the intention to use RPA through perceived usefulness and perceived ease. It was confirmed that the negative perception has a mediating effect on the intention to use RPA through acceptance conflict. In addition, it was confirmed that the presence or absence of experience in using RPA interacts with perceived ease and has a moderating effect on intention to use RPA. It can be said that there is practical and theoretical implications from the point of view of knowledge management in that it allows companies to recognize and respond to which factors are important from the point of view of companies that want to use RPA.

This study measured and analyzed the propagation characteristics at frequencies 6, 10, and 17 GHz to discover the new propagation demands in a semi-basement indoor corridor environment for meeting the 4th industrial revolution requirements. The measured indoor environment is a straight corridor consisting of three lecture rooms and glass windows on the outside. The measurement scenario development and measurement system were constructed to match this environment. The transmitting antenna was fixed, and the frequency domain and time domain propagation characteristics were measured and analyzed in the line-of-sight environment based on the distance of the receiving antenna location. In the frequency domain, reliability was determined by the parameters of the floating intercept (FI) path loss model and an R-squared value of 0.5 or more. In the time domain, the root mean square (RMS) delay spread and the cumulative probability of K-factor were used to determine that 6 GHz had high propagation power and 17 GHz had low propagation power. These research results will be effective in providing ultra-connection and ultra-delay artificial intelligence services for WIFI 6, 5G, and future systems in a semi-basement indoor corridor environment.

Strawberry is a stand-out cultivating fruit in Korea. The optimum production of strawberry is highly dependent on growing environment. Smart farm technology, and automatic monitoring and control system maintain a favorable environment for strawberry growth in greenhouses, as well as play an important role to improve production. Moreover, physiological parameters of strawberry plant and it is surrounding environment may allow to give an idea on production of strawberry. Therefore, this study intends to build a machine learning model to predict strawberry's yield, cultivated in greenhouse. The environmental parameter like as temperature, humidity and CO2 and physiological parameters such as length of leaves, number of flowers and fruits and chlorophyll content of 'Seolhyang' (widely growing strawberry cultivar in Korea) were collected from three strawberry greenhouses located in Sacheon of Gyeongsangnam-do during the period of 2019-2020. A predictive model, Lasso regression was designed and validated through 5-fold cross-validation. The current study found that performance of the Lasso regression model is good to predict the number of flowers and fruits, when the MAPE value are 0.511 and 0.488, respectively during the model validation. Overall, the present study demonstrates that using AI based regression model may be convenient for farms and agricultural companies to predict yield of crops with fewer input attributes.
In this study, a survey was conducted and analyzed to find out the satisfaction of online classes among students enrolled in the radiology department of a university located in Busan city. As a result, in terms of satisfaction with online classes, male scores were higher, but there was no statistically significant difference. In the interdisciplinary system, the satisfaction score of the students enrolled in Bachelor's degree was high, and there was a statistically significant difference except for the satisfaction of learning participation (p<0.001, p<0.05). For class satisfaction by grade level, Senior had higher scores, and there were statistically significant differences except for learning participation satisfaction (p<0.001, p<0.01, p<0.05). In the satisfaction survey according to the number of lectures, the scores of the students who took 4-7 lectures were found to be high except for the satisfaction of learning participation, and there was a statistically significant difference (p<0.01, p<0.05). In the method of communication with the instructor, students who used e-mail showed high scores, and there was a statistically significant difference in lecture satisfaction (p<0.05). In the correlation analysis between sub-variables for online classes, statistically significant correlations were established in all areas. Most of the students preferred class methods such as recorded classes and classes using external content such as YouTube, and when asked about the merits of online classes, many students answered that the advantages of online classes were repetitive classes and no restrictions on time and place. When asked about the shortcomings of online classes, many students answered that it was a lack of concentration and lack of communication with the instructor. This study was conducted to provide basic data to improve the satisfaction of online classes that will increase in the future. Therefore, based on the results of this study, it is expected that more quality online classes will be produced so that students' satisfaction with online classes can be improved.
